In this paper, the basic planning for the creation of consolidated agricultural institutions of Choongcheongnam -Do and its management schemes were established. These institutions, including rural development office, farmers'training institution, original seeding field of farm crops, agriculturial information center, packing design center, agricultural machinery repair center, agricultural scientific conference hall, agricultural museum, agricultural park, farmers'hall and event plaza, are planned to be created. The required area for the site is 1,246,781 m2. 281-22 Jongkyung-Ri, Sinam-Myun, Yesan-Gun, Choongcheongnam-Do and its surroundings is a proper site for the creation of'consolidated agricultural institution because the actual conditions of the soil, traffic network, irrigation and drainage, tourist routes and human resources are very good. The layout of the facilities that would comprise an agricultural institution was organized in consideration of the functions and roles of each facility and the relationships among facilities in this consolidated agricultural institution. It is desirable that the headquaters of consolidated agricultural institution oversees the management department, the planning $.$ administration $.$ information department, the rural development office, the farmers'training institution, the original seeding field of farm crops and the agricultural park.

Purpose - Owing to economic development and rapid globalization, the number of people traveling abroad has increased dramatically in recent years. For instance, according to data from World Tourism Organization, approximately 1,724 million tourists traveled abroad in 2016. This phenomenon has resulted in a change for domestic markets, as they no longer serve only domestic customers but also serve foreign customers as well. Therefore, intercultural service encounters between services providers and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds are becoming more frequent. Especially in the field of retailing, salesperson's customer oriented selling behavior is particularly important for the successful interactions. However, it is hard to find some factors that can improve salesperson's customer oriented selling behavior in intercultural sales encounters. Research design, data, and methodology - A quantitative survey methodology was utilized to collect data on 312 salespeople at duty-free shops located on Jeju Island, Korea. As a tourism-based region, Jeju Island has attracted a large number of foreign tourists since being designated as an international free city in 2002. Owing to this phenomenon, intercultural sales encounters between salespersons and customers from different cultures have become commonplace. Compared to other salespeople, salespeople working in duty-free shops have more frequent intercultural interactions, as over 90% of their total customers are from foreign countries. Additionally, regular professional training programs for salespeople help cultivate cultural intelligence. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 20. Results - This paper explores the role of empathy and cultural intelligence in intercultural sales encounters using a theoretical model incorporating the causal relationships between empathy(cognitive empathy and emotional empathy) and customer oriented selling behavior, as well as the moderating effects of cultural intelligence in these relationships. Conclusions - This study is almost the first to explore the influence of empathy and cultural intelligence in intercultural sales encounters. Thus, this study provides a meaningful contribution to the application of empathy and cultural intelligence in the retailing field and will draw the attention of personal distribution practicers and researchers to the importance of empathy and cultural intelligence. Additionally, this study has useful managerial implications for employee selection, training, and development in retailing firms engaged in intercultural sales encounters.

최근의 직업훈련에서는 강의, 실습 위주의 방식에서 벗어나 훈련생들이 스스로 결과물을 만들어 내어 기업 현장 전문가의 피드백을 받아볼 수 있는 프로젝트 기반 수업에 대한 요구가 커지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 최근 직업훈련기관에서 중요시 하고 있는 기업맞춤형 훈련 내 프로젝트 수업 수요자인 훈련생의 인식과 요구가 무엇인지를 파악하여 프로젝트 수업의 설계 및 운영방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기업 맞춤형 훈련에 대한 훈련생의 인식을 서면조사하고 개방형 문항에 대한 질적분석을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 프로젝트 수업 만족도, 프로젝트 수업의 취업기여도, 프로젝트 수업에 대한 기대의 충족 여부, 개선점 등을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 시사점을 도출하였다.

This research aims at developing a teachers' training program to reinforce teachers' capability to perform the action learning program. To accomplish this goal, the key value of the training program based on action learning, the process of the core learning activities, and the elements to support learners and facilitators respectively were deducted on the foundation of documentary research and case study, based on which, the program was developed through the formative test by professionals and application to the field. This research was applied to 105 middle or high school teachers, the participants of the in-service training on creative problem solving hosted by B metropolitan city for one week (30 hours) from 9 a.m. on Monday, January 25th, 2010 to 4 p.m. on Friday, January 29th. The result of this research is as follows. First, as for the key values of this study, (1) the team-based learning centered on the trainees, not lecturers-oriented, knowledge-transmitting training, is possible, (2)for each process, guidelines, related information, tools, and various kinds of media are supported just in time, and (3)a focus is given on fostering facilitators centered on teachers. Second, the process of the core learning activities of the teachers' training program based on action learning consists of the procedure of a prior lecture${\rightarrow}$break${\rightarrow}$investigation into problems${\rightarrow}$clarification of problems${\rightarrow}$drawing possible solutions${\rightarrow}$decision on the priority${\rightarrow}$making an action plan${\rightarrow}$performance${\rightarrow}$evaluation, and on each stage, the contents for the activities of teachers and learners and detailed supportive elements are offered.

