The purpose of this study was to provide basic reference materials for improving the quality of the military foodservice so that they can satisfy the customers needs. The questionnaires employed in this study were developed based on the IPA(Importance Performance Analysis). The questionnaires for the military customers(Group A which is the smaller size then Group B which is larger in size ; a criteria for the classification is the number of soldiers served in the foodservice facilities) consist of demographic variables, concerns about the military foodservice, and service practices. A total of 656 military customers answered the questionnaires. A statistical data analysis was conducted using the SPSS/win package program for descriptive analysis, a $\chi$$^2$-test and t-test. The results of this study could be summarized as follows : The IPA in case of Group A showed the following attributes in Quadrant A(\"focus here\") : (1) availability of the meals that the customers prefer, (4) taste of the food, (16) cooking methods that the customers prefer, (17) the overall quality of the breakfast. The IPA in case of Group B showed the following attributes in Quadrant A(\"focus here\") : (11) cleanliness, (12) kindness of the foodservice personnel, (15) the overall quality of the service, (17) the overall quality of the breakfast. The opinion of the Group A on the improvement of military foodservice was significantly different from that of Group B in the areas of meals/service improvement, problems in military foodservice, improvement in service methods, etc.(p < 0.05).ods, etc.(p < 0.05).

This study was attempted to examine consumers' pursuing benefits and satisfaction at outlet store, to analyze the differences of pursuing benefits and satisfaction at outlet store among the consumer groups segmented by the pursuing benefits, and to provide useful information for establishment of marketing strategies. The subjects were 500 female consumers experienced in purchasing clothes at outlet non. For analysis of questionnaires, $\chi$$^2$-test, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and Duncan's multiple range test were performed. The results were as follows: 1. Pursuing benefits at outlet store were composed of 6 factors: store's atmosphere, variety of products and brands, service and reputation of store, product quality, location's convenience, and price. Consumers were segmented into three groups by above 6 factors: product pursuing group, store convenience pursuing group, and price pursuing group. 2. Satisfaction at outlet store was composed of 5 factors: product, atmosphere, service and reputation of store, location convenience, and price. Satisfaction at outlet store such as service and reputation of store, location's convenience, and price were significantly different among the segmented groups. Product pursuing group was most satisfied with service and reputation of store, store convenience pursuing group was most satisfied with location's convenience and price, and price pursuing group was most satisfied with price. 3. The demographic variables such as an age, marriage, occupation, academic background, and total income were significantly different among the segmented groups.

Vehicle and marine navigation which are currently being commercialized provide route guidance service by specifying a fixed position as a destination. In the route guidance service of existing navigation, if the destination has to be changed in the middle, a new destination must be designated again to obtain the navigation service. However, if the destination can't be designated, it is difficult to clearly use it. In this paper, in order to overcome the difficulties of directions in the existing navigation, a new navigation specifying moving targets as the destination has been developed to get the directions. A proposed system is that a group is made and a group manager is appointed as a destination and then a user can get the route guidance based on location of the group manager. In the service way, relationship between the group manager and user is one-to-many and relationship between the user and group manager is one-to-one. The proposed technology is able to provide services that the user can easily find the moving targets such as the positioning surrogate drivers, tracking routes and location among travelers and finding children.
This study was conducted to study the relationship between food intakes, glycemic index (GI), glycemic load (GL), and body weight with high school boys residing in Seoul. The subjects of 329 boys were divided into normal weight group (BMI < $23\;kg/m^2$, n = 212) and overweight group (BMI ${\geq}\;23\;kg/m^2$, n = 117) by body mass index (BMI). The food intakes data obtained by the 3-day food record were analyzed by Can pro 3.0 software. Anthropometric measurements and physical activities were collected from each subject. Daily dietary glycemic index (DGI) and dietary glycemic load (DGL) were calculated from the 3-day food record. Body weights and BMI of normal weight group were 58.8 kg and $19.9\;kg/m^2$ and those of overweight group were 79.2 kg and $26.8\;kg/m^2$, which were significantly different between two groups (p < 0.05). Total food and animal food intakes of normal weight group were significantly higher than overweight group (p < 0.05), and vegetable food and other food intakes of normal weight group showed higher than overweight group. All nutrient intakes of normal weight group were higher than overweight group. Dietary fiber, calcium, potassium and folate intakes of normal weight group and overweight group were under 65% of the dietary reference intakes (DRIs). Major food sources of energy intake for both groups were rice, pork and instant noodle in order. Mean adequacy ratio (MAR), an index of overall dietary quality were 0.83 in normal weight group and 0.79 in overweight group, which showed significantly higher in normal weight group than overweight group (p < 0.05). Mean daily dietary GI of normal weight group and overweight group were 67.7 and 68.2, respectively. Mean daily dietary GL of normal weight group and overweight group were 214.6 and 202.7, respectively, and which was significantly different between the two groups (p < 0.05). Major food sources contributed to DGI and DGL were rice ($\geq$ 55%) in both groups. DGI and DGL were not significantly correlated with anthropometric data. Activity adjusted to energy intake was negatively correlated with percentage of body fat (r = -0.1308, p < 0.01) and that was positively correlated with height (r = 0.1227, p < 0.05) and lean body mass (r = 0.1351, p < 0.05).
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to contribute to the literature on casino services by investigating critical service failures using the critical incident technique (CIT) and provide effective recovery strategies that can be adopted in practice. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from Asian casinos' HNI customers in China, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. This is the first study that has investigated VIP casino customers in leading Asian countries. The research used the critical incident technique (CIT) collect and a total of 227 incidents were analyzed. Results - The results show that three main categories and eleven subcategories are deduced. The first group concerns casino service system failures. The second group relates to service providers' responses to VIP customer complaints. The last group covers employees' attitudes and behavior toward customers. Conclusions - First, the most serious service problem in casinos was the service providers' attitudes rather than the service system failures. Second, Tangible recovery strategies such as "all pay" and "additional comps" were proven to enhance a casino's image and lower customers' intentions to switch. Customers, however, preferred intangible recovery strategies such as considerate responses, reliable problem management, sincere apologies, and accurate explanations.
The purpose of this study was to clarify differences in their perceptions in relation to clothing quality and service quality of internet shopping mall according to classified consumer groups by clothing involvement. The 248 questionnaires were collected from female and male students of university who experienced browsing at the website for clothing shopping. Using SPSS Win package, Cronbach's $\alpha$, frequency. percentage, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, SNK multiple range test and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results could be summarized as follows. First. the dimension of clothing involvement divided consumers into three different groups: fashion/importance group, pleasure group and symbol group. Second, the significant differences among the classified clothing involvement groups were found in the perceptions in relation to clothing product quality and service quality of internet shopping mall. Third. pleasure and symbol of clothing involvement, physical attributes and expressive goals of clothing quality, and product assortment and promotion of service quality in the internet shopping mall had an effect on the purchase intend of internet shopping mall.

