Control of pH neutralization process plays a very important role in some chemical process. Because of their high nonlinearity, frequent disturbance, and time-varying characteristics, it is difficult to control and estimate pH processes. For the adaptive control of pH processes, a lot of researchers have made an efforts in the modeling and control of pH processes. It is very difficult to obtain information of influent stream such as concentrations and dissociation constants and the titration curve equation is very complex. Therefore, several simple models, which hate small number of unknown parameters and estimate the titration curve, have been available, These models were considered here and were transformed into forms that can applied the linear least square method.

By taking a bottom-up "library in the life of the user" perspective rather than a top-down "user in the life of the library" perspective, this paper uses anecdotal evidence from the past and near present to examine the multiple roles the U.S. public library plays and has played as public space in the everyday lives of its patrons. By harnessing "public sphere" theory discussed in Jurgen Habermas's THE STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE PUBLIC SPHERE (1989) and by the examining the rich literatures on civic life and institutions that have evolved from it, the author argues that Library and Information Studies discourse has to expand its scope to include research and analysis of "library as place" from a user's perspective if it hopes to develop a deeper understanding of what the public library does for means to members of the communities in which they reside.

The neutronic feasibility of typical Korean three-loop 900MWe class PWR core loaded with mixed oxide fuels for both annual and 18-month cycle strategies has been investigated as a means for spent fuel management. For this study, a method of determining equivalent plutonium content was developed under the equivalence concept which gives the same cycle length as uranium fuel. Optimal plutonium zoning within the MOX assembly was also designed with the aim of minimizing the peak md power. Conceptual core designs hate hen developed for equilibrium cycle with the following variations: annual and 18-month cycle, 1/3 and full MOX loading schemes, and typical and high moderation lattice. The analysis of key core physics parameters shows that in all cases considered satisfactory core designs seem to be feasible, though addition of control rod system and change in Technical Specification for soluble boron concentration are required for full MOX loading in order to meet the current design requirements.

The plasma display panels with newly designed sustain electrode structure have been proposed and its characteristics hate been measured. One has a enlarged discharge path, and the other has a concentration point of electric potential. These structures have a high luminance and luminous efficiency.

Facebook has been a part of our lives for the last decade. For a company started in 2004 to have penetrated the lives of people across the globe is commendable. The perpetuation of Facebook has led to a phenomena called Facebook Addiction Disorder. Companies are using Facebook to promote their business and people are using it to promote themselves, in addition to staying connected. In this paper, an effort is made to study respondents from India and the United States of America in order to gauge their dependence on Facebook, and a comparative view of it is presented.

Researchers examined elementary school children's experiences and the way that their mothers scolded them. In their writings, the children reported that their mothers under-estimated them, and assumed that they were not able to do anything by themselves. This reflected on the way that the mothers disciplined their children. The mothers were not a good model of proper behavior and did not treat the siblings fairly. The mothers were directive and valued results over effort. The children confessed that they felt suicidal, miserable and wanted to run away from home. They had a love-hate relationship with their mothers. They had to hide their real feelings and show love and respect towards their mothers. They had conflicts in dealing with these feelings. Their inability to show their real feelings and their dependency on their mothers made them return home, much like a boomerang. As a result, the children learned how to respond quickly in avoiding scolding situations. Furthermore, they learned the most important lesson; that it is all right to be abusive as long as it is for their or anybody else's own good.

Many primary school children struggle with mathematics and have low self-esteem in their own abilities. They know that the subject is important but they cannot cope, get left behind in their work and begin to hate mathematics. This paper reports the efforts to encourage and help a group of seventeen low achievers in mathematics prepare for their "primary six" public examination. The children were lacking in many thinking skills, but with encouragement, guidance and practice, thirteen of them (76.5%) showed improvements in their mathematical thinking and passed this important examination. This paper discusses these children's thinking in mathematics and how improvements were made.

We hate examined the electrical properties of L-${\alpha}$-DLPC Langmuir(L) films by using a displacement current measuring technique with pressure stimulation. Displacement current was generated when the sample spread volume was about 280${\mu}\ell$, 360${\mu}\ell$ and compression velocity was about 30, 40, 50mm/min. Displacement current was generated in the range of gas state, gas/fluid state and fluid state in the course of monolayer compression. From the result, it is known that displacement current is generated in the range of high surface pressures as compression velocity become faster.

A study on the electrical conduction characteristics of the ultrathin organic films is one of the important factors for the development of molecular electronic devices. The Langmuir- Blodgett(LB) technique has recently been attracted interest as a method of the deposition ultrathin films. We hate fabricated N-docosyl N\`-methyl viologen-diTCNQ(DMVT) anion radical LB film and investigated the molecular orientation and electrical conduction characteristics. We have measured infrared transmission-reflection spectra. The alkyl chain is found to he well-ordered with the tilt angle of 13$^{\circ}$ with respect to the substrate surface normal and the TCNQ plane is tilted at 76$^{\circ}$ the surface normal. In ESR spectrum, we confirmed that a half-amplitude linewidth is clearly dependent on the incident angle, which indicates conducting species change. The in-plane conductivity of 31 lagers is approximately 1.33$\times$10$^{-6}$ S/cm. The ohmic behaviour was observed below 0.6 V, when current-voltage(I-V) characteristics was measured verically.
