미디어중독 청소년의 스마트폰 사용의존도에 따른 건강습관 및 모발 무기질 영양상태 분석 (Analysis of health habit and hair mineral nutrition status of media addicted adolescent)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 중독청소년 80명을 대상으로 스마트폰 의존도에 따라 세군 (일반사용자군, 잠재적위험군, 고위험군)으로 분류하여 생활습관, 식행동, 모발 무기질 영양상태에 차이가 있는지 분석하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 본 연구대상자는 스마트폰 의존도가 높을수록 평균 주중 수면시간이 유의하게 적었고 첫 흡연연령은 늦었다. 전체 대상자의 우울감 존재율은 32.5%, 음주율 66.2%, 흡연율 55.0%로 매우 높고, 규칙적인 운동시 행률은 42.5%로 나타났다. 2. 식행동 항목에서는 스마트폰 의존도에 따라 군간 유의한 차이는 없었지만 잠재적위험군에서 식사속도가 빠르고 배부르게 먹는다는 비율이 높았으며 하루 간식을 2회 이상 섭취한다는 비율도 상대적으로 높았다. 그러나 스마트폰을 이용하면서 식사하는 경우 식사속도와 식사량에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 개인의 식행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 부모 (45.0%)와 모바일 (30.0%)의 비율이 우위를 차지하였다. 전반적으로 개선이 필요하다고 판단한 식습관은 불균형된 식사 (35.1%), 빠른 식사속도 (17.5%), 과식 (16.3%)이었으나 잠재적위험군은 불균형된 식사 (38.5%), 과식 (30.8%), 빠른 식사속도 (11.5%)로 세 군간 유의한 차이를 보였다. 4. 영양 및 건강정보 습득처는 핸드폰이 전체 37.5%를 차지하여 가장 높았고 전체 대상자의 32.5%만이 영양교육 및 상담을 받아본 경험이 있으며 교육요구도는 38.8%가 필요하다고 응답하였다. 5. 모발 무기질 총 17종을 분석한 결과 전체 대상자들은 정상범위보다 셀레늄의 농도는 낮고, 납의 농도는 높은 것으로 나타났다. 인과 황은 모두 정상범위에 있었지만 잠재적위험군에서 농도가 유의하게 높았고, 알루미늄의 경우는 고위험군이 정상범위보다 높고, 세 군중 가장 유의하게 높았다. 6. 세 군간 유의한 차이를 보인 인, 황, 알루미늄을 여러 변수별로 비교한 결과 인은 스트레스가 적은 군 (OR 1.18), 황은 여성 (OR 1.14), 고등학생 (OR 1.19), 수면시간 6.5시간 미만 (OR 1.88), 스트레스가 많은 군(OR 1.34), 우울감이 있는 군 (OR 1.20)에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 알루미늄은 여성 (OR 2.25)과 흡연군 (OR 1.32)에서 농도가 유의하게 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여, 스마트폰 의존도가 높은 청소년의 경우 수면, 음주, 흡연 등 건강에 유해한 생활습관과 높은 결식률, 불균형된 식사, 과식, 빠른 식사속도와 같은 식행동의 개선이 필요한 것으로 관찰되었다. 또한 과도한 인터넷 사용에 따라, 성장기 청소년에 요구되는 일부 무기질의 부족과 과잉에 대한 문제점도 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 의존도 문제를 지닌 청소년을 대상으로 실시한 연구로 비의존 대조군이 존재하지 않아 청소년의 스마트폰 의존과 생활습관 및 식행동, 모발 무기질 영양상태와의 관련성을 직접적으로 설명하는 데는 제한점이 있다. 그러나 과의존 청소년의 경우 전반적인 생활습관과 식습관에 문제점이 많고, 의존 정도에 따라 식습관이나 모발 무기질 영양상태에 차이를 보인 연구 결과를 통하여 청소년 스마트폰 의존정도와 식습관, 무기질 영양과의 관련성이 있음이 제시되었다. 본 연구를 통해 미디어중독 청소년의 영양관리에 관한 기초자료를 마련할 수 있었고 나아가 청소년의 건강증진과 건전한 정보문화 정착을 기대하는 바이다.

