The objectives of this study were to assess the current practices of implementing selective menus and to identify the perception of foodservice manager and customer on selective menus for hospital foodservice would be fulfilled. Two types of questionnaires for hospital foodservice managers as well as customers were developed. Questionnaires were distributed to managers of 8 hospital foodservice department and 317 customers of patient meal service, and 6 managers and 139 customers were responded. The data were analyzed using frequency and t-test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. In hospital foodservice operations, the selective menu pattern was first introduced by L hospital on June 1994 in Seoul and recently 8 hospitals were currently implementing selective menus. But using rate of selective menus by patients were relatively low(23.2%), ranging from 15% to 32%. 2. Customers' needs for selective menus were rated significantly higher in the group of patients(4.24/5) who chose the selective menus than their counterpart(3.88/5). 3. The main reason not choosing selective menus was identified by patients as 'not knowing the implementation of selective menus'(52.6%), inconvenient factors in using selective menus for customer were also identified as orders : 'lack of nutrition information on menu item'(38.6%), 'complexity in procedure'(29.8%), and 'lack of menu variety'(26.3%). However managers considered 'managerial burden' and 'limited human resource' as main obstacle to implement the selective menu pattern. 4. Customers indicated 'variety of menu', 'active public relations' as effective methods to enhance using rate of selective menus, however, foodservice manager indicated 'variety of menu'(50%), 'improvement of quality'(16.7%), and 'simplicity in procedure'(16.7%). Based on the results of this study, following recommendations have been suggested : Managers in patient meal service should recognize customer needs for implementing selective menus and pay more attention in implementing selective menus and activating this program. For more effective implementation of activating selective menu program, the foodservice department should establish action plan on 'active publicity work', 'simplicity in procedures', 'variety of menu' and 'improvement of quality'. Especially nutrition informations on meals should be provided for customers in order to elevate participation rate.
This study examines the relationship among family restaurants' service guarantee, service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, involvement to verify the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in family restaurants. For the empirical analysis, a survey was conducted with 250 adults in Seoul and Gyeonggi. For the collected data, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis were carried out, using SPSS 21.0, in order to verify reliability and validity. And multi regression analysis, hierarchical analysis were used for hypothesis test. According to this study result, first, service guarantees were shown to have a positive effect on service quality, service value and customer loyalty. Second, service quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, service value had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on customer loyalty. Fifth, in the relationship between service guarantees and customer loyalty, involvement played a moderating role. Therefore this study has verified the marketing effectiveness of service guarantee in family restaurants, so it can be said that the study has drawn strategic operation methods in family restaurants.
This study was carried out to identify environmental factor to influence fruiting of Vicia chosenensis populations distributed in Hongcheon-gun region, Korea. The populations was dominated by Quercus mongolica in the tree layer, and Lindera obtusiloba and Lespedeza maximowiczii in the shrub layer. Syneilesis palmata(21%) was abundant around reproductive state points and vegetative state points, and Artemisia stolonifera(13~18%) and Spodiopogon sibiricus(10~11%) show second high frequency in the both points. It was found that the soil moisture content in the Vicia chosenensis population was 20.4~21.9%; 8.6~14.9% for organic matter; 0.3~0.5% for the total N;12.7~16.9 ppm for available phosphorus; 22.5~28.5 $cmol_ckg^{-1}$ for CEC; 5.3~5.5 for soil pH, respectively. The microhabitat of individuals was restricted to areas high in understory light. Especially, reproductive individuals were more likely to be located than vegetative individuals in canopy gaps. Therefore, our results suggest that a proper forest management maintaining canopy gaps is needed for keeping natural Vicia chosenensis population.
The population ecology (Ecological characteristics) of Squalidus chankaensis tsuchigae were investigated at Geum River from March to November, 2013. This species inhabited midstream of the river where was mostly covered with cobble and sand. The depth of the habitat was 30~60 cm and velocity of stream was 2.27~4.88 cm/sec. The sex ratio of female to male was 1 : 0.86. They were sexually mature when they were over two years of age. The spawning period was from June to July with water temperatures from $25^{\circ}C$ to $25^{\circ}C$. Sexually matured individuals appeared over the two year of age. Frequency analysis of total length indicated that the group with 55~70 mm in total length was one year old, the 71~90 mm was two years old, and the group over 91 mm was three years old. The average number of eggs in the ovaries was estimated as 2,219 per matured female. The number of matured eggs size in ovaries was 0.64~0.98 (mean: 0.85) mm. Calulation length-weight relation of S. chankaensis tsuchigae show the value of contant a as 0.0002 and b as 2.81, and condition factor (K) was 1.06 on average. The stomach contents were Cyanophyta, Chlorophyta, Bacillariophyta, Crustaceae, Copepoda, Nematota, Actithocephala, and Ephemeroptera, Hemiptera, Diptera, and Trichoptera that belong to Aquatic insect, and dormant bud of Pectinatella that belongs to Phylactolaemata. The diet of S. chankaensis tsuchigae was omnivorous, mainly vegetable feed on attached algae (filament form), and mainly animality feeded on benthic invertebrates such as Chironomidae larvae.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of SNS use by prospective early childhood teachers in PBL class on flow and problem-solving skills. For this purpose, the PBL class was conducted for eight weeks with 44 prospective students in the early childhood social studies course, and measured the classroom situation in terms of usefulness of SNS, flow, and problem-solving skills by using a cognitive test. To analyze the measured values, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed. Also, to verify the hypotheses set in this study, structural equation modeling was used based on AMOS. The result is as follows: First, in PBL-based class, use of SNS had a positive effect on flow. Second, flow had a direct influence on problem-solving skills. Third, however, use of SNS did not have a direct influence on problem-solving skills and, therefore, flow plays a mediating role for problem-solving skills. Based on the result, in the study, it was found that the use of SNS in PBL class can increase interest, motivation, and participation of students and they then become more willing to contribute to class activities.
