PURPOSE. The present experiment aimed to evaluate the placement accuracy of fully guided implant surgery using a mucosa-supported surgical guide when the protocol of osteotomy and installation was modified (MP) compared to when the protocol was sequentially and conventionally carried out (CP). MATERIALS AND METHODS. For 24 mandibular dentiform models, 12 dentists (6 experts and 6 beginners) performed fully guided implant placements two times at the right first and second molar sites using a mucosa-supported surgical guide, once by the CP (CP group) and at the other time by the MP (MP group). The presurgical and postsurgical stereolithographic images were superimposed, and the deviations between the virtually planned and actually placed implant positions and the procedure time were compared statistically (P < .05). RESULTS. The accuracies were similar in the CP and MP groups. In the CP group, the mean platform and apex deviations at the second molar site for the beginners were +0.75 mm and +1.14 mm, respectively, which were significantly larger than those for the experts (P < .05). In the MP group, only the mean vertical deviation at the second molar site for the beginners (+0.53 mm) was significantly larger than that for the experts (P < .05). The procedure time was significantly longer for the MP group (+94.0 sec) than for the CP group (P < .05). CONCLUSION. In fully guided implant surgery using a mucosa-supported guide, the MP may improve the placement accuracy when compared to the CP, especially at sites farther from the most-posterior natural tooth.

본 논문에서는 번화가나 관광지 등 주차공간의 수요가 높은 지역에서 주차하면서 발생할 수 있는 불편함을 해결하기 위해 개발한 주차안내 서비스를 소개한다. 실제 주차장을 측정하고 자동차를 운전하면서 개발하는 데 어려움이 있어, 임시 주차장을 만들고 Arduino RC Car를 만들어서 실제 자동차를 대신하였다. Open CV를 기반으로 한 영상처리로 전체 주차장, 주차 가능 공간, 주차 완료된 공간을 확인하고 움직이는 자동차를 추적할 수 있도록 하였으며, 이 정보를 사용자가 애플리케이션을 통해 확인할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 사용자는 애플리케이션을 통해 원하는 주차공간을 예약할 수 있으며, 길 찾기 알고리즘을 도입하여 선택한 주차 칸까지의 최적 경로를 안내받을 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 브이월드 이용 활성화를 위한 가이드 제작에 관해 연구하였다. 브이월드 만족도 조사를 통해 대상자를 분류하여 방문 목적 등을 조사하였으며, 브이월드 사용자의 방문 목적에 따라 초급, 중급, 고급으로 분류하였다. 특히 본 논문에서는 90% 이상의 지도계열 서비스 사용자를 중심으로 초급 가이드 작성에 대해 연구하였다. 브이월드의 서비스 기능 분석, 초급 가이드에 대한 구성 방안, 콘텐츠 작성, 가이드 제작 방법 개발을 위해 다양한 통계분석 및 사회 전반적인 이슈 조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 일반인이 보다 쉽게 국가공간정보를 국민에게 제공하는 브이월드에 접근할 수 있는 계기가 되었으면 한다.

In this paper, we propose a web-based content syndication system in which users can easily choose Internet protocol television (IPTV) contents. This system generates personalized content guide to provide a list of IPTV contents with respect to users' interests and statistics information of their online social community. For this, IPTV contents and relevant metadata are collected from various sources and transformed. Then, the service and content metadata are processed by user metadata including audience measurement and community metadata. The metadata flows are separated from content flows of transport network. The implementation of IPTV content syndication system demonstrates how to arrange IPTV contents efficiently from content providers to the end user's screen. We also show that the user metadata including online community information are important for the system's performance and the user's satisfaction.

Maintainability refers to the ease with which maintenance work can be done. It involves the process of ensuring that products can be easily and safely maintained and that the maintenance support requirement is minimized. When a product has a reasonably long life, the cost of operation and support during that life can greatly exceed the initial capital cost. The value to the customer of optimizing maintainability should be evident. Some effort and expense applied to achieving a product which can be easily and cheaply maintained will make very significant savings in the life cycle costs. In this paper, the International Standard IEC 60300-3-10, which is the application guide for maintainability, is considered. This standard can be used to implement a maintainability program covering the initiation, development and in-service phases of a product. It provides guidance on how the maintenance aspects of the tasks should be considered in order to achieve optimum maintainability. The elements of a maintainability program, which are maintenance policy and concept, maintainability studies, project management, design for maintainability, analysis and prediction methods, maintenance verification and validation, analysis of life cycle cost, maintenance support planning, and collection and analysis of maintenance data, are fully discussed in this paper.

