본 연구는 공학교육인증제 운영과정에서 강조되고 있는 학습성과 중 리더십 교육과 관련한 CQI 방안을 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 리더십 교육과 관련된 영남대학교의 사례를 연구하였다. 본 연구를 위해 리더십 교육과 관련된 영남대학교의 교과 및 교과 외 교육과정 분석, 리더십 교육 CQI 방안 마련을 위한 전문가 및 유관 기관 실무자 포커스그룹 면담이 실시되었다. 또한 리더십 캠프 참가자를 대상으로 리더십 역량진단, 리더십 교육 수요 조사, 캠프 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 리더십 캠프진행을 주관한 데일 카네기 연구소 대구지부의 전문 강사들과 포커스그룹 면담을 실시하고 캠프 기간 동안 비참여관찰법을 통한 내용분석과 질적 면접이 병행되었다. 본 연구 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학수준의 수학능력 향상방안과 심리적 차원의 역량강화 방안이 동시에 고려되어야 한다. 특히 지방대학이라는 특성을 고려할 때 외국어 능력 향상과 자신감 및 비전 수립을 위한 교육에 역점을 둘 필요가 있다. 둘째, 일회성의 단기 리더십 세미나 및 팀 티칭 형태의 교육을 보완하기 위해서 설계교과목 이수체계도를 활용한 중장기 교육계획 수립 및 리더십 캠프 참가 경험이 있는 학생과 차기 캠프 참가자들간의 멘토-멘티제 운영이 고려될 수 있다. 셋째, 리더십 교육에 역점을 두는 전공, 학과 및 교내외 유관기관 관계자들로 구성된 리더십 교육 자문위원회를 구성함으로써 체계적이고 효과적인 리더십 교육을 실현할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to identify the influence of paradoxical leadership on proactive work behavior mediated through psychological safety in the hotel industry. This study employs survey data of five-star deluxe hotels in South Korea using convenience sampling. The number of 270 cases was used for analysis and the hypotheses were analyzed with structural equation modeling and AMOS 20. Paradoxical leadership includes five sub-variables of self-centeredness with other-centeredness (SO) distance and closeness (DC), uniformly and individualization (UI), work requirements and flexibility (RF), and decision control and autonomy (CA). The results indicate that DC, UI, and CA positively influence psychological safety. Further, RF and CA make a positive impact on proactive work. Psychological safety fully mediates the effect of DC and UI on proactive work behavior and partially mediates the effect of CA on it. The findings of this study suggest that the impact of paradoxical leadership on proactive work behavior can be strengthened when this relationship is accompanied with psychological safety and other mediation variables for the relationship need to be further investigated. This study suggests how hotel managers enhance the level of proactive work behavior by training themselves to be paradoxical leaders and making psychologically safe environment.

다양한 인터넷언론, 종합편성, 트위터 등 수많은 정보생산 및 정보교환 매체(media)들이 등장하고 서로 다른 이해관계자들이 등장하면서 잘못된 정보가 급속히 확산되고 있어 적절한 대응을 하지 못한다면, 아무리 우량기업, 우수한 제품이라도 순식간에 위험한 상황에 놓이기 때문에 홍보가 중요한 것이다. 국내에서 글로벌 홍보가 필요한 경우 공공기관, 대기업 그리고 중소기업 등 크게 3가지 유형의 홈페이지가 존재하며, 최소한 이중 하나에 속한다. 특히 국가의 이미지 및 경쟁력을 홍보해야 하는 공공기관이나 제품의 이미지를 적극적으로 알려 글로벌 마케팅을 추진하는 기업이라면 온라인 홍보에 관심을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 국내 공공기관 및 수출기업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 높이기 위해 국내에서 제작된 홈페이지의 현 실태를 분석, 해외 온라인 마케팅에 필요한 기초적 특징을 검토하고, 홍보전략 중 기초적인 전략 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 해외 글로벌 홍보의 현주소를 유령형, 난파형, 백치 아다다형 홈페이지로 분류 정의하여 그 실태를 파악하였다. 2012년도 조상대상 99%는 백치 아다다, 67%가 난파선이며 마지막으로 유령 홈페이지가 1%였다. 글로벌 홍보마케팅에 필요한 기초적인 전략방법으로 전략적 기획 및 홍보교육, 검색엔진 최적화, 웹 표준준수, 웹 접근성 지원, 모바일 홈페이지 지원 등을 제시하여 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Field epidemiology involves the implementation of quick and targeted public health interventions with the aid of epidemiological methods. In this article, we share our practical experiences in outbreak management and in safeguarding the population against novel diseases. Given that cities represent the financial nexuses of the global economy, global health security necessitates the safeguard of cities against epidemic diseases. Singapore's public health landscape has undergone a systemic and irreversible shift with global connectivity, rapid urbanization, ecological change, increased affluence, as well as shifting demographic patterns over the past two decades. Concomitantly, the threat of epidemics, ranging from severe acute respiratory syndrome and influenza A (H1N1) to the resurgence of vector-borne diseases as well as the rise of modern lifestyle-related outbreaks, have worsened difficulties in safeguarding public health amidst much elusiveness and unpredictability. One critical factor that has helped the country overcome these innate and man-made public health vulnerabilities is the development of a resilient field epidemiology service, which includes our enhancement of surveillance and response capacities for outbreak management, and investment in public health leadership. We offer herein the Singapore story as a case study in meeting the challenges of disease control in our modern built environment.

