본 논문에서는 Canny 에지 검출 알고리즘의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 언어적인 애매한 개념인 "좋은 검출"과 "좋은 지역화" 문제를 퍼지 추론 방식을 통해 처리하는 접근방식을 제안하고, 그레이 스케일 이미지에 관해 퍼지 규칙 기반의 Canny 에지 검출기를 설계한다. 설계의 핵심은 화소들의 그레이 레벨들을 몇 가지의 언어적인 변수들로 분할한 다음에 퍼지 추론 규칙에 따라 편미분 계수들을 근사시키는데 있다. 이러한 접근방식은 기울기 및 기울기 변화에 따른 퍼지 제어 기법과 유사한 측면을 가진다. 이러한 작업을 바탕으로 퍼지 규칙 기반 Canny 에지 검출기를 구현하고, 결과들을 기존 방법과 비교한다. 특히, 제안된 접근 방식은 좁은 동적 범위의 그레이 레벨 이미지의 에지 검출 및 선명화에 있어서 장점을 가진다.

The present work proposes the potential fuzzy framework, based on fuzzy set theory, for supporting decision-making problems, especially, selection problems of a best design in the area of nuclear energy system. The framework proposed is composed of the hierarchical structure module, the assignment module, the fuzzification module, and the defuzzification module. In the structure module, the relationship among decision objectives, decision criteria, decision sub-criteria, and decision alternatives is hierarchically structured. In the assignment module, linguistic or rank scoring approach can be used to assign subjective and/or vague values to the decision analyst's judgment on decision variables. In the fuzzification module, fuzzy numbers are assigned to these values of decision variables. Using fuzzy arithmetic operations, for each alternative, fuzzy preference index as a fuzzy synthesis measure is obtained. In the defuzzification module, using one of methods ranking fuzzy numbers, these indices are defuzzified to overall utility values as a cardinality measure determining final scores. According these values, alternatives of interest are ranked and an optimal alternative is chosen. To illustrate the applicability of the framework proposed to selection problem, as a case example, the best option choice of four design options under five decision criteria for primary containment wall thickening around large penetrations in an advanced nuclear energy system is studied.

We obtain characterizations of T-fuzzy (implicative) filters and some properties of T-product of fuzzy (implicative) filters in lattice implication algebras. We also establish the extension property for T-fuzzy implicative filters.

The intuitionistic fuzzification of a subalgebra in a BCK/BCI-algebra is considered, and related results are investigated. The notion of equivalence relations on the family of all intuitionistic fuzzy subalgebras of a BCK/BCI-algebra is introduced, and then some properties are discussed.

The fuzzification of an ideal in a Lie algebra is considered. Using a level subset of a fuzzy subset of a Lie algebra, we give a characterization of a fuzzy ideal, and using a family of ideals of a Lie algebra, we establish a fuzzy ideal. With relation to the ascending chain of ideals, a characterization for the set of values of any fuzzy ideal to be a well-ordered subset of the closed unit interval [0,1] is stated.

In this paper, we consider the fuzzification of prime filters in Lattice Implication Algebras (briefly, LIAs), and introduce the concepts of fuzzy prime filters (briefly, FP-filters), and we also studied the properties of FP-filters. Finally, we investigate the properties of fuzzy prime dual filters (briefly, FPD-filters) in LIA, and the relations of them are investigated.

The concept of weak implicative filters is introduced in BE-algebras. Some characterizations of weak implicative filters are derived in terms of filters of a BE-algebra. Fuzzification is applied to the class of weak implicative filters. Some properties of fuzzy weak implicative filters are studied with respect to fuzzy relations and homomorphisms. The notion of triangular normed fuzzy weak implicative filters is introduced in BE-algebras and their properties are studied.

The fuzzification of positive implicative hyper K-ideals in hyper K-algebras is considered, Relations between fuzzy positive implicative hyper K-ideal and fuzzy hyper K-ideal are given. Characterizations of fuzzy positive implicative hyper K-ideals are provided. Using a family of positive implicative hyper K-ideals we make a fuzzy positive implicative hyper K-ideal. Using the notion of a fuzzy positive implicative hyper K-ideal, a weak hyper K-ideal is established.
