The purpose of this study to investigate about the structure of Nursing students' thinking about job. The phenomenology study design and Giorgi method were used for this analysis. The subjects were 10 people between undergraduate 20-30 years of age and were interviewed over a total of four times. The result of this study were as follow; there were 3 structures and 14 factors such as "the better life" "future" "make a living" "affect to own family" "new starting" "independent" "closely relationship" "depth information that is self-learning" "proportion between class and job" "integrated learning manual are required" "job competition is little hard" "much in demand and various sectors" "hard and difficult nursing licence examination" "the hope of the more better life". According to the results of this study, nursing students' thinking about job were 3 structures which were the impact of employment, practical training necessary and hard but withstand. Therefore through this study appropriate education research and objective including practical contents practice manual development are suggested.

The purpose of this study is to understand the deeper meaning of the experience to explore the essence of latter-aged elderly suicide attempt. To this end, by applying the technology of Giorgi phenomenology to focus on the nature of the experience was described reveal the structure of the developing. By targeting eight people aged 75 years and over in Seoul experience with suicide attempts, open the data was collected through in-depth interviews, participants were analyzed on the basis of the aforesaid materials result, late of suicide in elderly seniors experience semantics was putting down that long for the comfort at the crossroads of life. Analysis of six components were derived 'regrets the harsh years', 'desperate and pathetic beholden', 'useless worthless life', 'body of unbearable pain and lethargy', 'no place to lean loneliness', 'the last select'. Discuss these findings the suicide problem of latter-aged elderly suicide attempt, based on experience and in-depth, Elderly mental health and social welfare presented the practical implications for suicide prevention.

The purpose of this study is multicultural adolescents' family reconstruction and maladaptation. Six multicultural adolescents living in Seoul, Gyeonggido, Chungchungdo, Jeolado were selected for the in-depth interview. Data were collected from August to December, 2019. This research is Giorgi's phenomenological method. The results provided 10 themes on the essential structure of experience and 4 theme clusters. The final 10 themes were unintentional choice: immigration, unfamiliar family relationship forming, unacceptable dissatisfaction and anger, absence of belonging and promising, missing homeland, keeping close relationship with old friends, difficulty of learning, following Korea culture, identity crisis and wandering, difficulty in adaptation : addiction to games and misdemeanour. Therefore, it is suggested to announce importance of family meaning and adaptation in Korea society.

The purpose of this study is to examine in depth the personal experience of Pre-Service Librarian Teacher during Student Teaching Practice. This helps us understand the overall process and diverse environment of Student Teaching Practice. We conducted in depth interview with participants who had recently experienced. and data analysis was undertaken using the phenomenological method devised by Giorgi. The significance of Pre-service Teacher Librarian experiences during Student Teaching Practice can be summarized in five categories as follows: 'the formation of Pre-service Librarian teacher's awareness about library and librarian through growth process', 'concretization and Strategy Implementation about Career Planning', 'Self-growth Need through experience of student teaching practice', 'Understanding of Organizational Culture Perception of Communication', 'Face reality about library and librarian'. These constituents can be understood in the context of time sequence. The result of this study may contribute for improving the overall environment at Student Teaching Practice.

This study was analyzed using Giorgi (1985)'s phenomenological research method to find the essential meaning of the strengths inherent in the experience of national players. The research participants selected the final six athletes who wanted to participate in the national team's individual and team events using the Purposeful sampling method. In-depth interviews were conducted from September to December 2019, and 90 to 180 minutes were conducted once and two in-depth interviews were conducted for each athletes. As a result, categories were derived from 17 sub-factors, 5 factors, and 5 factors were found to make good habits, make my own weapons, think positively, simplify and maintain good condition. The five factors shown in the results are used as strengths when they are voluntarily done, and these strengths create a chance and vitality for players to truly like their sport. These character strengths are expected to be used as positive information for players' development of positive psychology programs and psychological skills training.

