  • Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries start school at 1997 and 10 for 2,066 people graduate and is becoming the help in youth agriculture and fishery manager education. But recently according to industrial functional staff institutional abolition policy of the government is forecast with the fact that will have a failure to agriculture and fishery manager education. Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries was founded for a succession agriculture and fishery manager education. When but while attending military service is under and the education which is continuous is difficult. When after college graduating the reeducation for the agriculture which goes to the military service is necessary. Also Part of the graduate can not participate to agriculture and fishery. This is consistency lack of governmental policy and there is worry which will be criticized. According to FTA agreements the damage is forecast in agriculture and Fisheries. Also prevents the instability of the food supply and which follows in global environment change, respects the stable supply of the foodstuffs which is safe from the agriculture and Fisheries support of the nation is necessary. Consequently proposed the military service substitution institutional plan for the agriculture fishery successor.

근해통발어업 임금지급방식의 문제점에 관한 연구 - 선급금 지급 관행을 중심으로 - (A Study on Problems of Wage Payment Manner in Offshore Trap Fishery - Focused on Advance Payment Practice -)

  • Offshore trap fishery managers have payed in advance to attract excellent fishing crew in the minium grantee lay system. This practice can intensify competition among fishery management bodies and increase the burden of fishery manager about income tax and four social insurance programs. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of advance payment practice in terms of fishery manager in offshore trap fishery. The main results of this study are as follows. First, under the TYPE 1 model, which is the current wage payment manner, there is a risk that fishery manager will not able to return the prepayment paid in advance when the income of fishery management bodies decrease. Second, the TYPE 2 or the TYPE 3 model which reduces or abolishes advance payment can alleviate the burden of fishery manager relative to the deduction of redemption amount, incentive to induce artificial expenses, income tax and four social insurance programs. In conclusion, advance payment practice in offshore trap fishery is placing a heavy burden on the fishery manager. In order to solve these problems in the future, we need to find solutions through similar case studies.

선박 의약품 관리 및 의료관리자 교육 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Ship's Medication and Medical Manager Education Program)

  • The medical manager has taken charge of medical care on board ship. However the domestic and international regulations concerning the qualifications and education of medical manger are primarily focused on first aid, aspect nursing, etc. There are no education contents on medicine. The purpose of this research is to identify the problems of ship's medication and medical manager education system, and propose the some improvements. The first is to expand the education on medicine and medical devices in the range of 3-4 hours. The second is to amend the national and international regulations to include education on medicine and medication. The third is to improve the ships and vessels medicine management system to systematically manage the medicines supplied to the vessels.

  • This study was carried to devise comprehensive policies for systematically fostering the eligible farmers in Korea based on their vocational developing stages such as potential stage in juvenile days, preparing stage in agricultural schools and colleges, farm worker stage under farm manager, ownership farming stage and professional farm manager stage. Of course all of these developing stages are not necessary but desirable processing to be a good farmer. At least more than two stages are necessary to be a professional farm manager. In order to systematically foster the eligible farmers as many as demanded in Korea, appropriate policies in the every stage should be devised. As the result of this study, several programs were sugested as the appropriate policies such as development of school 4-H program in potential stage, scholarship program in preparing stage, supporting programs for the farmhouse-hold having a family's farm management agreement, development of the instalment savings program for the young farm workers and farmer's certificate program, etc.

