The study was designed to examine the present state of the provider-role consciousness of married working women in Korea and to identify five variable-clusters which were drawn from the theoretical perspectives. The subjects of this study were 573 married working women whose husbands also had their work. The statistical methods adopted for data analyses were frequencies. oneway ANOVA. Scheffe-test t-test, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The level of the provider-role consciousness of married working women was slightly high. 2) As for the aspects of the individual attribute variables. educational level job income age native area motive of work. and sex-role identity significantly influenced the provider-role consciousness of married working women. 3) Concerning the family background variables marriage duration number of children mother's experience of employment father's educational level and husbands's income were significantly related to the provider-role consciousness of married working women, 4) As for the social relationship variables. degree of participation in social associations significant others' attitudes toward housewife's work degree of domestic role sharing with husband and wife/husband income ration significantly affected the provider-role conscious-ness of married working women. Based on these findings it came to be revealed that multidirectional perspecitves were useful to identify variables which could predict the provider-role consciousness of married working women, Also it was revealed that the significant others' approvals for women's work were necessary to the establishment of the provider-role consciousness of married working women.
This study empirically investigated the relationships among organizational culture, target costing, knowledge management activities, and corporate innovations. The results of this study showed that innovative and supportive culture positively affects the adoption degrees of target costing. According to the results, it was observed that target costing as well as innovative and supportive culture have a positive impact on levels of knowledge management activities(i.e., knowledge creation, sharing, storage, and application). It was also demonstrated that organizational culture has an indirect effect on activation of knowledge management activities through target costing. Thus, to enhance knowledge management activities, target costing must be aligned with appropriate types of organizational culture. In examining the impact of knowledge management activities on the frequencies of product and process innovations, no significant effect was found. Additional analyses that compare across three groups(i.e., low level group, middle level group and high level group in knowledge management activities) and between two groups(i.e., between high level group and middle level group or between high level group and low level group) were performed. The results of comparison showed that the degrees of product and process innovations are highest in high level group, but no significant differences are found in the degrees of innovations between middle level group and low level group.
The exponential growth in wireless services has resulted in an overly crowded spectrum. The current state of spectrum allocation indicates that most usable frequencies have already been occupied. This makes one pessimistic about the feasibility of integrating emerging wireless services such as large-scale sensor networks into the existing communication infrastructure. Cognitive radio is an emerging dynamic spectrum access technology that can be used for flexibly and efficiently achieving open spectrum sharing. Cognitive radio is an intelligent wireless communication system that is aware of its radio environment and that is capable of adapting its operation to statistical variations of the radio frequency. In ad hoc cognitive radio networks, a common control channel (CCC) is usually used for supporting transmission coordination and spectrum-related information exchange. Determining a CCC in distributed networks is a challenging research issue because the spectrum availability at each ad hoc node is quite different and dynamic due to the interference between and coexistence of primary users. In this paper, we propose a novel CCC selection protocol that is implemented in a distributed way according to the appearance patterns of primary systems and connectivity among nodes. The proposed protocol minimizes the possibility of CCC disruption by primary user activities and maximizes node connectivity when the control channel is set up. It also facilitates adaptive recovery of the control channel when the primary user is detected on that channel.

This study measured the effects of fake news and propaganda on managing information on COVID-19 among the Nigerian citizenry. This study examined sources of information on COVID-19 available to the people, evaluated reasons behind spreading fake news, examined how fake news has affected the spread of COVID-19 pandemic in Nigeria, established the consequences of fake news on managing COVID-19 pandemic and as well identified ways to contain fake news at a time like this in Nigeria. It is a survey with a sample size of 375 participants selected using simple random technique. Instrument of data gathering was questionnaire widely distributed in the six geo-political zones of Nigeria using Survey monkey. Data was analysed using frequencies, counts and percentages, tables and charts. Findings revealed that people rely more on radio, television, and social media for information on COVID-19. Fake news is spread by people mostly for political reasons and intention to cause panic. In Nigeria, fake news has led to disbelief of the existence of the virus thereby leading to violation of precautionary measures among the citizenry and lack of trust in the government. Concerted effort on the part of the government is required to give public enlightenment on the danger of fake news. Also, directorate of anti-fake news should be established to censor and reprimand sources of fake news. People should always check source of information to confirm its credibility and be weary of sharing unconfirmed information especially on the social media.

