항공계열 대학생의 자기효능감 및 학업적 적응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Self-Efficacy and Academic Adjustment Among the Aviation-related College Students)

  • Recently the departments of aviation-related in the college are increased as the aviation industry is rapidly expanded. To enhance their competitiveness and have differentiation, it is emphasized for each department to manage and teach their students well. Therefore this study aims to examine self-efficacy and academic adjustment of aviation-related college students and investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment. To achieve the objectives, it conducted a survey of aviation-related college students in C university from Apr. 27th. 2015 to May. 22th. 2015. A total of 225 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical package program and frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted. The result released that general self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation operation than aviation maintenance and aviation service and social self-efficacy was recognized higher at the department of aviation service than aviation maintenance and aviation operation. Also general self-efficacy had an influence on the motivation, application and performance and social self-efficacy affected motivation, performance and academic environment. The implication of these findings would help to manage aviation-related college students, develop their departments and provide the directions for future research.

The Effect of Core Self-Evaluation of Female Salesperson on Sales Performance

  • Purpose: This study aimed to empirically demonstrate how self-esteem, self-efficacy, locus of control, and neuroticism, which is core self-evaluation factors of door-to-door salespersons within food and cosmetic retail industry, affected the sales performance of female salespersons via job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Research design, data and methodology: Using a 23-item questionnaire constructed based on previous studies, this study selected six domestic door-to-door sales companies and conducted a 1:1 face-to-face survey with female door-to-door salespersons belonging to branches and agencies in Seoul and the capital region. The data of 208 respondents were analyzed. The results of path analysis based on structural equation modeling and mediation analysis through the Sobel test were presented. Results: Self-efficacy and locus of control had the largest effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, respectively. Neuroticism, however, did not significantly influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Overall, core self-evaluation factors positively affected sales performance via job satisfaction but not via organizational commitment. Conclusions: This study found that factors which were oriented to female salespersons' ability and sales goals, such as self-efficacy and job satisfaction, were considered important in managing them in the door-to-door sales-distribution channels. In the future, policies should be developed for managing female door-to-door salespersons to help them achieve job satisfaction.

중년여성의 사회인구학적 변인, 자아분화, 내면체계가 자아정체감에 미치는 영향 (Effects of socio-demographic variables, self-differentiation and internal systems on ego-identity of middle-aged women)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse the factor of the variables that contributed to the ego-identity of middle-aged women. The subjects were 751 middle-aged women whose age was from 40 to 60 years old. The instruments used in the study were the assessments of ego-identity, self-differentiation, and internal systems. The data were analysed by using pearson correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. The findings were as follows; (1) In the result of the analysis about relationships with ego-identity, the ego-identity was positively correlated with self-differentiation and the self of internal systems and negatively correlated with the parts of internal systems; (2) Predictors of ego-identity of the middle-aged women ordered occupation type, the level of education, cognitive-emotional function, self integration, family projection process, self, pleasing/abandoned part, and self-harming part. Based on these results, the recommendations for the future research in this area were discussed.

당뇨병성 신증의 자가 관리 측정도구 고찰에 대한 융합연구 (Convergence review of self-care measurement instrument in diabetic nephropathy)

  • 본 연구는 당뇨병성 신증 환자들의 자가 관리 연구에서 사용된 측정도구를 고찰함으로써 이후 자가 관리를 사정하기 위한 기초 자료로 이용하고자 시행되었다. 4개의 국외 데이터베이스 이용하였고, 검색용어로는 "Diabetes Mellitus", "Self-care", "Kidney Disease"가 사용되었다. 그 결과 8개의 연구가 선정되었고, 8개의 도구가 연구에서 사용되었다. 그러나 이 도구들은 전반적인 환자 또는 당뇨병 환자, 혈액투석 환자를 대상으로 개발되어, 실제 당뇨병성 신증 환자의 특이성을 지닌 도구는 확인되지 않았다. 따라서 앞으로 당뇨병에서 신장질환으로 이행될 때 변화되는 당뇨병성 신증의 특이성을 고려한 자가 관리를 확인하기 위한 측정도구 개발 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

암환자의 우울, 자기효능 및 대처간의 상관관계 (Depression, Self-efficacy and Coping in Patients with Cancer)

  • The relationships among self efficacy, depression and coping with cancer were examined in 194 outpatients who had received a diagnosis of cancer. The sample for this descriptive correlational study consisted of people who were at least 19 years old and had been treated for cancer at 6 hospital in Seoul. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows: 1. People who attributed cancer to heredity/family showed the highest mean score of self efficacy. People who attributed cancer to smoking showed the highest mean score of depression. and coping. 2. There were significant differences between causal attribution and depression and between causal attribution and coping. 3. There was a negative correlation between self-efficacy and depression(r=-.301, p= .000), whereas there was a positive correlation between self-efficacy and coping (r=.195, 0=.006). Finally, it is evident that identifying clear perceived causes, self-efficacy, depression and coping in patients with cancer continues to challenge researchers. Based upon this study, it is recommended that future research have a longitudinal design that allows for the identification of changes in perception, emotion and coping and, possibly, different relationships over time.

