  • Customer complaints handling helps organizations to retain existing customers and attract new customers, as well. As Voice of the Customer (VOC) is one of the main sources of customer complaints, many organizations utilize VOC to enhance customer satisfaction. Effective management of VOC has been proved as one of the best ways to maintain organization's brand image and reputation. In spite of its importance, little has been reported on the utilization of VOC to detect faults in a telecommunication industry. In this paper, association rule mining based on VOC is used to identify root fault causes of a telecommunications network. To do that, VOC of a Communication Service Provider has been collected first. Then, association rule mining has also been conducted with various support and confidence levels. As a result, root fault causes of the telecommunications network can be identified. It is expected that this study can be used as a basis for decisions about customer satisfaction management such as preventive maintenances or reduction of the customer maintenance cost.

  • Rapid change of the era has caused change to consumption. New concept of consumer means not consumer who is simply provided a product, but a consumer who lays emphasis on value. That is to say, it indicates a consumer who values both on service and information as well as a product itself when they purchase. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the changes of POPs and objets at domestic and foreign fashion lingerie shops in different periods, and to encourage the effective introduction of POPs and objets for display at fashion lingerie shops in the future. I have used 100 pictures of 6 domestic brands and 80 of 6 foreign brands to analyze, and the periods were divided into 2000-2003, 2004-2007, and after 2008. The result of analyzing is as follows. First, give much information and great satisfaction to customers through the various types of POP, which convey the image and the concept of the products. If current POP was used only for sales, there ! should be various kinds and types of POPs to present not only basic information of products but also the value beyond it. Second, advance the products value by the presentation of diverse object. Furniture, fixtures, Lighting, Gift Box, Poster and mannequins should be used not to show simple props and presentation of product in the past, but to show brand images and Design concept of products.

This information is then applied to educational purpose and curriculum for a home economics curriculum that develops unique characteristics for Korean alternative education. This study collected and analyzed the characteristics of educational content and educational elements from two renowned alternative schools: Waldorf School in Germany and Summer Hill in the United Kingdom. The research results were as follows. First, it is necessary to create new word instead of using the term 'alternative education'. Second, among characteristics of Korean home economics curriculum, 'practical problem-solving ability', 'independent living ability', and 'relation forming ability' should be utilized to create a school with an independent curriculum and to establish a unique brand value. Third, time investment on instructor education should be made to cultivate competent and charming instructors as the center of a school. Lastly, school education should manage student's life at school and after graduation. The school and instructor should provide alternative education while thinking they are responsible for 50 years of a student's future life. This study helps show that alternative education is not perceived as a superficial and generalized education and that Korean alternative education can find similar characteristic to those of overseas cases.

  • Purpose: This study points out that psychological marketing practice can align to narcissism among women through showing urgency and scarcity. While women are competitive, jealous, and attention seeking, marketers can offer limited-time offers to increase the urge of customers to purchase. Research design, data, and methodology: To conduct a content analysis, the present author obtained data from various databases such as ABI/INFORM, EBSCO/ EBSCO, ProQuest, and EBSCO. Ultimately, this study investigated both latent and manifest themes of narcissism and psychological marketing concepts to find solutions that leaders can use to initiate change in organizations. Results: The current study suggests that narcissistic women insist on having the best things but still have the inability to acknowledge other people's feelings. Therefore, psychological marketing can utilize such traits to ensure that the quality of their commodities matches their promises during marketing and that their customer's needs are not infringed at the expense of another customer's needs Conclusions: One of the implications of narcissism in marketing provides is that brands can easily gravitate towards litigations especially amidst unhealthy competitions. In the process of getting customers to acknowledge another brand as a better option, the competition may stir corporate conflict.
