Guide robots that provide services in public places have recently emerged as a non-face-to-face solution with the spread of COVID-19 and are growing. However, most guide robots provide only the same level of intelligence and the same interaction in different and changing environments. Therefore, its usefulness is limited and customers' interest is quickly lost. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop social intelligence that can improve the robot's environment and situational awareness performance, and to continuously maintain customer interest by providing personalized and situational services. In this study, we developed guide robot services based on social HRI components that provides multi-modal context-aware. We evaluated service usefulness by measuring user satisfaction and frequency of use of the service through the survey. We analyzed the service quality attributes to identify the differentiating factors of guide robot based on social HRI components.

본 연구의 목적은 한국근대문학 주제가이드에 대한 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 이용자 및 작가들을 대상으로 주제가이드 서비스에 대한 인지도 조사를 실시하고, 전문가 의견조사 및 수렴과정을 통해 한국근대문학 주제가이드에 대한 홍보방안 및 개선방향을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 활성화 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 홍보매체를 활용한 적극적인 홍보를 해야 한다. 둘째, 주제가이드의 유용성에 대한 이해 증진을 위해 이용자 교육을 제공하여야 한다. 셋째, 한국근대문학 주제가이드 서비스를 위한 별도의 사이트 구축이 필요하다. 넷째, 주제가이드 품질 향상 및 개선을 통한 효율적 주제서지정보서비스 방안으로 원문제공, 지속적 콘텐츠 추가, 유관기관과의 연계 등이 요구된다. 다섯째, 본 연구에서 분석된 성별, 연령별, 직업별, 학력별 요구도 차이를 기반으로 이용자 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해야 한다. 향후 연구에서는 주제가이드의 활성화를 위해 상호협력체계 모색, 구체적인 홍보전략을 제시하는 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다. 또한 한국근대문학 주제가이드의 평가지표가 체계적으로 개발될 필요가 있다.

정보기술 발달로 인해 관광정보제공에 있어서 다양한 정보기술이 적용되고 있다. 여러 지역자치단체나 관광지에서 여러 정보기기를 활용한 관광정보서비스를 제공해오고 있다. 2010년 6월부터 경복궁에서 PDA 기기를 활용한 안내서비스가 시행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PDA기기를 활용한 안내서비스를 제공하고 있는 경복궁을 대상으로 하여 그 효과를 알아보기 위해 전문 문화해설사의 안내서비스를 받은 관람객과 PDA 안내서비스를 이용한 관람객의 해설에 대한 몰입, 만족, 재이용의도를 비교하였다. 그 결과, 모든 항목에 대해서 문화해설사의 안내서비스를 받은 방문객이 지각한 몰입, 만족 및 재이용의도가 높게 나타났다. 또한, PDA안내서비스의 서비스품질의 구성요인을 파악하고, 이 구성요인이 이용객의 만족, 몰입, 재이용의도 등의 태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. PDA 안내서비스 구성요소는 '해설성', '디자인', '사용용이성', '시스템 안정성'의 네 가지 요인으로 파악되었으며, 이 중 '해설성'은 이용자 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요소인 것으로 파악되었다. 또한, '해설성', '안정성'과 '사용용이성'은 이용자 만족에 유의한 영향력을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 이용자의 재이용의도에 있어서는 '해설성'과 '시스템 안정성'만이 유의한 영향을 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통한 실무적 시사점이 논의되었다.

The Korean government makes an effort to raise the competitive power of nation through CM activation in the construction industry. Since the first CM service was applied to the atomic power plant project in 1986, the number of CM contracts are continuously being increased and will be up to 20% by 2002 in public sector. However, the public projects had been executed without any procedure manual or standard guideline of CM services. Meanwhile the Ministry of Construction and Transportation issued $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$, but the guide shows an indefinite description in the responsibility, authority and scope of activity for the project participants. Therefore, it is required the procedures be improved and scope of activities be established for the project participants. This study was generated from the comparative analysis of $\ulcorner$Standard CM Services and Practice$\lrcorner$ Published by CMAA and domestic $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$ and the case of Incheon International Airport construction. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for an improvement in the procedures of project execution and the construction manager's activities/rolls shown on $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$

With the increased development of the dining sector, several restaurants have emerged and are becoming more advanced. Since the Michelin Guide Seoul publication in Korea, the fine-dining market has attracted attention from guests. Moreover, the number of customers visiting fine-dining restaurants has increased comparatively. However, it has been a mere 6 years since the publication of the Michelin Guide Seoul, and domestic materials and research related to the Michelin Guide are insufficient. Therefore, this research examines the factors responsible for restaurants to gain Michelin stars, and the effect of the Michelin guide on customers to select restaurants. Customers who have visited and experienced the star restaurants were interviewed, as well as the owner chefs and personnel managing the restaurant. The interviews were conducted from August to September 2020 using the Colaizzi method. The survey was designed to extract meaningful sentences or phrases from the participant interviews, categorize general and abstract statements into topic clusters, and describe the essential experience. This research aimed to determine the effect of the Michelin guide on customers for a selection of the restaurants and star restaurants. It is important to understand the development of Michelin restaurants and the effective factors which make customers choose the restaurants. Also, results of this study will be a future guide for the possibility of developing domestic fine-dining restaurants, normal restaurants, and the food service industry.

