In the cloud environment, IoT devices using sensors and wearable devices are being applied in various environments, and technologies that accurately determine the information generated by IoT devices are being actively studied. However, due to limitations in the IoT environment such as power and security, information generated by IoT devices is very weak, so financial damage and human casualties are increasing. To accurately collect and analyze IoT information, this paper proposes a topographic information-based key management technique that considers IoT information errors. The proposed technique allows IoT layout errors and groups topographic information into groups of dogs in order to secure connectivity of IoT devices in the event of arbitrary deployment of IoT devices in the cloud environment. In particular, each grouped terrain information is assigned random selected keys from the entire key pool, and the key of the terrain information contained in the IoT information and the probability-high key values are secured with the connectivity of the IoT device. In particular, the proposed technique can reduce information errors about IoT devices because the key of IoT terrain information is extracted by seed using probabilistic deep learning.
There have been relatively lots of studies on the relationships beteen port and city. And, most of the recent studies on the subject shows that the relationship between the two parties is weakening. The contributions of a port to the city economy such as convenience of logistics service utilization, cost reduction, creation of job opportunities and value added production etc. are diminishing, whereas negative effects of port such as environmental effects, limitation of waterfront activities etc. have been increasing. On the other hand, port logistics service demand from city economy is decreasing. As for Busan city, the trend of major economic indicators and growth factor analysis results show that there is hardly any relationships between the development of transportation industry(including port logistics) and the regional economy. Especially, it is identified that most regional industry sectors excluding transportation industry failed to secure competitive advantage. Accordingly, it can be concluded that Busan city economy fails to take advantage of advanced transportation industry sector, which supports overall economic activities. On the other hand, it can be a problem for enhancement of port-city relationships that related and supporting industries of transportation industry such as information and communication industry, financial and insurance industry, and processing and assembling manufacture industry fail to secure competitive advantage in Busan city.

Second. the highest level of implementation of ICT-utilized lesson by home economics teachers was the level of mechanical use. the 3rd stage(30.4%), which followed by the level of orientation. the 1st stage(22.5%). and the level of nonuse(16.7%). the level of rountine use. the 4th stage(13.7%) the level of integration. the 5th stage(11.8%). the level of preparation 2(3.9%). and the level of renewal. the 6th stage(1.0%) Third, information search was the most in the type of ICT-use and in the course of lesson CD-ROM was used the most.. During ICT-utilized lesson. most of teachers used computer one to two hours a week mainly in the lessons of clothing life and eating life. Home economics teachers took the most training of how to use word-processor(68.6%) during computer education. and 60 teachers(66.0%) gave positive response about the effect of computer education on teacher's learning. Finally. the biggest problem with ICT-use in the teacher's learning was the long preparation time for lesson. and problem with ICT-utilized lesson was the burden of time and effort spent to buy needed materials and to recompose the existing materials for the lesson. Therefore. so as to adopt ICT-utilized lesson efficiently into school it is needed that active promotion for the lesson should be made to teachers. training teachers to raise their ability to use computer and various kinds of software should be expanded. and school authorities' financial and administrative assistance should be given for the smooth proceeding of the lesson.

In this study, the school crisis response system and intervention are examined in the U.S. by reviewing Crisis Response Team(CRT) to give a direction for establishing and improving the school crisis response system in Korea. To do this, a literature review has been conducted focusing on domestic and foreign literature on the school - based crisis response system about the U.S. and Korea. The characteristics of the school-based CRT in the U.S. are as follows. First, in the U.S., the organizational structure and financial support for school - based crisis response has been stated by law so that the roles and responsibilities of region, district, school have been clearly defined. Second, in the event of a school crisis, the school have been shared the role of professional crisis response according to the Incident Command System and coordinates communication smoothly between each area of society through cooperation with CRT. Third, CRT prevents burnout by showing flexibility in team composition so that CRT members are not tired or overwhelmed by a crisis event, and focuses on strengthening the crisis capability of the school itself through cooperation between the school and CRT. Fourth, the school-based CRT in the U.S. conducts a step by step crisis intervention from prevention to prolonged post management. Based on these results, implications for the establishment and improvement of school-based crisis response system in Korea are discussed.
