4S 핵심 컴포넌트 기반의 재난재해 시스템 설계 (Design of Disaster Control System based on 4S Kernel Component)

  • 최근 공간정보를 다루는 GIS, SIIS, GNSS, ITS 네 개의 시스템에 대한 통합연계 기술인 4S 기술이 각광받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 4S 기술에 컴포넌트 기반의 접근방법을 적용하여 4S 핵심 컴포넌트를 중심으로 4S 시스템을 설계하였다. 4S 기술의 실제 응용분야는 매우 많으며 특히 본 논문에서는 4S 기술을 화재, 홍수, 태풍 등의 재난재해 분야에 적용하고 시스템을 설계하였다. 재난재해 업무는 대용량의 지도 데이터를 다루는 특성상 컴포넌트 기반의 4S 시스템을 적응할 경우 매우 큰 파급효과를 가져올 것이다. 재난재해 업무간 공통된 기능은 수행성능을 위하여 공간데이터를 처리하는 핵심기술과 함께 4S 핵심 컴포넌트에 포함되어 개발되며, 분야별 응용시스템에 따라 다른 기능은 별도의 업무 컴포넌트로 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 또한 재난재해 시스템에서 매우 중요한 실시간 현장정보의 획득과 전송을 위하여 4S-Van 이라는 차량을 이용하여 현장과 중앙관제센터간에 실시간으로 위치정보와 영상정보 등을 전송하는 방법 및 전송된 정보를 중앙관제센터에서 공간데이타와 연동 분석하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 중앙관제센터에서 4S-Van 으로 정보수집에 대한 요구를 역으로 전송하여 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있는 방법도 제시하였다. 이러한 실시간 정보전송은 신속하고 정확한 상황파악, 의사결정, 지령관제 등을 가능하게 하여 재난재해 분야에 획기적인 업무효율 향상을 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

시뮬레이션 교육에서 간호학생의 의사소통능력 측정도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 검증 (Reliability and Validity of the Assessment Tool for Measuring Communication Skills in Nursing Simulation Education)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to test whether Health Communication Assessment Tool (HCAT) developed by Campbell et al. in 2013 can be applied to assess Korean nursing students' communication skills in simulation education. Methods: The content validity of the Korean version of HCAT (K-HCAT) was evaluated through expert's assessment and a principal component analysis was conducted for testing construct validity. The convergent validity was tested by measuring relationship between the K-HCAT and those of existing communication assessment tool for standardized patient instruction. The evaluation was done by surveying 154 senior students from four different nursing colleges. Results: The K-HCAT was condensed into 15 items from the original 22 HCAT items. Four factors were extracted from the principal component analysis; factor loadings ranged from .50 to .83; cumulative explained variance was 62.65%. Four factors were entitled as 'relationship building', 'empowering', 'empathy/response', and 'education/feedback'. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ for sub-dimensions ranged from .73 to .84. An evaluation of convergent validity showed that the scores of the K-HCAT were moderately correlated with those of an assessment tool for standardized patient instruction. Conclusion: The K-HCAT can be used as an effective tool for assessing nursing students' communication skills in various kinds of simulation educations Further research is needed to test the consistency of the K-HCAT.

QTL Mapping of Agronomic Traits in an Advanced Backcross Population from a Cross between Oryza sativa L. cv. Milyang 23 and O. glaberrima

  • In the previous study, 141 $BC_3F_2$ lines from a cross between the Oryza sativa cv. Milyang 23 and O. glaberrima were used to identify favorable wild QTL alleles for yield component traits. In this study, we carried out QTL analysis of four grain morphology as well as four yield component traits using 141 $BC_3F_5$ lines from the same cross and compared QTLs detected in two different generations. The mean number of O. glaberrima segments in the 141 $BC_3F_5$ lines ranged from 1 to 13 with 2.69 and 5.71 of the average means of homozygous and heterozygous segments, respectively. There was a three-fold difference in the number of QTLs detected for four traits commonly evaluated in two generations (seven QTLs in the $BC_3F_5$ vs 21 in the $BC_3F_2$ population). The percentages of the phenotypic variance explained by QTLs in the BC3F5 population were similar to or less than those in the $BC_3F_2$ population. This is probably due to the difference in the genetic composition of two populations and the environmental effects. The locations of the QTLs commonly detected in both generations were in good agreement except for one QTL for spikelets per panicle. The yield QTL, yd3 was colocalized with the spikelets per panicle, spp3. Yield increase at this locus is due to the increase in spikelets per panicle, because both traits were associated with increase in spikelets per panicle and yield due to the presence of an O. glaberrima allele. Clusters of QTLs for grain morphology traits were observed in two chromosome regions. One cluster harboring five QTLs near SSR markers RM106 and RM263 was detected on chromosome 2. This population would serve as a foundation for development of the introgression line population from a cross between Milyang 23 and O. glaberrima.

