As recent integration of wire and wireless networks and the convergence of telecommunications and broadcasting, uniform and standardized by the broadcasting operators of existing stations to provide 4A(Any-time, Any-where, Any-device, Any-contents) services for the next-generation of multimedia services research is being progressed. Demand for theses next-generation multimedia services to ensure video compression coding technology, as well as mobility, ability to operation a variety of devices, characteristics and performance of user network and the status and conditiion, user preferences and context-awareness based on the technology has an interest in technical studies. In this paper, the current internet environment, SVC(Scalable Video Coding) encoded by a mixture of multicast and overlay multicast transmission technology for broadcasting services by designing and efficient multimedia broadcasting system is proposed. In addition, ACK-Aow Optimization by overlay multicast scheme existing tree-based overlay multicast, and by comparing the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated.
Recent advancements in wireless networks have enabled support for mobile applications to transfer data over heterogeneous wireless paths in parallel using data striping technique [2]. Traditionally, high performance data transfer requires tuning of multiple TCP sockets, at sender's end, based on bandwidth delay product (BDP). Moreover, traditional techniques like Automatic TCP Buffer Tuning (ATBT), which balance memory and fulfill network demand, is designed for wired infrastructure assuming single flow on a single socket. Hence, in this paper we propose a buffer tuning technique at senders end designed to ensure high performance data transfer by striping data at transport layer across heterogeneous wireless paths. Our mechanism has the capability to become a resource management system for transport layer connections running on multi-homed mobile host supporting features for wireless link i.e. mobility, bandwidth fluctuations, link level losses. We show that our proposed mechanism performs better than ATBT, in efficiently utilizing memory and achieving aggregate throughput.

High power impulse magnetron sputtering (HIPIMS), also known as the technology is called peak power density in a short period, you can get high, so high ionization sputtering rate can make. Higher ionization of sputtered species to a variety of coating materials conventional in the field of improving the characteristics and self-assisted ion thin film deposition process, which contributes to a superior being. HIPIMS at the same power, but the deposition speed is slow in comparison with DC disadvantages. Since recently as a replacement for HIPIMS modulated pulse power (MPP) has been developed. This ionization rate of the sputtered species can increase the deposition rate is lowered and at the same time to overcome the problems to be reported. The differences between the MPP and the HIPIMS is a simple single pulse with a HIPIMS whereas, MPP is 3 ms in pulse length is adjustable, with the full set of multi-pulses within the pulse period and the pulse is applied can be micro advantages. In this experiment, $In_2O_3$ : $SnO_2$ composition ratio of 9 : 1 wt% target was used, Ar : $O_2$ flow rate ratio is 4.8 to 13.0% of the rate of deposition was carried out at room temperature. Ar 40 sccm and the flow rate of $O_2$ and then fixed 2 ~ 6 sccm was compared against that. The thickness of the thin film deposition is fixed at 60 nm, when the partial pressure of oxygen at 9.1%, the specific resistance value of $4.565{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}cm$, transmittance 86.6%, mobility $32.29cm^2/Vs$ to obtain the value.
Objective: Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) may experience reduced physical activity and quality of life (QoL) due to decreased pulmonary function. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of pulmonary function, physical activity, and QoL of COPD patients. Design: Cross-sectional observational study. Methods: This study examined the published data of the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in 2015-2019. Among 39,759 subjects who participated for 5 years, data from 151 patients diagnosed with COPD were analyzed separately. For the pulmonary function, the results of forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), FEV6, forced expiratory flow 25-75%, and peak expiratory flow were observed. Physical activity was identified as frequency and duration. For the QoL, EQ-5D-3L evaluation results were examined, and the frequency and index of the Korean version were investigated. Results: In pulmonary function, all variables were found to be lower than age and weighted matched normal values. COPD patients showed to perform very low levels of high/medium physical activity and sitting time was confirmed to be more than 8 hours a day. In QoL, it was found that the highest reporting rate of some problems was the "pain and discomfort" and "mobility". Conclusions: It was found that COPD patients showed that the prevalence of circulatory disease was relatively high, lowered pulmonary function, and QoL. These can be improved through regular physical activity, and it is thought that this can be achieved through optimization of pulmonary rehabilitation.
Diesel particulate matter (DPM) is known to be one of the major harmful emissions produced by diesel engines. The majority of diesel particles are in the range of smaller than $I{\mu}\textrm{m}$. Because of their tiny volume, ultrafine diesel particles contribute very little to the total mass concentration which is currently regulated for automobile emissions. Diesel particles are known to have deleterious effects upon human health because they penetrate human respiratory tract and have negative effects on the health. The measurement of the number distribution of nanometer size particles (nanoparticles) in the diesel exhaust emission is important in order to evaluate their environmental and health impact, and to develop new types of diesel particulate filters. In this study, we directly sampled particulate matters emitted from a diesel truck mounted on the chassis dynamometer by a flow separator and dilution system, and measured the nanoparticles using two types of differential mobility analyzers combined with a Faraday cup electrometer (FCE) and a condensation particle counter (CPC). The particle size distributions were analyzed by changing engine operation condition, i.e. ratio of engine loading. The total number concentration of particles were increased with the engine loading ratio and the nanoparticles (less than 50nm) were affected by hydrocarbon (HC) concentration in the diesel exhaust.
Tin oxides have been studied for various applications such as gas detecting materials, transparent electrodes, transparent devices, and solar cells. p-type SnO is a promising transparent oxide semiconductor because of its high optical transparency and excellent electrical properties. In this study, we fabricated p-type SnO thin film using rf magnetron sputtering with an SnO/Sn composite target; we examined the effects of various oxygen flow rates on the SnO thin films. We fundamentally investigated the structural, optical, and electrical properties of the p-type SnO thin films utilizing X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), UV/Vis spectrometry, and Hall Effect measurement. A p-type SnO thin film of $P_{O2}=3%$ was obtained with > 80% transmittance, carrier concentration of $1.12{\times}10^{18}cm^{-3}$, and mobility of $1.18cm^2V^{-1}s^{-1}$. With increasing of the oxygen partial pressure, electrical conductivity transition from p-type to n-type was observed in the SnO crystal structure.

