고객 스코어링 방법을 활용한 데이터 통화료 정액제 타겟 모델 개발 (A Target Model Development Applying Scoring Method for Sale of DATA Additional Charge Service Product in a Mobile Telephone Company A)

  • 데이터 통화료 정액제는 일정 정액요금을 지불하고 데이터 통화를 일정액 이상 무료로 이용할 수 있는 데이터 부가 서비스 상품이다. 본 연구에서는 이동통신 A사의 TM에 의한 안심정액제 가입 고객의 모델 스코어를 활용하여 예상 가입가능성과 가입 후 유지가능성을 모두 향상시킬 수 있는 타겟팅 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 타겟 모델을 적용하여 상위 30%를 타겟팅 할 경우 기존의 방법보다 안심정액제 TM 가입률은 15.1% 향상시키고 유지율은 8.2% 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 고객의 성향 및 이용 패턴을 고려하여 고객관계관리(Customer Relationship Management: CRM)의 고객관점에서 고객가치(customer value)를 증대시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라 A사 입장에서도 고객의 불만을 줄이고 고객유지(retention)를 증대시켜 수익성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

생태계 모델을 이용한 갯벌의 수질정화능력 산정 (Estimation of Ability for Water Quality Purification Using Ecological Modeling on Tidal Flat)

  • It has been known that shallow-water regions, such as tidal flats, sea grass and sea weed beds have water purification capability, and they also serve as nursery grounds for many fishes. On the other hand, tidal flat areas are economically attractive sites for reclamation, to be used for developing industries. When developing shallow-water areas, we have to propose a plan to mitigate the environmental impact associated with such a development plan. However, it is difficult to estimate the affects on the ecosystem and water purification, and the literature related to this matter is insufficient. In order to evaluate the ability of coastal tidal flat and to predict the future changes, it is necessary to develop a reliable prediction technique and construction of data by using a field investigation. In this study, we carried out a numerical model test for the tidal flat ecosystem, using the pelagic system and the benthic system, simultaneously, in order to show a change in the tidal flat ecosystem. The flow of nitrogen, phosphorus and carbon has been identified as a primary consideration of marine ecosystem components, and the capability of water purification and the change of the tidal flat were predicted using this flow. In order to make a more reliable prediction, a field investigation to determine tide, current and creatures of the object coastal area has been done. The purification capability of this shallow-water region is estimated from the model results. According to the results of experiments, the tidal flat has a capability of water purification (Sink) of 11mgN/m2/day, but the other area has a load (Source) of 20mgN/m2/day. As a result, we could confirm that the tidal flat of an object coastal area plays an important role in water purification.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure and use change of the private space according to the balcony expansion and use it as the data of plan design. According to Bay, front length/width ratio and the change of balcony space before and after expansion of space organization of house units were analyzed. Common characteristics of Flat type and Tower type are an increase of the frontage length of house units in an apartment, an increase of the number of front bay, and an increase of integrated LDK focusing on living room. A difference is that Flat type shows high frontage ratio, Bay figure, and spatial arrangement favorable to front openness and lighting. Flat type shows higher area distribution than Tower type in LDK area distribution located in at the plane center. Spatial expandability and visual openness of Flat type are more beneficial than those of Tower type in the planning, and a balcony extension of house units has developed to direction to open more. Tower type creates various block images through a combination of house units focusing on the core. Uses after balcony expansion are area expansion of a balcony-neighboring room, storage space, expansion and function improvement of the variable range, and specialized space different from a neighboring room. In addition, there is no escapable space except for a shelter, so unit plan should be prepared to prevent using it other space of a shelter and to solve moving line of two-way horizontal refuge and vertical refuge.

Simulation and design of individual neutron dosimeter and optimization of energy response using an array of semiconductor sensors

  • Many researches have been done to develop and improve the performance of personal (individual) dosimeter response to cover a wide of neutron energy range (from thermal to fast). Depending on the individual category of the dosimeter, the semiconductor sensor has been used to simplify and lightweight. In this plan, it's very important to have a fairly accurate counting of doses rate in different energies. With a general design and single-sensor simulations, all optimal thicknesses have been extracted. The performance of the simulation scheme has been compared with the commercial and laboratory samples in the world. Due to the deviation of all dosimeters with a flat energy response, in this paper, has been used an idea of one semi-conductor sensor to have the flat energy-response in the entire neutron energy range. Finally, by analyzing of the sensors data as arrays for the first time, we have reached a nearly flat and acceptable energy-response. Also a comparison has been made between Lucite-PMMA ($H_5C_5O_2$) and polyethylene-PE ($CH_2$) as a radiator and $B_4C$ has been studied as absorbent. Moreover, in this paper, the effect of gamma dose in the dosimeter has been investigated and shown around the standard has not been exceeded.

