여대생의 치과진료 공포감 관련요인 (Related factors to dental fear of women university students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors related to the dental fear based on the general characteristics, major and personality type of the 400 girl students in university in Ulsan. Methods : Subjects were 400 girl students in university in Ulsan from November 2012 to March 2013. Data were collected by questionnaire and dental checkup and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 version. Results : Neuroticism was closely related to dental clinic visit. Those who did not visit dental clinics tended to have low score of neuroticism. Conclusions : To reduce dental fear in girl students, it is necessary to make them visit dental clinics frequently and promote the preventive dental care effectively.

  • 서울대학교농과대학남녀기숙사생(大學校農科大學男女寄宿舍生) 552명(名)을 위(爲)한 영양관리향상(營養管理向上)과 영양교육(營養敎育)의 중요성(重要性)을 강조(强調)하기 위(爲)해서 위양조사(爲養調査)를 남자기숙사(男子寄宿舍)에 대(對)하여 1966년(年) 3월(月) 7일(日)부터 13일(日)까지 또 여학생기숙사(女學生寄宿舍)에 대(對)하여 동년(同年) 3월(月) 14일(日)부터 20일(日)까지 1주간(週間) 실시(實施)하였다. 상록사급식(常綠舍給食)은 한인(韓人) 25(歲男子營養勸?量)에 비교(比較)하면 Riboflavin 섭취량(攝取量)의 약간(若干)의 부족(不足)이 있는 이외(以外)는 칼로리 및 모-든 영양섭취량(營養攝取量)을 훨씬 능가(凌駕)하였다. 녹원사(鹿苑舍)의 급식(給食)은 한인(韓人) 25세여자권장량(歲女子勸?量)에 비교(比較)해서 칼로리 섭취량부족(攝取量不足)을 보였으나 생활양식(生活樣式)이 유사(類似)한 숙명여자대학교(淑明女子大學校) 기숙사생(寄宿舍生)을 대상(對象)으로 실측(實測)한 1 일평균(日平均)칼로리소비량(消費量)에 비(比)하면 150 칼로리만 부족(不足)하였다. 녹원사(鹿苑舍)는 철분(鐵分)과 Ascorbic acid를 제외(除外)한 모든 무기질(無機質)과 비타민류섭취량(類攝取量)이 약간(若干)식 부족(不足)하였다. 양기숙사(兩寄宿舍)의 P.cal%는 12.8% 내지(乃至) 12.8% 이었고, 단백가(蛋白價)는 상록사(常綠舍)에 있어서는 70, 녹원사(鹿苑舍)에 있어서는 79, NDp Cal%는 상록사(常綠舍)가 7 녹원사(鹿苑舍)가 8, Reference protein은 상록사(常綠舍) 55.8g, 녹원사(鹿苑舍)가 36.9g 임이 밝혀졌다. 일반적(一般的)으로 단백질(蛋白質)은 최소한도(最小限度) 1/3은 동물원(動物源)에서 섭취(攝取)할것을 영양학적(營養學的)으로 권장(勸?)하고 있으나 이연구조사(硏究調査)에서 얻은 결과(結果)와 Reference protein 및 NDp Cal%의 권장치(勸?値)를 비교(比較)하므로서 동식물성단백질(動植物性蛋白質)을 1 : 5의 비율(比率)로 섭취(攝取)하여도 질적(質的)으로 우수(優秀)한 다종류(多種類)의 식물성단백질(植物性蛋白質)의 합리적(合理的)인 혼식(混食)으로 말미암아 만족(滿足)스러운 결과(結果)를 나타낼수가 있음을 명백(明白)히 알게되었다. 조미료소비량(調味料消費量)에 있어서는 남녀사생간(男女舍生間)에 현저(顯著)한 차(差)를 보게 되었다. 남자사생(男子舍生)은 고춧가루에 있어서는 1.5g로서 여자사생(女子舍生)의 15 배(倍)를 소비(消費)하였으며, 고추장은 13g로서 여자사생(女子舍生)의 약 21 배(倍)를 소비(消費)하였다. 소금의 섭취소(攝取消)은 남자사생(男子舍生)이 34g를 소비(消費)하였고 여자사생(女子舍生)은 23g 를 소비(消費)하였으며 남자사생(男子舍生)이 여학생(女學生)보다 매웁고 짠것을 더 즐기는것을 알게 되었다. 상록사(常綠舍)에게는 단배질(蛋白質)의 량(量)을 다소감(多少減)하고 질(質)을 높이며 지방섭취량(脂肪攝取量)을 증가(增加)시켜, 급식(給食)의 부피를 줄일 것을 권하며 Riboflavin 의 증가(增加)도 필요(必要)하다. 녹원사(鹿苑舍)는 칼로리 및 비타민 B군(群)의 섭취량증가(攝取量增加)를 위(爲)하여 더많은 곡류(穀類), 특(特)히 보리를 취(取)하여야 할것이다. 또 녹황색채소(綠黃色菜蔬)의 증가(增加)시킬 필요(必要)가 있다.

