Along with high-rise buildings, complex buildings used by many unspecified people, such as various buildings and underground-linked buildings, are increasing. In particular, high-rise buildings are accompanied by a number of casualties and a lot of property damage in the event of a disaster, so reinforced integrated disaster management is necessary. The High-Rise Disaster Management Act stipulates that a general disaster manager is appointed and requires stricter safety management tasks than other buildings. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and present item factors for a preliminary survey of job satisfaction of general disaster managers through literature research and expert verification.

If the participants in construction site safety management perform their duties in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, the burden on safety managers would be minimal. However, the lack of specific work guidelines for each participating entity and the greater responsibility of the safety and health general manager than the management supervisor have resulted in safety managers' workload being increased due to the problem of management supervisors' neglect of safety management. In this study, we conducted a survey of the safety manager's duties and related documents during the construction project initiation, early stages, ongoing work, and disaster occurrence/investigation, and conducted interviews to improve and enhance the division of duties.

Recently, the Ministry of Employment and Labor Management is a trend to strengthen all men death rate than the accident rate. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to check the importance of higher level, sub higher level and lower alternative factor and the factor for relieved life and also check the comprehensive priority in executed "Safety and relieved life level improvement of apartment house residents by AHP analysis". Method: The safety management evaluation elements and alternatives have been arranged as hierarchical structure based on the preceding studies and the advice of experts for the maintenance and system of apartment house in this study. Study model is used for the survey of pair wise comparison composition targeting experts and AHP analysis method is used for alternative plan ranking, etc. Result: The response result of survey secured the consistency and it is confirmed that safety inspection for apartment house electricity facility is most important for higher level, safety inspection, detailed inspection and diagnosis evaluation are most important for sub higher level and plumbing equipments is most important for alternatives based on the analysis result of relative weight comparison for sub higher level and alternatives for final goal attainment of the study. Conclusion: Plumbing equipments, crime prevention safety and electrical safety are shown as top priority alternatives when observe it with expert manager's point of view for apartment house. It shows that securing the importance of living safety accident and deciding the level of relieved life can be improved are the alternatives of pre-prevention and management strengthening.

Since assembled temporary equipment is widely used for construction work that should be carried out before this construction begins, it is essential to secure quality during assembly and prevent safety accidents caused by assembled temporary equipment after installation. However, it was investigated that most construction site managers are not aware of its importance, such as recognizing the quality management of assembled temporary equipment as a task of managing temporary structures that are dismantled after installation for this construction. The quality management work of assembled temporary equipment at the construction site is carried out in different ways for each construction site because there is no formalized procedure and the subject of performing. In addition, it is analyzed that the manager of the general construction company inspects and reflects the parts that need to be inspected without evidence, so transparency is not guaranteed and the result leads to a serious disaster. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to establish a document preparation-oriented system that provides systematic quality evaluation and management procedures for securing the quality of assembled temporary equipment, develops a checklist for quality evaluation and management, and supports history management on the web.
