At the same time, there has been a growing tendency among companies to maximize the purpose of advertising by using game-like internet banner advertising, which provides internet-users with the information of the advertisements by exposing specific information, brands, characters, or image. In spite of the quantitative expansion of the game-like internet banner ads, according to a survey with regard to their click-through rate(CTR), the result indicates the CTR is less than 0.5%. Therefore, this study aims to examine what types of displaying elements of the game-like banner ads gaining in popularity can leave the users with a strong impression, and also to explore what types of displaying elements need to be highlighted for the users' active and aggressive access to internet banner advertisements. Currently advertised game-like banner ads on the internet web sites in different fields are selected. Then, they are analyzed by using seven categories. The findings are expected to lay out systematic and practical guidelines for the future production of game-like banner ads.

  • Most of the games in the RTS genre, including games such as Starcraft and LOL, which are considered the most successful works in E-sports, have become increasingly uniform and boring. In order to make more changes in a uniform and boring system, I thought it could be solved through a combination of genres that have been fully developed and verified, so I tried to present a new game paradigm. To this end, let's focus on the genres of RTS andt TCG among the popular game genres and present a new paradigm by combining the dynamic and static features of these two genres. The new Real-Time Trading Card (RTTC) genre of game system proposed in this paper refers to a new type of game system that fuses the dynamic and static elements of the game. This mixed genre can be a new paradigm for games that can satisfy both gamers and viewers by minimizing the uniformity of the game while adding the randomness of cards to the characteristics of RTS called real-time warfare.

  • The genre of digital games is not a fixed and invariable system, but a generative system of revisions and changes. The purpose of this study is to define a concept of alternative genre for digital games. The alternative genre of digital games should be presented in combinations of various genre elements and reflected the genre awareness of the user. In this context, user tags of the game transform the classical genre concept into a family resemblance based categorization and establish a user-driven bottom-up genre system. User tags as the form of alternative genre can spread the 'small' genre through multiplicity of genre elements and strengthen the communicative function of the genre.

  • In this paper, it is suggested that the elements constituting the gay empire are similar to the main pedagogical concept of John Dewey, a representative educational philosopher. I analyzed some factors that make up the concept of gamification by connecting them with the following five attributes. Continuity, interaction, interest, growth, and educational experience are the main factors that contribute to sustainability. Based on the theoretical analysis of the main concept, I try to find out the relation between the game and education, and understand the meaning of the gamification, not the game.
