The purpose of this study is to estimate the degradation rate and process efficiency of the composting according to the salinity concentration. The samples of food waste for this study were collected in Pocheon-Gun, Kyungki-Do. The collected samples were adjusted to the optimum range of moisture content, pH and C/N ratio. After that, adding the saline, the samples with 3 different salinity concentrations(1%, 5% and 10%) were made. Then each sample was fed into the reactor with temperature controller. During the aerobic composting process, the change of the physical and chemical properties of the sample as temperature, pH, C/N ratio and $CO_2$ and $O_2$ concentration in the reactor were measured. From the experiment of this study, the result are following. The highest temperatures are $59^{\circ}C$ at RUN 1(1% salinity conc.), $49^{\circ}C$ at RUN 2(5% salinity conc.) and $45^{\circ}C$ at RUN 3(10% salinity conc.). The change of $CO_2$ production and $O_2$ consumption have the positive correlation with the change of the temperature. $CO_2$ production and $O_2$ consumption are peaked at the low salinity concentration. During composting, Run 1, RUN 2 and RUN 3 are increased pH to 8.9, 8.6 and 7.2 and slowly decreased C/N ratio to 18.9, 19.1 and 22.1 and moisture content to 51.1%, 53.7% and 55.0%, respectively. It is supposed that increasing salinity concentration causes the retarding of the microbial degradation activities during the composting. And for the efficient composting, the salinity concentration in the sample hat to be maintained below 5%.
This article addresses considerations, processes of drawing concepts and design approaches in compiling a corporate brochure set in the practice of editorial design. A well-made brochure does not simply refer to listings of the current state of a company and a fantastic visualization of their visions. It necessarily involves the utilization of strategic core keywords appropriate to the industry, proper and classy metaphors that fit the target, a certain harmony between direct and indirect narratives, and bringing all of these aspects under the hat of creative and purposeful design in a single brochure. Thus, it also calls for variety and changes to captivate the eye when leafing through brochures. 1. Does the brochure reflect accurate diagnoses on the position of the market environment, the industry and their needs? 2. Does it offer solutions to given tasks, does it claim to be able to solve problems a company may have, does it satisfy their expectations, and does it cover the topics in an in-depth manner? 3. Referring to questions 1 & 2, does it address existing cases of competitors, leading players and global trends? 4. Does it have an appropriate design language that can communicate intrinsic issues and global trends as well as appropriate rhetorical visual aids that stand out?
A myriad of information production channels and medium including internet, social media, and multi media channels emerged, often with conflicting interests, disseminate unwanted and inaccurate information which could result in sudden severe public relations damage to the global companies with world class products if not dealt with in the professional way. Properly crafted and managed public relations thus should become the integral part of all organizations. In particular online public relations leadership becomes even more important to public organizations responsible for national branding and interests and to private sectors expanding into the global markets. The research aims to increase global competitiveness of the pubic and exporters by presenting the online leadership strategy 101. For this purpose, locally produced web sites are analysed both from technical and global marketing perspectives. From the research all web sites were classified into three types of ghost, wreck, and moron. The 2012 research showed that 99% was moron, followed by 67% wreck and 1% ghost. The research presents must strategies for global public relations and marketing. They include strategic planning, public relation training, white hat search engine optimization, web standards, web accessibility, mobile web site and the inbound marketing strategies.

The steel-plate concrete composite beam is composed of a steel plate, concrete and a shear connector to combine the two inhomogeneous materials. In general, the steel plate is assembled by welding an existing composite beam. In this study, a new steel-plate concrete composite (SPCC) beam was developed to reduce the size of the shear connector and improve its workability. The SPCC beam was composed of folded steel plates and concrete, without any shear connector. The folded steel plate was assembled with high strength bolts instead of welding. To improve the workability in field construction, a hat-shaped cap was attached in the junction with the slab. Monotonic two-point load testing was conducted under displacement control mode. The flexural strength of the SPCC beam specimen was calculated to be 76% of that of the complete composite beam by using the plastic stress distribution method and strain compatibility method. The cap acted as the stud and accessory. The synthesis rate could be increased by controlling the gap of the cap, and the bending performance could be evaluated by using the strain fitting method considering the synthesis rate of the SPCC beam.