일시적 고온 스트레스가 복색 장미 'Pinky Girl'의 화색 및 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향 (Floral Pigmentation and Expression of Anthocyanin-Related Genes in Bicolored Roses 'Pinky Girl' as Affected by Temporal Heat Stress)

  • 본 연구는 일시적인 고온 스트레스 처리가 복색 장미 'Pinky Girl'의 화아 착색과 안토시아닌 생합성 관련 유전자들의 발현 양상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행되었다. 꽃잎에서 cyanin의 축적은 화아의 발육단계와 연관이 있으며 화아 발육 과정에서 꽃잎이 출현하는 4단계($S_4$)에서 급격하게 일어났다. 따라서 $S_4$ 단계가 꽃잎 착색에 가장 민감한 시기로 판단된다. $S_4$ 단계에서 3일간 고온 스트레스($39/18^{\circ}C$)를 받은 고온처리구에서 개화 당시 꽃잎의 cyanin 착색이 대조구와 비교하여 45.5% 감소하였다. 한편, 안토시아닌 생합성 관련 유전자인 CHS, CHI, F3'H, DFR, ANS, 3GT, 5GT의 발현은 고온처리구에서 오히려 촉진되었다. 예외적으로 F3H의 발현은 고온처리구에서 26.7% 감소하여 'Pinky Girl'의 복색 발현에 의미 있는 유전자로 확인되었다. 하지만 대부분 안토시아닌 생합성 관련 유전자들의 발현은 꽃잎에서의 cyanin 착색 경향과 비례적이지 않았다. 따라서 장미 꽃잎의 화색소 축적은 번역 이후 효과와 조절유전자와 같은 안토시아닌 생합성과 관련된 다른 복잡한 메커니즘이 연관되어 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

불임피술주부(不妊被術主婦)의 가정적(家庭的) 배경(背景)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Family Situation of Sterilized Homemakers)

