한국소방산업의 발전 방향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Future Direction of Fire Industry in Korea)

  • 소방산업은 화재와 재난으로부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 최근 들어 국내 소방산업은 일본, 미국 등 소방산업 선진국의 소방산업에 대하여는 품질 및 기술 경쟁에서 어려움에 부딪쳐 있고, 중국 등 소방산업 후진국에 대하여는 가격경쟁력 등이 취약하여 소방산업 발전에 어려움을 겪고 있어 이에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 소방산업계의 특성을 분석하여 발전 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 제시된 발전방향은 앞으로의 소방산업 발전을 위한 목표설정, 육성방향을 통해 소방산업의 진흥 발전 실행에 실제 적용이 가능할 것이다.

  • This study is about the development of Fashion Design using of Korean Motive applied Digital Medium. With rapid change during the 21st century, digital media has emerged as the most important communication tool to facilitate speedy and interactive conversation. The recent emergence of 'Mass Customization' is a good reflection of digital transition's interactive features, realizing product variation and customization through flexibility and immediate responsiveness. In this so-called digital era, fashion is a tool that facilitates the use of digital media, while acting as the object, or the purpose, where digital media can be applied. This study looked at the development situations and future utilization method regarding digital fashion, which was recreated through digital media. In this study, a new design process was developed through digital media and actually manufactured Korean image clothing to reflect the motif of plant found in Korean folk paintings. Three-Dimensional(3D) digital shape was dressed in virtual clothing for comparison, thereby adding some features of textile design to three-Dimensional(3D) shape. Through the process, the study can provide various potential accesses to future development of fashion design utilizing digital media.

A Study on the Improving Measures of Private Brand Clothing Products in Domestic Department Stores

  • The purpose of this study is to present suggestions to improve the problems the domestic department stores face by analyzing and comparing the status of the development of PB which is absolutely critical for the specialized domestic department stores to survive, and to search for the future course which may lead to boosting sales and profit by developing the strategic PB products. Selected for this study were atotal of 20 PB's out of domestic as well s foreign PB's in the 4 big department stores. The data were analyzed with SAS package employed as per the by items frequency, percent, mean and standard deviation. From the above study, following viewpoints can be taken into account for the future development of PB ; First, the active will of the excutive is basically necessary for successful development of PB, by relying on long-term investment. Second, the existing mid or low-price goods should be in line with the mid or high price one's development for domestic merchandising with focus on middle or high class society. Third, the stock burden, biggest problem of PB, can be solved by discount policy at optimum prices and success rate of merchandising prediction.

태양광 대량보급 시대의 기술개발 (Technology Development in the Era of Photovoltaic Mass Supply)

  • The Korean electric power supply plan was prepared by greatly enhancing the environmental and safety with considering the economical efficiency of the electric equipment, the impact on the environment and the public safety. As a result, the fossil energy-based power generation sector is accelerating the paradigm shift to eco-friendly energy such as solar power and wind. Also the solar power industry is expected to grow into a super large-sized industry by converging the energy storage and electric vehicle industry. Generally, a levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) is used to calculate the power generation cost for different generation power generation efficiency, operating cost, and life span. In this paper, we have studied the future research and development direction of photovoltaic technology development for the era of massive utilization of photovoltaic solar power, and have studied the LCOE of major countries including China, USA, Germany, Japan and Korea. Finally we have reviewed USA and Japan research programs to reduce the LCOE.

  • 본 논문은 헬리콥터 시뮬레이터의 기술적 현황과 향후 전망을 살펴보는 것에 목적이 있다. 서론에서는 시뮬레이터의 개념과 헬리콥터를 중심으로 한 비행 시뮬레이터의 개발 역사에 대해 간략하게 정리하였다. 본론에서는 헬리콥터 시뮬레이터의 기술현황과 신뢰성 평가를 위한 인증방안으로 미 연방 항공국(FAA)과 유럽 항공 안전청(EASA) 인증을 소개했으며, 또한 비행 시뮬레이터의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 해결해야할 문제점들과 향후 발전 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

Information Technologies in The Process of Teaching Foreign Languages in Higher Educational Institutions

  • An anthological analysis of known literature and historical sources is carried out in the work. It was found that the development of foreign language training of future professionals was influenced by a number of factors: socio-economic (focus on the needs of the labor market, integration into the international space, scientific and technological progress); educational (updating legal documents in the field of education, standardization of educational content, development of methods of professional development of a specialist). The historical period is analyzed and the following stages are determined: ideological (realization of ideological imperative in language and professional training of future specialists; educational-methodical (preparation according to unified curricula, reading and translation as a leading type of speech activity); integration (integration of foreign language teaching and multicultural education)), methodological (use of traditional verbal methods, standardized textbooks). Thus, the research conducted in the article indicates the periods (stages) of formation, functioning and development of foreign language education.

실사격 시험시스템의 효율적인 개발을 위해 안전도 반영을 통해 개선된 시스템 성숙도 모델에 관한 연구 (On an Enhanced Model of System Readiness Level by Incorporating Safety for the Development of Live Fire Test Systems)

  • The live fire test has been playing a critical role in evaluating the goals-to-meet of the weapon systems which utilize the power of explosives. As such, the successful development of the test systems therein is quite important. The test systems development covers that of ranges and facilities including system-level key components such as mission control, instrumentation or observation, safety control, electric power, launch pad, and so on. In addition, proper operational guidelines are needed with well-trained test and operation personnel. The emerging weapon systems to be deployed in future battle field would thus have to be more precise and dynamic, smarter, thereby requiring more elaboration. Furthermore, the safety consideration is becoming more serious due to the ever-increasing power of explosives. In such a situation, development of live fire test systems seems to be challenging. The objective of the paper is on how to incorporate the safety and other requirements in the development. To achieve the goal, an architectural approach is adopted by utilizing both the system components relationship and safety requirement when advanced instrumentation technology needs to be developed and deteriorated components of the range are replaced. As an evaluation method, it is studied how the level of maturity of the test systems development can be assessed particularly with the safety requirement considered. Based on the concepts of both systems engineering and SoS (System-of-Systems) engineering process, an enhanced model for the system readiness level is proposed by incorporating safety. The maturity model proposed would be helpful in assessing the maturity of safety-critical systems development whereas the costing model would provide a guide on how the reasonable test resource allocation plan can be made, which is based on the live fire test scenario of future complex weapon systems such as SoS.

