We introduce the study of generic lightlike submanifolds of a semi-Riemannian product manifold. We establish a characterization theorem for the induced connection on a generic lightlike submanifold to be a metric connection. We also find some conditions for the integrability of the distributions associated with generic lightlike submanifolds and discuss the geometry of foliations. Then we search for some results enabling a generic lightlike submanifold of a semi-Riemannian product manifold to be a generic lightlike product manifold. Finally, we examine minimal generic lightlike submanifolds of a semi-Riemannian product manifold.

Today, customer-requirements are getting various, so manufacturing companies face many problems to reflect them with its' new product development or product variety. As the product model managed by companies is more increasing, there might be much more selection conditions and many kinds of parts requited for it. With those reasons, it demands many different kinds of BOM information for new product development and product variety. Under the those manufacturing environment, we can realize that lots of current products have shared many design property and common parts with those of old version. This thesis present these new products for common characteries are classified design property and common parts with those of old version. with product family and it define with modelling language which is Generic BOM. The suggested prototype programmed with Power Builder 6.0 and Ms-SQL is to help companies manage common parts and develop new product effectively by classifying product family's basic characteries with basic and changable levels.

We propose a new generic design methodology for different types of PSS. Product - Service System (PSS) has received much attention recently from academia and industry because of its benefits. PSS can provide customers values and functionalities, as well as physical products, to fulfill economic, social and environmental goals. Many methodologies have been proposed for designing PSSs. Most of the existing methodologies are domain specific and were proposed to solve specific problems in certain projects. Some methodologies are generic but they provide neither guideline to practitioners and designers nor reflect the differences in various PSS types. As a generic approach to guide practitioners and designers in designing PSS effectively, the proposed methodology also takes into account user involvement, business model and organizational structure. The proposed methodology is demonstrated through design examples of different types of PSSs.

The increased interest in the market movement towards generic products has been observed these days. Throughout the attraction theory, this study first explains how generic product introduction has an impact on original products. This study also shows how the social conformity theory is empirically applied to explanation of the attraction effects regarding generic products.

Miles and Snow의 전략유형 및 Porter의 본원전략과 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략 간의 관계를 검증해 보고, 두 사업부 전략유형 간의 관계도 분석하였다 소비재와 산업재를 포함한 102개 전략사업단위에 대해 최고경영자와 마케팅 관리자를 방문 면접하여 조사자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과 Miles and Snow의 전략 유형은 제품시장의 환경관리에 대한 관리적 노력의 적극성 측면에서 전략유형 간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, Porter의 본원전략과 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략 사이에 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 두 전략유형 간에 관련성 검증을 통해 Miles and Snow의 조직내부의 관리적 관점과 Porter의 경쟁적 관점의 통합적 접근가능성을 보여 주었다. 본 연구결과 다양한 산업에 있어서 사업부 수준의 전략이 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략 활동에 일관성 있게 나타남으로써 사업부 수준의 전략유형이 제품 수준의 마케팅 전략에도 적용되고 있음을 시사해 주었다.

원자력 발전소 정보 관리 시스템인 GPM 시스템에서 원자력 발전소 유지보수 프로세스에서 발생하는 도면, 문서 등 데이터와 비즈니스 프로세스를 모델링한 데이터 모델을 범용 제품 모델 (GPM, Generic Product Model) 클래스 라이브러리에 통합하였다. 이를 통해 제시하는 표준 데이터 모델은 지능적 P&ID 시스템의 기본 데이터 모델로 사용될 수 있으며, 이를 기반으로 향후에는 지식화된 정보 서비스 제공이 가능하게 된다.

The object of the present paper is to deduce some important results on generic submanifolds and also generic product of LP-Sasakian manifolds with concurrent vector fields. Also, we provide a necessary and sufficient condition for which the invariant distribution D and anti-invariant distribution D^⊥ of M are Einstein. Also, we deduce an interesting necessary and sufficient condition for submanifolds of LP-Sasakian manifolds to be totally umbilical submanifolds. Especially we deal with the generic submanifolds admitting a Ricci soliton in LP-Sasakian manifolds endowed with concurrent vector fields.

To develop a sailing yacht successfully, systematic engineering information is required including technologies from various companies and know-how about sailing yacht. The engineering information about sailing yacht has a complex and extensive structure. Therefore, a robust and high-level of management system is needed to manage the information. In this paper, we design and propose Generic-YWBS (Generic-Yacht Work Breakdown Structure), a work breakdown structure for sailing yachts. The Generic-YWBS is aimed at constructing sailing yachts and contains contents about product- and process-oriented information of sailing yachts. In addition, the Generic-YWBS plays an important role in managing the engineering information as a basic schema of database and system architecture. The Generic-YWBS is derived from fundamental WBS design processes and various rules about sailing yachts, for example, ISAF (International Sailing Federation) equipment rule and IRC rating rule, and a generic structure concept is applied for flexibility. The Generic-YWBS is applicable for various purposes. We designed a detailed code system in order to apply the Generic-YWBS to contents management system. The series of activities are realized through a web-based RIA(Rich Internet Application) program. This program manages the YWBS structure in an XML schema, and the Generic-YWBS management application offers a customizing function to be adapted in the field.

BOM(Bill of Materials) is a listing or description of raw materials, parts, and assemblies that define a product. In manufacturing companies that produce various products with short life cycles, it is very important to manage the BOM of products with various options and versions efficiently. BOM information should be required to share among the departments of engineering, production control, material purchasing, cost management, and shop floor within a manufacturing company. In order to share BOM information efficiently, information system based on WWW(World Wide Web) should be developed. Thus, this paper models and implements Web-based Generic BOM Management System (WGBMS) for management of a number of variant products which are consisted of standard parts under ATO(Assemble To Order) production environment. Also, object-oriented methodology was used to model a generic BOM and phases of navigational design and interface design were introduced to implement the prototype of WGBMS. And Object-Relational Database Management System (ORDBMS) was used to construct the WGBMS database.
