지리정보시스템을 활용한 서울시 유해대기오염물질 우선순위 측정지역 선정 (Selection of Priority Monitoring Areas for Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) in Seoul using Geographic Information System)

  • As the Seoul metropolitan city has the largest numbers of population and vehicles, the citizens can be exposed to hazardous air pollutants(HAPs) mainly from the vehicular exhaust and human activities. In this study, we proposed a systematic method for the selection of priority monitoring areas for HAPs using Geographic Information System (GIS). First, emission parameters(emission data, vehicle registration, monitoring data, and so on) and population parameters (population and population density) were plotted using the inverse distance weighted (IDW) interpolation. Then, the interpolation data for individual parameters, which were normalized between 1 and 5 points, were compiled for 270 grids with a resolution of $2km{\times}2km$. The total score of each grid was calculated using weights(1~5) for the individual parameters. The final ranking of each grid was assigned by four scenarios with varying fractions of the emission and population parameters from 50 : 50 to 80 : 20. Consequently, nine grids were suggested as priority monitoring areas, and all of them are located in the southwestern part of Seoul.

  • In this study, the HAPs(Harzard Air Pollutants) emission factor level of Starex and Grand Carnival was tested using PEMS (Portable Emissions Measurement System) on real road driving. As a result of RDE (Real Driving Emission test), the overall vehicle speed pattern showed similar characteristics. The real-road driving test at constant speed revealed emission factor is inversely proportional relationship to constant speed. Results of accelerating with speed limit on the real-road were shown as followings; Uran (less than 45 km/h)>Rural (<45 km/h, less than 80 km/h)>Motorway (>80 km/h). Moreover, the sudden acceleration and deceleration in driving at high speed was the increasing factor to the HAPs emission factor. This tendency is considered to be influenced by the operating environment on real roads.

  • In Korea, there is no CRA studies and has not well known CRA and not well established their methodologies. Therefore, objectives of this study is to establish the framework of CRA consisting of health risk, economic risk and perceived risk and the detail methodologies of three main component of estimating and comparing those risks for on the three environmental problems of air pollution, indoor air pollution and drinking water contamination which being subjective to the eight sub-problems of hazardous ai. pollutants (HAPs), regulated pollutants (representative as PM10) and Dioxins (PCDDS/ PCDFs) in air pollution, and indoor ai. pollutants (IAPs) and Radon in indoor air pollution, and drinking water pollutants (DWPs), disinfection-by- products(DBPs) and radionuclides in drinking water contamination in Seoul, Korea. And then, their problems set priorities by individual and integrated risk. As a results, ranking of health risk were the following order of indoor air pollution, air pollution and then drinking water contamination, in three environmental problems and of radon, PM10, IAPs, HAPs, DWPs, Dioxins, DBPs, and then radionuclides in eight sub-problems. And that of economic risk were the same order. In the contrary, ranking of perceived risk were the following order of air pollution, drinking water contamination, and then indoor air pollution, and of HAPs, Dioxins, radionuclides, PM10, DWPs, IAPs, Radon and then DBPs.

유효성분들을 배합한 치약제의 실험실적 및 임상적 치아미백유지 효과 (Tooth whitening maintenance efficacy of dentifrices containing several active ingredients in vitro and in vivo)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate tooth whitening maintenance efficacy of several dentifrices containing effective ingredients for tooth whitening. Methods: Hydroxyapatite specimens(HAPs) staining was done by using modified Stookey's methods. HAPs were treated with 2.9% hydrogen peroxide containing strip for whitening, and were shaken with several dentifrice slurry(dentifrice 1 : artificial saliva 2) for 30 minutes. The HAPs were finally dipped in staining solution for an hour. Shaking and dipping were repeated 4 times and lightness values were measured by colorimeter at each step. In clinical test, test 4 dentifrice and control dentifrice were evaluated by 21 subjects for 2 months after receiving institutional review board(IRB) approval. Organoleptic(vita shade guide) and instrumental(SHADEEYE-NCC) evaluation were performed for whiteness change of teeth. Statistical analysis was performed using repeated measures ANOVA, Tukey's post hoc test and ${\chi}^2$-test(p<0.05). Results: All dentifrices showed statistical significance in comparison with control dentifrice containing sodium fluoride and test 4 dentifrice containing sodium pyrophosphate, sodium metaphosphate, candelilla wax, and sodium fluoride showed statistical significance in comparison with other dentifrices by inhibiting staining in vitro(p<0.05). In clinical test, test 4 dentifrice showed better effects than control dentifrice in organoleptic and instrumental evaluation in tooth whitening maintenance efficacy(p<0.05). The awareness toward tooth whitening maintenance efficacy for 2 months use showed that test 4 dentifrice was much better than control dentifrice, but did not show statistically significant(p>0.05). Conclusions: Dentifrice containing sodium pyrophosphate, sodium metaphosphate, candelilla wax and sodium fluoride was more effective in keeping teeth white.

규칙기반 한글 자동 프로그램을 위한 프로그램 변형기법 (A Program Transformational Approach for Rule-Based Hangul Automatic Programming)

  • 초고급 언어에 의한 자동 프로그래밍은 프로그램의 자료구조 이외에 많은 부분을 시스템이 관장함으로써 프로그램 명세의 표현이 추상적이지만 프로그램 의미소가 술 어논리, 집합, 사상, 혹은 제안된 자연언어를 사용하기 때문에 초고급 구조에 익숙하 지 않은 프로그래머들이 이를 이용하여 프로그램을 작성하는 경우 상당한 어려움이 따 르고, 이들 초고급언어 구조에 익숙하기까지 많은 시간이 요하게 된다. 왜냐하면 초 고급언어는 프로그램 명세의 표현이 추상적이지만 프로그램 의미소가 술어 논리, 집합, 사상, 혹은 제한된 자연언어를 사용하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 자동 프로 그램의 어려움을 줄이기 위해서 한글로 구성된 선언적구문, 절차적 구문, aggregate 구문으로 광역언어를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 한글 자동 프로그래 밍 시스템(Hangul Automatic Programming)은 입력으로 순수한 한글로 구성되어 있으며 추상 알고리즘(Abstract Algorithm)과 자료형(Data Type)혹은 절차적 구문을 받아서 출력으로는 C 언어 프로그램을 만들어 낸다. 자동 프로그래밍 접근 방식은 프로그램 변형기법과 규칙기반에 바탕을 두고 문제영역은 일반적인 프로그램으로 한정 하였다. 시스템 제어구조는 한글 프로그램을 입력으로 받아서 지식베이스로부터 적절한 규칙 을 선택해서 이것을 변형한 다음 전체 데이타 베이스에 넣는데 이과정을 프로그램이 완성 될 때 까지 반복한다.
