The influences of the characteristics of internet shopping malls and the traits and purchase intent of users involved in E-commerce

  • This study is designed to collaboratively investigate the influences of the characteristics of Internet shopping malls and the shopping traits of their users involved in e-commerce on shopping intention. With this in mind, the researchers take a look at the influences of such features of shopping malls on the web as the quality of the system, customer-support service, shopping-mall perception and security, the users' propensity to pursue pleasure and pragmatic interest on shopping intention. The study shows that all the variables suggested here have an influence on the purchase intent of Internet shopping-mall users. That is, this study cannot analyze how the purchase intent of the customers with regard to the features of Internet shopping malls has changed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct procedural researches taking longitudinal studies into consideration.

소상공인 지원제도가 경남지역 소상공인 경영성과에 미치는 영향 (A study on the Effects of Small Business Managerial Performance with Small Business Support Systems in Gyeongnam)

  • 최근 청년 세대의 취업률 하락과 직장에서의 조기퇴직 등의 영향으로 소상공인 창업 시장의 경쟁이 과열되고 있다. 또한 부동산 부양 정책 등과 맞물려 국가의 가계부채가 1,200조를 넘어선 가운데, 소상공인 창업 실패비용도 한 영역을 차지하고 있다. 위와 같은 이유로 소상공인에 대한 정부의 지원이 다양한 차원에서 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 이중 소상공인시장진흥공단이 지원하는 제도 중 자금지원제도, 교육지원제도, 컨설팅지원제도가 소상공인의 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 소상공인 지원제도와 경영성과 간의 영향을 검증하기 위해 2013년 1월부터 2015년 10월 까지 위의 세 분야에 포함되는 소상공인 지원제도를 이용한 경남지역 내 소상공인 272명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통한 소상공인 지원제도와 경영성과 간의 유의적인 관계를 조사하였다. 또한, 각 지원제도별 이용 빈도, 이용 후 만족도 등을 조사하였으며, 추가적으로 각 지원제도를 이용하는 소상공인들의 특성을 창업동기, 창업형태, 아이템, 업종 경력, 종업원 수, 매출액 및 인구통계학적 측면에서 분석하였다. 분석결과, 자금지원제도와 컨설팅지원제도는 소상공인 지원제도를 이용한 경우에 경영성과가 높게 나타났다. 그러나 교육지원제도는 해당 제도를 이용하지 않은 경우 경영성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 검증하기 위해, 교육지원제도를 이용한 대상자들을 분석, 교육지원제도와 경영성과는 운영경력과 유의성이 있음을 확인할 수 있어 성장 단계별 지원이 이루어져야 함을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 창업 시장에 진입한 소상공인 및 정책 입안 담당자에게 도움이 되고자 수행하였으며, 향후 본 연구를 수행하며 도출한 결과 및 한계점을 분석하여 차기 연구를 수행하는데 중요한 참고사항으로 활용하고자 한다.

도시지역 노인을 위한 무료 급식시설의 급식 서어비스 현황조사 (Free congregate site meal service systems for elderly at urban area)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine current foodservice management practices at free congregate meal service for elderly people. Forty seven meal service centers as well as randomly selected Seoul and Kyunggido area were surveyed and interviewed and results were summarized as follows: The cost of each meal(lunch) was ranged from 1,300 won to 1,500 won and 68% of target centers were severed over 100 meals per day. Meal time for lunch begins from 10:30 am to 12:00 because great portion of elderly didn't take breakfast frequently. 52.3% of centers severed meal 5 times per week, just weekdays. 21.3% of centers employeed dietitian, 63.8% of center employeed cook. 95.7% of center were supported labor force by volunteers. Volunteer was important contribution to free meal service. Utilizing the labor force more effectively is thus a major challenge facing manager in each center. Ideal supporting system of free foodstuff, foodbank was still minor source of securing foodstuff. Most of centers(46 centers)served lunch, only one of them served breakfast and lunch. Government was the major financial sponsor, the second of them was religious organization. The large portions of financial support provided only food cost of total meal service budget. Most of center adapted self-service system. Standardized recipes were not developed and meal preparation was controlled under the experience of volunteers. Recording system of nutrition management, production control, storage and inventory control was not adapted by most of sites. It is suggested that in order to meet the change of the patterns of social and family structure, the service of the center should be offended in urban area and it is necessary to develop systematic management models for the center. It was suggested that not only financial support but also systematical support on management by the local government may be necessary to meet the goal of supply nutritionally balanced food at center.

고령층 친화적 디지털 금융환경 조성 가이드라인연구 (A study on Guidelines for creating a Senior-friendly Digital financial environment)

  • 이 연구는 갈수록 늘어가는 고령층이 디지털 금융을 원활히 사용할 수 있도록 하는 가이드를 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 선행 연구를 통해 고령층 및 디지털 금융에 대한 정의 등을 알아보고 디지털 금융과 관련한 고령층 지원 제도 등을 검토하였다. 고령층 디지털 금융 지원 제도의 경우 해외와 국내 현황을 비교 검토하여 이의 시사점을 도출하였으며, 기술적 측면에서의 해외 관련 기관 및 민간 기업이 시행하고 있는 고령친화 디지털 가이드 사례를 제도를 제시하였다. 가이드 개발을 위하여 국내 고령자들의 디지털 금융 활용 사례를 실측을 통해 검토하여 사용상의 불편과 이를 개선하기 위한 필요 사항 등을 도출하여 디지털 금융의 제도적 가이드에 필요한 보완사항을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 선행연구 및 사례와 고령층 실측 결과를 바탕으로 ISO 표준안 중 고령층 지원 표준을 바탕으로 고령자 디지털 금융앱에 필요한 총 10개의 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 이번 연구는 늘어가는 고령층의 원활한 디지털 금융사용을 위한 가이드를 제공하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있으며, 이를 통한 제도 개선 및 금융시장에서의 적용이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

