수열합성법에 의한 Y-ZnO 나노구조물의 제작과 특성

  • Yttrium (Y)이 도핑 된 ZnO 나노 구조물을 수열합성법으로 제작하였다. 먼저 졸겔법으로 SiO2/Si 기판 위에 seed layer (Y-doped ZnO ; Y0.02Zn0.98O)를 제작하였으며 5번의 코팅을 진행하여 박막의 두께는 약 180 nm로 측정이 되었다. 그 후 진공 분위기에서 RTA를 이용하여 $500^{\circ}C$에서 3분간 열처리가 진행되었다. 이어서 수열합성법으로 mole 농도를 0.5~1.0 M 범위에서 변화시키며 YZO 시료를 제작하였다. X-ray diffraction (XRD)을 통해서 Y2O3 또는 결함과 관련된 피크는 관찰이 되지 않았으며, 모든 구조물에서 압축응력이 존재하는 알 수 있었으며, field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM)에서 나노 구조물의 크기와 형태는 수열합성법의 mole 농도에 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. Hall effect 측정을 통해서 모든 구조물은 n-type 전도 특성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광학적 특성인 photoluminescence (PL)에서는 수열합성법의 화학식을 고려할 때 Zn가 rich한 상태에서는 Zn interstitial로 존재하는 것으로 나타났고, mole 농도가 높아 질수록 free exciton에 의한 재결합인 UV emission이 우세하게 나타났다.

두충차 추출물의 Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 저해효과 (Inhibitory Effects of Eucommia ulmoides Extract on Angiotensin Converting Enzyme)

  • 두충의 기능성 식품으로서 이용 가능성을 평가하기 위하여, 두충의 항고혈압 활성 물질을 분리 및 확인하였고, 각 부위별(잎, 껍질, 줄기) 추출물의 관련물질의 함량 및 ACE 저해활성을 조사하였다. 두충에서 분리한 항고혈압성 물질로 추정되는 8A는 순도 95.64%의 pinoresinol-4,4'-di-O-${\beta}$-D-glucoside(PDG)로서 자연건조 및 볶은 껍질에서 가장 높았으며, 각각 135.13 mg%와 163.67 mg%였다. 또한 두충 추출물의 ACE 저해활성은 10 mg/mL 농도로 처리하였을 때 볶은 잎, 자연건조 껍질 및 볶은 껍질에서 각각 77.56%, 75.73%, 75.73%로 높은 활성을 나타내었으며, 줄기는 상당히 낮게 나타났다. 두충에서 분리한 PDG를 1 mg/mL 처리할 때, ACE 저해활성은 91.87%로서 $Enalapril^{(R)}$의 97.06%보다는 조금 낮았지만, $Captopril^{(R)}$의 90.32% 보다는 약간 높은 항고혈압 활성을 나타내었다.

  • Density functional theory was used to investigate the adsorption and reaction of $HfCl_4$ with two hydroxyls on Si (001)-$2{\times}1$ surface in atomic layer deposition (ALD) process. We prepared a reasonable Si substrate which consisted of six inter-dimer dissociated $H_2O$ molecules and two intra-dimer dissociated $H_2O$ molecules. The $HfCl_4$must react with two hydroxyls to be a bulk-like structure. When $HfCl_4$ was adsorbed on a hydroxyl, there was energy benefit of -0.55 eV. Though there was energy loss for $HfCl_4$ to react with H of hydroxyl, thermal energy of ALD chamber would be enough to pass the energy barriers. There were five reaction pathways for $HfCl_4$ to react with two hydroxyls; inter-dimer, intra-dimer, cross-dimer, inter-row, and cross-row. Inter-row, inter-dimer and intra-dimer were relatively favorable among the five reaction pathways based on the energy difference. The electron densities between O and Hf in these three reactions were higher than the others and they had shorter Hf-O and O-O bond lengths than the other two reaction pathways.

