This paper proposes a Situation Simulation Framework for implementing computer game and describes the possibility of analyzing game with unfolding situation. In last few years game systems have been evolving from the performance of physical engine, network traffic in the on line game to the representation of rendering physical phenomena. In computer game, a situation hierarchy structure which allows the designer for simulating high-level specifications of game structure. Logically simulated environment is created by defining situations and events based on hierarchy structure of the situation. We classify events into explicit event is occurred by user and implicit event is occurred by system. Our study defines the existence of objects is the most prevalent factor applied to any event in game world. The advantages of this approach are able to allow for providing the conceptual design for simulation game and analyzing the situation in the game world. And this method allows us to decrease the complexity of system design and abstraction modeling for the simulation game. Specially, the introduction of the definition of events allows us to approach game design in a structural manner rather than by their classification. The proposed method was implemented in the "Shooting BaDuk" among games.

In this paper, we characterize and analyze the technology elements and their hierarchy for the college graduating students performing capstone design projects in a game software major. When graduating students in a game software major must make a game for graduation, they need to know the pertinent technologies and their hierarchy. Technology analysis for game making would mean for students to recognize how the low level technologies taught in freshman and sophomore periods are linked to the high level technologies taught in junior and senior periods. Also, the analysis would help the professors design the game software major curriculum in detail based on the levels and the hierarchy of the individual technologies.
Since the advent of digital games, game of the core platform has been changed from the arcade to the mobile device. I consider that I try to seek the direction of the use of game which works for PC and mobile in comparison to analyze the changes in the game graphics. Effects of three types of game platforms on the game graphics, change depends on the game of the genre and game graphics. By reduction of the screen size, a new interface was appeared. However, as directly applying the PC version of the interface, it has brought about a user's inconvenience. I have found that mobile hardware development have not been affecting the game graphics. The common point of PC and mobile, they both have the limit of the platform which they own. There is a need to take into account the differences of graphically elements to use the player language interface.

In this paper, we design and implement a mobile game based on Kinect sensor. This game is a motion recognition maze game based on Kinect sensor using XNA Game Studio. The game consists of three stages. Each maze has different size and clear time limit. A player can move to the next stage only if the player finds the exit within a limited time. However, if the exit is not found within the time limit, the game ends. In addition, two kinds of mini games are included in the game. The first game is a fruit catch game using motion recognition tracking of the Kinect sensor, and player have to pick up a certain number of randomly falling fruits. If a player acquire a certain number of fruits at this time, the movement speed of the player is increased. However, if a player takes a skeleton that appears randomly, the movement speed will decrease. The second game is a Quiz game using the speech recognition function of the Kinect sensor, and a question from random genres of common sense, nonsense, ancient creature, capital, constellation, etc. are issued. If a player correctly answers more than 7 of 10 questions, the player gets useful items to use in finding the maze. This item is a navigator fairy that helps the player to escape the forest.
This paper aims to propose the educational concept and design model of a Smart Board Game appropriate for lower elementary grade students. The Smart Board Game refers to a hybrid, or 'convergent', game format based on the offline format of the conventional board game augmented through the use of smart devices. The substantive aspects of this game format utilize the procedural deduction and problem-solving skills applicable in storytelling methodologies and games, in order to generate and propose contents ideal for the educational environment. The development of the Smart Board Game is conducted through the following stages. First, the study analyzes a number of Smart Board Games currently popular in Korea and abroad, based on identification of the key components and processes of the board game format. The subsequent review of the science curriculum for lower elementary grades aims to determine the aspects conducive for application to Smart Board Games. Lastly, the theoretical framework outlined through the previous stages is used as the basis for the proposal of a detailed model of contents for the smart board game concept.

The definition of educational games, the importance of game development, and the characteristics of educational games are described. The design of the screen used in the game and the algorithm used are described. We explained the game implementation in the system environment and experiment, and the questionnaire showed whether there is nonviolence of the game, games preferred by children, game benefits, and fun elements of the game. The superiority of the game was described by comparing and analyzing the educational shooting game proposed in this paper with the existing game. The existing children's games had many shortcomings in terms of commercial and educational aspects, but the proposed games proved to be less violent and have educational effects.
Focusing on the differences in perceptions of color education fields between game majors and game designers. As a result, game major college students were surveyed to have a low recognition rate for the color field, the other group were not. for resolve the gap in perception, it's suggested need to re-educate systematic color education of game major college students and color experience of game designers in terms of securing expertise. it's expected to be presenting the direction of fostering game designers with color sense that contributes for the competitiveness of the game industry.
The digital era opens with the changing times and many parts of life has become convenient. With this convenience of living, the obesity rate of people is gradually increasing, and the necessity of exercise is emerging. However, many studies have shown that many people do not exercise or stop exercising in three to six months. In this paper, we have designed and developed a "Walking Pet" prototype, a healthcare-inspired AR game, based on the theoretical background of exercise and the precedent studies to verify these facts. The developed "Walking Pet" provides exercise data to motivate the person to exercise and apply the pet system to eventually enjoy the exercise. In order to verify the effectiveness of the "Walking Pet" prototype developed in this paper, we surveyed 100 males and females in need of health care applications and surveyed the satisfaction of pure functional aspects.

In order to improve safety consciousness due to the increase in disasters and safety accidents, safety education is necessary to prepare for disasters with interest in safety. This study is a board game design for disaster safety education for elementary school students based on Keller's learning motivation theory. By considering the school safety curriculum and the safety education contents of the School Safety Mutual Aid Association and the Ministry of Public Administration and Security, the content and goals of learning were derived and the order of learning was determined. When designing game content, the fun elements of the game were applied to Keller's learning motivation inducing factors such as attention concentration (A), relevance (R), confidence (C), satisfaction (S), and educational game design elements to induce the achievement of learning goals at the game planning stage. It is expected that the existing safety education focusing on lecture-style and audiovisual will be supplemented and used in the educational field.
The learning by computer games, is in the spotlight as an effective education method for the game generation. The current design methods for educational games is to design all needed game elements and learning elements which should be included in. So to design an educational game for motivation and learning effects, is generally difficult. In this paper, we propose the G-learning model IGLM which is interworked with gameplay and learning play by motivation mechanism, in order to solve the difficult problem. The comparative analysis of the proposed model IGLM on the design difficulty with the current design methods for educational games or G-learning, shows the proposed method can be a solution of the design difficult problem and is the best on the difficulty of, the freedom of, and the scope of designing the component parts of educational games or G-learning.