A performance delivers the contents and feeling through human bodies and stage settings in the limited space of a stage. Among the stage settings, the lighting creates overall atmospheres effectively according to the situations of the performance such as a time flow, a change of seasons, an expression of the mental state of the performer. As the LED lighting is used more widely, the number and the size of the lighting is being decreased, which makes it possible for various devices to be used. However, just as conventional lighting devices, most of them are fixed. So it is difficult to use them at a blind spot and to replace them. To solve this problem, this article suggests a system which replaces lighting automatically and moves. As it can moved to a spot we want on a rail, and the lighting system can be replaced by itself, it can have various lighting effects, increasing the effectiveness of the performance. Additionally, it can also decrease the danger of a worker operating the lighting device located at a high place. At the mock-up experiment, its mobility and stability on a rail were tested using the wheel of the Modular Robot.
The particle formation using pyrolysis has many advantages over other particle manufacturing techniques. The particles by pyrolysis have relatively uniform size and chemical composition. Also, we can easily produce high purity particles. Thus, we studied the formation of silicon particles by pyrolysis of 50% $SiH_4$ gas diluted in Ar gas. A pyrolysis furnace was used for the thermal decomposition of $SiH_4$ gas at $800^{\circ}C$ and atmospheric pressure. The aerosol flow from furnace is separated into two ways. The one is to the Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer (SMPS) for particle size distribution measurement and the other is to the particle deposition system. The produced silicon particles are deposited on the wafer in the deposition chamber. SEM measurement was used to compare the particle size distribution results from the SMPS. Depending on the experimental conditions, particles of high concentration in the $30\sim80$ nm size range were generated.

This paper discusses the development of a personal compact oxygen generator for portable and mobility. The compact oxygen generator is operated with vacuum swing absorption by compact vacuum pump. The components of oxygen generator is composed on the miniaturization and weight reduction, and it is optimized by discharge pump speed, nozzle diameter and 3-way valve interval. In 0.5mm of nozzle diameter, $O_2$ concentration is approximately 37%, and flow rate is $1{\ell}$/min. On the 30cm away from the nozzle, $O_2$ concentration is increased approximately 0.5%.
This paper reports the characteristics of TFTs, formed inside a location-controlled grain: "single-crystalline" Si TFTs (c-Si TFTs). Position of the grains were controlled with a great precision by "${\mu}-Czochralski$ (grain-filter) process". Effects of process parameters, such as, deposition method of gate $SiO_2$, crystallization energy density and position of the channel with respect to the grain filters on TFT characteristics is investigated. It is concluded that the characteristics of TFTs drastically improved by avoiding the grain filter from the channel region. With TFTs having the current-flow direction parallel to radial direction from the grain-filter, electron mobility and subthreshold swing of 600 $cm^2/Vs$ and 0.21 V/dec. respectively are obtained.