디지털 관광은 여행 전, 동안, 이후에 관광객의 활동을 디지털로 지원한다[1]. GPS를 지원하는 스마트폰은 주요 관광지에서 투어 가이드와 스토리텔링 서비스와 같은 위치 기반 모바일 어플리케이션을 제공한다. 본 논문에서 지리정보시스템을 기반으로 스마트 관광 서비스 플랫폼을 제안하고 제주도의 주요 관광명소에서 스마트 투어 가이드 서비스를 제공하기 위한 모바일 어플리케이션을 개발한다. 제안하는 스마트 관광 서비스 플랫폼은 관광지도와 지리정보시스템, 콘텐츠 관리 시스템, 멀티모달 내비 시스템, 관광지 콘텐츠 제작 및 관리시스템, 여행상품 제작 및 관리시스템, 스마트 검색 시스템과 사용자 단말기로 구성된다. 스마트 투어 모바일 어플리케이션은 제안하는 스마트 관광 플랫폼을 이용하여 제주 유명 관광명소에서 여행 전, 동안, 이후의 디지털 관광을 지원한다.

이 연구에서는 중등 예비화학교사의 수업 계획에서 교사용 지도서의 활용 방식을 분석하였다. 서울 소재 사범대학에 재학 중인 11명의 예비교사가 연구에 참여하였다. 예비교사들에게 교과서와 교사용 지도서 및 부속자료를 제공하고 이를 활용하여 일반적인 수업과 과학 교수학습 모형을 활용한 수업을 계획하도록 하였다. 예비교사들이 작성한 교수학습 지도안과 활동지, 면담 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대부분의 예비교사들은 교사용 지도서의 차시 구분을 그대로 따랐으나, 전체 대단원의 차시 구성이나 교육과정 상의 내용 간 연계에 대한 고려는 부족하였다. 또한, 수업에 적용할 모형을 선정할 때 제시된 예시 지도안의 도움을 받는 경우도 있었다. 교수학습 활동 측면에서 일반적인 수업에서는 교과서의 탐구 활동에 제시된 질문을 변형하였고, 모형을 적용한 수업에서는 모형의 각 단계에 맞춰 교과서의 탐구 활동을 변형하였다. 대부분의 예비교사들이 부속자료로 제공된 활동지를 활용하지 않고 교사용 지도서와 부속자료를 응용하여 활동지를 제작하였다. 예비교사들은 예시 지도안에 제시된 평가 단계를 보고 교수학습 평가 요소를 인식하였으나, 교과서나 교사용 지도서, 부속자료를 응용하여 주로 내용 지식을 평가하기 위한 지필평가를 계획하였다. 예비교사들은 교사용 지도서에 제시된 소단원 도입 질문이 학생의 흥미 유발에 효과적이지 않다고 평가하여, 이를 변형하거나 새로운 내용을 추가하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 예비교사 교육과정에서 예비교사의 PDC 향상을 위한 교사용 지도서의 효과적인 활용 방안과 교사용 지도서의 개선 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

본 연구에서는 정책정보서비스의 고도화를 위한 정책 분야별 가이드를 개발하고 관련 정보원 구축을 위한 시스템을 설계하며, 이를 기반으로 시범적으로 정책정보원을 구축하고자 하였다. 정책분야 주제별 가이드 개발 및 구축을 위하여 첫째, 수집된 정보자료의 유형을 상위 9개로, 세부 유형을 총 19개로 구분하였다. 둘째, 정부기능분류체계인 BRM분류체계를 기준으로 주제별 가이드 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠를 구축하였고, BRM 서비스 주제 단계는 3단계, 총 133개 세부 주제 분야로 가이드 구축범위를 확정하였다. 셋째, 133개 BRM 주제분야별로 개발된 주제가이드에 따라 총 6,305건의 콘텐츠를 구축하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발된 정책분야 주제가이드는 실험적 데이터 구축을 통해 그 실효성을 검증하였다고 할 수 있다.

Background: The present study introduces the design and fabrication of a simple surgical guide with which to perform genioplasty. Methods: A three-dimensional reconstruction of the patient's cranio-maxilla region was built, with a dentofacial skeletal model, then derived from CT DICOM data. A surgical simulation was performed on the maxilla and mandible, using three-dimensional cephalometry. We then simulated a full genioplasty, in silico, using the three-dimensional (3D) model of the mandible, according to the final surgical treatment plan. The simulation allowed us to design a surgical guide for genioplasty, which was then computer-rendered and 3D-printed. The manufactured surgical device was ultimately used in an actual genioplasty to guide the osteotomy and to move the cut bone segment to the intended location. Results: We successfully performed the osteotomy, as planned during a genioplasty, using the computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) surgical guide that we initially designed and tested using simulated surgery. Conclusions: The surgical guide that we developed proved to be a simple and practical tool with which to assist the surgeon in accurately cutting and removing bone segments, during a genioplasty surgery, as preoperatively planned during 3D surgical simulations.
