After the $\ll$Decoction Materia Medica$\gg$, orintal dortors use Rehmanniae Radix's effect is removing heat from the blood and Rehmanniae Radix's effect is enriching the blood. 3. Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is kinds of durgs for enriching the blood, because Rehmanniae Radix Preparat's effect do nourishing yin and supplementing blood. Therefore, Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is uesd simple recipe or Rehmanniae Radix Preparat is used with another herbs that shows so good effect of hematogenous functions at laboratory work. 4. Bone marrow is doing hematogenesis. That has relation to Rehmanniae Radix Preparat's effect is replenishing bone marrow, it's channel tropisms are liver kidney channels. 5. Rehmanniae Radix Preparat's guide component is 5-HMF, but effective component has relation with hematogenesis is mannitol of saccharides. And we need more reserch about Rehmanniae Radix Preparat.

  • Chongripaldangum(鍾離八段錦) is a traditional exercise which is known as qi-gong. It was first mentioned in Sooginsibseo(修眞十書) published in Won dynasty. But it is very difficult to know how to master Chongripaldangum(鍾離八段錦). So we studied the training methods by analizing several books such as $\ll$遵生八?$\gg$ and $\ll$內外功圖說輯要$\gg$ which have pictures of the training methods. It is known that to train Chongripaldangum(鍾離八段錦) is not only limited to the exercise of the body but also training of the mind is an important factor. It is very imprtant to know that the system of Hyung(形), Qi(氣), Sin(神) is needed for Chongripaldangum(鍾離八段錦)

  • ${\ll}$Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)${\gg}$ was written by Hwang Do-Yeon (黃度淵) and his son Hwang Pil-Soo (黃泌秀) in the late days of Chosun Dynasty, when the country was in a state of social confusion by the first introduced western civilization and invasion of the foreign powers. In response to this situation where realistic knowledge and solution was of importance than theological review, Hwang and his son wrote the book to satisfy the needs. The book, ${\ll}$Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)${\gg}$ furthered new publishment of abstract asian medical science in a more compact form, emphasizing more realistic means of it. This new publishment were a significant counter-measure to cope with the inflow of practical western medicine, which the move has moreover enhanced popularization of Han Medicine(韓醫學). After reviewing ${\ll}$Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)${\gg}$ in xylographical approach, I have acquired conclusions as below.

  • 본 논문에서는 4H-SiC물질 기반으로 제작된 ggNMOS를 제안하고 전기적 특성을 분석하였다. 4H-SiC는 Wide Band-gap 물질로 Si 물질 보다 면적대비 특성과 고전압 특성이 뛰어나 전력반도체 분야에 주목받고 있다. 제안된 소자는 높은 감내 특성과 Strong snapback 특성을 가진다. 공정은 SiC 공정으로 이루어 졌으며 TLP 측정 장비를 통해 전기적 특성을 분석하였다.

  • The KaiFangFa開方法 of traditional mathematics was completed in ${\ll}$JiuZhang SuanShu九章算術${\gg}$ originally, and further organized in Song宋 $Yu{\acute{a}}n$元 dinasities. The former is the ShiSuoKaiFangFa釋鎖開方法 using the coefficients of the polynomial expansion, and the latter is the ZengChengKaiFangFa增乘開方法 obtaining the solution only by some mechanical numerical manipulations. ${\ll}$SanHak JeongEui算學正義${\gg}$ basically used the latter and improved the estimate-value array by referring to the written-calculation in ${\ll}$ShuLi JingYun數理精蘊${\gg}$. As a result, ZengChengKaiFangFa was more refined so that the KaiFangFa algorithm is more consistent.

