벤처기업의 효율성과 재무요인이 기업의 생존에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Analysis of Financial Factors and efficiency that influence on the Venture Business' Survival)

  • There are several stage in corporate's life cycle such as foundation, growth, maturity or bankruptcy. A bankruptcy is very important for corporate in the life cycle. Especially, venture business' life cycle is short compare to other type of corporate. A lot of venture businesses have emerged and bankrupted soon in the market. Venture businesses' survival or bankruptcy have been influenced by not only external environment like the rate of exchange, oil price, and foreign exchange crisis but also internal environment such as efficiency, process, human resources, finance and CEO. In this paper, we attempt to examine financial factors and efficiency that influence on the venture businesses' survival and bankruptcy. The more venture businesses have high efficiency score, the more they have high probability of survival.

  • It is generally accepted that leadership is the foundation for creation of a company's business results. However, empirical evidence is lacking. This paper examines the relationship between leadership and key performance results based on a Return on Leadership Model. The model links Denison's four leadership traits to people results, customer results, and ultimately key performance results. Further specified, the model is a structural equation model with nine latent variables, each measured by a set of indicators, observed by survey questions. To validate the model, an empirical study was conducted, and 379 managers from medium-sized and large companies in Denmark participated. The estimation of the model shows that the model structure explains return on leadership very well, and the findings support the developed model. We are able to quantify the relationships from leadership to people results, customer results and key performance results and, in this way, the data presented here provide evidence that leadership is linked to key performance results. Several results and applications of the model are shown. The findings provide new knowledge about how leadership can be linked to performance, and how excellent leadership creates key performance results.

중소기업의 성장 관점에서 사내 기업가정신이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 실증분석 (An Empirical Analysis of Influence of Corporate Entrepreneurship on Business Performance from the Viewpoint of SMEs' Growth)

  • 기업가정신은 창업을 위한 중요 요인이기도 하지만 창업 이후 기업의 성장(Scale-up)을 위해서도 마찬가지로 중요하며 창업과 성장이라는 두 가지 측면이 기업가정신을 통해 균형적으로 발현되어야 하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 그러나, 그간의 연구나 정부의 정책 방향에 있어 기업가정신이 전자에 편향되어 왔던 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성장 관점에서 우리나라 기업의 기업가정신 특성과 제안성과, 활동성과, 사업성과 등으로 측정된 경영성과간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 살펴보고 작동 기제를 설명하는 모형을 도출하여 이에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구를 수행함에 있어 (재)한국청년기업가정신재단에서 수행한 '2016년 기업가정신 실태조사(기업편)'의 변인간 관계에 대한 가설을 설정하고 구조방정식모델을 통하여 분석하였다. 또한, 기업 규모에 따른 조절효과와 기업가정신과 경영성과간 매개효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과로, 사내 기업가정신이 경영성과에 영향을 미치며 이를 위해서는 비전과 전략이 선행되어야 함을 밝혔고, 특히 중소기업의 기업가정신 수준 대비 운영체계 확보 필요성을 확인하였다. 도출된 시사점은 향후 정부가 중소기업의 기업가정신을 제고하는 데 있어 정책적 방향성을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Purpose: In this research, We made the conceptual frameworks for SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) on Global quality's origin and empirical research. Developing conceptual frameworks is an important step in theory building and theory testing. This research model was developed by strong theoretical foundation which is quality and systematical model. Methods: Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. The analysis was conducted using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). Results: Results show that process quality and interaction quality are important drivers in customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly impact on customer loyalty(repeated purchase). Conclusion: In turbulent business era, Global company require not only excellent quality but also create customer oriented culture and control over operation in the foreign country.

  • In order to succeed in today's changing business environment, the enterprise should adapt their process flexible. To increase their business process flexibility they need to establish and end-to-end integration internally as well as among partners. Now that SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) is accepted as an upcoming IT standard to support flexible business processes and integration. In this paper, SOA is introduced And the Web services and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) are also introduced as a foundation technology to implement SOA-enabled solutions. The pilot project, which introduced in this paper, will be a good reference for future SOA study.

나무말뚝 형상과 접촉면적에 따른 인발저항력 특성 (Characteristics of Uplift Resistance According to Shape Factor and Contact Area of Wooden Piles)

  • Reclaimed land was mainly used as agricultural land for rice production. As a higher value-added business in the agriculture has recently been activated, green houses are being constructed. In case of green house construction on the reclaimed land, it is generally soft ground with high soil water content, so it is important to design the foundation for greenhouse construction. The object of this study, a pull-out test was conducted to derive the base line data of the wooden pile foundation when constructing a green house. To reproduce the actual site, 30% of soil saturation and 70% of soil saturation were created in the soil box. Groove number and depth were set as design factors of the wooden pile, and a pull-out test was conducted. As a result of the test, pull resistance increased as the number of grooves increased, pull-out resistance according to groove depth was different according to soil saturation. Also, after the experiment, we want to compare the set-up effects over time.

