In this study, we developed career guidance guidelines in order to support professors in guiding the career development of female students in engineering programs. Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted by a group of experts composed of 7 professors at the department of computer engineering in order to identify the current status and draw guidelines. It was found that the female students of engineering college were required to improve their efficacy, strengthen their major competency, improve their practical job competency, cultivate basic competency, and provide guidance on specific employment information. Then, we suggested the five elements of each grade and checklists focusing on five elements and proposed the forms so that they can be easily utilized in actual career guidance. At two expert meetings, the validity of the guidelines and the forms were verified and revised. Finally, we suggested a way to streamline the application of these guidelines.

The purpose of this study is to identify adult learners' decision making variables, satisfaction, and evaluation toward fashion education as a university lifelong education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purpose, information source, and selection criteria for lifelong education center and program. Regarding satisfaction toward fashion education, this study included satisfaction toward program and satisfaction toward education condition and administrative services. Data were gathered by both questionnaires and focus group interview(FGI) with 12 adults who completed the program. While questionnaires were used for decision making variables and satisfaction, FGI was used for evaluation. Frequency was used to analyze the questionnaires and content analysis was used to analyze the results of FGI. The findings showed that respondents participated mostly because of hobby or interest and got information mostly from acquaintances. They regarded program contents as the selection criteria for lifelong education center. They also regarded lecturers' professionality as the selection criteria for the program and showed high satisfaction toward lecturers' passion. Regarding education condition and administrative services, they showed high satisfaction. FGI also showed the importance of individual competence, career development, a work-study program, a on-site study program, and lecturer. The results suggest methods to make university lifelong education programs more appealing to adults who want to attend universities for non-degree university programs.

Recently, IPTV population is growing by leaps and bounds. and We performed FGI(Focus Group Interview) with various experts related to agriculture field to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel. this growth has social background that is change of paradigm caused by the convergence of broadcasting, demand for Agriculture and Fisheries special channel using new media thanks to interests in Wellbeing, Green food. so we think that we need to consider the way to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel and its validity from all angles. that is why we are having a heated discussion with Agriculture and Fisheries marketing experts, farmer, fisher(Korean Cyber Farmer Association), broadcasting experts. Concretely, government budget is needed to establish Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, so we are just about to examine its validity and find business model. to make this discussion detailed, we made 4 subjects. First, Do we need agro-fishery products distribution channel using media? Second, After establishing of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel, how many demands will occur? Third, Should we make Agriculture and Fisheries special channel public channel? Fourth, What would be profit model of Agriculture and Fisheries special channel?

The purpose of this study was to analyze the actual condition of the innovative sharing university project. To this end, a focus group interview was conducted by selecting officials participating in the innovative sharing university project as study participants. The collected data was analyzed using the content analysis method. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of the promotion system and operation dimension of project group, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in terms of the national promotion system and university-level project operation. Second, in terms of curriculum management dimension, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in content development and sharing, engagement support for professors and students participation, and securing and sharing educational infrastructure. Third, in terms of management of project performance indicators, study participants presented difficulties and improvements in managing core performance indicators, managing autonomy performance indicators, and sharing project performance. Based on these study results, suggestions for the use of research results were presented.

This study aims to analyze the current career management system for construction engineers and propose the developed future plan for the career management system. Especially, this study explores the Index of Construction Engineer's Competency(ICEC) and issues for workplace competency development which is the foundation of the career management system for construction engineers and proposes the advanced strategies for operating the career management system. For the developing the future strategy of the current construction engineer's career management system, a focus group interview was conducted in this study. Total 12 experts participated in the FGI. The study results identify the six key issues for advanced construction engineers' career management system. Those six issues include 1)preparing in the inducement of new human resources, 2)institutional modification of the current job/expertise fields, 3)attaching importance of practical experience in the workplace, 4)consideration of various factors of individual career, and 5)developing the highest level's workplace competency. Based on these research findings, theoretical and practical implication and suggestion for future studies were provided.

