Gibberellin 처리가 종서의 당함량 및 붕아경의 생장구조에 미치는 영향 (The variation of Sugar and Sprouting stem in Gibberellin Treated seed potato)

  • Gibberellin을 Seed Potato에 처리함으로서 seed potato내의 환원당과 비환원당의 소장과 붕아경의 현미경적인 조직의 변화에 대한 몇가지 실험결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) Gibberellin을 처리한 Seed potato에 함유한 환원당은 처리하지 않은 Seed Potato에 비하여 현저히 증가하였으며 그 증가정도는 붕아일수의 경과에 따라 차가 심하였다. 처리농도에 있어서는 10ppm구가 5ppm구 보다 증가하였으나 파종 14일부터는 반대의 경향을 인정할 수 있었다. 2) Gibberellin을 처리한 Seed Potato에 함유한 비환원당의 소장도 환원당과 동일한 경향임을 인정할 수 있었다. 3) 붕아경은 Gibberllin 5ppm 및 10ppm 구 공히 Control에 비하여 신장이 빨랐으며 14일후에는 10ppm 구는 Gibberellin처리에 의한 도장현상으로 약간의 생육장해가 발생하였다. 4) Gibberellin 처리에 의하여 붕아된 붕아경은 종단 및 횡단세포가 현저히 커졌으며 피시부나 중심부가 균등하게 팽대하였고 10ppm구가 더 커졌음을 인정할 수 있었다.

  • Effects of gibberellin on alpha and beta-amylase activities of Aspergillus orygae var. microsporus have been studied. Results obtained are as follows: 1. The growth of mycelium and dry weight of surface ped was accelerated by 0, 0001% gibberellin solution, spores of Aspergillus oryzae var. microsporus. were preveously soaked for three days. 2. Adding to culture media with 0, 0015% gibberellin, alpha-amylase was increased 50% much as beta-Amylase was as much as 50%.

  • This experiment was conducted to determine Gibberellin content in tobacco leaves at different growth stages in relation to nitrogen levels applied. Some of the results obtained can be summarized as follows: 1. The content of Gibberellin showed an increasing tendency as the levels of nitrogen increased. 2. The highest content of Gibberellin was observed at 60 days after transplanting, showing much higher than those of 30 and 90 days after transplanting. 3. The content of Gibberellin at various growth stages under different nitrogen levels ranged from 0.2490 ng to 10.9308 ng per IKg of fresh leaf weight of Burley 21. 4.The kinds of Gibberellin present in tobacco leaf appeared to be Gibberellinl ,9,19 and 20.

지벨레린 최아처리가 춘파대맥의 발아생육에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Sprouting Treatment with Gibberellin to Germination and the Growth of Spring Barley)

  • 춘파과맥 ${\ulcorner}$완주봄보리${\lrcorner}$의 종자를 5~100ppm의 지벨레린의 용액에서 백체출현기까지 최아하여 발아 및 포장시험을 실시한바 그 성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 지벨레린최아에 으하여 발아율의 감퇴없이 2 (상온구)~3일(저온구)의 발아촉진을 보였다. 2. 지벨레린최아를 하면 초기생육촉진이 일면으로는 주장적현상이 현저하였는데 그경향은 고농도 일수록 심하다. 3. 지벨레린최아로 근생장의 억제작용은 전연 인정되지 않았다. 4. 포장조건에는 발아촉진의 효과가 별로없었고 고농도처리에서는 발아율의 감퇴를 초래하여 수수감소 및 수량감소를 초래하였다. 5. 고농도일수록 초기의 주장화경향이 심하고 회복도 늦으나 생육중기에 가서는 거의 모두 정상으로 회복되며, 따라서 출수 성숙 및 간장이 처리에 의한 변이를 보이지 않았다. 6. 5~10ppm의 농도에서는 발아저해가 적고 초기의 주장화경향이 적으며 수수감퇴도 적은 반면에 수장이나 천립중은 증대경향이어서 결과적으로 중수경향을 보였으나 재 검토가 필요하다. 7. 지벨레린 최아만으로는 발아촉진은 기대되나 조숙화는 기대되지 않는다.