크랭크축의 미세속도변화를 이용한 선박엔진의 착화불량 상태 감시 (Monitoring of Misfiring Status of Ship Engines Using Minute Speed Changes in the Crankshaft)

  • In this study an efficient method for detecting and monitoring engine misfiring, focusing on minute speed changes in the crankshaft is proposed., Its validity is verified using various misfiring cases. Typically, the crankshaft speed fluctuates around the normal value depending on the engine misfiring status. Even a minute speed change in the crankshaft can be estimated by measuring the rotation time of each tooth of the 118-tooth flywheel attached to the crankshaft with a 2-MHz timer. Therefore, a speed pattern for an in-line six-cylinder engine consists of 236 tooth rotation speeds corresponding to the two rotations of the crankshaft, in which all the cylinders complete four-stroke cycle. FFT analysis can reduce the number of components of a speed pattern from 236 to just four major components: - fundamental frequency_(f), 2f, 3f, 6f., - This makes the comparison of the misfiring cases simpler and faster. In the experiment, five engine status cases (one normal firing and, four misfiring cases) were simulated. While the 6f component was the largest for the normal case, the f component increased as misfiring occurred one, two apart, and two consecutive times. Identification the Key Odorants in Different Parts of Hyla Rabbit Meat via Solid Phase Microextraction Using Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

  • The aim of this study was to explore the volatile compounds of hind leg, foreleg, abdomen and Longissimus dorsi in both male and female Hyla rabbit meat by solid phase microextraction tandem with gas chromatography mass spectrometry, and to seek out the key odorants via calculating the odor activity value and principal component analysis. Cluster analysis is used to study the flavor pattern differences in four edible parts. Sixty three volatile compounds were detected, including 23 aldehydes, 4 alcohols, 5 ketones, 11 esters, 5 aromatics, 8 acids and 7 hydrocarbons. Among them, 6 aldehydes and 3 acids were identified as the potential key odorants according to the ratio of concentration and threshold. The contents of volatile compounds in male Hyla rabbit meat were significantly higher than those in female one (p<0.05). The results of principal component analysis showed that the first two principal component cumulative variance contributions reach 87.69%; Hexanal, octanal, 2-nonenal, 2-decenal and decanal were regard as the key odorants of Hyla rabbit meat by combining odor activity value and principal component analysis. Therefore volatile compounds of rabbit meat can be effectively characterized. Cluster analysis indicated that volatile chemical compounds of Longissimus dorsi were significantly different from other three parts, which provide reliable information for rabbit processing industry and for possible future sale.

탄소섬유 접착 보강공법의 환경변화에 따른 부착특성 평가 (Evaluation of the Bonding Behavior of the Rehabilitation Method Applying Carbon Fiber Subjected to the Variation of Environmental Condition)

  • 본 연구에서는 탄소섬유접착보강공법의 박리와 연관한 부착특성에 대하여 검토하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면, 온도변화에 따른 변형 특성에서는 바탕 콘크리트의 강도에 관계없이 온도 변화에 따라서 각 재료들의 변형 폭도 커지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 초음파 전파 속도도 온도변화에 따라 작아지는 것으로 나타나 계면에서 박리가 발생하였음을 알 수 있었다. 부착강도는 온도 변화가 클수록 부착강도의 값은 작아지는 것으로 나타났는데, 파괴형태는 계면파괴와 모재파괴 형태로 나타났다. 건습 변화에 따라서는 4사이클까지 각 재료의 변형 및 초음파 전파 속도에서 큰 변화를 나타내지 않아 건습 자체의 반복에는 큰 영향이 없는 것으로 판단된다. 단, 부착강도는 40%정도 저하하는 것으로 나타났지만 비교적 양호한 강도를 나타내었다. 동결융해 시험결과는 온도변화 요인과 유사한 경향으로서 동결융해 작용을 받을 경우 4사이클 이내에 박리가 일어날 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

Modeling of composite MRFs with CFT columns and WF beams

  • A vast amount of experimental and analytical research has been conducted related to the seismic behavior and performance of concrete filled steel tubular (CFT) columns. This research has resulted in a wealth of information on the component behavior. However, analytical and experimental data for structural systems with CFT columns is limited, and the well-known behavior of steel or concrete structures is assumed valid for designing these systems. This paper presents the development of an analytical model for nonlinear analysis of composite moment resisting frame (CFT-MRF) systems with CFT columns and steel wide-flange (WF) beams under seismic loading. The model integrates component models for steel WF beams, CFT columns, connections between CFT columns and WF beams, and CFT panel zones. These component models account for nonlinear behavior due to steel yielding and local buckling in the beams and columns, concrete cracking and crushing in the columns, and yielding of panel zones and connections. Component tests were used to validate the component models. The model for a CFT-MRF considers second order geometric effects from the gravity load bearing system using a lean-on column. The experimental results from the testing of a four-story CFT-MRF test structure are used as a benchmark to validate the modeling procedure. An analytical model of the test structure was created using the modeling procedure and imposed-displacement analyses were used to reproduce the tests with the analytical model of the test structure. Good agreement was found at the global and local level. The model reproduced reasonably well the story shear-story drift response as well as the column, beam and connection moment-rotation response, but overpredicted the inelastic deformation of the panel zone.

