잡 크래프팅이 개인-직무 부합과 직장만족에 미치는 영향: LCC 항공사 지상직 직원을 대상으로 (Impact of Job Crafting on Person-Job Fit and Job Satisfaction: LCC Airline Ground Staff)

  • 본 연구는 LCC (Low cost carrier) 항공사 지상직 직원들의 잡 크래프팅이 개인-직무 부합과 직장만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 잡 크래프팅과 개인-직무 부합, 직장 만족에 대한 개념을 정리하고 관계를 파악하여 잡 크래프팅이 항공사 지상직 직원에게 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 인천국제공항에 근무하는 공항 지상직 직원들 중 LCC 항공사 지상직 직원을 대상으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 잡 크래프팅의 하위 요소인 과업 크래프팅, 인지 크래프팅, 관계 크래프팅 중 인지 크래프팅만이 개인-직무 부합에 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-직무 부합은 직장 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

연령과 체형에 따른 성인 남성의 기성복 맞음새 만족도 조사 (Survey on the Adult Males' Satisfaction Level with the Fit of Ready-made Suits by the Age and Body Type)

  • This study aims to survey the satisfaction level with the fit of ready-made suits(jackets and pants) among adult males and thereby to show its differences by the age group and body type. The respondents to the questionnaire survey were 465 males, aged 20 through 59 years. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The average satisfaction level for the fit of each item ranged from 2.65 to 3.57, with the higher level found in jackets than in pants, and also in circumference parts than in length parts 2. The satisfaction level for the fit by the age of adult males showed inter-group differences in the parts of jacket length, sleeve length, shoulder width, sleeve openings, and sleeve band width for jackets; and pant length of pants. 3. The satisfaction level for the fit by the body type of adult males indicated into-group differences in chest circumference of jackets only. 4. The satisfaction level for the fit, with the exclusion of the age and body type relationship showed that adult males are affected more by the age than by the body type. 5. In the repair frequency by the item, pants(45.6%) showed a higher level than jackets(24.7%). The parts with a high repair level by the item were jacket length(8.4%) and steeve length(19.8%) for jackets; and pant length(42.4%) and waist circumference(8.4%) for pants.

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the empirical cause-effect relationships among business ethical values and person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance within family restaurants and feeding facilities. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 459 restaurant employees. The SPSS and Amos programs were then applied to the data to perform frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and SEM analyses. The primary results are as follows. First, business ethical values had a significant positive effect on person-organization fit. Second, person-organization fit had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and a significant negative effect on turnover intent. Third, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and turnover intent had a significant negative effect, on organizational performance. Finally, upon verifying the possible direct and indirect effects of business ethical values within family restaurants and feeding facilities, it was determined that the ethical values had significant direct and indirect effects on person-organization fit, job satisfaction, turnover intent, and organizational performance. These findings have various implications. For example, an improved in-house ethical working environment leads to greaterperson-organization fit, and having employees that feel there is better in-house ethical reliability leads to greater consistency between personal and organizational values, resulting in higher job satisfaction and ultimately organizational performance.

의복설계를 위한 비만여성의 기성복 만족도 (Satisfaction with the Somatotype & Fit of Overweight Women's Ready-to-wear)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the somatotype variation & satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear for overweight women. For this study, questionnaires were administered to 154 overweight women in Andong & Daegu areas. Employing a sample of 116 data were analyzed by using F-test. And 10 overweight women's brands were analyzed for sizing system of women's ready-to-wear. The results were as follows: In the satisfaction with the somatotype variation of overweight women, length items increased and girth items decreased with aging. At neck, bust, waist, hip and sleeve circumferences, satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear decreased with aging. Correlation for somatotype variation & satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear was significantly positive. And main sizing system of overweight women' s ready-to-wear brands was size 99 & 105 cm(bust)-90 cm (waist)-110 cm(hip), and its sizing intervals was almost existed in range of 5 cm-7 cm. There were various sizing systems in overweight women's ready-to-wear brands, and it raised a problem of consumer's dissatisfaction.

노년기 남성의 의복디자인 선호도 및 치수적합에 대한 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Clothing Design Preference & Satisfaction with the Fit of Ready-to-Wear Clothing for Older Men)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate clothing design preference (style, color, fabric print, kinds of fabrics) & satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear clothing for older Men. For this study, the questionnaires were administered to 650 older men in seoul from June to August, 1998. Employing a sample of 504 data were analyzed by mean, frequency and percent. With respect to clothing design preference, they prefer suit the style of outdoor clothing on going-out. On distinguish clothing into formal wear & casual wear, the color preference due to seasons has difference in spring clothing. Regarding the degree of fabric pattern preference, nonpattern single color fabric has occupied in formal wear, pattern in casual wear. Regarding the degree of fabric preference, they take a serious view of shape preservation in formal wear, utility (washing, sweat absorption) in causal wear. Suit has the lowest satisfaction in the fit of ready-to-wear clothing. Sleeve length the lowest in the degree of satisfaction for each part.