Central banks communicate with the market through a statement on the direction of monetary policy while implementing monetary policy. The rapid contraction of the global economy due to the recent Covid-19 pandemic could be compared to the crisis situation during the 2008 global financial crisis. In this paper, we analyzed the text data from the monetary policy statements of the Bank of Korea and Fed reflecting monetary policy directions focusing on how they were affected in the face of a global crisis. For analysis, we collected the text data of the two countries' monetary policy direction reports published from October 1999 to September 2020. We examined the semantic features using word cloud and word embedding, and analyzed the trend of the similarity between two countries' documents through a piecewise regression tree model. The visualization result shows that both the Bank of Korea and the US Fed have published the statements with refined words of clear meaning for transparent and effective communication with the market. The analysis of the dissimilarity trend of documents in both countries also shows that there exists a sense of synchronization between them as the rapid changes in the global economic environment affect monetary policy.
In the past, there have been various studies on predicting the stock market by machine learning techniques using stock price data and financial big data. As stock index ETFs that can be traded through HTS and MTS are created, research on predicting stock indices has recently attracted attention. In this paper, machine learning models for KOSPI's up and down predictions are implemented separately. These models are optimized through a grid search of their control parameters. In addition, a hybrid machine learning model that combines individual models is proposed to improve the precision and increase the ETF trading return. The performance of the predictiion models is evaluated by the accuracy and the precision that determines the ETF trading return. The accuracy and precision of the hybrid up prediction model are 72.1 % and 63.8 %, and those of the down prediction model are 79.8% and 64.3%. The precision of the hybrid down prediction model is improved by at least 14.3 % and at most 20.5 %. The hybrid up and down prediction models show an ETF trading return of 10.49%, and 25.91%, respectively. Trading inverse×2 and leverage ETF can increase the return by 1.5 to 2 times. Further research on a down prediction machine learning model is expected to increase the rate of return.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to understand the factors having effects on the view of marriage of female university students, and also to present the reference data for establishing the measures for having the positive view of marriage of female university students. Methods: An online survey was conducted targeting total 254 female university students of two universities in Gyeonggi region, from October 1 st to November 13th 2020. The results of this study are as follows. Results: First, to the question related to the intent to marry, total 70% of them responded that they had intent to marry. In the time of marriage, they said they would marry when getting financially stable. The 30% of subjects said that they would choose non-marriage because they wanted to continuously enjoy free life and they did not want to bear burden related to childbirth and child-rearing. Second, in the results of analyzing differences in the view of marriage according to the general characteristics, the students with intent to marry showed the higher romantic view of marriage, instrumental view of marriage, and exclusive view of marriage than the students without intent to marry, which showed significant differences. Third, the view of marriage were the factors having the greatest effects on the intent to marry of female university students. Conclusion: Based on such results of this study, it would be necessary to focus on the policies that could positively change the view of marriage of female university students. It would be needed to establish the social·institutional support measures for work-life balance by reducing women's burden of childbirth and child-rearing. To the question about the time of marriage, the most subjects responded that they would do so when the economic ability and stable job were equipped. Thus, there should be the systematic youth employment support system that could help the students to quickly and stably enter society and to become financially independent after graduation. Also, for the formation of positive family relation, it would be necessary to develop·operate the educational programs for forming positive family relation and desirable communication methods for each subject(spouse, parents, children, siblings, and etc.).
This study analyzed global Knowledge Sharing Platforms and collected stakeholder's suggestions to develop the "Korea-ASEAN Wetland Knowledge Sharing Platform (KSP)." As a result of the analysis, ① financial support and ② knowledge outcomes are essential to maintain the KSP and conduct the platform sustainably. Stakeholder suggest three significant projects (① comparative analysis of the inventory of wetlands in the Korea-ASEAN region, ② knowledge gap analysis in wetland research trends, and ③ establishing a web infrastructure for wetlands information sharing). The "Korea-ASEAN Wetland KSP" defined to be consistent with the international conventions (e.g., Ramsar Convention, Convention on Biological Diversity) goals by comprehensively considering the literature analysis and stakeholder suggestions. Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) selected as the fundamental model of the KSP. As with IPBES, knowledge management and assessment, capacity building, policy support, communication and participation adopted as the platform's core objectives. The KSP will be able to share knowledge related to the same type of wetland ecosystem within the Korea-ASEAN region and provide necessary information for establishing science-based policies.