  • A study was carried out for the evaluation on family situation of 900 homemakers those who had received tubal sterilization operation (laparoscopic and minilaparotomy) at family planning clinic, Seoul Red Cross Hospital from October 1974 to September 1977. The results obtained are as follows: 1) In age distribution, predominant age group consisted of those $31{\sim}35$ years frequency of 43.2% and average age was 33.3 years. 2) Educational level showed that homemakers who finished primary school accounted for 37.3% of the total and those having middle school education comprised 28.7%, and 24.3% of them were high school graduates, 8.3% of them were college graduates. On the other hand, husband's education level showed that, 37.6% of them were high school graduates, 29.7% were college graduates and 19.9% were middle school graduates, therefor, educational level of husbands was one step higher than wives. 3) In the gravidity at the tubal sterilization, the highest incidence(18.4%) among 853cases was the group of gravida 5, and 16.2% gravida 4, and the gravidity ranged $1{\sim}23$. Average gravidity of clients was 6.0. 4) Among the total number of 900 clients, 778cases (91.3%) had no experience of spontanous abortion, history of 1 abortion in 5.9%, 2 abortions in 1.8%, and it showed the decresed incidence of spontanous abortion recently. Average was 0.15. As regarding induced abortion, in spite of only 142 homemakers (16.7%) had no history of induced abortion, 20.5% had experienced 1 induced abortion before sterilization, 17.7% had 2 induced abortions, 14.6% had 3 abortions, 10.3% had 4 abortions, and 0.2% (2cases) had over 20 abortions. Average was 2.7. 5) In regarding to the number of living children, the greatest number (45.0%) of clients had 3 children, and 26.5% 2 children, 19.7% 4 children. Average number of their living children was 3.03. 6) Sex ratio of living children, among 18 clients those had 1 child, 17 homemakers had 1 boy and no girl, 1 homemaker had no boy and 1 girl only. Sex ratio showed that woman who had 2 boys and no girl accounted for 46.3%, however, those having no boy and 2 girls ocmprised only 1. 8% among 229 clients who had 2 children. Among 389 clients who had 3 children, in spite of woman who had 3 boys and no girl comprised 16.5%, but no boy and 3 girls only 1.5%. Among 170 clients who had 4 children, homemakers with 4 boys and no girl accounted for 4.1%, however, no boy and 4 girls 1.8% of the total. Among 52 clients, who had 5 children, woman with 5 boys and no girl comprised 3.9%, no boy and 5 girls 0%. Among 7 cases who had 6 children, there were 3 cases who had 3 boys and 3 girls, but only 1 cases had 1 boy and 5 girls and so on. These results showed a strong trend of male preference in Korea and this could be one of the inhibit factors for family planning.

초등학생의 성격특성과 학교안전사고 (The Relationship between the Personality of Elementary School Students and the Safety Accidents in the School)

  • This study was not intended to analyze out the realities of the safety accidents in school. The purpose of this study was to find out the personality of elementary school students in 6th grade and analyze the relationship between the personality of elementary school students and the safety accidents in the school. We made a visit 12 elementary school personally in the B city of Gyeonggi Province and gave out 552 questionaries in order to accomplish the purpose of this study. And we analyzed the 501 answer data except the unfittable data 51 sheets-in case of no answer or untruthfulness. The inspection of the personality used the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and the questionnaires of the safety accidents in the school were reorganized of the questionnaires which were used in Chun-Ok, Joen(1997) and One-Yong, Kim(1999)'s study to correspond with our purpose of study. Answer sheets were gone through the t and x2 test by using the program of SPPS. First, elementary school students are in the formative period in the life of a man. So many students's personality was in the middle group rather than in high and low group. In regard of the distintion between the boy students and the girl students, the boy students had higher score in Psychoticism(P) but the girl students had higher score in Neutroticism(N). And Lie(L) was showing a little more score in the girl students. Second, there was significant difference in the investigation of safety accidents in school according to sex distinction. 1) Comparing the boy students and the girl students, the rate of accidents was higher in boy rather than girl. And there was significant difference. 2) Comparing the grade of the school, the rate of accidents was higher in upper grade than lower grade both girls and boys. 3) In the kind of accidents, the traumatic Injuries were very popular and the next were contusions. There was significant difference in the traumatic injury and nosebleed. 4) The results of injured parts showed that the injuries of foot, leg, hand, arm hold a large majority. And there was a significant difference in head, face, foot, leg and etc. 5) Most accidents broke out during the break time and then accidents happened after school were the next. The flowings were lunch time and class time. There was a significant difference in accidents happened during the class, break time and lunch time. 6) Comparing the subjects, the most accidents broke out in the class of physics. 7) Among the cause of accidents, one's own carelessness was showing the highest rate. There was a significant distintion in the fight and game. 8) The safety accidents took place most in playground, and there was a significant difference. 9) Being slight wound was showing almost in the degrees of damage. And there was a significant difference. Third, the boy students were not showing the significant difference in relation to the personality, the frequency of accidents and the degrees of damage. But the girl students were showing the significant difference in relation to the Extraversion-Introversion(E) and the frequency of accidents. And there were a significant difference between E and N. Also they were showing the intense damages.

