Art belongs to men's mentality and plays the most representative role in mentality. The organization of mentality is complex, it has simple and distinct movement evolving into various configuration to achieve men's internal meaning and aim. The purpose of this study is to analyze Max Bill's characteristics of the spatial expression on his works, especially focuses on the concept called "simplicity". The simplicity does not means just a conceptual or formal terminology, but the logical principles of spatial organization through repeating arrangement, structural relationship, off-central ideas and the sequence of signs using by the composition of lines, faces and colors. He expressed the logical methods in various fields of art and has influenced his essential thoughts and emotion in men's mentality of the late 20th century20th century.

The purpose of this study is to analyze environmental-friendly design features in landscape architecture. The process of the study first started theoretical research of 'Environmental-friendly' and 'Landscape', then extracted primary conceptual elements that based on ecological background, and analyze 20 cases, from 1990 to now, based on elements that extracted. Summarizing about environment-friendly feature in landscape architecture of Form, Space, Energy Management is as following. First, In the formal aspect, Landscape architecture tend to harmonize with surrounding environment through horizontal, vertical continuity that is realized to transform artificial plate. Second, In the spatial aspect, Landscape architectural space has flexible feature. It is expression through methods blur boundary between outside and inside, lead to change and experience by time, indeterminacy of program. Third, In the energy management aspect, the introduction of effective energy system increase environmental features in space through technical application and environmental-friendly materials.

This study is to analyze the demand for organic farming products . The demand for organic farming products is increasing rapidly but the study to analyze the demand system by the methods of econometrics is not tried at all because there is no any formal statistical data about the demand. Therefore, this study tries to estimate the raw statistical data to expect the demand trends of organic farming products in the future. To analyze the demand functions of organic farming products such as rice, bean, apple, grape, beef, and park, this study uses AIDS model by using several assumptions and estimates the price and income elasticities of the demands. The results demonstrate that the demands of organic farming products will be increased in the future and the prices of organic farming products will be the key factor in the demand, In 2004, the quantity demanded of the organic grape will account for 3% of total grape market. As a result, consumer's concerns about organic farming products will be high and the demand for organic farming products will be increased. Thus, the reasonable price system has a significant influence on the market of organic farming products.

Business process(workflow) analysis has been recognized as a core step to building information systems. However, most analysts have recognized that deriving consistent business process artifacts even in a simple business domain is very difficult, since most analysis methods give the designers narrative and/or diagrammatic tools that do not support rigorous analysis rules. This often generates inconsistent analysis results, leading to create useless information systems and resulting in tremendous budget wastes. To overcome this weakness, this paper presents a declarative business process modeling method called contract-collaboration net(cc-net), which is not only somewhat formal but also useful to the practitioners. A case study on bank domain is presented to illustrate our approach.

In the mobile environments for the vector map services, a map simplification work through the map generalization steps helps improve the readability of the map on a large scale. The generalization operations are various such as selection, aggregation, simplification, displacement, and so on, the formal operation algorithms have not been built yet. Because the algorithms require deep special knowledge and heuristic, which make it hard to automate the processes. This thesis proposes some map generalization algorithms specialized in mobile vector map services, based on previous works. This thesis will show the detail to adapt the approaches on the mobile environment, to display complex spatial objects efficiently on the mobile devices which have restriction on the resources.

The purpose of this paper is to provide the affirmative solution of the following conjecture due to Davis and Geramita. Conjecture; Let A=R[T] be a polynomial ring in one variable, where R is a regular local ring of dimension d. Then maximal ideals in A are complete intersection. Geramita has proved that the conjecture is true when R is a regular local ring of dimension 2. Whatwadekar has rpoved that conjecture is true when R is a formal power series ring over a field and also when R is a localization of an affine algebra over an infinite perfect field. Nashier also proved that conjecture is true when R is a local ring of D[ $X_{1}$,.., $X_{d-1}$] at the maximal ideal (.pi., $X_{1}$,.., $X_{d-1}$) where (D,(.pi.)) is a discrete valuation ring with infinite residue field. The methods to establish our results are following from Nashier's method. We divide this paper into three sections. In section 1 we state Theorems without proofs which are used in section 2 and 3. In section 2 we prove some lemmas and propositions which are used in proving our results. In section 3 we prove our main theorem.eorem.rem.

This study intended to analyze the size and composition of social network and to identify their related variables in urban nuclear families. Data were collected through the questionnaires by wives living in Seoul area. The methods of statistical analysis used in the study were the frequency mean percentile and one-way ANOVA. The findings were as follows; 1) The size of social network in urban nuclear families was 10.0 in average and 2-33 in range. 2) The composition of social network were 45.5% in relatives 20.6% in neighbors. 21.8% in friends. 4,7% in coworkers, 4.1% religious group members 2.1% in associational members. and 1.4% in formal supporters. 3) The birth order of husbands was related to the size of social network. The composition of social network was influenced by SES family life cycle husband's birth order housing type residence duration age education employment religion and familism.

Grammatical inference methods are expected to find grammatical structures hidden in biological sequences. One hopes that studies of grammar serve as an appropriate tool for theory formation. Thus, we have developed JSequitur for automatically generating the grammatical structure of biological sequences in an inference framework of string compression algorithms. Our original motivation was to find any grammatical traits of several cancer genes that can be detected by string compression algorithms. Through this research, we could not find any meaningful unique traits of the cancer genes yet, but we could observe some interesting traits in regards to the relationship among gene length, similarity of sequences, the patterns of the generated grammar, and compression rate.

In this technical note, I report the analysis of electrochemical impedance data measured with potential sweeping. Even though the instruments for voltammetric impedance measurements have been developed for decades using different approaches, their applications are limited due to the lack of well-established protocols to easily analyze voltammetry data. To fill this gap, the singular point of the specific potential is considered that is only determined by the standard/formal potential and the transfer coefficient and is independent of the kinetics and experimental parameters (including revertability) of faradaic reactions. Taking the advantage of its inertness, I suggest an approach employing the singular point as a reference to obtain general electrochemical information. As all the concepts and methods are verified with numerical simulations, this technique is expected to be applied for complex reactions involving electrochemical and chemical reaction mechanisms.
