경기지역 고등학생의 고지방 간식 섭취 및 생활 스트레스와 식행동 간의 관계 (Relationship among Life Stress, Dietary Behaviors and High-fat Snack Intake in High School Students in Gyeonggi Area)

  • Objectives: Stress during adolescence is related to undesirable nutritional intake and negatively affects the growth and development. This study was performed to investigate the relationship among life stress, dietary behaviors and the intake of high-fat containing snacks in male and female high school students in Gyeonggi-do area. Methods: The subjects were 700 high school students (350 males, 350 females) in Gyeonggi-do from July to September 2014 and the survey was performed by using questionnaire that included general characteristics, dietary behaviors, high-fat containing snacks intake, and daily life stress. Results: There was a gender difference in health-related life style and dietary behaviors, and the life stress was significantly higher in female students than in male students. For health-related life style, exercise frequency, hours of sleep and conversation time with parents had significantly negative correlations with life stress, while smoking and perceived stress had significantly positive correlations with life stress. For dietary behaviors, the frequency of eating-out had a significantly negative correlation with life stress, while the changes in amount of meal intake under stress had a significantly positive correlation with life stress. The fat intake of 'high-stress group' was significantly higher and high-fat containing snacks consumed by this group consisted of cookies, honey bread and fried foods. Conclusions: It is necessary to develop appropriate programs for the emotional stability and stress relief of adolescents that provide continuous nutrition education focused on proper snack intake, desirable dietary behaviors and nutritional aspects.

아궁이 사용에 의한 대기오염물질 배출량 산정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimation of Air Pollutants Emission from Traditional Fireplace in Korea)

  • A traditional fireplace has been used, but not much, for heating and cooking in rural area, Korea. Traditional fireplace as one type of biomass burnings is also emitting various air pollutants. Air pollutants emission from traditional fireplace was estimated in this study. There are two types of traditional fireplace, one for combined heating and cooking, the other one for cooking only. Types of fuels mostly used in traditional fireplace were wood, agricultural residue, solid waste. Activity levels such as fuel types, amount of fuel loading, and temporal variation were investigated by field survey over Korea. Estimated annual emissions from traditional fireplace were CO 6,335.0, NOx 555.0, SOx 9.6, VOC 1,771.7, TSP 181.4, $PM_{10}$ 119.9, $PM_{2.5}$ 96.2, $NH_3$ 1.4 ton/yr respectively. When emissions compared with the national emission inventory (CAPSS: Clean Air Policy Support System) of 2010 year, CO and $PM_{10}$ occupy 0.8% and 0.1% of total national emission, respectively.

경기육괴 중부 남단(용인-안성지역)에 분포하는 선캠브리아기 변성암류의 지구화학적 특징 (Geochemistry of Precambrian Metamorphic Rocks from Yongin-Anseong Area, the Southernmost Part of Central Gyeonggi Massif)

  • 경기육괴의 남서부지역인 용인-안성지역에는 선캠브리아기 초기의 기반암으로 사료되는 고변성도의 편마암과 편암 그리고 이를 관입한 중생대 쥬라기 화강암류가 광범위하게 분포하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 용인-안성지역에 분포하는 선캠브리아기의 변성암류와 이를 관입한 쥬라기 화강암의 지구화학적 특징을 토대로 서로의 상관성을 토의하고자 하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 변성암류의 Nd모델연대( $T_{DM}$ $^{Nd}$ )는 경기육괴의 가장 활발한 지각형성시기였던 약 2.6Ca~2.9Ga(Lee or of., 2003) 동안에 생성된 기원물질로부터 유래되었음을 지시 해준다. 그리고 Nd 모델 연대( $T_{DM}$ $^{Nd}$ )에 의하면, 흑운모 호상편마암과 석영장석질 편마암의 Nd 모델 연대는 각각 2.59Ga~2.73Ga, 2.70Ga~2.88Ga로서 석영장석질 편마암의 기원물질이 약간 더 오래된 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이들 변성암류는 경기육괴의 가장 활발한 지각형성시기의 기원물질로부터 유래되었음을 알 수 있다. 희토류원소의 분포에 있어서, 흑운모 호상편마암은 (La/Yb)$_{N}$ 값이 37~136으로 매우 급격한 기울기를 보여주는 반면에, 앰피볼라이트의 경우 (La/Yb)$_{N}$ 값이 4.65~6.64로 거의 편평한 분포양상을 보여준다 이는 흑운모호상편마암은 분화가 상당히 일어난 기원물질로부터 유래되었음을 지시해준다. 특히 연구지역내 흑운모 호상편마암, 석영장석질 편마암과 같은 고변성도의 변성암류에서 관찰되는 희토류원소의 분포도는 초기기원물질의 특성을 그대로 보유하고 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다 그리고 인접한 중생대 화강암의 (La/Yb)$_{N}$ 과 Nd 모델연대는 각각 32~40, 1.69Ga~2.08Ga로서 기반암인 흑운모 편마암과 석영장석질 편마암과는 지구화학적 특성이 서로 다른 젊은 기원물질로부터 유래되었음을 지시해준다.

