Purposes: The purpose of this study is to develop and test a possible model that investigates the relationships between green investment, CSR disclosure, social collaboration initiatives, and firm distribution performance to deal with environmental change because it's become the major stakeholder since it affects increasingly global company performance index. Research methodology: In this study a quantitative method was adopted. The 220 respondents were owners and managers of manufacturing enterprises from Indonesia. The structural equation model (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses, and the Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) was used as the data analysis tool. Findings: The study's finding shows that green investment has a significant effect on CSR disclosure, and CSR disclosure has a positive relationship with social collaborative initiatives and the firm's distribution performance. Similarly, social collaborative initiatives also significantly impact a firm's distribution performance. Limitations: This study uses variables that are still abstract and have not been able to regress the dimensions contained there into conclusion variables for each antecedent variable. In addition, this study only used a sample with a small scope, namely Central Java Province, Indonesia. Contribution: The findings of this study contribute to the body of literature in the field of organizational management and support the agency and stakeholder theories. For the practical contribution, this study provides the way to build and implement green-based investment strategies as a competitive edge and improve firm's distribution performance.

Purpose: This study examines the impact of inclusive policies and green transformation on regional development of mining areas. Research design, data and methodology: We designed and utilized a structured questionnaire to collect data from a population of 300 individuals. The questionnaire was disseminated through Google Forms and consisted of five questions for each research variable. A total of 210 respondents completed the questionnaire, yielding a response rate of 70%. The sample was diverse in terms of gender and educational level Of the 210 respondents, 113 were female (53.8%) and 97 were male (46.2%). In terms of educational background, the sample was composed as follows: 13 individuals with a Doctorate degree (6.2%), 56 with a Master's degree (26.7%), 97 with a Bachelor's degree (46.2%), 22 with a Diploma (10.5%), and 22 with a High School education (10.5%). Results: The research outcomes highlight the significant influence of inclusive policies on driving the Distribution of green economic transformation. Emphasizing the pivotal role of inclusive distribution strategies, especially within the context of mining areas, the study sheds light on their crucial contribution to fostering regional development. Conclusion: These findings hold valuable implications for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and academics promoting environmentally conscious economic transformations.

그린 IT는 에너지 환경 문제를 해결하고, 기업의 생산성을 높일 수 있는 효율적인 수단으로 미래 산업 발전에 필수적이다. 그러나 아직까지 그린 IT를 기반으로 하는 산업별 정책이 부재한 상황으로 본 연구를 통하여 녹색산업 환경을 조성하기 위한 그린 IT 기반의 확산전략을 수립하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구 조사를 기반으로 그린 IT 활용에 의한 국내 산업별로 지속적인 녹색화 확산 전략 로드맵 수립 및 실행 방안을 마련하고, 그린 IT 활용 산업의 녹색화 확산을 위한 전략적 방향성을 도출하며 이에 따른 전략 과제를 도출한다. 총 네 종류의 그린 IT 전략 방향성을 도출하였고, 각 방향에 따른 세부 추진 과제를 선별하였다. 세부 추진 과제 중 전문가 위원회를 구성하여 사업 필요성, 시급성, 확장 가능성의 잣대를 기준으로 시범적으로 추진해야 하는 사업을 선별한다. 특히 시범사업의 목적, 범위, 정책, 효과 등을 감안하여 향후 그린 IT 보급을 위한 정책으로 제안한다.

The case study aims to propose the green remodeling strategies of water system in Jeju international airport facilities considering the environmental conditions of Jeju Island. The rain water was proposed as an alternative water source to conserve of under ground water resources. Computations of daily precipitation, rain collection, runoff and water usage was conducted to investigated the feasibility of the rain water system design.

The R&D paradigm for the Materials Technologies involving Environmental Consciousness(MTEC) is sought in this paper with an emphasis on the background and importance of the METC. In this paper the MTEC is defined as "Green Materials Technology", and the Green Materials Technology is classified into four categories based on life cycle of the materials; \circled1Ecomaterials technology(materials design), \circled2Envimatec technology (manufacturing process), \circled3Materials life technology (use & maintenance) and \circled4Materials recycling technology (waste disposal). Each these four categories was introduced. In conclusion, the main R&D field and strategies for the four categories of the Green Materials Technology were suggested.

The reduction of power consumption in large-scale datacenters is highly-dependent on the use of virtualization to consolidate multiple workloads. However, these consolidation strategies must also take into account additional important parameters such as performance, reliability, and profitability. Resolving these conflicting goals is often the major challenge encountered in the design of optimization strategies for cloud data centers. In this paper, we put forward a data center monitoring strategy which dynamically alters its approach depending on the cloud system's current state. Results show that our proposed scheme outperformed strategies which only focus on a single metric such as SLA-Awareness and Energy Efficiency.

The objectives of this study are an establishment of developing strategies of environment-friendly agriculture(EFA) around the Daecheong and Chungju Dam. To establish strategic target, a series of farm household survey were conducted for farmers residing around the Dacchcong and Chungju Dam. The sample size of the survey is 233 respectively. As a result, the farmers rgcognized that EFA is fit for around Daecheong and Chungiu Dam as well as the prospects is very bright. In conclusion, the main streams to develop EFA are come up with vision and purpose around dam area, systematic connection of environment-friendly agricultural capability around dam area, construction of organic resource circulation system, and connecting propulsion with green tourism including quantitative and qualitative upgrade of environment-friendly agricultural products.

CEPA (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) between India and Korea may vitalize Korean economy more and more. Currently most of Korean firms have entered into manufacturing industries like electronics and automobiles. But only a few Korean companies are trying to penetrate into Indian green industry so this paper suggest how to enter into Indian green industry, especially renewable energy sectors. First, Exporting main shaft, tower-flange and polysilicon products can be considered, as a first step of entry mode. Second, entry mode based on contract like technology licensing, strategic alliance and joint venture establishment can be also one of options. For example, Korean solar energy industry which show more competitiveness than that of Indians should try to make technological licensing on PV modules. In addition to this, they should also try to make joint ventures with right Indian partners and build up 'Solar City' nearby regions like Gurgaon in India where many Korean firms are located. Korean shipbuilding firms like Hyundai Engineering which keep on developing wind turbo engines can also try to make strategic alliance with Indian firms like Suzlon which has strong competitiveness. After that, they should explore Korean and Indian wind sector markets together. Third, brownfield investment can be last and final option as a entry mode as we consider the peculiar characteristics of renewable energy industry. Lastly, Korean government which are rush to indulge into green business should formulate more proper and realistic policies to give big incentives the concerned firms which are trying to open international green market so government should make Korean green firms not to lose good market opportunities related to green industry like renewable energy sectors. Renewable energy sectors are basically regarded as infrastructures so close contact to Indian central government as well as state government will be also required.

본 연구는 대기오염에 대한 인식과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 녹지환경 만족도의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2018년 사회조사 자료를 활용하였으며, 조절회귀분석을 이용하여 총 37,461명을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 녹지환경에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 삶의 만족도가 증가하였으며, 대기오염에 대한 인식이 부정적일수록 삶의 만족도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 녹지환경에 대한 만족도는 대기오염 인식과 삶의 만족도 사이의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말해, 녹지환경에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 대기오염에 대한 부정적 인식이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 완충하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 삶의 만족도 저하 예방을 위해 녹지 환경이 중요한 자원으로 고려되어야 하며, 지역사회에서 녹지 환경의 확장과 개선을 위한 다양한 방안들이 개발될 필요가 있음을 보여준다.