현대 뮤지컬 보컬 테크닉의 융합적 특징 - 'The Girl in 14G' 분석을 중심으로 - (Convergence Characteristics of Contemporary Musical Vocal Techniques - Focusing on the Analysis of 'The Girl in 14G' -)

  • 본 연구는 뮤지컬 보컬 수업에 있어 다양한 발성법을 익히고 학생들에게 적용시키기 위해 동시대에 나타나는 발성법과 노래의 특징을 파악하기 위함이다. 뮤지컬 보컬 발성법은 시대의 요구에 따라 변화하며 진화하고 있다. 오늘날 현대 뮤지컬의 특징은 어느 한 장르로 국한 할 수 없으며 작품 양식과 더불어 음악의 장르도 여러 장르로 파생되어 공존한다. 본 연구의 대상인 'The Girl in 14G'는 다양한 보컬 창법을 구사하는 미국의 유명 뮤지컬 배우인 크리스틴 체노웨스(Kristin Chenoweth)의 앨범에 실린 노래이다. 이 노래의 작곡자인 제닌 테소리(Jeanine Tesori)는 이 노래에서 뉴욕을 대표하는 음악 장르인 '브로드웨이 뮤지컬, 메트로폴리탄 오페라, 이스트 빌리지 재즈'를 표현하기 위해, '성악 창법(Classical Voice), 재즈(Jazz), 벨팅(Belting) 창법, 믹스드 보이스(Mixed Voice)'의 다양한 보컬 테크닉으로 작곡하였다. 노래의 전개는 1명의 배우가 3가지 음악 스타일과 창법으로 3명의 다른 인물을 넘나들며 연기해야 하는 어려운 과정으로 구성되어 있다. 'The Girl in 14G'를 부르기 위해서는 다양한 보컬 테크닉의 습득이 필요한 만큼 많은 노력과 연습이 필요하며, 교육적 측면에서 학생과 배우에게 좋은 텍스트라 할 수 있다. 결과적으로 연구를 통해 이 노래는 탄탄한 음악적, 극적 구성을 갖는 대표적인 노래로써 현대 뮤지컬 보컬 테크닉의 융합적 특징을 잘 보여주는 예임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • Two cases of situs inversus totalis with isolated congenital heart disease were treated at department of cardiothoracic surgery, Chungnam National University Hospital. Sixteen months old girl was operated under diagnosis of PDA with mirro-image dextrocardia by triple ligation. Fifteen months old girl was managed under diagnosis of VSD with mirro-image dextrocardia by simple closure of VSD with extracorporeal circulation. The former had smooth postoperative course, but the latter was died of asphyxia due to vomitus on postoperative second day

모래놀이를 통해 본 정서·행동에 어려움이 있는 여중생의 내면세계의 변화 (The Change of the Internal World in Middle School Girls Having Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties by Exploring Their Sandplay)

  • Objective: Middle school girls who belonged to the concerned group in their school assessment were treated by sandplay for relieving their emotional and behavioral difficulties. The purpose of this study was to explore the change of the internal world of the girls through sandplay. Methods: Analytical psychology and sandplay theories were used for this exploration, especially Turner's (2005) content themes in sandplay. The participants were four first-grade girls. Pre-test measures, a 12-session sandplay program, and post-test measures were administered. Results: For the first girl, the initial phase was 1-6 (time trip), the intermediate phase was 7-9 (seeking for an inner island), and the final phase was 10-12 (seeking for a real stone). For the second girl, the initial phase was 1-5 (my heart was like cold weather), the intermediate phase was 6-10 (fallen, sick, and risen), and the final phase was 11-12 (trophy given to me). For the third girl, the initial phase was 1-5 (seeking for oasis), the intermediate phase was 6-10 (difficult trip for climbing with camel), and the final phase was 11-12 (discovering oasis). For the fourth girl, the initial phase was 1-3 (an island drowning shortly ), the intermediate phase was 4-10 (my unknowable mind), and the final phase was 11-12 (a tree growing well). Conclusion: This study showed psychological phenomena in the sandplay of four girls such as opposites and the union of masculinity and femininity as they explored their own identity. Drawing tests and counselling objects indicated positive changes; thus, these findings support the effectiveness of sandplay therapy for transforming the psyche of middle school girls.