서해안 미고결 지층의 퇴적이력 및 퇴적환경 (Stratigraphic Sequence and Depositional Environment of Unconsolidated Deposits in the West Seacoast)

  • 우리나라 조간대의 약 83%는 서해안에 분포하고 있으며, 경기도와 인천지역에 약 35.1%가 분포하고 있다. 본 연구는 경기만 일원에 분포하는 조간대 퇴적층의 형성 환경과 특성을 이해하기 위하여 수행되었으며, 광물학적, 지구화학적, 물리적 특성에 대한 관찰과 기술을 통해 각각의 세부적인 퇴적단위를 구분하였다. 우리나라 서해 연안 조간대에서 채취된 퇴적물의 층서적 위치, 퇴적상 및 침식 부정합면을 근거로 조간대는 기반암 상위로부터 Unit 4${\rightarrow}$Unit 3${\rightarrow}$Unit 2${\rightarrow}$Unit 1의 순서로 4개의 퇴적단위로 구분되며, 경기만에서 측정된 퇴적층을 서해안 조간대 퇴적층과 대비하면 북부지역에 해당되는 청라지구에서는 Unit 4, Unit 3, Unit 2, Unit 1의 모든 지층이 나타나며, 영종도지역에서는 Unit 2, Unit 1의 지층이 관찰되며, Unit 4, Unit 3은 결층이다. 경기만의 중부와 남부지역에 해당되는 인천대교와 송도지역은 Unit 4, Unit 3, Unit 1의 지층이 관찰되며, Unit 2는 결층에 해당한다. 가로림만에 해당되는 대산 지역은 Unit 4-Unit 3-Unit 1이 관찰된다. 상부 지층에 해당하는 Unit 1과 Unit 2 지층은 경기만 북부의 청라지구와 영종도 지역에서 넓게 분포하며, 남부 지역은 하부 지층의 Unit 3과 Unit 4 지층이 잘 나타난다. 경기만에서 측정된 평균 점토광물 함량비는 청라지구에서 8.2%, 영종도에서 2.9%, 인천대교에서 18.4%, 송도지역에서 24.6%로 나타났다.

A Study on the Capital Area's Urban Type Analysis and Real Estate Characteristics

  • In recent times, multi-centralization and decentralization as well as large Capital area and suburbanization in the spatial structure of capital area. With rapid growth, urbanization and industrialization are unsystematic, and growth inequality between regions caused negative effects such as discordant centralization and decentralization, fluctuating land value, and gap between living conditions. Accordingly, this study analyzed urban spatial indexes by the self-governed body in the capital area such as Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi province for the analysis of the regional inequality phenomenon. We examined the characteristics of temporal and spatial changes in urban spatial structure in the capital area by utilizing the distribution pattern and density of city indexes such as population, employment, etc, and then drew the commonality of those factors through factor analysis. We evaluated the drawn results through the city standard index by each city, conducted factor score analysis, and identified the interaction between each factor and Housing Purchase Price Composite Indices index, housing rent price index(Housing Jeonse Price Composite Indices), land price fluctuation rate, diffusion ratio of house, and financial independence.

경기지역 일부 남자대학생의 흡연여부가 영양섭취와 건강관련 생활습관 및 혈중 지질에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Smoking on Nutritional Intake, Dietary Behaviors and Blood Lipid Profile of College Students in the Gyeonggi Area)

  • This study was performed to investigate nutritional intake, the dietary behaviors and plasma lipid profile between smokers and non-smokers of college male students in the Gyeonggi Area. Dietary behaviors and attitude toward smoking were investigated by questionnaires. The result obtained were as follows: There was no significant difference in anthropometric measurements between smokers and nonsmokers. There was no significant difference in dietary behaviors. However, smokers tended to eat more snacks and desserts than nonsmokers. In plasma lipid levels, smokers had higher levels of plasma triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, VLDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol than that of non-smokers(p<0.05). HDL-cholesterol level of smokers was a lower than that of non-smokers although the difference was not significant. AI(Atherogenic Index), Total /HDL cholesterol ratio and LDL/HDL cholesterol ratio of smokers were significantly higher than that of non-smokers(p<0.01). BMI and SBP showed positive correlation with triglyceride(p<0.01) and VLDL-cholesterol(p<0.01). DBP showed positive correlation with triglyceride(p<0.001) and VLDL-cholesterol(p<0.01).

