  • This Study developed 'Environment Management Integrated Leader(EMIL)' program and evaluated the effect of the Program. The procedure of EMIL program development is as follows; 1) Identifying the training needs Through the interview and discussion with corporate environmental staff and research members, training need are collected. 2) Setting the training objectives 30 objectives are developed through specifying and organizing the training needs. 3) Determining the scopes of the program This program consists of the four scopes. First, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Management is developed based on ISO 14000 and certification of environmentally friendly business. Second, the scope of Environmentally Acceptable Technology includes air pollution, water pollution, solid wasted management, and pollution prevention. Third, the scope of Integrated Environmental Management focuses on master plan, green marketing, green production, and green accounting. Finally, the scope of Integrated Environmental Concepts focuses on food pollution, environmental activities, and bio-diversity. 4) Selecting the training methods Various methods are used such as off-site visits, exercises, case study, workshop, discussion, role-playing as well as lecture. 5) Implementing the program 49 trainees participated the program for 6weeks. All trainees are working for D. Company Group. 6) Measuring training effects To evaluate the effects of the program, pre-post training evaluation method is used. The results are highly significant at all 4 scopes by the p<.01. This study has some implications in order to establish the environmental management climate. First, the development of new environmental education program for management is necessary. Second, Vast investment are required. Third, more systematic approaches are desired in environmental education. • Although the market demand for cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in China is growing rapidly, the technology and scale of cold-chain logistics in China still lag behind the developed countries, resulting in large energy consumption. In our country, many authors have studied the efficiency of cold-chain logistics by using analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment method, but they haven't eliminated the influence of environmental factors and random error factors on the efficiency of cold-chain logistics, and most of them are limited to regional research. Therefore, in this paper, the three-stage DEA method is used. Based on the green logistics idea, firstly, the efficiency of 29 listed logistics enterprises in China is analyzed. Secondly, this paper uses SFA model to exclude the influence of environment and error factors on the analysis results, taking the enterprise's operating years, local GDP and the proportion of cold chain assets as environmental variables. Finally, this paper estimates the efficiency value again by adjusting the input value. The results are as follows: the main reason of high efficiency enterprises is to achieve scale efficiency. So the scale of assets should be maintained or appropriately expanded. At the same time, the economic development and the number of years of enterprise establishment will significantly affect the efficiency of cold-chain logistics. The influence of these environmental variables on the accuracy of the analysis conclusion should be fully considered.

  • This study has verified the consumer effectiveness market influence and relationship with cosmetic purchasing behavior through a covariance model. A female consumer in her 20s or older who had purchased eco cosmetics within the last six months and 300 copies were used for final analysis through panels of online professional research institutes from May 17 to May 30, 2020. As a result of the analysis, functional value, social value, and green consumption value were derived from the consumption value of eco cosmetics. Social value and green consumption value have been shown to have significant impact on consumer effectiveness and market influence but functional value relationships have not been identified. In addition, consumer effectiveness and market influence were found to promote eco cosmetics purchase behavior. Through this study we have identified the importance of perceived environmental issues (consumer effectiveness and market influence) in purchasing eco cosmetics and hope that they will be used as useful data for developing eco products and establishing marketing strategies based on understanding of consumers.

  • Cosmetic products including skin and essence were manufactured to analyze the effect of green tea polyphenols addition. In addition, irradiation was applied to remove an undesirable color of green tea polyphenol(GTP), which may cause a problem in the marketing, of a final product; moreover, comparative studies were conducted with the cosmetic products on whether or not antiseptics were treated to verify its use for the development of non-antiseptic cosmetic products. Growth inhibition zones were shown in the microbial study except for Candida albicans. The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of E. coli and C. albicans was 2,500 ppm but that of S. aureus was 1,000 ppm. The numbers of E. coli and S. aureus were reduced to undetected levels when 10,000 and 5,000 ppm of polyphenol were added, respectively. Results indicate that the addition of irradiated green tea polyphenol provides a good method to manufacture functional cosmetics including skin and essence with various biological activities such as antimicrobial activity without antiseptics.

  • In this article we consider the modern trends of global warming, GHG pollutions and discussions of the obligations of developed and developing countries before the UN Global Climate Summit in Paris. The article considers decarbonization as a national strategy, including complex tools for the improvement of energy efficiency, reduction of CO2 and development of emissions trading systems. The author underlines that the Central Asian countries such as Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, have the largest GHG potential in the region, and for this reason they should be within the framework of the UNFCCC and join the international process on development of the national decarbonization strategies.Thesemeasuresallowthese countries to join the global carbon trade marketing, international financial recourses, and significantly reduce CO2 pollutions in the region.

  • The objective of this study is to propose the motivation of the analysis on consumer's purchase behavior and willingness-to-pay for flower tea. Therefore, we survey the purchase behaviors on flower teas as compared with leaf teas such as green teas. We also analyze the willingness to purchase and pay for such teas. The reasons for consuming flower teas are 'flavor', 'beauty/diet', 'health', consecutively. Consumers prioritize 'safety', 'quality', 'price', and 'design' when purchasing flower teas. Nevertheless, it is also essential to consider 'flavor' as a quality factor. It is necessary to differentiate the process and marketing strategies for the development of flower teas.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the commercializations and difficulties on the farm-food. For the activation of the farm-food, it is necessary to totally review the support of the government and prepare the supporting system like manual on the commercialization of farm-food that is helpful to the small farmers. It is also necessary to support small farms strategies customized for increase the sales and satisfaction on farm-food and build-up the promotion related to the green tour and/or farm experience. The results and finding of this study can be used to build-up the supporting system that reflects the rapid change of market and customer's preference. They can also be used to design rational policies that is helpful to the farm-food producers.

For empirical validation of our model, data were collected from a cross-sectional survey of 307 consumers in the South Korea, who have bought a eco-friendly seafood, a representatives eco-friendly product. The results demonstrated several important findings. First, emotional consumption value, social consumption value and functional consumption value had significant positive effects on eco-friendly seafood product satisfaction, Second, interaction effect of social value and gender had a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, interaction effect of functional value and gender had a negative effect on satisfaction. Theoretical and managerial implications are suggested.

  • This research endeavors to explore the enhancement of workforce economic efficiency through the application of nanotechnology, focusing on its economic implications. The findings of this investigation reveal that in recent years, surging global population growth and escalating demands for products and services have led to excessive resource consumption, resulting in adverse environmental consequences and altering environmental conditions-a phenomenon referred to as the economic growth dilemma. Entrepreneurs and economic stakeholders have begun to recognize the importance of sustainable development and the integration of environmental considerations into the production of goods and services. Within this context, knowledge-based economies have emerged as a driving force for sustainable business practices, particularly in the realm of nanotechnology. The integration of nanotechnology across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, agriculture, environmental management, and the chemical and petroleum sectors, as well as energy distribution, has yielded remarkable results. Consequently, this research aims to investigate the application and integration of nanotechnology in environmentally friendly silver nanoparticle production within select industries. Subsequently, it will examine the far-reaching implications of nanotechnology on economic growth and sustainable development.