3D 바디 스캐닝을 활용한 20~30대 남성의 자켓 맞음새 만족도 (Research on jacket-fit satisfaction among men in their 20s and 30s using 3D body scanning)

  • The study purpose was to investigate the jacket-fit satisfaction level of men in their 20s and 30s, using body-scanning data and a questionnaire. Thirty-five men were scanned using a 3D body scanner. The participants were divided into three groups (Small, Medium, and Large) based on their chest-circumference measurement. Their levels of satisfaction with the fit of their tailored jacket were compared by group. Chest, waist, and hip circumferences increased substantially as group size increased. The M-group was mostly satisfied with all body-site views. The S-group was especially dissatisfied with height, back width, waist circumference, and upper-arm circumference. The L-group was especially dissatisfied with waist circumference and hip circumference. The majority of the participants preferred the jacket closely fitted to their body. More than half of the participants thought finding a jacket of suitable size was difficult. When purchasing ready-to-wear jackets, the S-group and the M-group considered shoulder width important, while the L-group considered chest circumference the most important area. When evaluating the fit of ready-to-wear jackets, the L-group evaluated chest circumference, back width, and waist circumference as poor fits. The M-group evaluated sleeve length and shoulder width as poor fits, and the S-group agreed with respect to sleeve length. Body-satisfaction levels and matching jacket-satisfaction levels differed by body-size group, as did areas that need improvement. The conclusion is that size-group analysis using 3D body scanning can be utilized effectively for jacket-fit analysis. The findings of the current study can be applied to improving jacket fit among young male consumers.

미국 직수입 의류 브랜드와 제품에 대한 구매 행동과 맞음새 만족도 조사 - 20대 한국 여대생을 대상으로 - (A Study on Purchasing Behavior and Fit Satisfaction on the Direct Imported-U.S. Apparel Brand and Products - Focusing on Korean Female University Students in 20s -)

  • As directly imported apparel brands are actively entering the domestic market, studies of the marketing aspects of these imported apparel products and their overall consumption trend have been done. However, studies of whether are not the directly imported apparel products provide Korean consumers with an appropriate fit are not as common. Therefore, this study investigates the satisfaction with and problems associated with the fit along with the recognition of and preference for directly imported US apparel brands. 100 female college students who purchased directly imported US apparel brands participated in a survey. The results of this survey showed that their recognition of, preference for, possession rate of and satisfaction with the directly imported US apparel brands tend to be high. The major purchasing motivations were the excellent 'design' and 'color' of the products. The subjects reported that they were satisfied with the quality of 'materials' and 'sewing condition'. However, they were not satisfied with the 'comfort' or the 'size'. Their level of satisfaction with the fit of these products differed depending on the specific item. Their level of satisfaction with the fit of T-shirts and knits was high, whereas the level for pants was relatively low. They complained mostly about the sleeve length and garment length of upper-body garments and coats. They were not satisfied with how the pants fit. The areas of dissatisfaction regarding the pants were the waist girth, the crotch length and the pants length.

직업활동 참여노인의 개인-환경 적합성과 업무 스트레스 및 만족도 : 자아효능감의 조절효과 (Person-Environment Fit, Work Stress and Satisfaction of Elderly People under Participation in Job Activities : Moderating Effects of Self-Efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 직업활동 참여노인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 개인-환경 적합성, 업무 스트레스 및 만족도의 차이를 분석하고, 개인-환경 적합성(개인-직무, 조직, 동료 적합성)과 업무 스트레스 및 만족도의 영향관계와 자아효능감의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 설문조사는 서울 지역에서 택시운전기사로 직업활동에 참여하고 있는 60세 이상의 남성을 대상으로 2013년 2월 15일에서 3월 20일까지 실시하였고, 총 358부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 개인-환경 적합성, 업무 스트레스 및 만족도에 부분적인 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 개인-환경 적합성은 업무 스트레스에는 부(-)적 영향을 준데 반해, 업무 만족도에는 정(+)적 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 자아효능감은 개인-조직 적합성과 업무 스트레스의 관계에서 조절효과를 지닌 것으로 분석되었다.

임금근로자의 직무적합도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향: 일 만족도의 매개효과 (The Effect of Job Fit on Life Satisfaction of Wage Workers : Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 임금근로자의 직무적합도가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 일 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 분석을 위해 한국노동패널조사(Korean Labor and Income Panel Study) 23차년도(2020년) 자료를 활용하였고 그 중 임금근로자 7,202명을 표본으로 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 상관분석을 실시하였고 PROCESS MACRO 4 프로그램으로 매개효과를 검증했다. 간접효과의 유의성은 Bootstrapp 기법으로 분석했다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 임금근로자의 직무적합도는 생활만족도를 향상시키는 것으로 확인됐다. 둘째, 직무적합도와 생활만족도의 관계에서 일 만족도는 완전매개효과를 보이고 있다. 연구결과에 근거해서 임금근로자의 생활만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 개입 방안들을 논의하였다.

중년여성 기성복 하의의 착용실태 및 맞음새에 관한 연구 -만 34세에서 59세까지- (A Study on the Actual Wearing Conditions and Fit Preferences of the Middle-Aged Women's Ready-to-Wear Lower Body Clothing - For women aged 34 to 59-)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the actual wearing conditions and body fit preferences of the middle-aged women's ready-to-wear lower body clothing. The aim was also to analyze lower body recognition, lower body satisfaction, fit preferences and size satisfaction according to age and degree of girth size. A questionnaire was developed and administered to 300 middle-aged women aged 34 to 59. Statistical tests such as descriptive analysis, crosstabs, and X²-tests were conducted to analyze the data and ascertain the differences between the ages. Lower body satisfaction and recognition were compared by T-test. Also, Anova was used to analyze lower body recognition, satisfaction, fit preferences, and size satisfaction according to age and degrees of girth size. The results indicated that women aged 50 to 59 were more dissatisfied with the ready-to-wear sizing system and because of their body shapes had changed, their need for a larger size range system had also increased. Moreover, the element that most affected their purchase of ready-to-wear lower body clothing was the design followed by the size. The women, especially of the ages 50 to 59, showed a tendency to he dissatisfied with their lower bodies and they recognized that their lower bodies had thickened compared to women aged 34 to 39 and 40 to 49. Analysis of body satisfaction, recognition, and fit preference according to girth size showed that the group of larger girth size recognized that their lower bodies were thicker and were more dissatisfied and preferred looser fittings than the groups of smaller women.