수산생물 중 유해물질의 인체 노출 및 위해평가 시스템 개발 (Development of Human Exposure and Risk Assessment System for Chemicals in Fish and Fishery Products)

  • Background: Fish and fishery products (FFPs) unintentionally contaminated with various environmental pollutants are major exposure pathways for humans. To protect human health from the consumption of contaminated FFPs, it is essential to develop a systematic tool for evaluating exposure and risks. Objectives: To regularly, accurately, and quickly evaluate adverse health outcomes due to FFPs contamination, we developed an automated dietary exposure and risk assessment system called HERA (the Human Exposure and Risk Assessment system for chemicals in FFPs). The aim of this study was to develop an overall architecture design and demonstrate the major features of the HERA system. Methods: For the HERA system, the architecture framework consisted of multi-layer stacks from infrastructure to fish exposure and risk assessment layers. To compile different contamination levels and types of seafood consumption datasets, the data models were designed for the classification codes of FFP items, contaminants, and health-based guidance values (HBGVs). A systematic data pipeline for summarizing exposure factors was constructed through down-scaling and preprocessing the 24-hour dietary recalls raw dataset from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNAHES). Results: According to the designed data models for the classification codes, we standardized 167 seafood items and 2,741 contaminants. Subsequently, we implemented two major functional workflows: 1) preparation and 2) main process. The HERA system was developed to enable risk assessors to accumulate the concentration databases sustainably and estimate exposure levels for several populations linked to seafood consumption data in KNAHES in a user-friendly manner and in a local PC environment. Conclusions: The HERA system will support policy-makers in making risk management decisions based on a nation-wide risk assessment for FFPs.

FP 기반의 핀테크 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 실시간 규모 산정 모델 (Real Time SW Sizing Model for FP-Based Fintech Software Development Project)

  • 핀테크에 적용되는 소프트웨어의 규모 추정은 매우 난해하며, 오랜 시간이 소요되는 작업이기에 발주 기업과 개발 업체들이 정확하게 소프트웨어 개발 규모를 산정하기 어려운 상황이다. 일반적으로 프로젝트 관리자들의 경험과, 일반적인 기능 점수 방식에 의하여 규모를 추정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기능 점수 모형을 사용자 관점에서 요구 기능들을 정량적으로 산정하고, 규모를 측정하여, 실시간으로 규모를 산정하여 핀테크 개발 프로젝트에 적용할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델을 통하여 개발 전에 업무량을 예상하여 규모를 측정할 수 있으며, 레이어 별 프로그램 목록을 기준으로 M/M 및 견적 금액을 산출할 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 기존 핀테크 프로젝트의 규모 산정 데이터를 다량 확보하여 정확한 규모 산정에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

현미와 흑미의 항산화 성분 및 항산화 활성 (Antioxidative Components and Antioxidative Capacity of Brown and Black Rices)

  • Physiological characteristics of brown rice and black rice were investigated to provide the fundamental information of physiological property of rice and to show the potential of rice as a functional ingredient. Bioactive compounds were extracted from brown and black rices with aqueous solvents like 80% ethanol. Total phenolics, flavonoids and antioxidative capacity of brown and black rices' extracts were determined. Brown rice showed much higher amount of total phenolics and flavonoid contents as well as antioxidative capacity than those of milled rice indicating that most of bioactive compounds are located in the bran layer. Black rice showed higher total phenolics and flavonoid contents and antioxidative capacity than those of brown rices. The highest antioxidative capacity was obtained from Heugjinju followed by Heugseol, Sinnongheug-chal, Hopum and Samkwang. This result indicated that antioxidative capacity is affected by total phenolics and flavonoid contents. Both brown and black rices contained higher amount of ferulic acid than that of p-coumaric acid.

3차원 쉐이핑 기술을 활용한 스포츠 브래지어 개발 (Development of Sports Brassiere Pattern Using 3D Shaping Technology)

  • This study used 3D technology to develop a multi-functional sports brassiere with increased comfort and fit that can be worn as a base layer during exercise or as underwear. A 75A size industrial lingerie figure was used to develop a standard pattern. 3D tools for scanning and pattern making, such as Vivid 910, Geomagic Design X, 2C-AN and Yuka CAD were used. The sports brassiere was designed as a tank top style with dual structure and linings attached to a pad utilized with a sport brassiere mold cup. 3D outer and lining's pattern was differently developed in consideration of the body's curvature with pad's shape and structure. Shoulder and neck part reduction rates were adjusted to increase the neck areas fit that considered the nude pattern's structure due to uncomfortableness felt by wearers who were uncomfortable with the neck areas fit on existing brand products. The reduction rate was also set differently on each part. For example, the reduction rate on outer side panel was set strongly to increase the breast's volume. Two products, developed by a 3D sports brassiere and previously released product, were worn on 8 subjects in their 20's to evaluate fit, comfort, and purchase preferences. The evaluation proved that newly developed 3D products were superior to comparative products. The results of the clothing pressure measurement indicate that the newly developed sports brassiere's front part had less pressure on upper bust and shoulder areas compared to comparative products as well as showed less pressure on the back side, which shows improved wearing comfort compared to comparative products.