가정환경자극, 사회인구론적 변인과 아동의 언어능력간의 인과모형분석 (Analysis of a Causal Model about the Relationship of HOME, Socio-demographic variables to Children's Verbal Ability)

  • This study examined the characteristics of the relationship of HOME, sociodemographic variables and children's verbal ability at age four, five, six, Expecially this study investigated causal relationships amoong the variables which are supposed to affect children's verbal ability by children's age and sex. The subject of this study were 180 children and their mothers. Instruments included inventory of home stimulation(HOME), inventory of socio-demographic variables, inventory of the children's verbla ability. The results obtained from this study were as follows : 1. For the most part, HOME and socio-demographic variables had a significant positive correlation with children's verbal ability. 2. The variables that significantly predicted children's verbal ability differed according to children's age and sex. That is, play materials, breadth of experience and economic status of the home were predictive of boy's verbal ability at age four, while aspects of physical environment, breadth of experience were predictive at age five, fostering maturity and independence, parent's education were predictive at age six. And developmental stimulation and breadth of experience were predictive of girl's verbal ability at age four, while developmental stimulation, economic status of the home were predictive at age five, developmental stimulation and play materials were predictive at age six. 3. the results of the analysis of the causal model showed that the kind of variables that affected children's verbal ability directly differed according to children's age and sex. That is, indirect stimulation and direct stimulation affected boy's verbal ability directly at age four and five, while indirect stimulation and parent's education affected boy's verbal ability at age six. And indirect stimulation, direct stimulation, emotional climate of the home affected girl's verbal ability directly at age four, while direct stimulation, economic status of the home, indirect stimulation affected directly at age five, parent's education, indirect stimulation and direct stimulation affected girl's verbal ability at age six. 4. Another causal model of the HOME, socio-demographic variables affecting children's verbal ability showed that total HOME scores more significantly affected boys and girl's verbal ability directly than socio-demographic variables at all ages.

남녀 중학생의 식행동, 영양지식 및 체형, 체중조절과 영양교육에 관한 인식비교 (Comparative Study on Dietary Behavior, Nutrition Knowledge and Cognition of Body Image, Weight Control and Nutrition Education of Middle School Students according to Gender)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out how important providing nutrition education to young students is. The study is based on the assumption that students' food behavior, nutrition knowledge and cognition of body image, weight control and nutrition education are considerably influenced by gender. A total of 495 students (249 boy and 246 girl students) were surveyed in one middle school located Siheungsi, Gyeonggido. The average height and weight of the boy and girl students are 164.6 cm, 54.4 kg and l58.5cm, 47kg, respectively. According to average BMI, the boy students($20.0kg/m^2$) are in the normal state. However, the girl students($18.2kg/m^2$) are underweight. For the status of meal intake, 52.4% of the students took breakfast everyday. Female students had dinner with lower intake frequency than males(p<0.05). For snack intake, the kinds of snack differ according to gender(p<0.05); more milk for male and more fruit for female students. The scores of dietary behavior based on Mini Dietary Assessment were 21.5/30 for male and 21.3/30 for female students. The nutrition knowledge scores of 4.6/10 for male and 4.6/10 for female students were not significantly different according to gender. The score of dietary behavior is based on Mini Dietary Assessment. The survey shows that in terms of the experience of weight control, 35.5% of the girl students have made an effort to watch their weight and 21.8% of the boy students have tried controlling their weight(p<0.0001). It turns out that the students who have been provided nutrition education are more satisfied with their body shape than those who have never been provided nutrition education(p<0.05).