녹두(綠豆)나물의 생육과정(生育過程) 중(中) Vitamin C 함량(含量)에 미치는 Gibberellin의 효과(效果) (The Effect of Gibberellin on the Content of Vitamin C during the Growth of Mung Bean Sprout)

  • Mung bean sprout has been grown for 96 hours by soaking mung bean in such eight test divisions as Gibberellin 5-50ppm solution, well-water, and so on. Study on the charge of vitamin C an reducing sugar during its growth can be summarized as follows. 1. During the growth of mung bean sprout, the length and weight in the sample treated with Gibberellin 20ppm are highest of all Gibberellin divisions. 2. When mung bean sprout has grown for 24 hours, its vitamin C content reaches maximum in each sample. 3. There is little dehydro asscorbic acid in each sample during the growth period of 24-96 hours. 4. During the period of growth, the content of vitamin C in the sample treated with Gibberellin 5ppm are highest of all. 5. When mung bean sprout has been grown enough for cooking, in 48 hours, the content of vitamin C in the sample treated with Gibberellin 10ppm is highest but a significant difference is not recognized. 6. After 24 hours growth, vitamin C decreases but reducing sugar increases.

Effect of Gibberellin Treatment on Growth and Flowering Characteristics in the Cultivation of Aquilegia japonica Nakai & H. Hara

  • This study was conducted to develop gibberellin treatment technique to enhance flower initiation in Aquilegia japonica Nakai & H. Hara. Seedlings were planted in 12cm-diameter pots on October 2016 and grown in green house. Ambient temperature in the green house was set at minimum $15^{\circ}C$ during day and night to suppress flower initiation at cold temperature condition. Two different types of gibberellin, $GA_3$ and $GA_{4+7}$, at 4 different concentration levels 100, 200, 400 and 600 mg/L, were tested in this study. Gibberellin was sprayed first at planting and secondly at 1-week after planting. Ten to fifteen ml of gibberellin was sprayed for each pot. Plant height and petiole length were elongated by both gibberellin types, flowering was more enhanced by $GA_3$ (91.7~100%) compared to of $GA_{4+7}$. However, abnormal flower was less observed in $GA_3$ treatment (0~16.7%) than $GA_{4+7}$. Number of flower stalks per plant ranged from 1.9 to 2.5. Number of flowers per plant ranged from 6.8 to 10.3. Differences in flowering characteristics between treatments were statistically significant. Optimal gibberellin treatment to enhance flower initiation in A. japonica Nakai & H. Hara substituting cold treatment was $GA_3$ at the concentration between 400 mg/L to 600 mg/L.

콩나물의 성장(成長) 및 성분(成分)에 미치는 Gibberellin, Urea 및 Sucrose의 영향(影響) (The Effect of Gibberellin, Urea and Sucrose on Growth and Some Nutrients in Soybean Sprout)