자기주장성과 외모만족이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 (The effects of self-assertiveness and appearance satisfaction on psychological well-being)

  • This study aimed to investigates the effects of self-assertiveness and appearance satisfaction on psychological well-being (personal growth, purpose in life, self acceptance, environmental mastery, autonomy and interpersonal relations), and find out if there exists any causal relationship among each variable in the process. For data collection, a questionnaire was administrated from April 23 to May 13, 2012 in the city of Gwangju, Korea. The subjects were women in their twenties and thirties. 359 women responded to it. The results were as follows. First, overall self assertiveness had positive effects on appearance satisfaction which, in turn, turned out to have overall positive effects. Second, the overall effects of self assertiveness on psychological well-being turned out to have positive effects. Third, overall appearance satisfaction had positive effects on psychological well being. Forth, the effects that self assertiveness had on psychological well-being mediated appearance satisfaction and appeared to be partly insignificant. The implications and the direction of this research should be discussed in the future study so that it can improve personal psychological well-being by finding out other variables aside from self assertiveness, appearance satisfaction.

패밀리레스토랑의 브랜드개성과 고객이 인식하는 자아이미지의 일치성에 관한 연구 (The Congruity between Brand Personality and Customer-perceived Self-Image in a Family Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure customers' perception of brand personality and self-image of family restaurants and compare the congruity between brand personality and customer-perceived self-image according to customers' general characteristics. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 377 customers, and data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square, paired samples t-test, factor, reliability, cluster, and discriminant analyses. Results of the study were as follows: factor analysis of brand personality and customer-perceived self-image as 5 factors, i.e., sincerity (10 variables), excitement (8 variables), competence (7 variables), sophistication (6 variables), and ruggedness(5 variables). As a result, the averages of brand personality and self-image of family restaurants were $2.93{\pm}0.39$ and $3.24{\pm}0.52$, respectively. Cluster analysis divided subjects into two groups according to congruity between brand personality and customer-perceived self-image of family restaurants: congruity group and incongruity group. The two groups were differed from one another in general characteristics. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

진성 리더십이 상사 신뢰, 자기 효능감 및 창의적 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Authentic Leadership on Leader Trust, Self Efficacy and Creative Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study includes: Firstly, to examine the effects of authentic leadership on leader trust, self efficacy, and creative behavior. Secondly, to examine the mediating effect of the leader trust, self efficacy on the relationship between authentic leadership and creative behavior. In order to verify the relationships and mediating effect, data were collected from convenient sample of 323 employees at small and medium enterprises in Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongju city to test theoretical model and its hypotheses. All data collected from the survey were analyzed using with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. This study reports findings as followed: first, the relationship between the authentic leadership and the leader trust is positively related. Second, there was also a positive correlation between the authentic leadership and the self efficacy. Third, there was also a positive correlation between the authentic leadership and the creative behavior. Fourth, the relationship between the leader trust and the self efficacy is positively related. Fifth, there was also a positive correlation between the leader trust and the creative behavior. Sixth, there was also a positive correlation between the self efficacy and the creative behavior. Finally, the leader trust and self efficacy played as a partial mediator on the relationship between authentic leadership and creative behavior. Based on these findings, the limitations of the study and some directions for future studies were presented.

  • As coffee's taste and scent are emphasized, and interior atmosphere has changed along with sale of brand's own products, there are also epochal trend changes in interior. So, changes within the space should be focused onto open type self coffee shop, a new cultural space distinguishable from existing coffee shops. Therefore, in this study, the following results could be obtained by performing customer-centered, spatial structural characteristics research on 5 take-out coffee shops opened after 2005 that are practicing self service in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do regions. In this study, it was shown in the above results that location of the entrance, kitchen, and condiment bar, area per person, size and positioning of furniture, area of windows and doors, etc have strong influences for self service which customers themselves carry their food. Therefore, in planning the interior of self coffee ship in the future, presentation of more effective and practical space based on this analysis will be required.

어린 시절 부-자녀관계가 대인관계문제에 미치는 영향 : 대상적 자기손상과 정서조절곤란의 매개효과 (The effect of child, adolescent period's father-child relationship on interpersonal problems among married women : The mediating role of impaired objective self and emotional regulation difficulties)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the process of how a parent-child relationship affects an impaired objective self, emotional regulation difficulties, and, consequently, interpersonal problems. Methods: To carry out this study, a total of 467 married women were surveyed on their parent-child relationship, impaired objective self, and emotional regulation difficulties. The resulting data was interpreted using descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation models analysis. Results: First, the parent-child relationship shows negative correlations with an impaired objective self, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal problems. In addition, an impaired objective self, emotional regulation difficulties, and interpersonal problems show positive correlations with one another. Second, an impaired objective self and emotional regulation difficulties mediate the parent-child relationship and intrapersonal problems consecutively. Conclusions: This indicates that efforts to mitigate an impaired objective self and to intervene in difficulties in emotional regulation can help address intrapersonal difficulties. Finally, this paper examines how this study affects the ongoing discussion on this matter and its implications for future studies.
