프랜차이즈 물류관리시스템 (FDS)은 SCM (Supply Chaining Management)이나 ECR (Efficient Consumer Response)과 같이 체인점 형식의 원자재의 주문관리를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 시스템이다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 PC와 인터넷을 이용한 시스템이나 ARS를 확장한 CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)를 이용하는 시스템이 주를 이루어 별도의 장비가 필요하거나 사용상의 잦은 오류로 영세한 가맹점들에게 많이 보급되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 모든 가맹점들이 사용하는 카드 체크기를 이용하여 각종 원자재를 주문할 수 있는 웹 카드 체크기를 이용한 물류관리시스템을 개발하였다. 따라서 본 시스템은 별도의 장비나 경제적인 추가 부담 없이 기존 시스템을 이용할 수 있다는 점에서 향후 많은 발전과 사용이 될 것으로 예상된다.

The biomass of Ulva mats was surveyed in a lower rocky shore of the southern coast of Korea during the 1998-1999 winter. The population selected for the present study was located on the tidal zone ranging from 118 cm to 130 cm below mean sea level (MSL), where abundance of Ulvu species was highest. The biomass of Ulva species increased gradually from December 1998 until February 1999, reaching the maximum of 374 g dry wtㆍm$^{-2}$ in February. The biomass varied little among the sampling quadrats for each sampling time. Over the course of the study a total of 16 taxa were sampled from Ulva mats, of which 5 were macrophytes and 11 were macroinvertebrates. Rodophyta comprised 3 taxa, followed by Phaeophyta of 2 taxa, but there was no Chlorophyta except for Ulva species. The macrofaunal assemblage was consisted of 8 taxa of Mollusca, 2 Arthropoda and 1 Annelida. There was a dramatic increase in Mytilus sp. in February. Moreover, the trend of biomass were similar between some macroinvertebrates and Ulva species. The results suggested that macroinvertebrates may play an important role in nutrient dynamics as well as food web. Further experimental evidence may be necessary to explain the correlation between Ulva mats and abundance of coexisting macroinvertebrates.

This research intends to propose the methodology for analyzing the current trends of agriculture, which directly connects to the survival of the nation, and through this methodology, identify the agricultural trend of Korea. Based on the relationship between three types of data - policy reports, academic articles, and news articles - the research deducts the major issues stored by each data through LDA, the representative topic modeling method. By comparing and analyzing the LDA results deducted from each data source, this study intends to identify the implications regarding the current agricultural trends of Korea. This methodology can be utilized in analyzing industrial trends other than agricultural ones. To go on further, it can also be used as a basic resource for contemplation on potential areas in the future through insight on the current situation. database of the profitability of a total of 180 crop types by analyzing Rural Development Administration's survey of agricultural products income of 115 crop types, small land profitability index survey of 53 crop types, and Statistics Korea's survey of production costs of 12 crop types. Furthermore, this research presents the result and developmental process of a web-based crop introduction decision support system that provides overseas cases of new crop introduction support programs, as well as databases of outstanding business success cases of each crop type researched by agricultural institutions.

협력 필터링은 공통된 흥미를 가진 다른 사용자들로부터 정보를 획득하여 그들의 의견에 따라 웹 사이트를 추천하는 방법이다. 과거 수년간, 이 방법은 서적, 식품, 영화 등 다양한 e-commerce 영역에서 사용되었다. 본 논문에서는 협력 필터링 시스템에서 추천 항목을 결정하기 위한 사용자 간의 유사도 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 기존 연구에서는 사용자가 부여했던 전체 평가등급들의 분포를 고려하지 않은 채각 평가등급을 독립적으로 취급하여 사용자간 유사도를 산출하였으나, 본 연구에서는 사용자의 평가 등급 범위 내에서의 등급의 위치와 순위 정보를 이용하여 유사도를 산출하였다. 실제 데이터집합 상에서 평균 절대 오차의 성능을 측정한 결과, 대부분의 기존 방법들에 비해 제안 방법은 매우 우수하였고, 특히 정해진 등급범위가 클 경우에 그러하였다.

This study aims to investigate laws and standards(including technical guidelines) related to safety criteria for 22 kitchen machines frequently used in commercial kitchens. The study was based on literature survey, interviews with charge persons in kitchen machines manufacturing companies, cafeteria providing group meals and relevant association, and web surfing. The results showed that there are two types of safety criteria such as legally forced ones by laws and optional ones by national industrial standards or technical guidelines. High pressure safety control act, safety control and business of liquefied petroleum gas act and city gas business act prescribed gas use apparatus safety criteria, rational energy utilization act did those of pressure vessel such large rotary caldron, industrial health and safety act did those of food processing machinery, and electrical appliances safety control act did those of electrical kitchen appliances. Compulsory or optional standards or guidelines related to safety criteria for kitchen machines were presented by 22 kitchen machines. Safety devices shown in the laws, standards and guidelines were also summarized by kitchen machines and their risk factors.