빅히트 엔터테인먼트는 방탄소년단(BTS)이라는 글로벌 아티스트 뮤지션을 국내에서 처음으로 제작, 혁신적인 가치를 창출하는 국내 최고의 콘텐츠 기업으로 유명하다. 빅히트 엔터테인먼트는 지속적인 혁신을 창출하고 꾸준히 음악적 성과를 만들어냄으로서 가장 경쟁이 극심한 엔터테인먼트 산업에서도 선도적 기업으로 인정받고 있다. 본 연구는 빅히트 엔터테인먼트의 콘텐츠 혁신을 설명하기 위해 해당 기업의 혁신 성과를 추동하는 두 개의 핵심 축인 방시혁 대표의 기업가적 리더십과 플랫폼 전략을 깊이 있게 살펴보고자 한다. 깊이 있는 사례연구를 통해 본 연구는 CEO의 기업가적 리더십이 빅히트 엔터테인먼트의 지속적인 콘텐츠 혁신을 이끌고 핵심 자원을 활용하는데 기여한다는 점을 밝혔다. 또한, 빅히트 엔터테인먼트는 자체 위버스 플랫폼을 통해 다양한 음악과 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠를 창출함으로써 꾸준히 새로운 가치를 고객에게 제공하는데 성공했다. 연구 결과를 토대로 엔터테인먼트 산업에 필요한 학문적 공헌도와 실무적 시사점을 본 연구는 도출하였다.

The recent global financial crisis has highlighted the importance of international monetary and financial system reform. The current system is deemed to be no longer adequate to meet the needs of a complex, integrated world economy. With regards to the reform of the international monetary system, there have been various proposals both in demand and supply sides. These include proposals to build a stronger global financial safety net, to diversify the supply of international reserve currency and so on. These proposals face trade-offs between desirability and political feasibility. Given this situation, a practical transition would be to strengthen policy coordination among the major economies and to reform the International Monetary Fund. The success on both fronts depends heavily on global economic governance reform and the role of the G20. Increased status and representation of Asian countries in the G20 give both privileges and responsibilities to Asians. To meet these responsibilities, Asians should put forth greater efforts to develop their intellectual leadership in global economic issues through creating new forum and institutions.

본 연구는 변혁적 리더십의 구성요소들이 호텔 종사원의 직무만족과 조직동일시에 미치는 영향력을 분석하고 또한 인구통계학적 특성과 호텔이 가지고 있는 특징이 조절변수로서 변혁적 리더십에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하여 우리나라 호텔산업의 경영자 및 호텔 종사원들에게 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 하였다. 본 연구의 주요 분석 결과로는 첫째, 변혁적 리더십부문과 호텔 종사원의 직무만족부문 요인분석결과 변혁적 리더십부문에서는 총 18개의 변수들이 배려형 리더십 요인과 비전형 리더십 요인의 2개의 요인으로 추출되었으며, 호텔 종사원의 직무만족부문에서는 총 31개의 변수들이 '후생복지정책과 근무환경요인'.'능력의 발휘와 직무안정성 요인','동료관계와 직무수행 요인','회사정책적 요인' 등의 4개 요인으로 추출되었다. 둘째, 호텔기업에서 상사의 변혁적 리더십유형은 종사원의 직무만족과 조직동일시에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 가에 대하여 단계별 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 변혁적 리더십유형 중 호텔 종사원의 직무만족에 유의한영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 것은 '비전형 리더십'요인이었고, 조직동일시에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 것은'비전형 리더십' 요인과 '배려형 리더십'요인 모두인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 변혁적 리더십유형과 인구통계학적 특성 및 인반적인 특성간 유의적인 차이를 알아보기 위하여 일원분산분석과 t-검증을 실시한 결과 소득수준과 현 직급, 근무년수, 호텔경영형태, 이직경험에서 통계적으로 유의적인 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Global conglomerates in the late 2010s are seeking changes from the existing method of financial growth into that of sustainable growth, as they are facing the age of 4th industrial revolution. In preparation for this change of the times and to stay competitive, small businesses are required to produce creative knowledge, and systematically share and store it by means of implementing voluntary and specific changes in their convictions and actions. This study aims to empirically examine how the ICT small businesses' organizational learning participants' self-leadership affect their job satisfaction through organization orientation and Leader-Member Exchange(LMX). The research sample consists of the first to third-year employees that have previously participated in the small businesses' organizational learning support project, and of learning leaders, group leaders, and group members from companies that have previously concluded the project. The results are as follows: First, the self-leadership at the ICT small businesses' organizational learning project has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The same positive results are shown in learning orientation and LMX. Second, the learning orientation has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the LMX has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Taylor's Theorem is an important theorem which is applied to several disciplines. It is usually taught in a college-level calculus course for the first time. Many students have a hard time to understand or to make applications. In this paper, we look into the history of the development of Taylor's theorem and consider a teaching strategy of the theorem.

Schwarz lemma at the non-smooth boundary point for holomorphic self-map on the intersection of two balls in ℂ² is obtained. At the complex tangent point in the corner of the boundary of the domain, the tangential eigenvalue of the complex Jacobian of the holomorphic map is estimated if the map is transversal.