  • As we enter the era of the 4th industrial revolution, information and communication technologies, including artificial intelligence and big data, are converging throughout society. Especially, as the importance of the social foundation of hyper-connection grows, the social influence of IoT, a network of connecting objects, people, and various entities, is also gradually expanding. In addition, as a pandemic, COVID-19, continues, interests in untact-oriented technology and service development are growing more than ever, and each company is trying to establish a core competency strategy to gain an edge in competition in the changing society. This study is a case study centered on Dawon DNS, a company that provides an IoT-based AI smart plug platform. Dawon DNS is broadening its services while developing products by applying advanced technologies, and this study is aiming to investigate the core competencies of the business evolution process. The obtained result of this study will provide implications for companies to become more competitive by suggesting the attitudes and strategies that startups should have during the transforming business environment.

지역 문화자원과 융합한 캐릭터 문화상품 개발 (Development of character culture products that are fused with local culture resources)

  • 본 논문은 지역의 문화콘텐츠의 제작기술과 인프라를 기반으로 스토리텔링 중심의 캐릭터 브랜드 상품의 부재로 인하여 지역 문화자원의 재구성 및 상품화가 필요하다고 판단되어 전통적 문화소재인 캐릭터를 발굴하여 문화산업 기념품으로 개발하였다. 스토리텔링 기반의 캐릭터 상품 개발에 대한 차별화 전략을 통해 발전된 사업기반을 확립할 수 있는 토대가 되어, 다양한 콘텐츠 제작의 밑거름과 더불어 발전된 도예 상품들의 공급 확대에 기여할 것으로 보여 진다. 또한, 수작업 기반의 제작으로 인해 소량 생산만 가능하고 제작기간이 길어지는 반면 3D 프로그램 및 3D 프린팅을 통한 목업 제작으로 석고 틀 제작 기간이 단축되었으며, 대량생산의 발판이 마련되어 기존의 전통적인 도자기 인형에서 벗어나 다양하고 풍부한 도자기 제품 개발에 효과가 있었다.

RFID기반 비전자기록물관리시스템 구축: 서울신용보증재단 사례 (Development of RFID-Based Records Management System: The Case of Seoul Credit Guarantee Foundation)

  • 본 사례는 대량·동종의 비전자기록물을 관리해야하는 기관의 업무 특성을 파악하여 효율적인 기록관리 업무를 위해 RFID기술을 기록관리시스템으로 적용한 서울신용보증재단의 사례이다. 업무시스템과 연계하여 RFID태그를 발행할 때 기록관리시스템에서 메타데이터를 자동 입수하여 목록으로 확보하고, 이를 기록관리 담당자가 능동적으로 파악함으로써 전체적인 기록관리 업무의 기반으로 삼도록 구성하였다. 이를 위해 업무프로세스를 정비하고, 고유업무를 반영한 기능을 설계하였으며, 인프라를 구축하였다. 그 결과 정확한 기록의 생산량 및 보유량을 파악할 수 있게 되었고, 업무의 효율성을 가져왔다. 마지막으로 업무담당자들로 하여금 기록관리 인식을 개선할 수 있게 되었다.

Orientation and International Strategies for the East Asian Journal of Business Economics

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to review and analyze EAJBE (The East Asian Journal of Business Economics) of EABEA (The East Asia Business Economics Association) and all of their published articles of 2013 to 2017 and to revise and update the existing publication standards and practices in order to improve the overall quality and reputation of EAJBE. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper applied an analytical approach, a case study method, to analyze and examine the published articles and the publication standards and practices of EAJBE (East Asian Journal of Business Economics) from their first publication. Results - The EAJBE has been issuing academic journals four times a year since its foundation. Although it is a journal based in Korea, overseas scholars publish articles steadily compared to other academic journals and the EAJBE raises the level of globalization. The level of internationalization of association's management and editorial members is also high, making the overall academic journal more cosmopolitan. Conclusions - Although the EABEA (The East Asia Business Economics Association) is a newly formed, the association is actively managing the academic community and making two major goals for the development of the academic journal. First, this journal is actively attracting overseas scholars, and is raising the level of internationalization. As an integrated academic conference is held with overseas scholars, they actively exchange with overseas scholars by contributing and publishing their papers. Second, it is seeking to establish national and international ties by publishing the papers of Korean scholars as well as abroad and holding academic contests regularly.
