중국 자동차 산업의 기술혁신, 성장전략 및 산업정책의 시사점 (Implication from Technology Innovation, Growth Strategy and Industrial Policy of Chinese Automobile Industry)

  • Since 2009, China has become biggest automobile supplier and consumer all over the world. Chinese government and automobile firms have been executed strategic and aggressive industry policy and business strategy for nurturing automobile industry as a core manufacturing industry. However, can we assure that all of these policy and strategy have positive effect on Chinese automobile industry? For fulfilling this gab, our research examined the government policy and firm's strategy in different development stage of Chinese automobile industry. According to research result, at initial stage(1983-1996), Chinese automobile industry has grown by technological learning and reverse engineering from Soviet Union, Japan and Germany. In rapid growing stage(1996-2009), Chinese automobile firms have succeed to develop and produce own brand product with 100% own technology. And this kind of quantum jump in technology development was conducted by joint venture policy and M&A strategy. However, at the fourth stage(2010-), Chinese government and firms have over invested and focused on Electric Vehicle manufacturing without developing core technology or SW. Overall, the old-fashioned policy and strategy module in manufacturing industry of China could have negative effect on its industry development.

효과적인 웹-캐싱 네트웍 구축전략에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Construction Strategy of Web-caching Network)

  • Despite the growth in Internet users, demand for multi-medial, large data files and resulting explosive growth in data traffic, there has been lack of investment in Middle-Mile, interconnection of various networks, resulting in bottleneck effect, which is acerbating. One strategy to overcome such network bottleneck is Content Delivery Network (CDN). CDN does not achieve efficient delivery of large file data through physical improvement/increase in network capacity, but by delivering large file contents, the cause of bottlenecks, from distributed servers. Since it is impracticable to physically improve networks capacity to accommodate the growth in internet traffic, CON, by strong CPs contents at cache servers deployed at major ISPs networks, is able to deliver requested contents to the requesting Web clients without the loss of data and long latency.

IT롤 활용한 녹색성장 전략에 관한 연구 (A study about Strategy of Green Growth base on IT)

  • 녹색성장정책은 환경(Green)과 성장(Growth)의 양립구조에서 벗어나 환경 그 자체를 새로운 성장동력으로 인식하고 환경과 성장의 선순환구조로 경제성장 패러다임을 전환시키는 것이다. 그러나 녹색성장정책은 국가에 따라 다소 상이하게 추진되므로 이러한 정책들을 살펴보고, 실제 일반인과 기업에서 이것을 어떻게 수용하는지 실증분석을 통하여, 우리나라 녹색성장전략을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 실증분석 결과, 나타난 주요 시사점을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 녹색성장정책은 단순한 환경문제를 해결하기 위한 정책이 아닌 범국가적인 전략 추진이 필요하다. 둘째, 녹색성장정책의 핵심부문으로서 에너지정책을 규정하고 단기적으로 성과가 가능한 에너지 사용의 효율화를 적극 추진하여야 한다. 셋째, 녹색성장정책에 IT활용을 적극적으로 추진하여 보다 장기적인 성과에 초점을 둔 전략 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 우리나라의 실행계획의 수립은 녹색성장정책 추진에 따른 효율성과 직접적인 관련이 있으므로 매우 신중한 접근이 요구된다. 다섯째, 녹색성장정책을 사회변혁정책으로 다루어 범국민적인 여론 형성을 마련하여야 한다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a model of the strategic management of university library in Korea. The model from this study is summarized as follows: 1. 한.대(韓.臺) 벤처기업의 경영환경, e-비즈니스 전략, 성과간의 관계 (Business Environment, e-Business Strategy and Performance : An Empirical Study of Venture Firms in Daedeok Valley and Hsinchu Science Park)

  • This study investigates the effects of business environment on the e-business strategy and performance of venture firms. The development of the research model is based on the empirical studies on the strategy literature. The data from the survey was analyzed using Partial Least Squares(PLS). For Daedeok Valley Venture Firms, product innovation differentiation strategy is affected by environmental uncertainty. And, cost leadership strategy tend to be influence by environmental uncertainty. Finally, venture firm's performance is effected by cost leadership strategy and marketing differentiation strategy. However, for in Hsinchu Science Park Venture Firms, product innovation differentiation strategy is affected by environmental uncertainty and heterogeneity. And, marketing differentiation strategy is enhanced by environment uncertainty and industry growth. In addition, cost leadership strategy tend to be influence by environmental uncertainty and heterogeneity. Finally, venture firm's performance is effected by cost leadership strategy and product innovation differentiation strategy.

