China's Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is China's contribution to the need for the world to collectively address deficits of peace, development, governance, and problems relating to climate, the environment and human health. The rise of China and the BRI do challenge the current 'rules-based global order' and the economic dominance and moral, political, economic, and cultural leadership of the United States and its allies. However, China's goal is not hegemony but a multipolar world in which common values coexist with principles of peaceful coexistence (including non-interference in the internal affairs of sovereign states). The evolution of the BRI is outlined, and the ways in which it reflects Chinese interests are summarized, including its roles in addressing natural resource dependence and excess capacity, a transition from investment promotion and factor-intensive growth to going out and industrial upgrading, going West, and the effective deployment of China's foreign exchange assets. Although China does therefore potentially gain, the BRI is designed so that partners also gain in a quest for win-win co-operation and mutual benefit. The values that underlie this approach and the call for a community with a shared future are compared with competing western values, whose roots lie in Enlightenment thought and are associated with a record of colonialism and imperialism. In this light, the article concludes with a consideration of the global implications of the BRI, the challenges it confronts and the likelihood that the unipolar moment will give way to a multipolar global development path.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터정보공학과 재활공학 그리고 디자인을 융합하여 의료재활기기 산업 인재 양성을 위한 글로벌 정보기술 융합교육 프로그램을 제안한다. 이 목표 달성을 위하여, 세가지 다른 분야의 전공학생들이 학제 융합팀을 구성하고, 방과후 및 방학기간을 이용하여 영어(English), 리더십(Leadership), 혁신(Innovation), 팀워크(Teamwork), 창업 정신(Entrepreneurship)의 ELITE 프로그램을 이수시켜서 글로벌 인재 양성에 기여한다.

This study aims at providing data for establishing a marketing strategy which can enhance the competitiveness of Korea domestic SPA(Specialty Store Retailer of Private Label Apparel) Brands by suggesting countermeasure strategy through the observation and analysis for SPA Brands, under the current circumstance in which the systematic and scholastic discussion for the matter, is lack, despite the diastrophism in fashion industry is prospected according to the rapid growth of Global SPA Brands. For this purpose, the characteristic and current status of Global SPA Brands is examined, and the main cause of growth is analyzed by approaching to their marketing characteristic, in this study. In relation with this situation, this study suggests the provisions as below, which are drawn from the analysis on Global SPA Brands' marketing strategy, so that Korea domestic SPA Brands could achieve successive performance under fierce competition. First, to be a competitive SPA Brands a business should be able to supply products with frequent product turnover by an interval level of one week or so, the existent product planning by seasons, as a business obtains various swift informations on consumers' demand with R&D center foundation. Secondly, SPA Brands should establish a strategy that a business can create high net profit by inventory management which enables lowering inventory ratio remarkably, and a strategy for innovative product supply by small quantity batch production, along with founding a high technological logistics system. Third, SPA Brands should establish a strategy for primary cost reduction by overseas dispersed outsourcing in order to enable diverse product development and rational price setting. Fourth, fashion marketers should establish also a strategy for communication by which brand image can be delivered effectively, by firming the brand identity and by informing product characteristic and customer service totally, with the method of VMD and flagship store. Additionary, fashion marketers also should establish a strategy by developing mobile application which can provide brand image and diverse other fashion related information.

