전위분포특성을 이용한 접촉전압과 보폭전압의 분석 (Analysis of Touch Voltage and Step Voltage using a Potential Distribution Characteristic)

  • This paper describes touch and step voltage in the reinforced concrete and steel poles. Ground surface potential rises were measured as a function of the separation between pole and ground rod. Touch and step voltage are calculated on the basis of the distribution of ground surface potential rises. As a result, touch and step voltages strongly depend on the position of installation of ground rod.

  • 본 논문은 인하도선의 설치에 따른 접지시스템의 임펄스전류에 대한 과도임피던스 특성을 다루었다. 임펄스전류를 심매설 봉상 접지전각과 그리드 접지전극에 인가하였을 때 임펄스전류의 상승시간과 인하도선의 길이에 따른 전위상승과 실효임펄스접지임피던스를 측정하고 분석하였다. 과도접지임피던스는 접지전극의 형상과 크기 및 임펄스전류의 파형과 인하도선의 길이에 강하게 의존하며, 인덕턴스가 최소화되도록 인하도선을 설치하는 기법이 과도접지 임피던스의 저감을 위한 중요한 요소이다.

  • Especially, the case which the facilities have been shielded in the building. In this case there must be suitable grounding system, and this case must be considered sufficiently to the one part of the design at the design. in addition there must be an electric leakage defense system and The case to be a criterion signal ground system. Rod type grounding electrodes is applied much and we studied the relation that rod type grounding method and shielding room as newly grounding object. in this paper, shield room is the object(target) to be established newly additionally, we try to describe about the flow of a grounding technology concept change and a ground facilities.

  • For the purpose of rational design of air insulation, it is need to experiment with similar to real shape test object and conform the characterisics. But basic distances of air insulation of transmission line, tower, etc. can be acquired from flashover characteristic of rod-rod, rod-plane electrodes. In this paper, before field test of 765kV transmission line for determination of distances of phase to ground insulation, we execute lightning, switching impulse test with test electrod(rod-rod, rod-plane) against clearances of air insulation. Each tests use up-down method and consist of 30 times flashover test. Flashover data treatment program and air correction program following IEC 60-1(1987) standard were completely builted.

  • The Ν-value in the standard penetration test(SPT) is affected by the magnitude of the rod penetration energy transmitted from the falling hammer as well as the geotechnical characteristics of the ground. Understanding of the striking energy efficiency in the SPT equipment is getting important for that reason. The energy efficiencies of the doughnut hammer with the hydraulic lift system and the automatic trip hammer system were investigated through field tests using the instrumented rod and wave-signal acquisition systems including the pile driving analyzer(PDA) . The rod energy ratio, ΕR$\_$r/ was defined as the ratio of the energy delivered to the drilling rod to the potential free-fall energy of the hammer. It appears that the type of the hammer and lift/drop system had a strong influence on the energy transfer mechanism and ΕR$\_$r/ also varies according to the energy instrumentation system and the analysis methods.

토양의 저항률 및 비유전율의 주파수의존성을 고려한 접지봉의 접지임피던스의 해석 (Analysis of the Grounding Impedance of a Ground Rod Considering the Frequency-Dependent Resistivity and Relative Permittivity of Soil)

  • When the transient current with high frequency components such as lightning surges are injected the grounding electrodes, the performance of grounding electrodes should be evaluated as grounding impedance. It is restricted to analyze the grounding impedance by measurement approach since the grounding impedance is very different with the shape and size of grounding electrodes, resistivity and relative permittivity of soil and the frequency component of the injected current. So a variety of simulation approaches have been developed. Typically, the soil resistivity measured with low frequency and relative permittivity between 1 and 80 are used for simulation of the grounding impedance. However, the resistivity and relative permittivity of soil are changed with frequency of injected current. In this paper, the frequency-dependent resistivity and relative permittivity of soil are measured and these parameters are reflected in the simulation of the grounding impedance of a ground rod. The simulated results are compared with the measured results. As a result, the simulated results with frequency-dependent soil parameters show capacitive aspect like measured results in the frequency of lower than 100[kHz] and they are more consistent with the measured results in wide frequency range.