  • This study is about the solution to solve the problem - aging of fisheries worker and exodus of young adult from fisheries. We tried to find out internal improvements which are necessary for overcoming issues. After that, research about inducements and institutional improvements to drive internal improvements has done. and Current policies of Korea for securing workforce in fisheries were examined especially for Gyeongsangnam-do by literature investigation and survey The main purpose of this study is, problems of policy in order to secure Fisheries managers, identify practical obstacle and the activities and management activities performance of training education. and it is to provide evidence to policy improvement. To achieve the purpose of this study, conducted studies are as below. This study is to investigate the educational performance of Fisheries managers and its impact on their business performance using SEM and SEM-Moderate-effect. In terms of the amount of impact on business performance, the level of educational achievement and management activity outcomes had the most impact followed by excellence of educational condition and programs distinction. Therefore, in order to inspire the motivation for learning and communicate the importance of such education to Fisheries communities, there is a need to introduce a variety of methods, professional facilities. The purpose of this research is to define the problems of the Fisheries Census of Korea and to make better policies for improvement. In order to complete the purpose, the research team has firstly conducted a survey in the six regions to reinvestigate the yes or no for accuracy of the primary data related to the Fisheries Census. Moreover, the team has defined the problems of the Fisheries Census through conducting a survey for the experts and users of the fisheries statistics. Also, the team has derived the short/long term improvement of Fisheries Census through out this survey.

  • The "admission officer system" of the Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries does the school life records (50%), a engaging in agriculture and fishery base (33.3%) and an interview (16.7%) with typical element and selects the freshmen. The system of admission officer the instance of domestic and the foreign nation university is suitable in founding goal of the Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries which agriculture and fishery manager education. Also the selection of the well rounded student there is character and an aptitude to agriculture and fishery is possible. Also the agriculture and fishery high school curriculum and connectedness of our college between could be strengthened. Consequently the Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries was investigated with the fact that the "admission officer system" is necessary

우리나라 수산업의 유망직종 예측과 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Prediction and Development of Prospective Fisheries-Related Jobs in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore new fisheries-related jobs in the future. The study is based on a thorough literature review and in-depth interviews with experts in the fisheries industry. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, new fisheries-related jobs that surpass the fitness rating of 90% and earn more than 3 on the prospect scale are expected to be found mostly in professional fishery sectors. In the production and processing sectors, fishery quality control manager, marine product cooks, and raw fish cooks looked most promising. In the fishery marketing and distribution section, on the other hand, marine tour consultants, marine product distribution consultants, underwater guides, online marine product traders, marine sports consultants, and marine safety specialists ranked high on the list.

  • 국내에서는 해양오염을 예방하기 위하여 해양오염방지관리인 제도를 운영하고 있다. 국적 선박의 증가와 해양환경관리법의 시행으로 인하여 선박 오염방지관리인 교육 제도에 변화가 예상된다. 2011년부터는 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정을 해양환경관리공단에서 운영하기 때문에 교육 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 교육계획을 수립하여야 한다. 선박 해양오염방지관리인의 교육 현황을 알아보고 교육수요에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요요인을 분석하였다. 현재 한국해양수산연수원에서 시행하고 있는 선박 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정은 정규과정의 경우 3일간 21시간, 재교육의 경우 2일간 18시간, 유해액체물질 교육의 경우 2일간 17시간 교육하고 있다. 2008년의 연간 교육생 숫자는 정규과정의 경우 516명, 재교육과정의 경우 1085명, 유해액체물질 교육과정의 경우 135명이었다. 선박의 증가율이 선박의 해양오염방지관리인수에 영향을 미치는 주요변수로 나타남에 따라 연도별 예상선박발주량을 근거로 선박의 오염방지관리인수를 전망하였으나, 해운시황 변화, 조선 산업 변동 등의 주요요인에 따라 크게 변할 수 있다.

  • 해양시설의 다양화, 해양환경관리업의 활성화, 해양환경관리법의 시행 둥으로 인하여 해양오염방지관리인 교육 제도에도 변화가 예상된다. 2011년부터는 해양오염방지관리인 교육과정을 해양환경관리공단에서 운영하기 때문에 교육 수요에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 교육계획을 수립하여야 한다. 해양시설 해양오염방지관리인의 교육수요에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 주요요인을 살펴본 결과, 해양시설의 증가 및 해양환경관리업의 성장이 해양시설 해양오염방지관리인 교육생수에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
