파랑점자돔(Blue devil, Pomacentrus caeruleus, 혼용되고 있는 학명으로 Chrysiptera cyaneus)은 인도양과 태평양에 널리 분포하는 어종으로 전 세계 해수관상어 시장에서 가장 대중적으로 유통되고 있다. 그러나 파랑점자돔의 인공 생산 기술은 개발되어 있지 않다. 이 연구에서는 파랑점자돔의 성공적인 종묘생산 기술 개발을 목적으로 산란생태에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 확인된 산란 행동은 태양력과 태음력을 기준으로 분석하였다. 사육조건은 수온 $27^{\circ}C$, 염분 30 ppt 전후이며 사육수조의 수용량은 80에서 125 L의 크기였다. 성공적으로 이루어진 인공번식 기술개발 과정에서 파랑점자돔은 1마리의 수컷과 2마리 이상의 암컷이 하렘(harem) 을 형성하는 것이 관찰되었으며 12월부터 10월까지 11개 월간에 2무리의 파랑점자돔 하렘으로부터 44회의 산란이 확인되었고 113,580개의 수정란을 수거할 수 있었다. 특히 5월과 6월에 산란횟수와 산란량이 크게 증가하였다. 그리고 태음력의 달의 위상(모양)에 따라 파랑점자돔의 규칙적인 산란생태가 관찰되었는데 대조에 해당되는 삭과 망에는 전혀 산란행동이 관찰되지 않았지만 소조에 해당되는 상현과 하현에는 가장 높은 산란량과 산란횟수가 관찰되었다.

In order to secure competitiveness of the home meal replacement (HMR) industry from a long-term perspective, development of packaging and processing technologies must be achieved. The development of technology that can secure freshness, nutrition, and taste but secures the shelf life is the key to the future growth of HMR. The future of HMR can be considered in terms of nutrition, environment and safety. From the nutritional point of view, it is expected that development of healthy HMR such as low-salt, low-sugar, low-fat, and high fiber and premium HMR with functional ingredient enhanced, and personalized HMR for silver, infant and patients will be done. And it is expected that development of HMR utilizing environmentally friendly food or local food, development of energy reduction and environmentally friendly disinfection technology, development of environmentally friendly packaging material, and providing information on HMR preparation using QR code and RFID from the environmental and safe point of view.

Unlike in the past, standards for the quantity and quality of work expected from medical school faculty are continuously rising, causing changes and stress in various areas. This highlights the need for career development among medical school faculty for professional, personal, organizational, and societal reasons. The role of medical school faculty has become more diverse, leading to an increase in the types and levels of competencies required. Medical schools must support their faculty members with diverse identities in fully utilizing their capabilities to achieve the institution's mission. Furthermore, societal changes suggest that career development for medical school faculty will become even more crucial in the future. To achieve this, both individuals and organizations must make efforts and play appropriate roles. For this purpose, medical schools use a combination of promotion and tenure evaluations and faculty development programs, while individual faculty members follow a career path within the medical school environment. Medical school faculty must be able to meet the evolving demands at each stage of their careers. It is important for professors, who engage in career development, to have a clear sense of their identity and values, and to prioritize their career goals. Medical schools should also ensure that the implicit messages they convey align with the organization's explicit values. Finally, proactively preparing for future changes in society and generations is essential from a long-term perspective.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the possible usage of underground space as a future housing. This study looked into the ancient underground housing at first and also identified the features of underground housing in the positive and negative aspects. Four types of underground housing; chamber type, atrium type, elevation type, and penetration type; were investigated. The current situation of korean underground housing was also reviewed. And last, some possible implications were discussed. This article could be used as the basis for the development of future underground housing.

Although digitalization of broadcast waves is extending the multichannel programming capabilities of broadcasting, it does not fully exploit the potentiality of the digital evolution in broadcasting. ISDB has been put forth as second-generation digital broadcasting which offers a basis for a universal service in the future multimedia environment, and opens many new possibilities for services and their use. The paper is divided into three parts: A vision of the future of broadcasting, Evolution towards ISDB - integrated Services Television, and Technology development.

We overview and discuss the IAU today from the viewpoint of its regions based on historical and statistical data, and consider the status and future of astronomy in the Asian-Pacific region. New activities of the IAU, the Office of Astronomy for Development (OAD) and the Office for Astronomy Outreach (OAO) for the future evolution of astronomy are introduced. We also review the recent developments in astronomy in the Asian-Pacific region, and emphasize the importance of regional cooperation and coordination for the future.
