  • The excitement over radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has gained momentum in the last five years, with a diversification in the range of applications. Besides academic research into radio frequency identification (RFID) has proliferated over the last few years, however there is much to be desired on Packaging industry. In this paper, we present a literature reviews of researches of RFID system on Packaging, especially focused on RFID system standardization into packaging. There is not any packaging standard or guidance about tag locations, classification with the materials and so on. Therefore it hampers reduction of the distribution costs on political and corporate sides, and lack consistency of applying RFID system. The main focus of this review paper is to establish a constituency about legislating RFID system standard on packaging. It is hoped that the review will be a good resource for future research in order to applly RFID system to Packaging industry effectively.

  • Reliable maintenance scheduling of main equipments is a crucial problem in thermal power stations in order to skirt overall losses of power generation resulted from severe failures of the equipments. A reasonable method was proposed to determine the maintenance scheduling of whole pump system in thermal power stations in order to reduce the maintenance cost by keeping the present avail-ability of the pump system throughout the operation. The dimensional reduction method was used to solve problems encountered due to few data which involved many operational factors in failure rate of pumps. The problem of bandlimited nature of data with time was solved by extrapolating future failures from presently available actual data with an aid of Weibull distribution. The results of the analysis identified the most suitable maintenance intervals of each pump type accordingly and hence reduce the cost of unnecessary maintenance with an acceptable range in the overall system availability.

  • This study was attempted to observe the possibility of body fat distribution and fasting serum insulin as potential predictive factors for obesity and energy intake. Subjects participated in this study were seventeen pairs of upper body type women and lower body type women whose age weight BMI daily energy expenditure per body weight were equally matched, Waist to hip girth ratio(WHR) was measured as a criteria of body fat distribution. Comparison of eating behavior between upper body type and lower body type women did not show any significant differences in meal size meal duration and energy intake per minute While serum free fatty acid level was lower in upper body type women percentage of body fat and fasting serum insulin triglycerde level of upper body type women were statistically higher than those of lower body type women(p<0.05) Our data may indicate the possibility that sympathetic nervous system activity was suppressed in upper body type women which needs ti be examined in future studies. In addition since the upper body type women were dieting over the period of survey with the intention of weigh loss we can conclude that upper body type women had larger variabilities than lower body type women in terms of daily energy intake level.

  • Recently, due to the excessive use of fossil fuels, many studies about the fossil fuels such as solar and fuel cell energy source are progressing. Fuel cell system has high energy conversion efficiency. Also, fuel cell system is environmentally friendly system because the carbon emission is almost not occur. Therefore, the fuel cell system is considered as the core technology of in the fields of the future energy and environmental. Fuel cell system has an effect on distribution power system because another power source of other than large power plants. So, fuel cell system can be reason of power quality in the power system. In this paper, we constructed the system for an assessment on Islanding. The system is composed with power source, Impedance coordination load and linear load, fuel cell system. we are performed assessment on voltage and power quality in customer and the distributed power system during the Islanding of residential fuel cell system. In addition, no change in the impedance of power system, we made a islanding condition only using the actual load, As a variation of generation and load current under islanding, an analysis results based on assessment system showed that the power qualities of distribution system became more aggravation as effect of voltage sag and voltage swell phenomena.

  • It is urgently necessary to be aware of the distribution and risk areas of liver fluke, Opisthorchis viverrini, for proper allocation of prevention and control measures. This study aimed to investigate the human behavior, and environmental factors influencing the distribution in Surin Province of Thailand, and to build a model using stepwise multiple regression analysis with a geographic information system (GIS) on environment and climate data. The relationship between the human behavior, attitudes (<50%; $X_{111}$), environmental factors like population density ($148-169pop/km^2$; $X_{73}$), and land use as wetland ($X_{64}$), were correlated with the liver fluke disease distribution at 0.000, 0.034, and 0.006 levels, respectively. Multiple regression analysis, by equations OV= -0.599 + 0.005(population density ($148-169pop/km^2$); $X_{73}$) + 0.040 (human attitude (<50%); $X_{111}$) +0.022 (land used (wetland; X64), was used to predict the distribution of liver fluke. OV is the patients of liver fluke infection, R Square= 0.878, and, Adjust R Square= 0.849. By GIS analysis, we found Si Narong, Sangkha, Phanom Dong Rak, Mueang Surin, Non Narai, Samrong Thap, Chumphon Buri, and Rattanaburi to have the highest distributions in Surin province. In conclusion, the combination of GIS and statistical analysis can help simulate the spatial distribution and risk areas of liver fluke, and thus may be an important tool for future planning of prevention and control measures.