The microstructure and soft magnetic properties of as-deposited Fe-Hf-O thin film alloys, which are produced at $P_{O2}=10%$ by rf magnetron sputtering method in $Ar+O_2$ mixed gas atmosphere, is investigated. Newly developed $Fe_{82}Hf_{3.4}O_{14.6}$ film exhibits good soft magnetic properties with $4{\pi}M_s=17.7$ kG, $H_c=0.7$ Oe and ${\mu}_{eff}$(0.5~100MHz)=2,500, respectively. The Fe-Hf-O films are composed of $\alpha$-Fe nanograins and amorphous phase with larger amounts of Hf and O elements which chemically combine each other. With increasing Hf area fraction, Hf and O contents increased proportionally. It was considered that O content in films was determined by Hf contents, because O was chemically combined with Hf. It results from decreasing the $\alpha$-Fe grain size by precipitates (Hf and O), high electrical resistivity. The $Fe_{82}Hf_{3.4}O_{14.6}$ film exhibits the quality factor (Q=$\mu$'/$\mu$") of 25 at 20 MHz. These good frequency characteristics are considered to be superior to other films already reported.o other films already reported.
This study was conducted to examine the overall perception of importance and possibility of Korean food and globalization of Korean food. Analyzing the factors influencing globalization of Korean food, this study suggests development strategies and basic data for globalization of Korean food and development of high skilled manpower. The survey was carried out from April 1, 2011 to April 30, 2011, targeting students majoring in foodservice, who will play a key role in globalization of Korean Food. Analysis methods included frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings are summarized as follows: (1) Students recognized Korean food as a nutritionally balanced healthy food. (2) Standardization of Korean cuisine and food names was the most important. (3) Students were very interested in globalization of Korean Food. (4) Perception of Korean food and its globalization were significantly different according to the levels of education. (5) As a result of analyzing the effect on globalization, quality and healthfulness of Korean food had a positive effect on globalization of Korean food.

The purpose of study is to identify the perception of image-making regulations change of airline cabin crew and analyze the relationship among the perception of regulations change, occupational choice motives and career decision of female university students majoring in airline service in Kwang-ju and Jeonnam area. The survey was in 203 for a month from November 18 to December 13, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using 'SPSS statistics 21.0.' Analytical methods such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. The findings of this study are presented as follows: Students majoring in airline service are positively aware of image-making regulations changes of airline cabin crew, positive perception of regulation changes has a statistically significant impact on occupational choice motives and career decision, and occupational choice motives have an effects on career decision. In conclusion, the study has implications for providing information to airlines to understand the applicants and to students preparing for employment. However, there is a limitation in that the sample of this study is limited to only female university students majoring in airline services in a specific area, and the size of the sample is not large.
Purpose of this study is examining closely special guard's Organizational Culture and job stress and relation of Organizational Commitment. This study established to special guards who is working at the capital region (Incheon) airport in 2011, and sample used finally on interpretation analyzed being 203 people, and uses Purposive Sampling Method. Analytical method executed Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability analysis, correlation analysis Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSSWIN ver.18.0. Reliability of questionnaire appeared Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value more than .671. Conclusion proved in this study is as following. First, special guard's formation culture affects to Job Stress. In other words, stress about compensation career development increases if the development, hierarchically organized is not formed. On the other hand, job special quality, human relations stress decreases if developmental culture is form ed, and if culture is formed developmental, the mutual agreement, role stress decreases. Second, special guard's Organizational Culture affects in Organizational Commitment. That is, if is formed developmental and hierarchically organized, rises the Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, Normative Commitment. Third, special guard's job stress affects in Organizational Commitment. That is, if compensation career development is achieved unfairly Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment is low. On the other hand, if own business is achieved spontaneously pre sent, Affective Commitment, Normative Commitment appears high.
The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship of empowerment and organization attachment with the organization culture of security organization. This study is based by setting the security organization employed in security firms in the capital area(Seoul) in 2012 as the parent population and using the purposive sampling method to analyze a total amount of 280 examples. The frequency analysis, analysis on primary factors, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis methods using SPSSWIN 18.0 were used in analysis. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.690. The results are like the following. First, the organization culture of security organization affect empowerment. Thus, the more a practical development culture is settled, the more the capability of self-determinism, meaningfulness, and effect is amplified. Moreover, the more a consensual culture is established, the more the capability of self-determinism is enhanced, and the more a hierarchical culture is established, the more the meaningfulness is enhanced. Second, the organization culture of security organization affect organization attachment. Thus, the continuous normative attachment is enhanced when a more hierarchical culture is established. Moreover, emotional attachment is enhanced when a more practical development culture is established. Third, the empowerment of security organization affects organization attachment. Thus, the continuous normative attachment is decreased when one's capability of self-determinism is more lacking. However, the continuous normative attachment is higher when the meaningfulness and effect is enhanced. Moreover, emotional attachment is enhanced when meaningfulness is increased. Fourth, the organization culture of security organization directly/indirectly affects empowerment and organization attachment. Thus, empowerment is an important mediating factor between organization culture and organization attachment.