Modified Graphene Oxide-Based Adsorbents Toward Hybrid Membranes for Organic Dye Removal Application

  • In this study, the channels-contained hybrid membranes have been fabricated through the incorporation of glass fibers and GO sheets (GO/glass fibers, GG), or a mixture of chitosan/GO (CS/GO/glass fibers, CGG), as hybrid membranes using in organic dye removal. The material properties are well investigated the terms in the morphological, chemical, crystal, and thermal characterizations for verifying interactions in their formed structure. These hybrid membranes have been fitted well in pseudo-second order and Langmuir models that are associated with chemical adsorption and a monolayer approach, respectively. The highest adsorption ability of methylene blue and methyl orange reached 59.40 mg/g and 229.07 mg/g (GG); and 287.47 mg/g and 252.91 mg/g (CGG), which is more enhanced than that of previous GO-based other adsorbents. Moreover, the dye separation on these membranes could be favorable to superb sealing and trapping dye molecules from water instead of only the dye connection occurring on their surface, regarding the physically sieving effect. The membranes can also be reused within two and three adsorbing-desorbing cycles on the GG and CGG ones, respectively. These membranes can become future adsorbents to be applied for wastewater treatment due to their structural features.

  • 최근 들어, 수복 치료 등을 이용한 질병의 직접적인 치료보다는 예방 치료에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서, 그 동안 사용되었던 화학적인 약물을 통한 예방 치료 이외에도 유산균등을 이용한 probiotics에 대한관심이 높아지고 있다. 여러 논문에서 Lactobacillus와 Bifidobateria들이 DMFS와 S. mutans를 감소한다고 보고하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 미생물들의 접종 시기와 접종 농도에 대한 언급은 부족하다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 probiotics의 대표적인 균인, L. rhamnosus GG를 이용하여 예방 효과를 보기 위한 적정 농도를 재정립하고, 접종시기를 고찰하였다. S. mutans 배지에 $1{\times}10^6$ CFU이상 농도의 L. rhamnosus를 접종하였을 때 S. mutans count가 현저하게 감소하는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 접종 순서는 L. rhamnosus와 S. mutans를 동시에 접종하거나 L. rhamnosus를 S. mutans 보다 선행하여 접종하였을 때가, S. mutans를 L. rhamnosus 보다 선행하여 접종하였을 때에 비교하여 S. mutans count를 더 감소시켰다. 이 실험의 결과로 보아 probiotics의 접종 시기는 probiotics을 임상에 적용할 때 반드시 고려되어야 하겠다.

번식한우 사양관리(비육전후)에 따른 지방산결합단백질 4, 5(FABP4, 5) 유전자와 육질의 연관성 분석 (Association of Microsatellite Marker in FABP4,5 Gene with Marbling Score and Feeding and Management in Breed Hanwoo)

  • The bovine fatty acid binding protein 4 and 5 (FABP4 and 5) is a major positional and physiological candidate gene for the bovine marbling and carcass weight. The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between economic traits of Korean cattle (Hanwoo) and genetic variation in fatty acid binding protein 4 and 5 (FABP4 and 5) genes within carcass/meat quality traits and the before/after of fatting in breed Hanwoo. Here, we characterized the nucleotide polymorphism of FABP4 and 5 in 86 cattle. We were detected the variability of three types (GG, AG, and AA) by PCR, and economic traits were analyzed by the mixed regression model implemented in the ASReml program. As the result of statistical and supersonic analysis, FABP4 gene was highly showed significant effect (p<0.006) on marbling score (MS), in contrast FABP5 gene was lowed (p<0.084) on MS before fatting. But, FABP4 gene was highly showed significant effect (p<0.0054) on MS, in contrast FABP5 gene lowest (p<0.0899) on MS in the after of fatting. Compare to supersonic result before fatting in FABP4 gene, it was detected type GG: (p<7.18), AG: (p<8.50), and AA: (p<10.50) (n=50), showed type GG: (p<4.88), AG: (p<2.33), and AA: (p<0.00) after weed out (n=20). Futhermore, it was detected type GG: (p<9.30), AG: (p<7.95), and AA: (p<7.40) (n=50) before fatting in the FABP5 gene. It was shown type GG: (p<2.67), AG: (p<3.50), and AA: (p<5.00) after weed out (n=50). Our results indicate that FABP4 and 5 gene transcription is regulated by the environment of feeding and management, and suggest that feeding and management could be potential key in determining FABP4 and 5 genes transcription for carcass/meat quality traits in breed Hanwoo.

