인벌류우트 - 圓孤 合成齒形의 創成 에 대한 硏究 (A Study on Composite Tooth Profile Generation of Involute and Circular Are)

  • 본 논문에서는 인벌류우트와 원고치형의 단점을 보완하고 양자의 장점을 취한 치형을 얻기위하여 피치점 부근에서는 인벌류우트치형으로 이끝부분에서는 원호로 하 고 이뿌리부분에서는 상대방 기어의 원호부분과 맞물릴 수 있는 곡선으로 하는 치형을 합성하고, 이 합성치형의 유효치형을 가공할 수 있는 랙치형을 이론적인 방법으로 구 하였다. 그리고, 이 합성치형의 유효치형에 대한 이끝과 이뿌리 두께의 변화와 물림 률을 검토하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 치차의 소음은 근본적으로 치형에 관계된 것으로 생각하여 치 차소음을 감소시키기 위해 제시한 방법에 적합한 치형, 즉 물림률을 증가시킬 수 있고 동시에 치형수정의 효과를 나타내며, 미끄럼률.치면접촉응력.이뿌리응력이 작은 인벌 류트-사이클로이드 하벙치형을 유효치형으로 하여 저소음 치차의 치형을 치차의 소음 을 감소시키기에 적절한 치형설계조건을 설정하여 설계한다. 설계한 합성치형치차의 소음저감성능을 확인하기 위해 치형을 생성시키는 컴퓨터프로그램의 치형데이터를 이 용하여 합성치형치차, 인벌류트치차, 그리고 사이클로이드치차를 NC Wire Cutting Ma- chine으로 가공하고 각 치차에 대해 소음측정실험을 하여 소음레벨을 비교검토한다.

In this study, the modification of tooth profile to make a smooth transmission of the normal loads in spur gears has been developed. The modified tooth profile has been determined by the total deflection at contact points. We use the AGMA Standard to design basic gear profile, We also developed a gear design Program using tooth profile modification

계수기용 비인벌류트 치형의 내치차 설계와 물림해석 (Design and Meshing Analysis of a Non-involute Internal Gear for Counters)

  • A counter gear transmits the rotation angle, so the angular velocity ratio of the gear does not necessarily need to be constant in the meshing process. As a pinion has a small number of teeth when combined with an internal gear for counters, tooth interference can occur with the use of an involute curve. This paper introduces circular arcs that represent a tooth profile and fillet for the profile design of a pinion through the combination of arcs with lines. The straight line of a rack tooth represents the profile of a mating internal gear. Thus, the circular arc and line maintain contact during the rotation of the counter gear. This paper presents an analysis of the meshing of the circular arc tooth and rack tooth along with the properties of the counter gear, such as the change in rotational velocity and amount of backlash. The contact ratio of the counter gear is 1 because the tooth contact occurs between circular arcs and line. The initial position of tooth contact, which denotes the simultaneous contact of two teeth, is found. As the rotation of the pinion, only one tooth keeps the contact situation. This meshing property is analyzed by the geometrical constraints of the tooth profile in contact and the results are presented as graphical diagrams in which tooth-arc movements are superimposed.

  • We developed a new tooth profile designed for P/M internal gear pump rotors. The theoretical discharge volume of the new tooth profile internal gear rotors is more than 10% higher than that of the same size conventional rotors. Our new profile rotors can achieve a decrease in torque, and fuel-efficiency will also be improved.

  • 본 논문에서는 전보에서 창성된 인벌류우트-원호합성치형기어에 있어서 Hertz 식에 의하여 치면접촉응력을 구하고 유한요소법에 의하여 이뿌리응력을 계산하였다. 그리고 같은 제원의 표준 인벌류우트 치형기어와 비교하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a profile modification technique of spur gears and its computer program for the prevention of gear tooth overlap. In the gear system, tooth overlap produces an impact at the initial contact of some tooth pairs. In this analysis, contact surface was assumed to be unbonded and frictionless under small deformation and stain. The problem is formulated by a variational statement with inequality constraint. Tooth load sharing is obtained by the application of contact theory, and overlap is known by the analysis of deformation. After carrying out the profile modification of gear tooth, we verified the reasonable results.

치형수정에 의한 코니칼 인볼류트 기어의 치면 압축응력 해석 (Analysis of Tooth Surface Compressive Stress of Conical Involute Gear by Profile Modification)

  • Conical involute gears are being used for marine gearboxes, automotive transmissions, and robots, and so on, but not much. As involute profile gear, conical involute gear not only can be engaged with spur and helical gear but also can be used for power transmission of parallel, crossed and skewed axis with small angle. Hence, conical involute gears are likely to develop in future. Through a study on the basic theory of conical involute gear, tooth surface compressive stress analysis was performed by using commercial modeling program, comparing before and after profile modification. As a result, it noticed that tooth profile modification is able to relieve more tooth surface compressive stress than before modification.