This study is designed to develop a certification system for non-formal environmental education educators as part of efforts to nurture non-formal environmental education educators, increase public trust in non-formal environmental education educators and secure structure and sustainability of non-formal environmental education. The job of non-formal environmental education educators-distant from technical expertise functions that are dealt with by existing certification system - belongs to education and service industry, And the certification system I try to develop is different from existing exclusive certification system based on written tests. It is rather an authentication system based on capability development. So its components are somewhat different from those of existing certification system. However, I also tried to ensure that the system should include components which were supposed to be part of basic certification system. The certification system for non-formal environmental education educators in the study is focused on developing a framework for basic certification system. Therefore, I believe that follow up studies may be needed to address execution, i.e., specific evaluation criteria to select organizations in charge of certification system and education course/program respectively, criteria to select instructors who will lead training course/program and decision on whether experiences as eco-guide or nature experience guide should be recognized as experiences for non-formal environmental education educator etc.

During disaster response, prioritization of limited resources is one of the most important but challenging tasks. At the same time, it is imperative to timely provide to the rescuers with the adequate heavy equipment to facilitate lifesaving operations. However, supply of high demand equipment is usually insufficient during the initial phase of disaster response, challenging lifesaving operations. At the same time, resources outside of the disaster affected zone converge into the area to assist the response efforts, which is the effect of convergence that often made resource coordination challenging in large scale disasters. Meanwhile, the initial condition of the disaster is usually best known by civilians already at the area before and during impact of the disaster. The knowledge of the civilians is not always received and considered by the responding organizations. With the help of these civilians, critical information such as victim location, infrastructure damage, and risk condition could be better know before any response actions are taken. To efficiently collect information and utilize the converging resources, this paper proposes a geospatial information repository for initial condition reporting and update to guide search and rescue operations and deployment of equipment with safety considerations for the rescuers in large scale disaster response scenarios.

이동통신망 고도화와 유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 기술 개발에 따라 상황인지 기반 신규 서비스 모델이 개발되고 있다. 이동통신사업자는 셀 기반의 위치정보를 이용한 친구 찾기 서비스 GPS 위치정보를 이용한 텔레매틱스 서비스 등을 제공하고 있고 최근에는 셀 기반의 위치정보 서비스를 이용한 114 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동통신망에서 위치정보와 상용자 정보를 이용한 모바일 상황인지 맛집 추천 서비스를 위피 플랫폼을 이용하여 개발하였다. 개발된 모바일 상황인지 맛집 추천 서비스는 이동통신망의 LBS(Location Based Service) 플랫폼으로부터 사용자 위치정보, 유선 웹 서버로부터 계절, 시간, 기상 등의 상황정보, 데이터베이스에 저장된 개인 선호 정보 등을 이용하여 최적의 맛집을 추천한다. 개발된 맛집 추천 서비스는 관광 정보 시스템과 연동하여 텔레매틱스 핵심 서비스로 제공할 수 있다.

방송통신 융합 환경에서 공공서비스를 제공하기 위한 표준화나 규격정립이 되어 있지 않으므로 인해, IPTV 사업자별로 별도의 IPTV 서비스 개발 및 운영이 될 우려가 있으며, 이에 따른 공공기관과 IPTV사업자들의 중복투자 및 운영의 비효율성이 야기된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기위해 ACAP-J기반의 One Source Multi-Use를 위한 양방향VOD형 공공서비스 제공시스템을 설계하고 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 중복투자를 막고 효율적인 서비스 제공을 위해 복수의 공공기관과 복수의 IPTV사업자간 효율적인 서비스연동 및 통신망 연동 체계와 One Source Multi-Use 구현을 위한 ACAP-J기반의 서비스 제공 플랫폼을 제시하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 향후 IPTV기반 공공서비스 진화에 따른 신규서비스 개발을 위한 표준 플랫폼으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 시스템 개발을 위해 사용된 기술은 신규서비스 구축을 위한 가이드로 활용이 가능하다.

중소 제조 기업 중심으로 ERP를 도입함에 있어 경쟁회사와의 차별화, 비용 우위 전략이 필요하다고 보는 관점에서 효과적인 ERP 구축전략을 할 수 있는 길잡이 역할을 목표로 하고 있다. 구축 전략으로 차별화 및 비용우위와 서비스 품질이 도입성과에 종속관계, 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 첫째, 차별화 나 비용우위전략은 재무적 성과에는 선행연구 결과를 지지하고 있다. 하지만 차별화 전략에서는 비재무적 관점에서만 유의하였다. 둘째, 차별화와 비용우위 전략은 서비스 품질 요인 확신성만 재무적 성과가 있고 나머지 서비스 품질은 도입 성과에는 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 컨설팅 서비스 품질의 매개효과 분석은 차별화나 비용우위 전략 경로에서 모두 유의하지 않았다. 결론적으로 시스템 구축은 구축 전략으로는 재무적 관점에서 차이가 있으며, 서비스 품질 요인에서는 공급업체가 제공하는 확신성 즉 지식 및 확신과 믿음을 줄 수 있는 능력에 영향이 있다.