This study provides basic data for finding a plan for future teacher education in the future society by conducting an IPA-analysis of the abilities required for early-childhood who will become talented persons of the future society and the perceptions of early-childhood teachers about the era of the 4th-Industrial-Revolution. The study was conducted with 194 childhood teachers working in early-childhood educational institutions located in Jeju. It used a questionnaire of the demand survey for teacher education development for early-education based on the 4th-Industrial-Revolution. In the era of the 4th-Industrial-Revolution, the capabilities needed for early-childhood were revised and supplemented in 2016 at the World Economic Forum "Jobs Future Report". The frequencies and percentages were calculated to analyze the characteristics of each subject's background variables, the perceptions of early-childhood teachers and teacher education needs, and a t-test was conducted for each item to analyze the difference in importance and performance of early-childhood's competence. In the importance of competence required for infants who become talents for the future, the results showed that early-childhood teachers chose to have a high level of caring-sharing and curiosity-interesting ability. In the performance, they have a high level of caring-sharing and cooperation-communication ability.
The purpose of this research was to find out the differences in the moving motivation and life satisfaction of senior cohousing communities between male and female residents in Scandinavia, especially in Sweden and Denmark. Senior cohousing is an attractive housing alternative for the aged 55 and over who looks for sharing one's life with neighbors. The 655 survey questionnaires out of 960 had replied from 14 Seniorbofrellesskaber in Denmark and 11 seniorhus within SABO sector and 8 housing cooperatives initiated by the Seniorgarden Housing Company in Sweden during April to May, 2002. The data were analyzed by SPSS win program, using frequencies, percentiles, cross-tabulations, and Pearson's correlations. The results showed that the senior cohousing residents were generally healthy and age of 70's years old and nearly half lived with a spouse. The male residents lived with a spouse about 2 times more than did the female. The residents had very strong motivation to move into the community and very high life satisfaction. Most aspects of moving motivation were not differed by the sex of the residents. However, male residents were more likely than female to be motivated to move in by becoming a pensioner, while female residents were more likely than male to be motivated by being a widow, looking for safety, or avoiding loneliness. These different motivation to move in by sex become more clear when general characteristics such as age, health status, living with or without a spouse, or country were controlled. Female residents were more likely than male to live' dream life' in the senior cohousing community. The stronger the moving motivation, the higher the life satisfaction in the community.

One of the methods which can enhance the efficiency of railroad network is construction of interconnection branch line for several route to share one railway. In Korea, this method already has been implemented or excuted as project level. This study suggests a network design model and a solution algorithm to choice most proper site to construction it and determine the priority of branch lines which can be considered in planning level, not project level. The model is a non-linear optimization program which minimize total cost-construction cost, operating cost and passengers' travel cost. The decision variables are a binary variable to explain whether construction or not and its direction and a integer variable of the frequencies of travel routes. The solution algorithm-problem solution and route choice and also the result of implementation for example network are suggested. This result can be more advanced after application in real network and calibration of parameters.
Psychology of color is a research field of psychology for studying human's behavior connected with color. Color carries symbolism and image while sharing psychological consensus with human. Each color has a respective image such as hope, passion, love, life, death, and so on. Peculiar stimuli by colors on these images have great influence on human's emotion and psychology. We therefore proposed a method for understanding human's state of emotion based on colors in this paper. In order to understand human's state of emotion, we analyzed color information used to model a room by a user and then described frequencies of each color as percent using fuzzy inference rules by membership values of fuzzy membership functions for colors used for modeling the room. When we applied the proposed color-based emotion analysis method to emotional state based on colors of Alschuler and Hattwick, we could see the proposed method is efficient.
An attempt to confirm the associations of some selected risk factors of HBV infection and measure their risks, a cross-sectional study with 1,209 urban office workers was carried out. For the study, a simple questionnaire which contained several questions on personal experience and behaviors on several known selected risk factors of HBV infection was applied to each subject, and the Hepatitis B virus surface antigen and its antibody were checked by RPHA and PHA method, respectively. Risk factors chosen for this study were experience of blood transfusion and personal contact variables, such as frequencies of eating-out, drinking after office hours, going to tea room, sharing cigarettes, etc. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The proportion of HBsAg positive was 10.6%, and total HVB infected including the Anti-HBs positive cases without vaccination was 44.2%. Both were higher in male than in female. 2. Frequent personal contact through glasses and dishes in eating-outs and drinkings turned out not to be a significant risk factor of Hepatitis B surface antigenecity. 3. Frequent visits to tea room was a significant risk factor of HBV infection which combined HBsAg positive cases and Anti-HBs cases who had not received HBV vaccination. The odds ratio was 1.56 4. Blood transfusion was not a significant risk factor of both HBsAg positive and total HBV infection. In summary, indirect oral contacts through eating-outs and drinkings was not significant risk factor in Korea at least between adults. Blood transfusion is no more major source of HBV infection in Korea probably because the adquate screening test of HBsAg for the blood donors is being made.

As cable TV networks have a media feature that is a broadband wire network, they can provide not only TV broadcasting services but also communication services. Accordingly, the cable TV network is mentioned as the optimal network for convergence of broadcasting and communication services. Recently, Available frequencies of the cable TV network have become insufficient as enhancement of video quality, increment of VoD service, and growth of high-speed internet service. This paper presents a new implementation method of switched digital video (SDV) technology that is introduced for obtaining additional frequency band. In the SDV system, only TV channels requested from viewer are sent and non-requested channels are dropped. The presented SDV uses a sharing method of TV broadcasting and communication service in a same frequency band. This method shows increase of spectrum efficient from switching of TV service channels without building a complex system.