창업 프로세스를 지원하는 온라인 창업 교육 시스템 수용 의도 연구 (The Acceptance Intention of Online Start-up Education Systems for Start-up Process)

  • Recently, the start-up firms have been under the spotlight because they can create many jobs and are regarded as the growth engine of a country in the fourth industrial revolution. Moreover, after the global financial debacle, many countries emphasize on an entrepreneurial spirit and venture firms. they also pay attention to the importance of educations to promote the start-up firms. In this work, based on technology acceptance model, we try to identify the main factors of accepting online start-up education system. We first defined this system as the online start-up education system which refers to a system to support learning for knowledge, experiences and overall process of start-up firms' tasks. This system also simulates tasks related with prep-entrepreneur so that can be regarded as a kind of decision support systems. As this system has some characteristics, we confirmed some factors of extended technology acceptance model. In our experiments, we find that the perceived ease of use and trust are main factors of acceptance for the online start-up education systems. These results mean that the system should be made to be easy and trustful for their users. Therefore, we expect that this work will be helpful to researchers and developers who consider start-up education systems and provide a way to activate founding start-up firms.

전략적지향성이 녹색경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects on the Strategic Orientation for the Green Management Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to present that the strategic orientation affects on the green management performance. In order to carry out this research, the samples are reviewed and the ten hypotheses are verified reliably and appropriately. The results of the verification are summarized as follows: First, strategic directivity affects on the green management performance significantly. Second, two factors of the strategic directivity, customer orientation and technology orientation affect on the green performance relatively high. Finally, the two elements of the strategic orientation, competitive orientation and technology orientation affect on the financial performance significantly. In conclusion, this study shows all of the factors of the strategic orientation affect on the green management. In order to get the effective green management, education programs should be conducted by social support systems.

지방중소기업의 정보화 현황과 정보화수준에 따른 기업성과 (An Empirical Study to Examine the Relationship between the Level of Information Systems and the Business Performance of the Local Small Business Firms)

  • This study is intended to suggest an ideal direction of the information systems policy for the local small business firms. In an effort to accomplish this objective, this paper tried to identify the current states of the information systems and measure the level of the information systems of local small business firms based on the maturity stage and the development level. The study then explored the evidence how the maturity stage and the development level affect the business performance of the local small business firms. The research found out that the organizational factor such as the support of CEO and the financial factor such as IS investment took major roles to improve the business performance. Based on the research findings of this study, the paper suggested the desirable solution of the information system policy to deal with the problems the local small business firms need to overcome.

A Multistrategy Learning System to Support Predictive Decision Making

  • The prediction of future demand is a vital task in managing business operations. To this end, traditional approaches often focused on statistical techniques such as exponential smoothing and moving average. The need for better accuracy has led to nonlinear techniques such as neural networks and case based reasoning. In addition, experimental design techniques such as orthogonal arrays may be used to assist in the formulation of an effective methodology. This paper investigates a multistrategy approach involving neural nets, case based reasoning, and orthogonal arrays. Neural nets and case based reasoning are employed both separately and in combination, while orthoarrays are used to determine the best architecture for each approach. The comparative evaluation is performed in the context of an application relating to the prediction of Treasury notes.

탄소의 사회적 비용에 따른 수상 태양광 사업의 경제성 변화 (Changes in the Economic Feasibility of a Floating Photovoltaics Project due to the Social Cost of Carbon)

  • Renewable energy sources play a key role in achieving carbon neutrality and zero net emissions in the power generation sector. Various efforts have been made to support the deployment of renewable energy, particularly solar photovoltaic and wind power, including policies to internalize the external cost of carbon emissions. In this study, we conducted a financial analysis of a 800 MW floating photovoltaic system and compared it with ground solar power generation. Additionally, we conducted a cost-benefit analysis that included the social cost of carbon. The findings showed that the floating photovoltaic project can meet the profitability target through an appropriately designed internalization of the social cost of carbon.

농업기반정비사업의 재정정책변화에 따른 지방자치단체의 사업추진 전망 및 실태 분석 (An Analysis on the Prospects and Realities of Local Governments' Project Promotions according to the Changes in Financial Policy of Agricultural Infrastructure Improvement Projects)

  • This study attempted to investigate the changes in the perception of local government officials about agricultural infrastructure improvement projects due to the financial policy changes. A total of 141 local government officials were surveyed on the priority, the current status of the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects. Irrigation facilities renovation project and Small drainage improvement project had generally high priority, while Support project of cultivation basis for upland crops in paddy, Large scale land readjustment project, and Upland infrastructure improvement project had low priorities. After the introduction of the block grant system, agricultural infrastructure improvement projects had often been conducted by collecting opinions from local residents. The officials in charge of local governments recognized that the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects were reduced due to lack of financial resources and project potential sites. In response to the changes in the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects, most of the surveys showed that the influence of cities and provinces was strengthened. In addition, respondents most needed to improve the subsidy rate and there were a large number of cases requiring differential support to meet the characteristics of the local government. Therefore, it will be necessary to present a new perspective on the agricultural infrastructure improvement projects and to suggest differentiated projects for each regions.