  • The study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation strategy of service companies. The competitive strategy of a corporation is a major strategy playing the role of bridge linking both corporate strategy and functional strategy. And it is a choice of method how to win competitors in given area. There have been such a specific methodologies for acquiring competitive advantage as Porters competitive strategy, Miles and Snows adaptive strategy, and Life cycle strategy. But, many scholars have pointed that its more important for high corporate performance to determine the competitive strategy of a corporation fitting the external environment and internal structure. So its needed for successful cost-leadership or differentiation strategy to differentiate organizational function, resources, and various organizational factors. But there have been no methodologies or practical guidelines fitting competitive strategy, corporate structure, and external environment in sprite do service corporations growth. So, the study proved the fitness between competitive strategy and service operation structure in Airlines after selecting service structural elements necessary for strategic management.

우리나라에서의 경제성장과 빈곤의 관계 : 1982-2004년 도시가구를 중심으로 (Macroeconomic Growth and Poverty in Korea : Analysis of Urban Households in 1982-2004)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라에서의 경제성장과 빈곤간의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구결과를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 특히 외환위기 후 2000년대 들어 경제 성장과 빈곤간의 관계에 어떤 변화가 발생했는지를 검토한다. 이를 위하여 도시가계조사 1982-2004년 원자료를 이용하여 도시지역의 빈곤율 연간자료를 구축하고, 거시경제지표로서 실질GDP와 실업율의 연간자료를 이용하였다. 분석결과 1980-1990년대에 걸쳐 우리나라에서 거시경제성장은 빈곤감소에 아주 직접적이고 중요한 역할을 담당한 것으로 나타났다. 2000년 이후에도 거시경제성장은 여전히 빈곤감소의 주요한 도구로서 작동한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 1980-1990년대에 비해 2000년대 이후에는 거시경제성장에 의해 설명되지 않는 빈곤의 증가현상이 존재한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 향후 반빈곤전략이 과거의 경제성장 우선전략에서 경제성장과 함께 사회보장제도 확충을 동시에 강조하는 전략으로 전환되어야 한다는 것을 제시한다.

일본의 수산정책개혁 중 양식업 정책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Aquaculture Policy among Japan's Fisheries Policy Reform)

  • Among Japan's agriculture, forestry, fisheries and regional revitalization plans established in June 2018, the key matters related to aquaculture include ① a new perspective on the sponge use system for the development of aquaculture and coastal fisheries, ② a comprehensive strategy for growth and industrialization of aquaculture, and ③ expansion of suitable aquaculture areas. There are four countermeasures including ④ research and development trends. In accordance with these key points, the Japanese government established a comprehensive strategy for aquaculture growth and industrialization by strategically setting aquaculture items in consideration of domestic and international demand, establishing a comprehensive strategy from production to sales and export, and then working in earnest to promote the aquaculture industry. This study analyzes environmental changes surrounding aquaculture in Japan and trends in fish farming and marine products, and summarizes the key points of the June 2018 Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Regional Revitalization Plan to suggest measures that can be utilized in Korea's aquaculture policy.

가치투자전략과 이동평균법의 결합효과 (An Analysis on Combination Effect of Value Investment Strategy and Moving Average Method)

  • In this paper we analyse performance of value strategy and moving average method among the non-financial listed companies whose fiscal year ends at December in the Korean Stock Exchange between 1996 and 2005. And we analyse combination investment performance of value investment and moving average method. After the analysis objective enterprises divide with the value stock and the growth stock, in accordance with moving average method we divide ascending stock and descending stock. And we compose 6 portfolios with combination of value stock, growth stock, ascending stock and descending stock. Using the difference of investment performance of these portfolios, when fundamental analysis and technical analysis method all considering we measure investment performance. The major findings of this research are as follows: First, the value strategy of buying value stocks and selling growth stocks were effective in the long-term investment. Second, using the moving average method, technical analysis were effective in the case of the short-term investment. Third, the portfolios combined fundamental analysis and technical analysis were more effective than investment performance of technical analysis.