신제품을 개발하기 위해서는 창의적인 아이디어가 중요한 요소일 것이다. 제품개발 프로세스 1단계에서는 어떻게 새로운 아이디어를 발상할 것인가에 대한 문제 해결 능력에 있다고 본다. 통합교육(장애 및 비 장애학생에 대한 통합교육)에 있어서 창의적인 아이디어 도출을 위하여 다양한 정보의 활용과 시각적 공간적 형태에 근거한 문제의 해결능력을 키우고자 한다. 또한 학생들 간의 집단적 토론 방법을 활용하여 본인의 소질과 사고 능력을 발휘하여 팀원간의 아이디어를 발상 할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 컴퓨터응용 기술을 바탕으로 통합교육의 효율성을 높이기 위해 웹(Web)을 기반으로 한 창의적 아이디어를 창출하는 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

Mercury is emitted to the atmosphere from various natural and anthropogenic sources, and degrades with difficulty in the environment. Mercury exists as various species, mainly elemental ($Hg^0$) and divalent ($Hg^{2+}$) mercury depending on its oxidation states in air and water. Mercury emitted to the atmosphere can be deposited into aqueous environments by wet and dry depositions, and some can be re-emitted into the atmosphere. The deposited mercury species, mainly $Hg^{2+}$, can react with various organic compounds in water and sediment by biotic reactions mediated by sulfur-reducing bacteria, and abiotic reactions mediated by sunlight photolysis, resulting in conversion into organic mercury such as methylmercury (MeHg). MeHg can be bioaccumulated through the food web in the ecosystem, finally exposing humans who consume fish. For a better understanding of how humans are exposed to mercury in the environment, this review paper summarizes the mechanisms of emission, fate and transport, speciation chemistry, bioaccumulation, levels of contamination in environmental media, and finally exposure assessment of humans.

The objective of this study is to estimate the economic value of official management and control for invasive insects and diseases in fruits. The direct and indirect effect of this control measure can be the changes in price of fruits and related goods, changes in export volume of domestic fruits, changes in total volume of fruit production, and reduce the risk in food safety. The contingent valuation method with the single-bounded dichotomous choice is employed to estimate each household's willingness-to-pay (WTP) to maintain official management and control measures. The total number of sample consists 2,050 respondents between the ages of 19-60 years, and the survey is conducted using Web-based survey. The estimated results for mean WTP is 5,443won per month per household. Therefore, the total economic value of official management and control on fruit in Korea is estimated to be approximately 94.4 billion won per month.

Postmenopausal women aged 50s generally experience gradual changes in body such as decline in antioxidant and estrogen levels as the body ages. To overcome these aging-associated changes, the needs for health functional foods are increasing. Dendropanax morbifera (DM) have antioxidant effects, anti-inflammatory against cancer cells, antidiabetic, and antiatherogenic effect which are associated with postmenopausal symptoms. We analyzed clinical effects of DM on aging-related symptoms by reporting their antioxidant, anticancer and inflammatory activity, etc. and their bioactivity. Data sources EMBASE, SCOPUS, PubMed, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases were searched up to August 2016 for studies investigating medicinal plants in prevention and treatment of diabetes. The search terms were "Dendropanax morbifera". The reference lists of articles were also reviewed for additional relevant studies. Extracts of DM have various efficacy such as antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory activity and anti-thrombotic effect.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the affect of eating behaviors on subjective health of multi-cultural adolescents in South Korea. Methods: This study is designed as cross-sectional. Using the statistics from the 15th (2019) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted. Overall, 711 multi-cultural adolescents were included in the analysis. Results: When analyzing the factors affecting the subjective health status of multi-cultural adolescents, normal body mass index (OR: 0.56, 95% CI: 0.35~0.89) and milk consumption (OR: 0.54, 95% CI: 0.35~0.83) showed a lower risk of being unhealthy, while skipping breakfast for 5 days (OR: 1.97, 95% CI: 1.33~2.93) and convenience store food consumption (OR: 1.59, 95% CI: 1.05~2.40) showed a higher risk of being unhealthy. Conclusion: It is necessary to form positive eating habits that influence the subjective health perception of multi-cultural adolescents. Therefore, appropriate dietary education and systematic support should be provided for multi-cultural families.