무기체계 구성장치의 연결성 제어 및 자율 재구성을 위한 플러그앤플레이 프레임워크 (Plug-and-Play Framework for Connectivity Control and Self-Reconfiguration of Weapon System Components)

  • A study on common modular design based on open standards to reduce the life cycle cost of ground weapon system is underway. Since the ground weapon system includes major mission equipment such as fire control system, it is essential to apply the concept of fault tolerance through automatic reconfiguration and blocking unspecified equipment through connectivity control. However, it is difficult to generalize due to the difference in operating characteristics for each system. In this paper, we propose a plug-and-play framework, which includes plug-and-play architecture and mechanism. The proposed method can be used in common by the application of each component as it is divided into a common service layer. In addition, the proposed connectivity control and autonomous reconfiguration method facilitates reflection of operating characteristics for each system. We constructed a verification environment that can simulate ground weapon systems and components, and verified that the proposed framework works through scenario-based functional tests.

  • 단결정의 덩어리 시료로부터 박리된 NbSe2와 FeSe 박막을 이용한 동종 초전도 vdW 접합을 만들고 저온전도측정을 통해 JJ 효과를 확인하였다. 각 물질의 초전도 틈을 측정하였으며 기존 결과와 잘 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. FeSe 접합의 경우 NbSe2 접합과 다르게 JJ가 구현되지 않는 경우가 다수 발생하는데 이는 NbSe2와 구분되는 FeSe의 특성때문으로 보이며 일관성있는 JJ 구현을 위해서 저온 접합이나 접합 각도 의존성을 통한 향후 연구가 필요하다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 본 연구 결과는 FeSe 2차원 결정을 이용해 JJ가 잘 구현될 수 있음을 실험적으로 보인 첫 사례로서 그 의의를 갖는다.

화학적 개질을 통한 별 불가사리 바이오차 표면 분석 및 중금속 흡착 효율 평가 (Surface Analysis and Heavy Metal Adsorption Evaluation of Chemically Modified Biochar Derived from Starfish (Asterina pectinifera))

  • In this study, chemically modified biochar (NSBP500, KSBP500, OSBP500) derived from starfish was utilized to improve the adsorption ability of the SBP500 (Starfish Biochar Pyrolyzed at 500℃) in a solution contaminated with heavy metals. According to the biochar modification performance evaluation batch tests, the removal rate and adsorption amount of NSBP500 increased 1.4 times for Cu, 1.5 times for Cd, and 1.2 times for Zn as compared to the control sample SBP500. In addition, the removal rate and adsorption amount of KSBP500 increased 2 times for Cu, 1.8 times for Cd, and 1.2 times for Zn. The removal rate and adsorption amount of OSBP500 increased 5.8 times for Cu. The FT-IR analysis confirmed the changes in the generation and movement of new functional groups after adsorption. SEM analysis confirmed Cu in KSBP500 was in the form of Cu(OH)2 and resembled the structure of nanowires. The Cd in KSBP500 was densely covered in cubic form of Cd(OH)2. Lead(Pb) was in the form of Pb3(OH)2(CO3)2 in a hexagonal atomic layer structure in NSBP500. In addition, it was observed that Zn was randomly covered with Zn5(CO3)2(OH)6 pieces which resembled plates in KSBP500. Therefore, this study confirmed that biochar removal efficiency was improved through a chemical modification treatment. Accordingly, adsorption and precipitation were found to be the complex mechanisms behind the improved removal efficiency in the biochar. This was accomplished by electrostatic interactions between the biochar and heavy metals and ion exchange with Ca2+.