접지시스템의 설계를 위한 대지저항률의 합리적인 측정방법 고찰 (Examinations on the Reasonable Measuring Methods of the Soil Resistivity for Design of Grounding System)

  • In order to design effectively the grounding system, it is very important to determine the optimum soil resistivity at the desired location of the connection to earth. This paper deals with the reasonable methods of measuring the soil resistivity where grounding electrodes are buried. The soil resistivity at three test sites with different resistivity of soil were measured as functions of the spacing between the test probes in the Wenner's four-point method and the length of test ground rod in the three-point method. In the case of the three-point method, the length of test ground rod of 2-10[m] in length was appropriate in two-layered soil structure. In the length range of 2-10[m], the results measured by the three-point method using the test ground rod with the length corresponding to the spacing between the test probes of the Wenner's four-point method are in good agreement with the data obtained from the Wenner's four-point method.

Analysis of Risk Voltage for Grounding Electrode by Injection of Earth Leakage Current

  • This paper describes analysis of risk voltage for grounding electrode where earth leakage current is injected. To assess risk voltage of grounding electrode, the grounding simulator and CDEGS program were used to obtain measured data and theoretical results of this study. The grounding simulator was composed of a hemispherical water tank, AC power supply, a movable potentiometer, and test grounding electrodes. The shapes of grounding electrode model was ground rod. The potential rise was measured by grounding simulator, and the touch and step voltages were computed by CDEGS program. As a consequence, the potential rise of ground rod abruptly decreases with increasing the distance from the grounding electrode to the point to be tested. The touch voltage above the ground rod was low, but the step voltage was high. The measured results were compared with the computer calculated data and were known in good agreement.

제주토양 목업시스템을 사용한 접지저항 및 대지저항률 분석 (Analysis of Grounding Resistance and Soil Resistivity Using Mock-up System in Jeju Soil)

  • 접지 시스템은 전력설비의 안전적 운영을 위해 필수적이며, 주요 고려대상인 대지저항률은 토양 종류, 수분, 온도에 따라 변하기 때문에 접지 시스템 설계에서 가장 중요하다. 제주의 지질구조는 화산지역의 특성상 다층구조를 형성하고 있어 지질구조에 따른 접지 저항값은 동일한 접지시스템 구축 지역이라도 지층구조에 따라 접지저항값이 다르게 나타날 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제주의 대표적인 3종류의 토양에 접지를 설치하였을 때 접지저항 특성 변화를 분석하기 위해 3층 구조의 토양목업 시스템을 구성하였다. 구성된 토양 목업 시스템에서 웨너법을 사용하여 대지저항률을 측정하였으며, 대지모델을 수치적으로 분석할 수 있는 역산방법으로 Gauss-Newton 알고리즘을 사용하여 대지모델을 생성하였다. 기존 접지분야에서 사용되는 1차원 대지분석이 아닌 2차원 역산방법을 적용한 결과 실제 토양 목업에 구성한 3종류 층상 구조와 같은 3층 대지구조로 나타낼 수 있었다. 또한 일반적으로 접지에 사용되는 동봉, 동관, 탄소봉을 사용하여 접지의 변화특성을 분석한 결과 수분공급 상태에 따른 접지저항 변화폭은 동봉은 $2.9[{\Omega}]$, 동관은 $16.5[{\Omega}]$, 탄소봉의 경우 $20.1[{\Omega}]$으로 나타났으며, 수분의 영향으로 .탄소봉의 접지저항이 $141[{\Omega}]$으로 가장 낮게 나타남을 확인 하였다.

Dynamic analysis and controller design for a slider-crank mechanism with piezoelectric actuators

  • Dynamic behaviour of a slider-crank mechanism associated with a smart flexible connecting rod is investigated. Effect of various mechanisms' parameters including crank length, flexibility of the connecting rod and the slider's mass on the dynamic behaviour is studied. Two control schemes are proposed for elastodynamic vibration suppression of the flexible connecting rod and also obtaining a constant angular velocity for the crank. The first scheme is based on feedback linearization approach and the second one is based on a sliding mode controller. The input signals are applied by an electric motor located at the crank ground joint, and two layers of piezoelectric film bonded to the top and bottom surfaces of the connecting rod. Both of the controllers successfully suppress the vibrations of the elastic linkage.
