A contract is made when both parties have reached agreement, or they are deemed to have. After contract the law recognizes rights and obligations arising from the agreement. In order to discover whether agreement was reached between these two parties, we have to analyse the process of negotiation. Recently The People's Republic of China legislated a New Contract Law, which has come into effect since 1st of October 1999. This Law adapts the rules of United Nations(Vienna) Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the Unidroit Principles for International Commercial Contracts. And this law is now widely enforced to commercial transactions between individuals, enterprises or other economic organizations of the People's Republic of China and foreign enterprises. Therefore, the foreigner who wish to make a sales contract with Chinese should understand the rules of New Contract Law of China. According to this New Law only a contract which contain offer and acceptance is valid and binding, and it is also pointed out that terms of contact must be certain. Though an oral contract is usually equivalent to a written one, in a case of commercial transactions written contract with signature is desirable. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the new rules of this Law and the new features of their application to commercial transactions in China.

21세기 세계화 정보화 시대를 맞이하여 국가간의 물적 교류뿐만 아니라 인적 왕래와 자본의 흐름, 정보의 전달이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이런 국가간의 활발한 교류를 통하여 세계는 하나의 지구촌화되어가고 있음은 자명한 사실이다. 국내에 체류하고 있는 외국인의 수는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 합법적인 국적취득을 비롯하여, 불법체류, 밀입국 등을 통해 많은 외국인들이 국내에 체류하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 이러한 현실에 비추어 우리의 경찰활동은 외국인을 상대하기 위한 교육훈련 및 실무에 필요한 준비가 매우 미흡하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 외국인을 위해 변화되어야 할 경찰활동에 대해서 검토해 보고자 한다.

This study is aimed at proposing the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. To achieve this goal I collected all of data that were used in process of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA and interviewed some people to get information from the people concerned. After that I analyzed data involved in using SWOT technique and proposed the framework of international cooperation business in HRD KOREA. The conclusions are as these. First, alliances must be vitalized between businesses besides between organizations. For example 'Developing of voluntary comeback program for foreigner' and 'Establishment of HRD KOREA Center' can be proposed as action plans for this strategy. Second, glocalization must be pushed ahead. For example 'Business career monitoring system for PMC' can be proposed as action plan. Third, building of preemptive base must be done. For example 'Standing of international HRD forum' can be proposed as action plan. Fourth, reinforcement of organizational competency must be done. For example 'The program for internationalization' can be proposed as action plan. Fifth, SBU(Strategic Business Unit) must be pushed ahead. For example 'Customer diversification portfolio' can be proposed as action plan.

본 연구는 외국인과 이민자를 비롯한 인구 구성의 다원화 현상에 대한 통계적인 측면을 파악하기 위한 기초연구이다. 지속적으로 증가하는 다양성에 대한 사회적인 관심 속에서 단일 사례로서 프랑스의 외국인 관련 통계와 통계제도에 대해 인구센서스를 중심으로 고찰을 하였다. 구체적으로 인구센서스와 이민통계에 대한 통계적 정책 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인, 즉 역사적 배경, 법령, 주관 기관에 대해 알아보고 이민자와 외국인에 대한 통계작성 절차에 대해 고찰하였다. 아울러, 이민통계에 대한 국내 통계작성에 대한 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

The role of interaction in second language (L2) classrooms has been examined from different angles, ranging from early studies of foreigner talk to the studies of the teacher- and task-based talk. However, most of the research on L2 classroom interaction has been based on a traditional psycholinguistic view of language and learning, failing to reconceptualize a broad and holistic understanding of L2 learning. Currently, many researchers have attempted to explore and describe classroom interaction in L2 classrooms from a sociocultural perspective. The purpose of this paper is to discuss Vygotsky's theoretical framework in terms of L2 classroom interaction and research from a sociocultural perspective, by describing three key concepts (zone of proximal development, private speech, and activity theory) in Vygotsky's theoretical framework and relating them to L2 classroom interaction. The results demonstrated the importance of social interaction for second language acquisition with the review of the related research study. It was also suggested that the dynamic and interactive processes of second language learning in the classroom should be valued by L2 researchers as well as L2 teachers. Finally, implications for the concepts for L2 classroom research and pedagogy are presented in the conclusion.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify experiences when Koreans who reside in Thailand visit Thai health facilities. Methods: The data were collected via direct interview from 36 Korean residents of Thailand. Collected data were analyzed by content analysis. Result: 1) 162 content analysis data were collected from the participants' statements. These data were categorized into 70 attributes and 9 higher attributes. 2) Out of the 70 attributes, the 3 attributes which were most commonly mentioned by the participants were the following: medical expense for foreigners were expensive(66.7%), difficulties in communication with health care providers(36.1%), kindness of nurses(33.3%). 3) The 9 higher attributes were 1) high medical expense to foreigner, 2) difficulties in communication, 3) distrust about medical service, 4) excessive prescription in oral medicine, 5) kindness, 6) good service, 7) difference in medical environment according hospital type, 8) irrational process in medical treatment for out patients, 9) cultural difference in postpartum care. Conclusion: When Korean residents in Thailand use Thailand health facilities, they experience high medical expense, difficulties in communication, low quality in medical service and kindness of the medical staff.