  • 콩발아시(發芽時)에 Urea, Sucrose, Gibb 및 이들 혼합액(混合液)을 살포(撒布)하여 성분변화(成分變化)를 보았다. 1) Gibb의 신장(伸長)에 미치는 영향(影響)은 살포(撒布) 2일후(日後)에는 현저하게 나타나며 Gibb구(區) U+S+G구(區) 5일(日)째 것은 대조구(對照區) 7일(日)째것과 비슷하였다. 2) Gibb구(區) U+S+G구(區)가 모두 중량(重量)이 커진것은 다른 작물(作物)에서와 같았으며 Gibb구(區) U+S+G구(區) 5일(日)째것은 7일(日)째것과 같았다. 3) Vit.C 함량(含量)은 살포(撒布) 2일 까지는 처리구(處理區)와 대조구(對照區)사이의 차(差)가 작았으나 4일후(日後)에는 특히 Gibb에서 현저히 나타나며 Gibb에 Urea 및 Sucrose을 혼용(混用)하면 함량(含量)이 오히려 적어진다. 4) Amino태(態) N양(量)은 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)해 Urea구(區) Gibb구(區) U+S구(區)에 많았으며 이는 발아시(發芽時)에 비단백태(非蛋白態)N의 증가(增加)를 의미(意味)한다. 5) 조지방량(組脂肪量)은 처리구(處理區)가 대조구(對照區)보다 $1.6{\sim}5.8%$적으며 조단백질(組蛋白質)은 어느 처리구(處理區)나 대조구(對照區)에 비(比)해 적었으나 U+S+G구(區)만이 많았다. 환원당(還元糖)과 자당(蔗糖)을 처리구(處理區)에서 함량(含量)이 많았으며 특(特)히 U+S+G구(區)는 대조구(對照區)의 거의 배량(倍量)이었다. 6) 콩은 휴면기(休眠期)가 없으니 콩을 Gibb. 또는 U+S+G 액(液)에 침지(浸漬)하지 않고 발아직후(發芽直後)에 살포방법(撒布方法)으로도 결과(結果)를 볼수 있었다. 7) 콩나물에 Gibb.을 사용(使用)하는 것이 신장중량(伸長重量) 및 일부성분(一部成分)이 증가(增加)됨으로 유리(有利)하나 단용(單用)하는 것보다는 Gibb. Urea 및 Sucrose을 혼용(混用)하는 것이 Vit. C양(量)은 환원형(還元型) C.는 1/3 종(縱) Vit.C는 1/2량(量)이나 신장도(伸長度) 및 조지방(組脂肪)은 거이 동일(同一)하며 중량(重量)은 거이 배량(倍量)이고 단백질(蛋白質), 환원당(還元糖), 자당(蔗糖)은 침지7일후(浸漬7日後)에 각각(各各) 10.4, 36.1, 70.5% 많았다.

Effects of Gibberellic Acid and Gibberellin Biosynthesis Retardants on Ethylene Production, Batatasins, and Free Sugars in Dormant Tubers of Chinese Yam

  • Gibberellic acid did not affect ethylene production, whereas gibberellin biosynthesis inhibitors triggered ethylene production in dormant tubers. Gibberellic acid did not induce sprouting of dormant tubers, however, treatment of gibberellin biosynthesis retardants enhanced sprouting rates. Sprouting rate in ancymidol-treated tubers was highest among gibberellin biosynthesis retardants. Sprouting rate of tubers treated with ancymidol increased to $91.4\%$. Batatasin-III content in $GA_3$ treated tuber was increased in the highest concentration $(30{\mu}g\;I^{-1})$. Tubers treated with mepiquat chloride, Batatasin-I was increased steadily, but contents of Batatasin-III and V showed dramatic decrease at the $ 1,000{\mu}g\;I^{-1})$ concentration. This infers that gibberellin biosynthesis retardants play key roles in promoting breaking dormancy on dormant tubers of Chinese yam.

참취의 종자발아에 관한 연구 (The Germination of Aster scaber THUNB)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the morphological craracteristics of seed and effect of Gibberellin and light in ffter rooter.The results obtained were summerized as follows :1, 000 seeds wt. was 1.9g, 1 liter wt. was 41.2g, seed length was 3.6mm, seed width was 1.1mm and seed thickness was 0.8mm.The germination rate was higher with light condition than dark and Gibberellin treatment waseffective.

Gibberellin처리가 Hop 수량에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Hop Yield by Gibberellin Treatment)

  • This experiment was undertaken with the purpose of investigating the effect on the hop yield and dryweight of two Hallertau forma, Shinshuwase by Gibberellin treatment. The concentration of GA applied were 0, 10, 20ppm respectively and they were treated before ten day of flowering of hop. The result as follows; (1) Yield of hop was increased significantly by treatment of GA 10 ppm solution that is Hallertau was increased 17.2% of control plots, and Shinshuwase was increased 23.2% in GA 20ppm. (2) In dry weight was increased significantly by treatment of GA 10ppm solution that is Hallertau was increased 21.6% of control plot and Shinshuwase was increased 25.9% in GA 20ppm.