본 연구에서는 대학생들의 앙트러프러너십과 변혁적 리더십이 취·창업인식에 어떠한 영향을 줄 수 있는지 검증하는 것을 연구목표로 설정하였다. 또한, 지난 몇 개월간 전 세계적으로 광범위하게 영향을 미치는 코로나바이러스 감염사태를 계기로 팬데믹이라는 사회적 이슈가 대학생들의 개인특성과 취·창업 인식 간에 어떠한 영향관계를 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 연구결과 앙트러프러너십과 변혁적 리더십이 높은 대학생들은 경제공황에 버금가는 코로나19 팬데믹이라는 사회적 이슈를 위기로 인식하고 움츠러들기보다는, 새로운 패러다임의 전환에 적응하면서 새로운 취업의 기회나 창업의 기회로 인식하는 계기가 되는 것으로 나타났다. 언택트 사회가 뉴노멀로 자리 잡을 것으로 예상됨에 따라 앙트러프러십과 변혁적 리더십 함양을 통하여 새로운 취·창업 기회의 확보가 중요한 요인으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 잠재적 창업가, 잠재적 고용가능성이 있는 대학생들에게 위기 속에서 기회를 탐색할 수 있는 '기회탐색' 역량을 강화하기 위해 비즈니스 모델 만들기 등 앙트러프러너십과 변혁적 리더십에 대한 실질적인 교육의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구는 H대학 전교생 필수인 IT 교과목 강의평가에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 강의만족도가 학업성취도, 출석율, 수강과목군과 유의미한 상관관계를 가지는지 파악하는 것이다. 특별히 컴퓨터를 활용하는 실습이 많이 요구되는 IT 교양과목들의 강의 만족도가 일반 교양과목의 강의만족도 경향과 어떤 차이가 있는가를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 H 대학교에서 2019년도 1, 2학기에 진행한 교양 IT 교과교육과정의 12개 교과목에서 2,322명 수강생들이 제출한 2,149건 강의평가 결과를 자료로 사용하였다. 강의평가 결과는 객관식 선택형 문항의 평가점수 외에도 주관식 서술형 문항도 학생들이 제출한 서술문을 긍정형과 부정형으로 분류하여 계량화를 하여 강의평가 결과를 객관화하였다. 연구 결과, 출석률과 학업성취도가 높을수록 강의만족도가 높았으며, 주관식 문항에서는 부정 단어보다는 긍정 단어를 더 많이 사용하였고, 학점이 낮을수록 부정 단어를 더 많이 사용하였다. 초급프로그래밍이나 소프트웨어활용군 과목군에서는 출석률이 높을수록 강의만족도가 높았지만, 중급프로그래밍에서는 출석률과 선택형 평가점수는 상관관계가 없었으며 주관식 문항에서도 타 과목군보다 부정 단어를 많이 사용하였다. IT 교과목에 대한 강의평가 경향은 일반 교과목의 강의평가 경향과 유사한 면도 있지만 중급프로그래밍 교과목에서는 대체로 부정적인 평가를 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The rust fungi are biotrophic fungal pathogens that cause serious disease on Perilla leaves in Korea. The effect of some commonly used chemical preservatives (sorbic acid, D-sorbitol, propionic acid and benzoic acid) against Perilla rust was investigated in this study. Results of this investigation showed that all the preservatives were effective against Perilla rust except benzoic acid. There was no growth of rust spores on the Perilla leaves treated with 0.1% of preservative even after 21 days of preservation. However, 0.01% of preservative also showed remarkable reduction of rust spores on the Perilla leaves as compared to the control groups. Thus, the results of this study indicated that the chemical preservatives used might be useful to control the growth of rust fungi on Perilla leaves.

The purpose of this study was to develop a middle school science climate change education plan. The detailed contents of the study are as follows: First, a research study was conducted for understanding climate change and the direction and contents of the climate change education were set up. Second, the climate change education plan was prepared. The middle school climate change education plan were arranged through research study. The results of the study are as follows: First, the direction and contents of the climate change education were arranged. The direction of the climate change education was arranged to reflect the global science education system, sustainable development education, and youth leadership. Second, the middle school climate change education plan was arranged. The middle school climate change education plan includes a course of study and creative experience program. The plan for the course of study focused intensely on scientific study.

미적분학의 기본정리는 미분과 적분을 연결하는 중요한 정리로서 다양한 개념적 요소들을 포함하고 있고 그 가운데 학생들이 이해하기에 쉽지 않은 것들이 있어 교수학적 연구 대상으로 관심을 끌어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 미적분학의 기본정리의 이해의 요소와 인지과정에 바탕을 둔 교수학적 대안을 제시하기 위해 미적분학의 기본정리의 역사적 발달과정과 선행연구를 통하여 미적분학의 기본정리의 이해의 요소를 알아보고, 미적분학의 기본정리의 증명과정에서 누적함수와 변화율 개념을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미적분학의 기본정리의 지도방법에 대한 교수학적 대안과 교육적 시사점을 제안하였다.

In this paper, I applied grounded theory in exploring how Twitter became the battlefield for China's public diplomacy campaign. China's new move to global social media platforms, such as Twitter and Facebook, has been a controversial strategy in public diplomacy. This study analyzes Chinese Foreign Spokesperson Zhao Lijian's Twitter posts and comments. It models China's recent diplomatic move to Twitter as a "war of words" model, with features including "leadership," "polarization," and "aggression," while exerting possible effects as "resistance," "hatred," and "sarcasm" to the global community. Our findings show that by failing to gage public opinion and promote the country's positive image, China's current digital diplomacy strategy reflected by Zhao Lijian's tweets has instead constructed a polarized political public sphere, contradictory to the country's promoted "shared human destiny." The "war of words" model extends our understanding of China's new digital diplomacy move as a hybrid of state propaganda and self-performance. Such a strategy could spread hate speech and accelerate political polarization in cyberspace, despite improvements to China's homogenous network building on Twitter.

The Asian-Australasian Association of Animal Production Societies (AAAP), the only international scientific organization in animal science representing Asia and Pacific region, showed a remarkable development since its inception in 1980. The number of member countries increased from 8 to 19 while 19 congresses were held in 11 different member countries. The AAAP also helped creating the official journal, Asian-Australasian Journal of Animal Sciences in 1988 with the title being changed to Animal Bioscience in 2021. It is an open access journal indexed by most global databases and has become one of the most respected global journals in animal science. Through scientific meetings and journal publication, the AAAP has made a tremendous contribution to the advancement of animal science and industry throughout its member countries over the last 40 years. This paper summarizes the advances in animal science in the Asia-Pacific region, together with the roles of the AAAP scientists and journals in developing animal science.