Death of spouse is the most heartbreaking stressful and inevitable tragic life event. In middle aged men who belong to the social middle class and accomplished their occupational success, experiences of spousal bereavement are great shock. The aim of this study was to find out how they overcome their mental and physical pain and to obtain the basic materials to develop suitable nursing care programs for them. The methodological approach of this study is Giorgi's phenomenological analysis meaning unit. This method also makes theme focal meaning, situated structural description and create general structural description grasped by participator's experience through situated structure description. This study performed from November 2002 to May 2004, and participators were four men. Data collected through in-depth personal interviews. which had been tapped and analysed the Giorgi's method. Finally, the five focal meaning below have been abstracted. Theme 1. Physical symptom loss of appetite, fatigue, insomnia. outbreak of illness, weight loss. Theme 2. life of spiritless lack of desire, sense of emptiness, unstableness, prosaic life. wandering. indifference of appearances, avoidance of meeting people. Theme 3. life of retrospction reflection for his wife, yearning, grief, muttering to himself, never-to-be forgotten wife, leading a lonely life. Theme 4. negative emotion reproaching, feeling hurt, marriage of daughter, feeling heavy, getting angry, sexual desire, awareness of his sinfulness. loneliness Theme 5. social support and adjustment getting his wife off his mind, curring favor with children, support and consolation by his daughter-in-law, appreciation for hospice nurse, considering remarriage, taking care of himself, good relation with his children. The result of this study showed that middle aged men bereaved of their wife by cancer need other's concern. And we have to study further to understand their experience. Until now hospice nursing is concentrated on cancer patients But from now we have to provide their families suitable nursing care programs to adjust themselves to social life before and after death of patients.

The objective of this study was to understand the countertransference and its meanings, experienced by novice supervisors in the supervision. For this, total seven novice supervisors with supervision experience for five years or less were purposively sampled, and then the in-depth interviews were conducted. As a phenomenological research, the collected data was analyzed in accordance with the Giorgi's 4-Stages, suitable for discovering the phenomenon and its meanings, experienced by research participants. In the results, there were six themes such as 'difficulty to realize the countertransference', 'expectation and impatience of supervisee's growth', 'identification with supervisee', 'hope for maintaining a good relationship with supervisee', 'avoidance of supervision', and 'struggle for standing up as an expert'. The unsolved problems and desires of novice supervisors were revealed as countertransference, which influenced the supervision. The results of this study imply that the countertransference of supervision has not only negative aspects, but also a positive meaning in the aspect that they could deeply understand themselves and others.

The purpose of this study is to explore the anger experiences of college students and to clarify their meaning and structure. For this purpose, 7 students who experienced anger were interviewed in-depth and the data was analysed by phenomenological method of Giorgi. As a result, 19 sub-components and 5 core components were derived. The five core components were the difficult situation to accept, the expression of unbearable emotions, tiredness of mind and body, efforts to overcome, and growth after overcoming. 'The difficult situation to accept' referred to a situation in which anger was felt, and 'expression of unbearable emotion' referred to an expression of anger. The effect of anger showed the result of 'exhausted of mind and body'. 'Efforts to overcome' and 'growth after overcoming' has been to grow through efforts to resolve anger and have been adapted to school life. Finally, this study suggested a method to help college students overcome their anger, and a concrete plan for university.

This study was conducted to find how the female college students perceive the body image and the way to help them through the education program. The data was collected through in-depth interviews of 10 female college students from October, 2012 to September, 2013. The interview was done with 3 focus group consisted of 3~4 participants per group. The data were analyzed by the Giorgi method. The meaning structure were organized in 12 themes and 5 focal meanings were identified health personality, health physical condition, making artificial body, social judgement, respect for individuality to ideal body. It is needed to develop the professional programs that help the female college students to positively manage their own body image and reduce the health problem induced body image. Therefore, it is recommended that the program for the female college students is consisted of management of physical health and psychological stress, harmonious interpersonal relationship and encouragement of self-esteem.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore in depth and deeply the nature and meaning of the academic experience that married nursing graduate students have experienced in their Convergence roles. Methods: Giorgi(2004) method was used the four-step data analysis procedure following the technological phenomena. Participants were four nursing doctoral students who were involved in work, child-care. and education. Data collection was conducted through two in-depth interviews with participants from October to November 2017. Results: Data analysis was structured into 12 concepts and 5 categories, centered on thinking, feelings, and changes in life for study before and after entering graduate school. The five categories are 'I enjoy flying more than anyone', 'I am different from them', 'A solitary journey toward a dream', 'Family is my strength' and 'I have a dream.' Conclusions: In order to help married nurses improve their professionalism, it is necessary to build a support system for the family, improvement of the organizational culture, and a socially practical support system.