미생물 연료전지 영속발전 지표개발 (Sustainability Indices (=Green Star) for Microbial Fuel Cell)

  • 미생물연료전지(MFC)는 미생물의 촉매 반응을 통해 다양한 유기물로부터 전기를 얻을 수 있는 장치이다. MFC는 여러 분야로 응용이 가능하며 현재 생산되는 전력이 낮기 때문에 상용화가 되기 위해서는 미생물연료전지의 성능을 증진시키는 연구가 필요하다. 현재 연료전지에 비해 MFC의 성능이 낮은 이유로는 미생물 분해시간이 오래 걸린다는 점과 음극에서 산소 환원의 과정에서 과전압이 상당히 높기 때문이다. MFC는 전력량이 미흡하지만 많은 요인들을 고려하면 신재생에너지로써 현재 일반적으로 사용 하고 있는 이온교환막인 Nafion 117 대비 전력밀도가 PP(Poly Propylene) 80에서 약 11배 높은 저비용의 미세 다공성 부직포로 변경하여 하 폐수를 처리하는데 드는 비용을 절감시키면서 전력을 발생시키는 친환경적인 에너지원이 될 수 있을 것이다. 모든 폐기물은 미생물의 먹이로 작용할 수 있다는 점에서 미생물 연료 전지의 지속가능성은 무한하다. 본 논문에서는 미생물연료전지의 구성, 운전 매개변수의 최적화 및 성능에 대한 최근 연구를 고찰하고 SSaM-GG(Smart, Shared, and Mutual-Green Growth) 또는 GG-SSaM =(Green Growth - Smart, Shared, and Mutual)라는 개념을 통하여 MFC의 지속가능한 발전에 대한 중간지표들을 개발하고자하는 바이다.

말액에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Marek(말액))

  • Marek(말액) is the headgear, which is a form of hempen hoods[Geon(건)] and the origin of it is Pa(파) of band form. A history book of an old Chinese country Post-Han $\ll$ History of HouHan (후한서)$\gg$ had recorded that a soldier wore a red band around his head that was called Pa(파). In the Han dynasty(한대), Pa had been transformed into Chaek(책) or a kind of a hemp rap(건) while e headgear had still remained as the band form and called Marek from e Tang era(당). The literatures of the Tang era had referred the red Marek of soldiers, and other literatures of the later period had recorded that of the previous headgears of the band form were related with Marek. Since the Tang era, white or yellow Marek except red one fer soldiers had been were by soldiers, musicians, dancers and singers in Yuan(원) and Ming(명) of China. The colors was recorded in red on documents mostly, this red implicated soldiers for symbol of terror. This fart was documented in an old history book $\ll$The history of 25 Eras(이십오사)$\gg$, On the other side, a wall painting in Princess Jeonghyo(정효공주)'s tomb of the Parhae(발해) period described the portraits of twelve persons, and among them, two Siwui(시위) put on the red Marek. Quoted from the record of a history book of the Tang era system , a history book of Three Kingdoms(삼국시대) of ancient Korea $\ll$Samguksaki(삼국사기)$\gg$ described that four dancers of Kogryo(고구려) wore Marek on their heads with the costumes of Koguryo, one of those Kingdoms. In consideration that the book of $\ll$Tongjun$\gg$ was the literature of the Tang era so that Marek mentioned in this book was followed by their name, the Marek of Koguryo dancers shown in the history book $\ll$Samguksaki(삼국사기)$\gg$ might be a kind of Koguryo style hemp cap[Geon(건)]. The Marek of Parhae had succeeded to the headgear of Koguryo and the identity was on Koguryo.