기후조건에 의한 상수도 일일 급수량의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Variation of Daily Urban Water Demand Based on the Weather Condition)

  • 본 논문에서는 상수도시설을 효율적으로 운영하는 데 필요한 1일 급수량 수요를 예측하는 방식에 대하여 통계학적 모형개념을 이용하여 연구하였다. 급수량의 변화는 기후와 많은 연관성이 있는 것으로 알려지고 있으나 급수량의 예측과 상수도시설의 운영에 있어서 급수량 변동요인을 고려한 수학적 혹은 통계학적 모형을 개발하여 실용화하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시간이 지남에 따라 급수량이 증가하는 경향을 반영할 수 있는 경년변화, 급수인구와 더불어 상수도 급수량의 중요한 변동요인으로 간주되는 기후인자를 이용하여 상수도 1일 급수량을 예측할 수 있는 모형을 제안하고 그 유효성을 검증하였다. 급수량 예측모형식은 통계학적 방법중에서 회귀모형식을 사용하였으며, 연구대상 지역으로서는 자료수집이 용이한 광주광역시를 선정하였다. 1일 급수량을 예측하는데 있어서 회귀모형의 시계열구간을 년별, 월별, 계절별로 분류하고 시계열 구간별로 최적의 회귀모형식을 제안하고자 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 회귀분석을 시행하기 위해서는 먼저 급수량을 종속변수로 하고 급수인구, 경년변화 및 기후인자 즉, 최고기온, 평균기온, 강우량, 운량, 일사량, 상대습도, 일조시간 등을 설명변수로 하는 상관분석을 행하고 비교적 상관성이 높은 인자를 택하여 모형식을 구성하였다. 제안된 모형식은 사고 등에 의한 단수조치나 한발의 영향으로 인한 격일제급수를 실시하는 시기를 제외하고 실측치와 모형과의 오차율이 최대 10%, 평균 3%이내로 나타났으며, 모형식의 결과는 상수도 1일 급수량 예측이 필요한 시설에 적용 가능하다고 판단되었다.을 보여준다.EX>부근에서 진통하였으며 생산성은 약 $13.6g/\ell$-h이 다. 약 $12g/\ell$의 잔류 환원당 중에 약 $4.5g/\ell$의 포도당이 포함되어 있었다. 타피오카 당화액으로부터 분리된 고형분을 사용한 실험을 통하여 고형분도 기 질로서 효용가치가 어느 정도 있는 것으로 판명되었으며 당화액 발효조와 별도로 고형분 발효조의 개발도 필요한 것으로 생각되었다. ot only in this world but also in the other world., Keun-Kap, Scarf, Pee-Bak, Hung-Kap, Pok-Kap, Yang-Dang-Kap, We-Yo-Kap, Kum-Kap, and caries arms.   • This study researches appearance management behaviors through their interests in appearance and the degree of their management among undergraduates to study the effects of sociocultural attitudes toward appearance, self-esteem, and perceptive physical attractiveness on face and hair management behavior. A questionnaire was distributed to 825 female/male undergraduates in Daegu city and Gyeongbuk province. SPSS 12.0 package was used for data analysis; in addition, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ multiple regression analysis were utilized. The results were as follows: 1) In negative weight management behaviors, internalization among sociocultural attitudes and personal physical attractiveness among the physical attractiveness perceptive showed positive effects, while self-esteem showed negative effects. 2) Internalization of sociocultural attitudes and social physical attractiveness of physical attractiveness perception seemed to have positive effects with regard to positive weight management behavior. 3) Internalization among sociocultural attitudes and social physical attractiveness among physical attractiveness was influenced positively in terms of clothing management behavior.

과시소비성향 집단별 뷰티관여가 자기만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Beauty Involvement on Self-Satisfaction by Conspicuous Consumption Tendency Groups)

  • This study examined the effect of beauty involvement on self-satisfaction by conspicuous consumption tendency groups. A questionnaire method was used for this study. The subjects of this research were females in their 20s~50s. We distributed 580 questionnaires ets; constantly, 554 sets were used in the final analysis. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA, cluster analysis, Cronbach's alpha coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Beauty consumption behavior factors were classified with hair styling, skin management, make-up and body shaping. Self-satisfaction factors were classified with living, appearance, economic and interpersonal relation. This study classified 4 conspicuous consumption groups (active, passive, syntonic and individuality & frugal group). The active conspicuous consumption group was unsatisfied with most of the self-satisfaction factors. The passive conspicuous consumption group was more interested in skin management factors than other factors. The syntonic conspicuous consumption group was interested in make-up, body shaping and skin management in order to provide a positive impression to other people. The individuality & frugal group was most interested in body shaping that could be achieved at low cost through exercise and diet.

