Developing a Virtual Drone Flight Training Contents for Beginner (드론 기초 운항법 교육을 위한 가상드론 트레이닝 콘텐츠 제작)

  • A drone market is growing fast. Nevertheless, basic drone flight training contents are not actively developing or studying. For solving this problem, first, the researcher has studied a method of training basic drone flight skills and analyzed various existing drone training contents. Then, the researcher designed a game via the researched method above that trains drone flight skills. The modern gamepad, like an Xbox controller, was key mapped to operate as a standard drone radio controller. Further research will develop drone training content for specialized purpose fields.

  • With the development of wireless Internet technology and the expansion of the game market, various forms of games are being developed that are mounted on various platforms, including mobile platforms. In this environment, ensuring the immersion of the game user's perspective will secure the game's competitiveness, so it is necessary to increase the immersion by satisfying each area presented by the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) theory. To this end, this high school implemented downhill games and experimented with kiosks by applying an interface that recognizes the human body's movements as a way to secure freedom and immersion of game users.

  • Traditionally, simulation-based learning games which are known as flight-simulators have been constructed as a black-box game. Within a black-box game, game-players can view and modify only a part of model parameters. Game-players cannot change the structure of a simulation model. In a black-box game, game-players cannot understand and learn the system structure which is responsible for the system behavior. In this paper, the multi-tasking at the level of operating systems is exploited to enhance the transparency of simulation-based learning game. The white-box game or transparent-box game allows game-players ot view and modify the model structure. The multi-tasking solution for white-box learning game is implemented with Smalltalk language on MS-/windows operating system.

Performance Analysis of Pursuit-Evasion Game-Based Guidance Laws

  • We propose guidance laws based on a pursuit-evasion game. The game solutions are obtained from a pursuit-evasion game solver developed by the authors. We introduce a direct method to solve planar pursuit-evasion games with control variable constraints in which the game solution is sought by iteration of the update and correction steps. The initial value of the game solution is used for guidance of the evader and the pursuer, and then the pursuit-evasion game is solved again at the next time step. In this respect, the proposed guidance laws are similar to the approach of model predictive control. The proposed guidance method is compared to proportional navigation guidance for a pursuit-evasion scenario in which the evader always tries to maximize the capture time. The capture sets of the two guidance methods are demonstrated.

  • The flight information visualization of the aircraft is the system which is widely used to the threat against low altitude tasks and terrain altitude. But, it is difficult to implement the system because of restrictions that GPS data and huge geographic information should be stored. In this paper, it proposes economic DMM (Digital Moving Map) system for flight information visualization from open-source-base. First, the flight information is transferred from X-Plane through UDP and then demonstrated on the DMM system. In the proposed DMM system, flight information is visualized on the map information downloaded from an ArcGIS Map server using the mapping data between the present altitude of the aircraft and the terrain altitude. The result of this paper could be used an economic tool in the field of flight information visualization and the game algorithm research.

  • The problem of missing child is a social problem. It became a social problem that all parents must consider. These social and public sector issues need urgent improvement. There are many studies on the problem of preventing missing child worldwide as an area of increasing interest. However, in the past, mainly the method of monitoring the position information of the child depending on the equipment was mainly tried. In addition to this method, a method of learning local information is required. In this paper, we propose the game "Save the village," a flight shooting game based on the player's location information and local information. It is expected that it will be possible to learn local information naturally through this game. It is also expected that children will be able to cope with the situation without embarrassing or confusing even in a strange area.

  • The flight simulation the fact that imitates the real situation of flight for the training or boarding experience which manages a same flight equipment with the aircraft in goal. The flight simulation of existing attached importance in the research and development which is limited in the control which is visible and physical relate with the management of the airplane directly. So, the flight simulation applied in various game or simulator etc. But, there were not researches which are actual applies in flight simulation with considers the physiological phenomenon of pilot. Therefore this paper tries the flight simulation which assumes the physiological phenomenon as the blackout and a redout of pilot. In conclusion, predicts a future.

  • Recently, while 3D sports game increases, the research that it recognizes the operation of the real user actively progresses. Most of all, the research about the golf is active. In this paper, the image acquiring in a high-speed CCD camera measures the flight data of the golf ball through the image processing. While photographing, the high-speed camera, using this system, exposes an image at regular intervals. And line scan camera checks whether the golf ball passed or not. After the location information of the calculated golf ball calculates a speed and a direction by using the physical formula, it applies the golf simulation.

  • In this paper, we propose the measurement camera system of flight data of golfball for the application of screen golf contents. The existing flight data extraction system that applied on the screen golf content divided plate is dependent on it. in this paper, the camera system install in the ceiling that is able to look at passing golf ball. And left-handed and left-handed bats in the clear of the restrictions. Using high-speed CCD camera is shooting the ball flying. Acquired image is calculated from the coordinates. The location information of the calculated golf ball calculates a speed and a direction by using the physical formula, it applies the golf contents. After this system is useful sports type contents baseball, soccer, tennis.
