Recently, interests in renewable energy have gradually increased. Photovoltaic system of various renewable energy is the most interest in power sources. Nowadays, the market of photovoltaic system is expected to be expanded due to the introduction of RPS(Renewable Portfolio Standard). Floating photovoltaic system is a new power system using the water surface above the dam and reservoir water. Floating photovoltaic system is different from the traditional approach to the development of solar power system causing problems such as environmental degradation. This paper investigates the analysis methods of suitable site for the development of floating photovoltaic system. The A,B,C as the optimal candidates were selected in hap cheon dam. The C is the best suitable site in A,B,C considering the expected power generation. Applied methods have effectively done to develop floated photovoltaic system.

미국을 중심으로 HAPs(Hazardous Air Pollutants: 특정대기유해물질)의 유해성이 확인되면서 TRI(Toxics Release Inventory: 유해화학물질 배출공개제도)를 제도화하여 배출 원 관리를 통해 간접적으로 배출량을 줄이는 한편, 직접적으로는 규제 기준을 마련하여 저감 기술개발을 유도하고 있다. 특히 HAPs에 포함된 물질들 가운데 수은은 환경에서 메칠수은으로 변하여 유독성이 한층 높아지고, 먹이 연쇄과정을 통해 농축되어 가장 관리가 시급히 요구되는 물질로 대두되었다. 이에 따라 미국에서는 의회를 중심으로 배출 규제에 대한 일정을 확정하고, 적정한 규제농도가 정해지는 대로 이를 시행할 예정으로 있다. In this paper, it is designed and verified the baseband system that performs various protocol functions of specification of the Bluetooth system. In order to verify the developed circuits, various baseband functions are tested by using the ModelSim simulator. The developed circuits operate at 4MHz main clock. Test suite includes hap selection function, generation of the sync word, error correction(1/3 rate FEC, 2/3 rate FEC), HEC generation/checking, CRC generation/checking, data whitening/dewhitening and packet trans/reception procedure. etc. As a result of the simulation, it is verified that the developed baseband system conform to the specification of the Bluetooth system.

We experienced two cases of malignancy diagnosed during the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. One case was a lung cancer and the other case was a pancreatic cancer. Generally, herpes zoster frequently occurred in the patients who have immunosupressive disease, diabetes mellitus, malignancy and tuberculosis, etc. It is necessary to rule out malignancy in the patients who have herpes zoster, especially those patients whth severe eruptive cluster, persisting to the therapy or multifocal pain. So, we must carefully observe and follow up the patients to find out malignancy as well as to diminish the pain.

Using calcium-phosphate-powder targets with the Ca/P ratios of 1.0-1.67, hydroxyapatite ($Ca_{10}(PO_4)_6(OH)_2$, HAp) thin films with 4-7㎛ thickness were prepared on titanium metal plates by r.f. magnetron sputtering, followed an annealing at $200^{\circ}C$ for 24 hr under a high water vapor pressure using an autoclave. All the specimens were systematically characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM and EDS analyses. The post-annealed films were confirmed to be a nonstoichiometric oxyhydroxyapatite by XRD and FT-IR measurements.

임플란트 소재로서 순 타이타늄은 높은 응력이 발생하는 부위에는 그 강도가 충분하지 않은 것으로 지적되었으며, 이러한 이유로 인해서 그의 대용합금에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서 ${\beta}$형 타이타늄 합금 Ti-32Nb-5Zr 합금을 시험재료로 선택한 다음 양극산화와 석회화 순환처리에 의해서 표면을 개질한 결과, HAp 석출이 빠르게 가속되었을 뿐만 아니라 신생골 생성량과 골결합력이 크게 개선된 결과를 보여주었다.

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was used to evaluate the anticorrosive properties of resin(alkyd, epoxy, urethane) and pigment(hydroxy apatite(HAp), zinc potassium chromate(ZPC). red lead(RL)). The corrosion behavior of coatings applied on steel has been investigated during exposure to 0.5M-NaCl The anticorrosive performances of resins were found to depend on their chemical nature and decreased in the order of urethane > epoxy > alkyd resin coating. Hydroxy apatite and zinc potassium chromate pigment which have property to passivate the substrate showed relatively high anticorrosive performance.

High Altitude Platforms-craft maintaining stations in the stratosphere at altitudes of around 20 km-have been proposed as a means of supporting wireless telecommunications. They could exploit the best aspects of both terrestrial and satellite systems and support efficient frequency re-use plans. For solar powered platforms the power available for the downlink amplifiers may be minimal, particularly at night and/or higher latitudes. This paper discusses a novel type of link based on a modulated retro-directive transponder carried by the HAP. Relying chiefly on the ground station infrastructure, this would substantially reduce power consumption on the platform. We investigate the efficiency of the transponder aperture as a function of its area by developing general models for losses in the transmission lines which interconnect antenna pairs in the retro-directive array.

WRC-97에서 HAPS 개념이 도입된 후, HAPS 이용 주파수 대역으로 IMT-2000 대역과 Ka 및 V 대역이 지정되었다. IMT-2000 대역에 대한 공유 및 규정 연구는 WRC-03에서 종료되었으나, Ka 및 V 대역에서 타 무선업무와 HAPS를 이용한 고정업무 간의 기술적, 운용적 그리고 규정에 관한 연구를 지속하고 WRC-07에서 연구결과를 검토하기로 하였다. 본 고에서는 WRC-03 회의에서 결의한 IMT-2000 서비스를 제공하는 HAPS 시스템의 이용에 관한 규정 현황을 알아보고, 현재 ITU-R에서 논의중인 Ka및 V 대역에서 HAPS 시스템 활용을 위한 규정 연구 현황을 살펴보고자 한다.

One case of patient with adult polycystic kidney disease was reported in this clinical study. After the study, the results were as follows: The adult polycystic kidney disease(APCK) is inheritant disease in which cysts are distributed throught the cortex and medulla of both kidneys. It belongs to Hematuria in oriental medicine field. For this patient, it was effective to appliment acupuncture Hap-kok, Kok-chi, Oe-gwan, Chok-samni, Chok-imup, Sam-umgyo, Su-bun, Tae-chung and Hae-gye showed a great effect on decreasing the pain and increasing the volume of urine. For this patient, it was effective to dispense Gamiwuiryungtang(加味胃苓湯), Ohryungsan(五苓散) and Chungsimyeonjaeum(淸心蓮子飮), Dosubokryungtang(導水茯苓湯).