청소년의 스트레스 유형에 따른 자아의식과 외모관리행동 (Self-consciousness, and Appearance Management Behavior according to Stress Typology of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the stress into groups and analyze their differences in self-consciousness, and appearance management behavior. Questionnaires were administered to 377 middle and high school girls living in Deagu metropolitan City. Frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncant-test, and t-test are all used for data analysis. Our findings show that stress developed due to several reasons: the categories are as follows into grades-related low stress, exam-related high stress, and society-related high stress. For the purposes of our study, we labeled self-consciousness as a combination of being socially and privately self-consciousness and showing signs of social anxiety. Appearance management behavior deals with esthetic plastic surgery, clothing harmony, weight management, hair management, health care, skin care, and meal management. Stress shows a significant correlation with the sub-variable self-consciousness and appearance management behavior. The groups show a significant difference in the self-consciousness, and appearance management behavior. There is also a significant difference among stress, self-consciousness and appearance management behavior by grade. The students in seemed to recognize that their appearance can be improved by dressing up and managing their outwardly appearance. Teachers should educate students to have the variety of views on the meaning of beauty. In addition, schools need to develop programs to educate student about appearances, as the student's interests differ due to the stress type of the adolescent.

한.일 FTA체결에 따른 수산부문 영향 분석 (The Effect Analysis of Korea-Japan FTA on Fisheries Sector)

  • This paper focuses on the analysis of effects on fisheries sector following Korea-Japan Free Trade Agreement and the results are found as follows. In terms of national competitiveness, the RCA(Revealed comparative advantage) index shows that Korea is higher than Japan in most species items. And the calculation of TSI(Trade Specialization Index) finds that Korea is export specialized while Japan import specialized, showing that Korean fisheries sector is internationally more competitive than Japan. The tariffs on the marine products should be completely scrapped between Korea and Japan, export of marine products to Japan increases a mere 2%, while import from Japan 13.5%. In terms of value, annual export to Japan stands at 20,135thousand USD, while import from Japan at 12,137thousands USD, resulting in trade balance improvement of 8,000thousand USD in total. The tariff measures above is expected to have a positive effect on the related industry of marine products such as Oyster, Conger eel, Ark shells and Laver, but those involved in fisheries of Alaska pollack, Hair tail, Sea-bream(live fish), Red horsehead(frozen), Saury are expected to be negatively affected. Given the results of analysis above, the effects of FTA on the fisheries would be advantageous to Korea as a whole, but at the same time, the advantage and disadvantage sustained differs by fishery type and marine products. To that effect, negotiation strategies and countermeasures should be made, taking the results into account.

화장품의 양면적 소비태도 (A Study on Ambivalent Consumption of Cosmetics)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in cosmetics brand selection by product type, and the differences in ambivalent cosmetics consumption attitude by ambivalent clothing consumption attitude. The subjects of the study were females aged 20 plus, living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province between January and February 2008, and 427 questionnaires were used for analysis. For data analysis SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used, and principal component analysis, paired t-test and t-test were conducted. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows: firstly, the differences in cosmetics brand selection by product type were investigated. The results showed that domestic high-priced brands of skincare products were selected most often, that foreign high-priced brands of base products and color products were selected most frequently, that domestic low-and medium-priced brands of hair products were selected most often, and that foreign low-and medium-priced brands of body products were selected most frequently. In particular, foreign high-priced brands of color products were most favored, followed by domestic low-and medium-priced brands. The subjects selected foreign high-priced brands, which are the most expensive, and domestic low-and medium-priced brands, which are the least expensive, at the same time. They displayed ambivalent consumption patterns. Secondly, the differences in cosmetics consumption attitude by ambivalent clothing consumption attitude were examined. Groups high on ambivalent clothing consumption attitude had a higher cosmetics consumption attitude than groups low on ambivalent clothing consumption attitude.