The aim of this study is to search for the effect of journal writing on the reflective thinking of pre-service teachers for young children. The question for this study is as follows: Would the journal writing experiences improve reflective thinking experiences of pre-service teachers for young children? The subjects were 50 sophomores in junior college, J city, and they were divided into a experiment group, and a comparison group. The experiment group had journal writing experiences for 8 weeks. The data was analyzed using T-test. The results are as follows: Journal writing activity revealed positive effect on reflective thinking level improvement of pre-service early childhood teacher.

Purpose: The purpose of this retrospective study was to investigate the relationships of types of dental insurance coverage in Korea with sociodemographic characteristics and the prevalence of systemic and oral diseases, as well as to evaluate the socioeconomic impact of Korean dental insurance policies. Methods: Sample cohort data from 2006 to 2015 were obtained from the National Health Insurance Service. Patients were divided into 2 groups. The exposed group comprised patients who received insurance benefits for complete dentures, removable partial dentures, and implant care, while the control group comprised patients who did not receive these benefits. The type of insurance coverage and the prevalence of systemic and oral diseases were compared between the 2 groups. Results: Patients who received benefits in the form of complete dentures, removable partial dentures, and implants had similar sociodemographic characteristics in terms of sex, age, income quintile, and type of insurance coverage to the control group. The prevalence of hypertension, anemia, renal disease, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, asthma, and cerebral infarction was higher in the exposed group than in the control group (P<0.05). The prevalence of periodontal diseases and dental caries was also higher in the exposed group. Conclusions: Korean dental health insurance policy has been beneficial for the medical expenses of low-income and elderly people suffering from a cost burden due to systemic diseases. However, since there is a tendency to avoid invasive interventions in older patients due to the high risk of systemic diseases, insurance coverage of dentures may be more helpful from a socioeconomic perspective than coverage of dental implant treatments.
In this study, pre-service mathematics teachers cultivated technology content teaching knowledge (TPACK) in the regular curriculum of the College of Education. The course was designed to enhance pre-service teachers' mathematical communication skills by using an application, which is a mobile mathematics learning content for the development of group creativity of high school students. The educational program to improve mathematics teaching expertise using the application for group creativity expression consists of pre-education, goal setting, planning, teaching at school, and evaluation. In this process, pre-service teachers evaluated technology tools. They also wrote a task dialogue, lesson play, reflective journal, and lesson plan to guide high school students to develop group creativity in both app activities. As a result of the educational program, pre-service mathematics teachers cultivated TPACK and enhanced their mathematical communication skills with high school students to develop group creativity.
Purpose: This study aimed to prove that the effect of waiting environment on perceived waiting time and service satisfaction of airline service and airport service procedure. Methods: Survey was conducted by questionnaires that were distributed to international airlines passengers. Survey data were collected 276 copies from 300 copies then analyzed using factor analysis and multi-regression analysis. The measurements of airline service procedure were divided by airlines service and airport service. Airline service segregated as before boarding and after boarding then airport service can be separated before boarding and after deplane by service procedure. Results: According to result, hypotheses were partially accepted. Human environment and Physical environment of airport service before boarding and after deplane were accepted. However perceived waiting time had effect on service satisfaction both airline and airport services. Thus some of variables are correlated among waiting environment. Acceptability as moderating variable has differences on high acceptable group and low acceptable group. Though waiting and delay were caused by controllable or uncontrollable reasons, there are certain negative feeling on waiting and delay on physical environment of airline service. Especially controllable delay and waiting are more negative than uncontrollable reasons. Conclusion: Some suggestions that given from researcher should be implemented to the airline industry to reduce perceived waiting time specially airport service procedure academically and practically.