국립중앙박물관 소장 조선 전기 금속활자의 조성성분과 통계분석 (The Component and Statistical Analyses of Early-Joseon Metal Types in National Museum of Korea)

  • 국립중앙박물관 소장 금속활자는 약 50만자로 앞서 연구된 조선 금속활자에 기초해 갑인자(甲寅字)활자 33점, 을해자(乙亥字)병용한글활자 29점 등 조선 전기 금속활자 62점의 형태 조사, 비중을 측정하고 조성성분을 바탕으로 통계분석하였다. 갑인자활자 33점, 을해자병용한글활자 24점은 2성분계 청동(구리-주석)([A]그룹), 을해자병용 한글활자 5점 중 4점은 3성분계 청동(구리-주석-납)([B]그룹) 1점은 2성분계 청동(구리-주석)([C]그룹)으로 주석 함량이 높다. 본 연구에서 다수의 활자 성분 통계분석을 토대로 조선 후기 임진자(壬辰字)활자와 비교한 결과, 후기 활자는 구리 함량이 낮고 아연, 납 함량이 높은 특징이 있어 조선 전기와 후기 활자의 분류 가능성을 확인하였다.

호환 가능한 임플랜트 보철용 유지 나사들의 형태 비교와 풀림 회전력의 측정에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON GEOMETRIC COMPARISON OF FOUR INTERCHANGEABLE IMPLANT PROSTHETIC RETAINING SCREWS AND MEASUREMENT OF LOOSENING TORGUE)

  • Since the concept of osseointegration was introduced by Branemark of Sweden, dental implants have been used for various dental prosthetic treatments. The survival rate of dental implant is likely to be closely related to the total biomechanical role of each component of implant system. The use of interchangeable component is very attractive for dental practitioners because such an approach would save treatment cost, flexibility of prosthetic treatment options as well as conveniences. Therefore, the use of interchangeable implant system has been increasing without scientific assessment of safety and efficacy of various interchangeable implant system. The purpose of this study, therefore, were to compare the geometric characteristic of four interchangeable dental implant screws and the loosening torque of these screws. Four types of dental implant screws tested in this study were Nobelpharma, 3i, Impla-med, Restore. Four screws each of the test specimens were subjected for scanning electron microscopic examinations under the same condition and a 35x magnified standard SEM picture was objected from each test specimen using JSM-5200 scanning microscope. From each of the SEM pictures, eight parameters. i.e., diameter of screw head. screw length, thread pitch, major diameter. neck diameter, neck length, crest width and root width were determined using a caliper. The measurement for each parameters were then corrected for their magnification factor. The loosening torque were also determined by using a torque gauge. All of the measurements were statistically analyzed by ANOVA test and multiple range test. Statistical significance was set in advance at the probability level of less than 0.05. All analyses were done with SPSS software for the personal computer. The conclusion obtained from this studies were summarized as the following; 1. No statistically significances were noted in the thread pitch. and crest width in the four screws, and in the case of major diameter, the Impla-med screw was significantly smaller than the other three screws (p<0.05). Therefore, four implant bolts could be physically inserted in a abutment nuts. 2. The diameter of screw head was decreased in the order of Restore, 3i, Nobelpharma, Impla-med screws and the length of screws were decreased in the order of 3i, Restore, Nobelpharma and Impla-med. The diameter of neck was decreased in the order of Impla-med, Restore. Nobelpharma, 3i screws. The differences of each of these parameters were statistically significant (p<0.05). The width of root of screws were decreased in the order of Nobelpharma, Impla-med, Restore and 3i. The differences among Nobelpharma and Impla-med. Restore and 3i were statistically significant (p<0.05). 3. When the screws were loosening 1, 3, 4 and 5 times, the loosening torque for Impla-med and 3i screws were significantly higher than that of Nobelpharma or Restore screws (p<0.05). However, when statistically smaller than that of 3i, Restore or Nobelpharma screws(p<0.05).

Atmospheric Concentrations of PAHs in the Vapor and Particulate Phases in Chongju

  • Four intensive seasonal sampling campaigns between October 1998 and October 1999 were undertaken at an urban site of Chongju, in which polyurethane foam (PUF) sampler was used to collect particulate- and vapor-phase polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). The contribution to total (particulate+vapor) PAH concentration by the vapor phase component exceeded the particulate phase contribution by factor of ${\sim}2.6$. Summed concentrations of phenanthrene (30.9%), pyrene (16.6%), naphthalene (11.3%) and fluoranthene (11.0%) account for significant amounts of the vapor-phase, while chrysene (12.5%), benzo[b]fluoranthene (11.6%), indeno[123-cd]pyrene (9.9%), benzo[ghi]perylene (9.5%), benzo[k]fluoranthene (9.4%), pyrene (8.9%), and benzo[a]pyrene (8.3%) are found to be the most common PAH compounds in the particulate phase. The results from application of principal component analysis to particulate-phase PAH data demonstrate that a combination of PAH and $PM_{2.5}$ inorganic data is a more powerful tracer of emission sources than PAH species data alone. Particulate-phase PAH species were found to be associated predominantly with emissions from diesel engine vehicles and incineration.