신체이미지와 라이프스타일에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Body Image and Life-style)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate body image as attitude toward physical appearance, and appearance-management behavior, and to analyze the relationship between body image and life style which affects consumer behavior. The method of the study was survey research by using questionnaires. Subjects were 323 women in their twenties. Statistical analysis methods were frequency, percentage. factor analysis, discrimination analysis, one-way ANOVA, x 2- test, and Duncan's multiple range test. The results of the study were as follows. As for appearance-management behaviors of woman in her twenties. 60.1% of all respondents experienced in diet. 31.6% experienced in plastic operation, 47.4% experienced in skin care, 44.9% experienced in perfect make up, and 84.8% experienced in hair dyeing. The group with high appearance concern showed high body satisfaction. Life-style factors were analyzed into 5 factors. The group with low appearance concern considered active family-focus life factor importantly, the group with middle appearance concern considered social life factor, and the group with high appearance concern considered self-focus life type and conspicuous consumption life factor. A significant difference was found in body image between groups according to social level and demographic characteristics. The female group in the mid twenties who majors in arts and athletics, resides on southern part of Han river, and belongs to high society was analyzed to show high appearance concern and body satisfaction. and many experiences of appearance-management behaviors.

패션잡지 마케팅 전략을 위한 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 소비자 행동연구 (A Study on Consumer Behaviors by Types of Lifestyle for Fashion Marketing Strategy)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe lifestyle of female consumers aged 15-25. Also it was to measure brand awareness, to determine purchase criteria in fashion magazine, and to determine promotion preferences according to lifestyle segmentation variables. We distributed 600 questionnaires and 475 reliable questionnaires were used for a statical analysis. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS program on the frequency mean value, Chi-square test, Cluster analysis, and Factor analysis. We classified four clusters such as individual style seekers, trend seekers, promotion/good appearance seekers, and low fashion interest group, based on lifestyle variables. There was a significant difference in brand awareness in Vogue Girl, Cosmo Girl, Elle, Figaro, Ecole magazine among four clusters. There was a significant difference in such purchase criteria as favorable cover models, good "burok" which is a magazine supplement, brand names, and price among four clusters. In addition, the results of ANOVA represent that there was a significant difference in preferred types of promotion such as discount price, clothing gifts, fashion accessary gifts and hair tool gifts. However, the first ranked preferred one was a cosmetic gift in all the magazines, which favored more by trend seeker group.

모발분석 및 처리를 위한 한국형 의료 정보 시스템 구축 (Implementation of Medical Information System for Korean by Tissue Mineral Analysis)

  • 현재 세계 48개국의 의료기관에서 임상을 위해 널리 사용 중인 모발분석(TMA)은 중요 미네랄 비율을 분석하여 체내에 과잉, 결핍 및 불균형 상태를 평가하고 인체에 미치는 영향을 예측하여 건강유지 방향을 제시하는 임상 영양학 및 독성학 검사방법을 말한다. 그러나 국내 모발분석방법에는 몇 가지 문제점이 있다. 즉, 모발분석결과를 처리하고 해석할 수 있는 한국형 의료정보 데이터베이스가 없으므로 미국에 의뢰하고 있는데, 외화낭비는 물론 보내오는 모발분석 검사결과지가 영문이고 철저한 보안 위주파일이므로 국내의료 기관에서의 활용도가 매우 낮다. 또한 모발분석 결과가 서구식 데이터베이스로부터 분석된 것이므로 검사결과의 신뢰성 문제도 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내 최초로 TMA 기반 한국형 의료정보시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 복잡한 모발분석 자료의 분류를 다단계 통계분석 방법에 의한 결정트리 분류기를 통해 수행하고, 다중 퍼지 규칙방식의 데이터베이스를 구축하여 지능형 퍼지추론 방법에 의해 모발분석 자료를 분석한다. 본 시스템의 성능을 실제 작업 환경에서 측정한 결과, 시스템을 사용하는 경우가 사용하지 않았을 경우보다 업무능률과 사용자 만족도가 각각 86%, 92% 증가하였다.
