In this paper, we analyzed the business process and management characteristics of the university financial support project to define the function for the integrated information management system of the university financial support project. To this end, we reviewed the characteristic and business process of university financial support project and defined six common functions. In order to establish an integrated system applying the derived functions, the first things to be done need to standardize the business management system considering integration and to arrange the accounting regulations. Based on the functions and implications defined from this paper, we think that it will be helpful to design an integrated information management system for university financial support project.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to understand the impact on accident reduction by analyzing the policy effectiveness of an industrial accident prevention clean workplace support project targeting the construction industry. Methods: In this study, DID and PSM models were used to analyze workplaces receiving and not receiving financial support based on the status of industrial accidents in recent years and the status of the workplaces by year. Results: The research results show that meaningful effects continued to occur in terms of reducing accidents and increasing employment. Conclusions: In this study, we show the effectiveness of the clean workplace support project, one of the South Korean government's financial support projects in the field of occupational safety and health focusing on the construction industry. Financial support projects such as clean projects should be further expanded based on the results of this study.

The purpose of this study is to objectively grasp the effect of the engineering education innovation support project among the national engineering-related financial support projects by dividing the groups according to the participation of support projects from 2018 to 2020 and dividing the university performance. As a result of the research the engineering education innovation support project has been consistently producing excellent results of field-based engineering education such as field-oriented industrial-educational collaboration capstone design, technology commercialization, and development and operation of corporate-linked education. It was found that the results showed that the dropout rate of college were lowered. In the future, it needs to be prepared as a place for new and free trials, innovations, and opportunities so that the engineering education innovation support projects can become the mother of other business groups.

With regard to industrial accidents, large corporations and public institutions are continuously reducing disasters through systematic management. However, industrial accidents continue to increase in small-scale workplaces. In order to ensure the safety of workers, the government supports the purchasing of industrial accident prevention equitments through financial support projects for small business. However, despite the financial support, the effectiveness of the project is hardly verified. In this study, we analyze the policy effectiveness of the financial support program for industrial accident prevention in a small-scale workplace using the difference-in-difference method. To achieve research purposes, we used the data on the occurrence of industrial accidents, the status of workplaces by year and the data on the status of workplace benefiting from financial support program for the past 10 years. This study is significant in that it analyzed the net effect of financial support programs for disaster reduction in the small business site.

Universities contribute to the development of the country and society by cultivating professional manpower with knowledge and qualifications as democratic citizens through education and research activities. To this end, the government is improving the basic capabilities of universities and supporting autonomous innovation through university financial support projects. Since the financial support project differentially supports the government's finances limited to universities with a comparative advantage through fair evaluation, the role and function of the university library, a basic educational facility and core institution that supports education and research, is important. However, university libraries have not been able to actively participate in the government's financial support projects due to financial and manpower shortages, poor environments such as facilities, facilities, and spaces, and low participation rates for students. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the program operation cases of 18 university libraries in which libraries participated among 45 universities selected for the ACE project (2010-2016), derived problems and implications, and questioned the roles and achievements of university libraries. Based on the results, strategies and measures to be considered by university libraries in preparation for the government's university financial support projects were proposed.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest appropriate policies and performance indicators for financial aid recipients. It analyzes the existing regular government policy funds support project, especially its propriety and reasonability. Research design, data, and methodology - When financial aid is effective, it should be able to predict small enterprise business results. Additionally, there should be an evaluation, checking before and after performance rates so that the rate of achievement and outcome can be measured. This study's contribution for small enterprises is in researching the best way to improve this support system. Results - The Small Enterprise and Market Service (SEMAS), currently designated as a support organization for implementing the government financial aid project, has assessment indicators. However, these focus mainly on quantitative indicators and survey results. Conclusions - In the future, there is some need to draw up measures, setting the right direction for developing policies for the small enterprise fund loans and improving the management of the plans. Eventually, this effort will dispel concerns about the present support policy, which is considered to be weakening small enterprises.

In this paper, we proposes a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics, selection procedures, and management perspectives of each university's financial support project, and derivation of a plan to integrate the information system of the university's financial support project. To this end, we analyze the current status of business operations before and after restructuring university financial support projects, and identified the characteristics, commonalities, and differences of each project. Individual projects are promoted segmentally, evaluation indicators and evaluation methods are different for each business, standardization is difficult, and in the absence of integrated governance, sympathy and will of the system integration of the government and the managing agency cannot be found. In order to integrate the system, the business management process must be integrated and standardized, and the system equipment such as budget category adjustment must be complemented, and a stable budget for system integration must be secured.

The government is promoting policies to increase policy efficiency by supporting corporate growth through corporate support and establishing the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as a control tower for corporate support projects. However, opinions on the efficiency of the government's corporate support project are divided, and this study aims to check how the government's corporate support project affects corporate performance and how absorption capacity and satisfaction, which are internal factors, affect corporate growth. Research was conducted on companies receiving government corporate support projects, and previous studies focused on financial support among government corporate support projects, while the effect of government corporate support was analyzed by dividing government support projects into financial and non-financial support, and absorption capabilities and corporate support satisfaction were analyzed. Through this, the effect on corporate financial performance and non-financial performance was empirically analyzed according to the mediating effect of absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction in the government's corporate support project. As a result, both the government's financial and non-financial support had a positive effect on financial and non-financial performance, and it was confirmed that both absorption capacity and corporate support satisfaction mediate both financial and non-financial performance, and it was analyzed that it had a positive (+) effect. In order to improve the absorption capacity of a company, it is expected that it will be meaningful to improve the efficiency of the business by defining the problems faced by the company and suggesting solutions through the establishment of a supplier and consumer network.

This study verified the effect of the level of learning organization on satisfaction of learning organization support project and the moderating effect of charismatic leadership. The level of learning organization positively affected satisfaction of learning organization support project. Especially, personal mastery affected creating&spreading knowledge and financial performance, system thingking affected building learning infra, shared vision affected learning culture&activity, teamwork and financial performance. Also, charismatic leadership partially moderated the effect of learning organization. This study provided implications to manage successful learning organization by analyzing causal relationship between learning theory and practical corporate performance.

This study examines the effects of participation purpose, corporate readiness, and acceptance of changes that may occur in the course of expert guidance on the performance of smart factory. For this study, 129 questionnaires obtained from SMEs participating in the Smart Meister support project were used, and SPSS 18.0 and the AMOS 18.0 program were used for statistical processing for empirical analysis of the hypotheses test. It was found that the company's business participation motivation and readiness status had a significant effect on the acceptance and cooperation of changes that occurred during the consulting process. In addition, the acceptance and cooperation of changes within the company had a significant effect on the satisfaction with the Meister support project and the financial performance. Companies participating in the Meister support project need to clarify their motives for participating in the project and make stable corporate readiness in advance. In addition, based on the CEO's support, it is necessary to have a motivational program and to build an organizational culture that can actively accept innovation.