UPDATES OF IRC IMAGING TOOLKIT AND DATA ARCHIVE

  • We have been working on data processing and calibration of AKARI/IRC images from pointed observations. As of September 2014, a data package for each pointing only contains raw data and quick-look data, so that users have to process them using the toolkit by themselves. We plan to change this situation and to provide science-ready data sets, which are easy-to-use for non-AKARI experts. For Phase 1&2, we have updated dark and flat calibrations, and also the toolkit itself to produce images more reliable and easier to use. A new data package includes fully calibrated images with WCS information. We released it for about 4000 pointings at the end of March 2015.

SIMOD 기법을 이용한 분포형 침수 추적 기법 개발 (Development of distributed inundation routing method using SIMOD method)

  • 기후변화로 인한 강수량의 변화는 국지적이고 집중적인 강우를 유발하게 되었고 이로 인하여 외수범람에 의한 제내지 침수로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 제내지의 침수로 인한 피해를 예측하기위한 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 하천제방의 파쇄로 인한 홍수량이 제내지에서 어떤 경로로 침수-확산되는지를 파악하기 위하여 홍수의 침수경로를 모의할 수 있는 분포형홍수범람모형인 SIMOD(Simplified Inundation MODel)를 개발하였다. 침수경로를 모의하기 위하여 홍수가 발생된 시점에서 그리드화 된 주변 격자로의 홍수전의를 위하여 주변 격자와의 경사를 이용하여 차등 분배하는 다중흐름방향법(Multi Direction Method, MDM)과, 하나의 낮은 고도의 격자에서 수위가 높아져 인접한 격자보다 수위가 증가하면 그 수위는 인접 격자들과 균등해 진다는 가정인 평수가정법(Flat-Water Assumption, FWA)을 적용하였다. 모형의 평가를 위하여 가상시나리오를 설정하여 대상지역에서 시간에 따른 침수범위를 산정하였다. SIMOD는 지형도와 유입홍수량의 간단한 입력자료를 이용하기 때문에 모의시간을 현저하게 단축시킬 수 있으며 강우-유출 모형 또는 제방붕괴 모형 등을 통해서 유입되는 홍수량만 파악을 할 수 있다면 수 분 내에 결과를 예측할 수 있다. 따라서 EAP(Emergency Action Plan)과 같은 침수로 인한 대피계획을 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

서천갯벌 습지보호지역의 염생식물상과 식생 (Halophytes and Vegetation of Seocheon Tidal Flat Wetland Conservation Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the raw data for management and conservation of tidal flat by objective surveying and analysing the halophytes and vegetation distributed in Seocheon tidal flat wetland conservation area, Korea. The results are as follows. The numbers of halophytes in this site were summarized as 27 taxa including 13 families, 21 genera, 26 species and 1 variety. In the results of ecologically important species, rare plant was 1 taxa, 10 taxa of the specific plants by floristic region, 1 taxa of naturalized plant and 1 taxa of the plant with approval for delivering oversea. The life form spectrum consisted of therophytes(44.4%), hemicryptophytes(25.9%), geophytes(14.8%), nanophanerophytes(7.5%), chamaephytes and hydatophytes(each 3.7%). The types of vegetation of Seocheon tidal flat wetland conservation area were classified with 17 communities including Vitex rotundifolia community, Suaeda maritima community, Calystegia soldanella community and so forth. In the halophytes composition, section C and E-1 had the largest character species and companion species. In the results of vegetation amount, section C, D, E-1 and E-2 were the highest score, on the other hand, section A and B were the lowest. The final rating was calculated by adding up values of two factors, and section C and E-1 had the highest rating of II. In future, we will survey the whole flora in Seocheon tidal flat, we will offer the help to establishing the conservation plan of coastal plant ecosystem in West Sea.