경기 지역 종합 검진 영양 상담자의 연령별 식습관 비교 (A Study on the Dietary Habits of People in Gyeonggi Area by Age Groups - Based on the Nutrition Counseling Data of Medical Health Examination -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the dietary habits by age groups, based on the nutrition counseling data of medical health examination. The subjects were 5,811 adults(3,258 males and 2,553 females) who took comprehensive medical test in Gyeonggi area, and they were evaluated from January 1 to December 31 in 2005. Survey samples were divided by age groups 30>, $30{\sim}39,\;40{\sim}49,\;50{\sim}59,\;60{\sim}69,\;70{\leq}years$. The subjects were composed of 56.1% male and 43.9% female. The results showed that the dietary habits of $50{\sim}59$ group were relatively good. On the other hand, in 30>, $30{\sim}39\;and\;40{\sim}49$ age groups, since they had irregular meals and high ratio of skipping breakfast. and they had meals out frequently, nutritional unbalance in these age groups was expected for the future. Therefore the correct nutritional facts should be taught to them so that they have a healthy dietary habit.

조석우세환경인 경기만에 발달된 수중사구의 형태·퇴적학적 변화 (Morphological and sedimentological changes of subaqueous dunes in the tide-dominated environment, Gyeonggi Bay)

  • 경기만 남부 지역에 발달되어 있는 수중사구의 형태 특성 및 변화를 알아보고 수중사구의 발달 제어요인을 파악하기 위해서 2004년 9월과 2006년 9월에 고해상도 다중빔음향측심기를 이용한 지형조사와 퇴적학적 조사를 실시하였다. 연구지역은 현재의 조류세기와 퇴적물 특성이 대형 수중사구가 충분히 발달, 유지될 수 있는 조건을 나타내고 있다. 시간에 따른 퇴적물 특성 변화, 즉, 입도의 감소는 초대형 수중사구의 파고를 감소시키고 있어, 입도가 연구지역 내 수중사구 크기 발달에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인임을 나타낸다.

Factors Affecting the Usage Pattern and Satisfaction of Delivery Food according to the Food-Related Lifestyle of Chinese Students in Gyeonggi Area

  • This study was performed to provide fundamental data on the convenience foods purchase according to the food-related lifestyle. This study was conducted on 398 Chinese international students residing in Gyeonggi area between October and December 2019. Among the total 373 survey subjects, gender was 183 male students (49.1%) and 190 female students (50.9%). This study was conducted by questionnaire method with reference to previous studies. There are significant differences in economic pursuit and taste pursuit for delivery food use, economic pursuit and taste pursuit for delivery food information, health pursuit and taste pursuit in delivery food ordering method, and economic pursuit and convenience pursuit for delivery food use (p<0.05). Delivery food usage time was significantly different in convenience pursuit, health pursuit, eating out pursuit, and taste pursuit (p<0.05), and the delivery food preference menu was significantly different in economic pursuit, health pursuit, eating out pursuit, and taste pursuit (p<0.05). The menu positive factors among satisfaction factors showed statistically significant differences in economic pursuit (β=0.188, t=3.531) and health pursuit (β=0.160, t=3.099) among food related lifestyle factors. In conclusion, this study presented the desirable direction of delivery food usage in Chinese students.

성별에 따른 종합검진 영양상담자의 식이섭취 및 식습관에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dietary Habits and Food intake Patterns by sex; base on the data of the nutrition counseling of comprehensive medical testing in Gyeonggi area)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the dietary behaviors and food intake patterns by sex, based on the data of nutrition counseling of health medical examination. The subjects were 5811(3258 males and 2553 females) of groups taken comprehensive medical testing in Gyeonggi area, and the total period was from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005. The subjects are composed of 56.1% male and 43.9% female. The results of this study show that of the females group were higher than those of the males in the case of dietary patterns. The averages intakes of milk products and beverages were significantly higher in male. Animal food intake ratio in the meal was significantly higher in male. In view of these facts, the relation factors of nutrients intakes may vary by sex. The averages of nutrients intakes were higher in male compared to female. Therefore, appropriate nutritional education should be conducted so that they have a healthy dietary habit.
