As the COVID-19 pandemic crisis left developing countries with economic setbacks, it is high time to highlight that innovative technologies lead the digital economy. The big powers including the United States and China are already implementing industrial policies that involve large-scale fiscal expenditures to secure the lives and safety of their people. To prepare for the future up to 2025, this paper reflects opinions of industry-academia-research experts regarding changes in the external environment and industry trends. By reflecting results of focus group interviews and changes in the external environment and industry trends, a new high-level 5X strategy (Digital Transformation, Energy Transformation, Bio Health Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, and Research Transformation) to solve national tasks required for the existing ten policy demand fields and ten agenda during lower-level policy implementation stages were derived.

This is an interview with Professor Kwang-Hyung Lee, founding Dean of KAIST Moon Soul Graduates School of Future Strategy and founder of the Department of Bio and Brain Engineering of the same university casting two questions about academics. The first question is what pattern is desirable in the evolution of research topics of an academics. While traditional researchers in science and engineering tend to focus on one subject in ever greater depth over time, Professor Lee's research agenda has spanned several new topics by gradually changing the content of the study: from artificial intelligence to bio and brain research, and to creativity development method, further to future study. The second question is about researchers' social responsibility. He has devoted to contributes to industry fields and the nation through academic activities as well as educating several successful business people, founding a new academic department and graduate school of future studies.

In the last few years, banks have experienced more challenging market than any other times. They need to find new ways to reconnect with their customers and rebuild their trust. But in the race to the future some banks are taking clear lead. Research works show that while high perform leading banks are different, they also share some common characteristics and principles that have allowed them to move ahead to profitable growth. Cost cutting is no longer enough to succeed in tomorrow's world. Instead, the IT function needs to work shoulder-to-shoulder with the business to support the growth agenda. Therefore "C" level's attention is moving from cost reduction towards customer experience, speeding to market for new offerings, analytics and distribution channel enhancements, taking advantage of several levers that will shape the technology agenda for the high performing organization. Next generation of digital core-banking solutions will improve pre-existing capabilities, introduce new innovations and drive qualities such as flexibility and scalability to support time to market.

This study tried to suggest a new direction of rail freight pricing in Korea. Determinant factors of rail freight fare are collected and pricing principles are introduced. Marginal social costs are to be fare of rail freight in theory and those costs should be estimated in the near future. From the market pricing of North American rail freight carriers we can find a direction of future pricing and from the EU efforts to estimate social marginal costs we can also find research agenda.

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 한국판 뉴딜 정책을 보다 발전시키고, 더 나아가 정책을 성공적으로 실현하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 바람직한 미래 교육시설환경 관련 핵심 영역과 영역별 의제를 발굴, 제시함으로써 관련 정책 수립 시 실질적으로 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내, 외 관련 정책, 보고서, 자료집 등을 통해 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육 뉴딜 및 미래 교육시설환경에 대한 새로운 패러다임의 변화를 탐색하고, 미래 교육시설환경 분야의 핵심 영역을 탐색하였으며, 일선 교육 현장과 학계 및 산업계 전문가 패널을 대상으로 한 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육시설환경의 핵심 영역으로 5개 영역을 도출하였으며, 총 33개의 의제(그린 영역 8개, 스마트 영역 9개, 공간혁신 영역 9개, 학교시설 복합화 4개, 기타(안전) 영역 3개)를 도출하였다.

Theoretical benefits and research findings on the use of Microcomputer-based Laboratory (MBL) are considered for using MBL in a way that will be of benefit to students and teachers, and discussed as a whole for further synthesis, including the formulation of a research agenda for future consensus-based action. Based on the findings obtained from a comprehensive review of the literature, using a systematic approach, the uses of MBL were compared and contrasted for advancing understanding of the teaching and learning processes in science and mathematics. A number of benefits were proposed by MBL developers but not investigated by educational researchers. A few research studies considered the following practical aspects raised by classroom science teachers: technical problems of MBL equipment; inaccuracy or incompleteness of presentation; efficient ways for handling class time with MBL instruction; and development of MBL curriculum materials for their own instruction. This lack of research related to the use of MBL in science classrooms resulted in educational research that was neither respected nor utilized by science teachers. Setting a research agenda based on the theoretical benefits and research findings is necessary for the effective use of MBL in science classrooms can help to maximize the prospects for successful school improvement projects while minimizing the innovation-related frustrations of individuals.