The steel-plate concrete composite beam is composed of a steel plate, concrete and shear connector to combine two inhomogeneous materials. In general, the steel plate is assembled by welding an existing composite beam. In this study, the SPC beam was composed of folding steel plates and concrete, without a headed stud. The folding steel plate was assembled by a high strength bolt instead of welding. To improve the workability in a field construction, a hat-shaped cap was attached to the junction with a slab. Monotonic load testing under two points was conducted under displacement control mode to analyze the flexural strength of the SPC beam using a cap as the shear connector. Five specimens with shear connector types, protrusion length, and different thickness of steel plates were constructed and tested. The experimental results were analyzed through the relationship between the shear strength ratio and flexural strength in KBC 2009. The test results showed a shear strength ratio of more than 40 %. In the case of using a cap-like specimen as the shear connector, the flexural strength was 70% of the value calculated as a fully composite beam. In addition, the cap showed a smaller shear strength than the stud, but the cap served as a shear connection. When the thickness of the steel plate was taken as a variable, the steel plate exhibited a bending strength of approximately 70% compared to a fully formed steel plate, and exhibited similar deformation performance. Local buckling occurred due to incomplete composite behavior, but local buckling occurred at a 5% higher strength for a relatively thick steel plate. The buckling width also decreased by 15%.

In this study, an attempt has been made to analyze the morphology of Cephalopods distributed in Korea and collected samples from South-East Asian countries including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and China. A phylogenetic analysis was performed using the mitochondrial gene, Cytochrome c oxidase subunit I (COI) to understand the genetic divergences of the species and validate their origins. For achieving the objectives, samples were collected directly from Thailand Hat Yai, Songkhla, Indonesia Medan, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh, and Vung Tau in August 2015 and from China in September 2015. A total of 23 species of Cephalopods were identified falling under three orders, four familyies and nine genus. The species were distributed under Order: Octopoda (1 family, 3 genus, and 9 species), Order: Sepiolioda (1 family, 2 genus, and 8 species), and Order Teuthoidea (2 family, 4 genus, and 6 species). 23 species which is 1 family 3 genus 9 species in Octopoda, 1 family 2 genus 8 species in Sepiolioda, 2 family 4 genus 6 species in Teuthoidea. Phylogenetic analysis using COI gene was conducted for 18 species. For the remaining 5 species sequencing results showed severe variation and hence were not considered further. The COI phylogenetic analysis for the 18 species of Cephalopods were found consistent with the morphological identification. The excluded species will be subjected for a further detailed analysis.