원격탐사 자료로부터 해안선 추출에 의한 조간대 DEM 생성 (Intertidal DEM Generation Using Waterline Extracted from Remotely Sensed Data)

  • 조간대의 지형은 연안의 동력학적 작용에 의하여 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 이와 같은 조간대의 지형적인 변화를 정량적으로 관측하는 것은 퇴적학적 연구뿐만 아니라 연안역 통합관리 측면에서도 매우 중요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 측선을 따라 얻어진 측량자료와 비교적 단기간에 걸쳐 얻어진 광학 및 마이크로파 원격탐사 자료로부터 얻어진 수륙경계선을 이용하여 조간대 DEM을 구하는 것이다. 이 연구에서의 수륙경계선(혹은 해안선)은 해수와 노출된 조간대의 경계선으로 정의된다. 즉 수륙경계선은 특정한 상황의 조간대에서의 등고선을 의미하며, 따라서 이와 같은 방법으로 넓은 지역의 DEM을 구할 수 있다. SAR 자료의 경우는 스펙클의 영향뿐만 아니라 해수와 노출된 조간대에서 반사된 신호와의 강도가 매우 유사한 관계로 수륙경계선을 구하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 SAR 영상과 더불어 상관관계도(coherence map)에 MSP-RoA 경계면 추출기법을 적용하여 수륙경계선을 추출하였다. 여러 개의 영상자료로부터 얻어진 수륙경계선은 내삽과정을 거쳐 최종적인 DEM을 형성하게 된다. 이 연구에서는 곰소만 지역에 이 방법을 적용하여 정밀도가 비교적 높은 DEM을 얻을 수 있었다.

경남지역 신축 농가주택과 표준주택안의 건축적 특성에 관한 비교연구 (A comparative study on the architectural characterictics of the recently constructed houses in Kyongsangnam-do with standard housing plan)

  • The aim of this study is to offer the basic data concerning the architectural characteristics of the recently constructed farmhouses built by the residents’ self-planning after 1987, compared with the standard housing plan, for the desirable farmhouse planning. The 77 farmhouses, scattered in Milyang-gun, Yangsan-gun and Ulsan-gun near Ulsan city, were selected for the field measurement and the data, compared with the 14 standard housing plans, were analysed by the qualitative method. The farmhouses studied here showed average size of 25-pyongs(82.5m2) and took the flat slab type of roof by the masonry construction of the red blicks. The characteristics in planning were \circled1 the Anbang placed adjacent above the living room, \circled2 a pare of double-sliding doers for the Anbang. \circled3 a pare of double-sliding doors between the living room and the yard for the openness of the living room, \circled4 a door between the living room and the kitchen, \circled5 the multiuse-room by the kicthen for supplemental use, and \circled6 the storage space as attics secured indoor. The standard housing plans, different from these of the recently constructed farmhouses, placed emphasis on the separativeness of each space using the one hinged doors. The farmhouses built recently therefore were not affected by the characteristics of the standard housing plans.

작업환경측정 적정 비용지원율 수준으로의 조정 방안 (Adjustment of the Appropriate Cost Support Rate for Measuring the Working Environment)

  • Objectives: An appropriate level of cost support is being proposed to maximize the participation rate. In addition, as the amount of support is highly concentrated at the level of the limit under the current level of supports, the level of cost support is low when the actual level of cost of measuring the working environment exceeds the limit. This paper describes the adjustment of an appropriate cost support rate. Methods: First, this paper analyzes the current cost support status using data from the KOSHA. Second, an alternative for adjusting the cost support rate is presented in consideration of the incentive aspect. Third, we present simulation results for the average cost support rate, the impact of each alternative on finance, and more. Fourth, the most desirable adjustment method is presented after comparing and analyzing the results of various alternatives. Results: In this paper, we present a new scale model. This model is a mixture of flat-rate, fixed rate, and subside cap. It is expected that the new model will not only facilitate participation in businesses with low measurement costs, but also have the effect of controlling measurement costs for institutions that incur greater costs. It is also expected that setting a cap will have the effect of considering government finances and inducing excessively costly institutions to reduce costs. Thus, the new model is likely to be superior to others. If the fourth plan is applied to new businesses and the fifth plan is applied to sustainable businesses, the average cost support rates will be 87.68 percent and 65.18 percent, respectively, and the needed finances will be 2.5 billion won, 18.8 billion won, and 21.3 billion won in total. Conclusions: It seems most desirable to introduce a new model that combines flat-rate, fixed-rate, and subsidy cap systems and achieve an appropriate cost support rate through this model.