As the volatility increasement of the number of tourist, there was been controversy over supply-demand imbalance in hotel market. The purpose of this study is to analysis on determinants of hotel occupancy rate in Jeju Island. The quantitative method is based on cointegrating regression, using an empirical dataset with hotel from 2000 to 2017. The primary results of research is briefly summarized as follows; First, there are high relationship between total hotel occupancy rate and hotel occupancy of foreign tourist. The volatility of hotel occupancy is caused by foreigner user than local tourists though local tourist high propotion of hotel occupancy in Jeju Island. Second, hotel occupancy of local tourist has not relationship with demand and supply variables. Because some hotel users are not local tourists but local resident, and effects to other variables of hotel consumer trend, accommodation such as Guest house, Airbnb. Third, there are high relationship between foreign hotel occupancy rate and demand-supply variables. These research imply that total management of supply-demand is very important to seek stability of hotel occupancy rate in Jeju Island. Also it can provide a useful solution regarding mismatch problem between supply-demand as well as development the systematic forecasting model for hotel market participants.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of technique development of domestic textile industry and to guide the directions for researches to secure competitiveness of textile industry by analyzing domestic patent applications. This research used patent literature from Korean Patent Information database provided by Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service(KIPRIS), and the patent search scope, based on the application year, was from 1980 to 2007. The number of patents by natives was lower than that of foreigners in 1980's, but from the mid 90's, that number grew larger than that of foreigners. Also the number of patents by natives have shown steadily increasing tendency. However, the number of foreigner's patent in D03, D04, D05 of class was higher than the number of patents by natives. The technical fields where the patent application ratio is high varied from one country to another. In Korea, D01F of subclass had the most number of patents, and D05B, D04B had the most number of patents in Japan and Germany.

본 논문에서는 장애인의 보행을 지원하는 Smart-Walk 시스템에서 하나의 시스템으로 여러 유형의 장애인을 지원할 수 있도록 하는 유니버설 디자인개념의 데이터베이스 구축방안을 제시한다. 또한, 운행로그를 분석하여 사용자의 사용현황과 이탈비율을 계산함으로써 시스템의 최적운영을 지원하는 방안을 제시한다. 다양한 사용자 유형과 그에 적합한 사용방법들을 데이터베이스에 저장하고 관리함으로써 간단하게 다양한 유형의 사용자들에게 지원할 수 있는 방법은 진정한 유니버설디자인 이념의 실현이라 할 수 있다. 사용자의 운행로그를 데이터웨어하우스 형태로 저장하고 온라인 분석 기법을 적용함으로써 시스템의 최적 운영에 유용한 정보를 실시간으로 추출해 낼 수 있게 된다.

This study began to learn wether or not satisfaction factor of rural tourism is effective to visit for the ordinary foreign people. Research method was parallel-site investigation literature, questionnaire. The analytical data of the study, literature 40 reviews, questionnaire 179 survey in 200 of the subject was using. Measurement and scale was set factors of satisfaction with 'Transportation Infrastructure', 'Festival Experience Program', 'Place', 'Room and Food', 'Local People', and 'Buying the Local Product' through the previous studies and preliminary survey. In the statistical analysis method, frequency analysis, crosstabs, multiple regression analysis and a structural equation model analysis was performed, using SPSS and AMOS program. The Structural analysis results showed 'Place' and 'Local People' have an positive effect on the 'Overall Satisfaction'. Satisfaction of the 'Festival ExperienceProgram', had a major impact also 'Intention of Revisit'. Finally for rural tourism fascination, the contents such as the distinctive local attraction, human resources, information transmission and convenient use is more important than the format and scale.