This study was carried out for the purpose of selecting and structuring educational content for personal information protection education in supplementary education for childcare workers. Prior research and literature data were collected and analyzed to select educational content, and a preliminary survey was conducted for 125 applicants for education. Based on the surveyed data, the educational content was structured through focus group interview. In the focus group interview analysis, the person in charge of personal information of the institution and those who have completed education participated. Group interviews and individual interviews through e-mail, etc. were conducted, and the final contents were selected after reviewing the appropriateness of the derived opinions by two educational experts. It was found that the direction of the search for personal information protection education contents should be added to the contents of practical work in each stage of information management and practice such as document writing.

본 논문에서는 이론적, 실무적 선행연구들에 대한 검토를 토대로 통합적인 정보격차 요인모형을 제시하고 정보격차 요인모형에서 도출된 변수들과 기존정책들을 중심으로 표적집단심층면접법(Focus Group Interview, FGI)를 이용하여 정보취약계층인 장애인, 노인층, 저소득층을 대상으로 정보활용기회를 확대하기 위한 방안들을 실증적으로 도출하였으며 또한 기존 정책에 대한 만족도 및 효과성을 측정하였다. FGI 조사결과 취약계층별로 차별화된 정책적 요구사항이 도출되었으며, 통합적으로 정보접근, 정보이용, 정보활용을 지원할 수 있는 통합적 지원체계가 가장 절실한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 취약계층별 개별 대상자의 개별적인 정보화수준 및 요구사항을 반영하기 위하여 개별 인적자원에 대한 통합관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 정보접근정책 및 정보이용지원정책, 정보활용지원정책별로 포괄적인 만족도 조사를 실시한 결과 공히 만족도 수준이 보통이하인 것으로 나타나 개별 정책에 대한 지원전략의 수정이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we have looked at through core competences and contents of Informatics curriculum in middle school by expert questionnaire and Focus Group Interview(FGI). Among nine core competences of Informatics subject in curriculum, abstraction and automation were easily found, but creative harmony and cooperation were indirectly confirmed in the statements of teaching and assessment sections of Informatics curriculum in middle school. It was also identified that some core competency elements are redundant or hardly to found in the contents of Informatics curriculum. In addition, various opinions about Informatics curriculum have been put forward over the FGI. The results of this study will be the case that can be consulted on new revised Informatics curriculum to be developed further.

The intensity of industrial accidents has been increased while the number of industrial accidents has been decreased in theses days. It represents that we need safety guidelines based on personal attributes as well as physical attributes. This study tries to identify major causative factors for industrial accidents and to suggest an evaluation model based on personal attributes. Specifically, relationship between self-efficacy belief associated with industrial safety and other relative personal attributes has been analyzed. First, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted to identify important personal attributes of industrial accidents. The questionnaire was prepared based on the results of FGI and was applied to identifying personal attributes. The relationship between personal attributes identified in this study and self-efficacy belief was assessed using fuzzy logic and fault tree analysis. The results of the assessment showed that self-efficacy belief was closely associated with industrial accidents. Specifically, workers with accident experience had higher level of self-efficacy beliefs than workers without accident experience.

2012년 12월 사회적 경제 촉진 방안으로서 협동조합 기본법 제정 이래 3차에 걸린 개정을 해왔으며, 협동조합 중 소상공인협동조합의 경쟁력 강화와 자생력 제고를 위해 정부 및 지자체의 지속적인 경제적, 교육적 지원 노력에도 불구하고 현실은 소상공인협동조합의 영세성과 최근의 COVID-19사태 등 소상공인협동조합의 경제적 활로 개척 등이 쉽지는 않은 실정이다. 본 연구는 기존의 소상공인협동조합 관련 문헌 연구를 기반으로 하여 소상공인 관련 전문가 집단의 FGI를 통해서 소상공인협동조합의 현실적 어려움에 대한 대안적인 정책들을 수립하고자 한다.