The purpose of this study was to know influenced on the change of Oswestry back pain disability index(OBPDI), isometric muscle power(IMP), muscular activation with chronic low back pain(CLBP) patients after Trunk Stabilization Exercise. Intervention was provided 6 weeks(5 days a week). Muscular activation was measured during IMP(Muscles : transversus abdominis : TA, internal obliqus : IO, external obliqus : EO, rectus abdominis : RA and erector spinae: ES). The results were as follows. 1. OBPDI about the MBE and the SE groups had effective decrease pain and disability. 2. IMP of intervention after the MBE and the SE groups had effective improve muscle power. 3. Muscle activation during IMP of intervention after was : TA, IO, RA had increase in the MBE and the SE groups. EO muscle activation during IMP of intervention after had increase only MBE groups. This shows that the MBE and the SE groups had effective increase because it has effective improve muscle power. In 1his paper, applicability of laser welding to joining process of single crystal nickel base superalloy turbine blades was investigated. Because heat input of laser welding is more precisely controlled 1han TIG welding, it is possible to optimize solidification microstructure of the welds. Since in single crystal nickel base superalloy the crystal orientation have a significant effect on the strength, it is important to control the solidification microstructure in the fusion zone. A single crystal nickel base supera1loy, CMSX-4, plates were bead-on welded and butt welded using a $CO_2$ laser. The effects of microstructure and crystal orientation on properties of the weld joints were investigated. In bead-on weldling, welding directions were deviated from the base metal [100] direction by 0, 5, 15 and 30 degrees. The welds with deviation angles of 15 and 30 degrees showed fusion zone transverse cracks. As the deviation angles became larger, the fusion zone had more cracking. In the cross section microstructure, the fusion zone grains in 0 and 5 degrees welds grew epitaxially from the base metal spins except for the bead neck regions. The grains in the bead neck regions contained stray crystals. As deviation angles increased, number of the stray crystals increased. In butt welding, the declinations of the crystal orientation of the two base metals varied 0, 5 and 10 degrees. All beads had no cracks. In the 5 degrees bead, the cross section and surface microstructures showed that the fusion zone grains grew epitaxially from the base metal grains. However, the 10 degrees bead, the bead cross section and surface contained the stray crystals in the center of the welds. Orientations of the stray crystals accorded with the heat flow directions in the weld pool. When the welding direction was deviated from the base metal [100] direction, cracks appeared in the area including the stray crystals. The cracks developed along the grain boundaries of the stray crystals with high angles in the final solidification regions at the center of the welds. The fracture surfaces were covered with liquid film. The cracks, therefore, found to be solidification cracks due to the presence of low melting eutectic. As the results, in both bead-on welding and butt welding the deviation angles should be control within 5 degrees for preventing the fusion zone cracks. To investigate the mechanical properties of the weld joints, high temperature tensile tests for bead-on welds with deviation angles of 0 and 5 degrees and the butt welds with dec1ination angles of 0, 5 and 10 degrees were conducted at 1123K. The the tensile strength of all weld joints were more 1han 800MPa that is almost 80% of the tensile strength of the base metal. The strength of the laser weld joints were more than twice that of tue TIG weld joints with a filler metal of Inconel 625. The results reveals 1hat laser welding is more effective joining process for single crystal nickelbase superalloy turbine blades 1han TIG welding.
Total 390 mice were irradiated with $2{\times}3cm$ abdominal field and $200{\times}5/wk$ regimen with orthovoltage x-ray machine. All animals were divided into 2 large groups, damage and recovery, and histopathologic changes were analyzed at various total dose level (1,000 cCy-5,000 cCy) and intervals (1 week-15 weeks). Almost acute changes such as decreased mitotic activity, villi shortening and focal erosion of mucosa recovered within 1-2 weeks in 1,000-3,000 cGy irradiated group but mild changes persisted in 4,000 and 5,000 cCy irradiated groups. Chronic delayed changes such as thickening of vessel wall with focal thrombosis, submucosal fibrosis, mucosal atrophy and chronic ulcer were observed from 2-3 week specimens in 4,000 and 5,000 cGy groups, These late changes recovered slightly, as increasing time intervals after irradiation but mild, persistant changes were observed throught all follow up period. These data suggest hat even 4,000 cCy is not completely safe for possible permanent damage and judicious modificiation of total dose, dose rate, fraction size, and field size should be considered for better results.
Thailand is becoming an aging society, this presenting as a serious problem situation especially regarding health. Chronic diseases found frequently in the elderly may be related to dietary intake and life style. Surin province has been reported as a risk area for liver fluke with a high incidence of cholangiocarcinma especially in the elderly. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the nutritional status and associated factors among elderly in Surin province, northeast of Thailand. A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted among 405 people aged 60 years and above, between September 2012 and July 2014. The participants were selected through a randomized systematic sampling method and completed a pre-designed questionnaire with general information, food recorded, weight, height, waist circumference, and behavior regarding to food consume related to liver fluke infection. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman's rank correlation coefficients.