건축행위 유형별 필지의 공간적 특성 비교연구 (A Comparative Study on Spatial Characteristics of Parcel by Type of Building Construction)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the spatial characteristics of the parcels in which building construction occurred. In recent, urban development patterns in Korea have been shifting from the past. Small-scale development at parcel level is becoming more important in accordance with individual location needs in the low-growth era unlike public lead large-scale urban development in the rapid growth period. Therefore, it is necessary to study the spatial characteristics of the parcels where small-scale development takes place for future urban development management. This study used the chi square independence test, t-test and ANOVA (analysis of variance) to identify the spatial characteristics. The results of the study show that there is a spatial characteristics difference not only between building construction and non-building construction parcels, but also by type of building construction. The parcel where the building construction occurred have a higher proportion in detached house, major commercial districts, district unit planning areas, and commercial areas. In addition, it is caused by parcels, which are large scale and economically valuable, and are influenced by traffic factors such as urban centers and subway accessibility. As a result of each type of building construction, the parcels where the building use change occurred have spatial characteristic difference compared to other building construction, while the spatial characteristics are similar between the new construction/extension and new construction/extension with change of use. Based on this results, it will be possible to identify areas with high demand for small-scale development in the future and to utilize them for planning management of urban development. Furthermore, it will be possible to manage development demand by type of building construction, and to prepare differentiated plans considering the appropriateness of development plan, availability of infrastructure, and harmony with surrounding environment.

청소년의 미래진로프로그램 개발 및 적용 효과 (The Development and Application Effects of Youth Future Career Programs)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 미래를 예측하고 미래의 문제를 풀어낼 미래의 대안들을 탐색하며, 자신이 원하고 바라는 미래사회의 모습을 찾고, 그 사회에서 자신이 실현할 미래의 직업을 발견하거나 창조하는 미래진로프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 그 결과, 청소년 미래진로프로그램은 미래이해, 미래참여, 미래의 나, 미래경영으로 총 4 모듈을 개발하였다. 개발된 미래진로프로그램의 적용 효과를 알아보기 위하여 K대학의 영재교육원의 학생 93명을 대상으로 사전-사후 실험 연구를 진행하였다. 청소년의 미래진로프로그램에는 남학생 62명, 여학생 31명, 중학생 62명, 고등학생 31명이 참여하였다. 분석결과 전반적으로 청소년의 미래효능감이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(t=7.810, p<.001). 결과적으로 청소년 미래진로프로그램에 참여한 청소년은 평소에 의문을 갖고 문제에 대해 분석하고, 자신에 대하여 성찰하며, 자신이 살고 있는 지역의 문제에 관심을 갖게 되는 등 생활에 있어 새로운 의미를 생성하는 능력이 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 배움을 통해 새로운 것을 깨달아 현실에 적용하고, 배우면서 비판적인 사고 능력을 기르며, 배운 것을 잘 활용하는 실천력이 향상되었다. 또한, 사회를 개선하는 데 참여하는 사회 개선력이 높아졌으며, 자신을 타인에게 솔직하게 이야기하고 약점을 인정하며, 다른 사람들을 통해 새로운 것을 찾거나 만드는 의사소통능력이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

신도시 개발 후 도시하천의 장래수질 평가 (Estimation of Stream Water Quality Changes Brought by a New Town Development)

  • 도시화 및 산업화 등의 영향으로 인한 도시하천의 수질오염 문제가 사회적 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 특히, 신도시의 개발로 인하여 유역 내 물순환 특성이 급격하게 변화한다는 사실을 고려할 때, 이에 영향을 받는 도시하천의 장래수질에 대해서도 많은 우려가 제기되고 있다. 그러나 아직 개발이 완료되지 않은 신도시의 장래수질을 정량적으로 예측하는 합리적인 방안은 현 시점까지도 제시되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 환경부가 장기간의 모니터링 결과에 기반하여 제시한 토지계 지목별 발생부하 원단위를 분포형 강우유출모형인 SWMM (Storm Water Management Model)에 연계 적용함으로써 장래 신도시 내 도시하천의 수질을 거시적으로 예측하는 방법론을 제시하는 한편, 현재 신도시 개발이 진행되고 있는 G 신도시 내 대상유역의 장래수질 예측을 위하여 이를 활용함으로써 그 적용성을 검증하였다. '연단위 유량가중 평균농도 (Y-EMC; Yearly based Event Mean Concentration)' 개념을 도입하여 신도시 개발 이후의 장래수질을 예측한 결과, BOD 18.7 mg/L, T-N 16.2 mg/L 및 T-P 0.85 mg/L로 산정되어 목표수질인 하천생활기준 III등급의 달성이 어려운 것으로 나타났으며, 생활계 배출부하량을 80% 이상 저감시켰을 때 이 기준을 만족할 수 있는 것으로 예측되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 신도시 개발에 따른 장래 토지이용 특성의 변화에 대응하여 도시하천의 수질을 효율적으로 예측 관리하기 위한 기초적인 방법론으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