Recognizing the current issue, this paper discusses the evolution of the literature on tourism big data focusing on conceptual understanding of and types of big data, and insights from big data analytics. Indeed, this article provides important research agenda for future tourism researchers who would like to conduct academic research about big data and smart tourism.

스마트폰을 비롯한 다양한 스마트 정보기술의 진보와 더불어 스마트워크가 가져올 업무 효율성과 일과 삶의 균형에 대한 기대가 커져가고 있다. 그러나 많은 경우 스마트워크에 대한 기대는 피상적인 수준에 그치고 있으며 스마트워크의 정의를 비롯한 관련 연구의 기반도 아직 견고하지 않다. 본 연구는 기존 원격근무 연구 문헌에 대한 검토를 기반으로 원격근무와 스마트워크의 개념 차이에 대해 고찰하고, 이를 통해 스마트워크의 개념을 정리하는데 일차 목적이 있다. 더불어, 원격 근무 연구의 틀을 기초로 스마트워크 연구의 차별적 요소들을 반영하여 스마트워크 연구의 주요한 구성요소들을 구조화한 연구 프레임워크를 제시한다. 제시된 스마트워크 연구 프레임워크에 입각하여 기존 원격근무 연구의 한계를 논하고 IS 연구자들이 주목할 만한 연구주제들을 제시하는 한편, 현재 국내 공공부문에서 추진되고 있는 스마트워크 정책을 중심으로 아직 미진한 부분들을 돌아봄으로써 향후 스마트워크 연구의 발전과 관련 정책 기획에 학술적으로 그리고 실용적으로 기여하고자 한다.

본 연구는 농업 분야가 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대응하기 위해 농학계 융 복합 R&D가 어떠한 방향을 가져야 하는지 어젠다를 제시하는 데에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 농업 R&D를 수행 중인 학계 및 연구계 전문가들을 대상으로 계층화분석방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 적용하여 농학계 융 복합 R&D 관련 어젠다를 제시한다. 분석 결과, 농학계 R&D는 다음과 같은 방향으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 첫째, 단편적 기술 혁신에 매몰되기보다는 미래형 인재 양성이 우선시 되어야 한다. 둘째, 단기, 중기, 장기에 걸쳐 필요한 논의에 적합하게 대응하도록 농학계 R&D 로드맵이 제시되어야 한다. 셋째, 농학계 응답자 전체, 학계 및 연구계 그룹별로 상이한 중요도 우선순위를 보임에 따라 양자 간 상호 교류 및 협력 체계를 구축하여 시너지 효과를 창출해야 한다. 넷째, 변화하는 농학계 R&D 여건에 탄력적으로 대응하고 인류 삶 개선이라는 4차 산업혁명의 본질을 추구하기 위해 제도적 규제 개선과 인문사회학적 소양이 함께 강조되어야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트 사회/스마트 세대를 위한 스마트 도서관을 지향하기 위해 필요한 우리나라 도서관의 정책적 과제들을 발굴하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 도서관 R&D 정책과제 탐색을 위한 방법론을 정립하고, 계량정보 분석 방법과 주제분석 방법, 브레인스토밍 기법을 활용하여 도서관 분야의 유망과제를 발굴하는 작업을 수행하였다. 이렇게 하여 도출한 도서관 R&D 유망과제 예비 리스트는 연구팀의 브레인스토밍과 전문가 평가를 통해 최종 과제화 되었다. 또한, 본 연구에서 도출한 최종 과제의 중요도를 산출하기 위해 전문가에 의한 AHP 분석 작업을 수행하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 우리나라 도서관 정보서비스의 질적 향상뿐만 아니라 미래의 변화를 스스로 주도할 수 있는 지적 기반의 마련을 위한 R&D 과제 개발 및 이행을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