NGIS를 통하여 우리나라는 공간정보화가 가속되었고, 그 사업에는 인력양성 사업이 포함되어 있다. 인력양성사업은 공간정보체계 관련 전문가를 양성하는 사업이며 단기와 장기 두 가지 과정이 운영되고 있다. 장기과정의 경우 공간정보체계 관련 전문가 과정 또는 공간정보체계 관련 최신 기술에 대한 교육을 수행하고 있고, 단기과정은 공간정보의 활용 또는 최신 컴포넌트 기술 등에 대한 소개를 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 교육 프로그램과 교육과정을 분석하여 보도록 한다. 또한 공간정보사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 교육 과정 등에 대한 몇 가지 추진방향에 대하여 제시하도록 한다. 효율적인 교육을 위하여는 과목의 중복성 배제 및 교육 과정 유형을 고려한 교육 등이 요구된다.

본 연구에서는 가상현실 치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 뇌 가소성을 동반한 상지기능 향상에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 강도 높은 가상현실 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 상지기능 향상을 위한 집중치료로써 임상적으로 유용한 훈련인지 알아보고자 하였다. 뇌졸중 환자에게 있어 사용-의존성 즉 운동 강도와 반복은 마비 측 사지의 운동 기능향상에 중요한 치료적 요소이다. 최근에는 상지의 지속적 사용을 통한 뇌-가소성에 기반한 변화를 유도할 수 있는 치료방법으로 가상현실 치료가 대두되었다. 가상현실 치료는 재활 임상환경에서 운동기능 향상을 위한 훈련강도와 반복을 제공할 수 있는 기술적 방법으로 채택되기 시작하였다. 특히 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능을 향상시키기 위한 치료적 유용성 측면에서는 강도 높은 반복적 훈련이 가능하다는 것과 게임 같은 형식으로 높은 동기부여가 가능하다는 것, 실제 수행을 통한 다중감각적 피드백 제공, 상호작용이 가능한 과제지향적 치료가 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 임상 환경에서 작업치료와 더불어 부가적으로 가상현실 치료를 실시하는 것은 뇌졸중 환자의 상지 기능회복을 더욱 촉진할 것이다.

This thesis explores the place and role of a performer's action from a perspective of a director and playwright David Mamet's concept for performer training. This thesis takes inspiration from the idea of Mamet's simple and practical investigation specifically in text-based approach with a performer's bodily function on stage. For Mamet, the writings and practices of many different body-centered training are not rooted in the principle and nature of acting/performance. Reconsidering complicated approaches particularly psychological-oriented theory, practice, and assumption draw on several practitioners takes us beyond the field of visible and/or outer appearance of a performer which in turn leads the performer's body to be as abstract therefore not to being in the moment on stage. Arming the points, we argue that whatever disciplines and/or methods necessarily need to meet the principles and demands of acting/performance/theatre to connect to the materials, an action/objective given by a specific playwright which the performer must inhabit through his/her body. Out of the context, any 'method' serves no purpose. That is, the mechanics of an action is an extension of addressing what a performer's specific needs which shifts his/her body to respond appropriately to the theatrical demands. Taking this argument further, we claim that the purpose of performer training should not be understood as learning and improving techniques or skills for his/her self-perfection. The research finding shows that this resembles to the phenomenon that the visible very often precedes the invisible where the performer's body lose a clarity with no more chance to happen and/or change the event(s). Rather, it is a process of learning what/how to learn which in turn brings us back to the central question of why we do training for what purpose in this contemporary era. Exploring and answering these questions is not only a way to employ the key materials applicable to the theatrical demands but also to achieve the identify as a professional performer/doer on stage.

The purpose of universities is diversifying, such as education and research for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and training talented people with the competencies required in industrial sites. Therefore, universities are attempting various forms of industry-academic cooperation to maintain organic relations with companies and to conduct research activities, technology sharing, technology development, technology transfer, and human resources training. In particular, in the field of engineering education, various industry-academic cooperation programs such as field training, interns, and start-up support are actively developed and operated. Accordingly, the Engineering Education Innovation Research Information Center developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform for engineering education to enable collaboration between universities and companies nationwide. The industry-academic cooperation matching platform was developed under the theme of capstone design. Capstone design is a project-oriented and problem-based learning method that combines the knowledge and experiences acquired by the undergraduate department and designs and produces them. The subject of the Capstone design project was to solve corporate difficulties and allow companies and universities to collaborate. This study developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform according to analysis, design, development, evaluation, and execution procedures. This study is meaningful in that it has developed a channel through which students and companies, who are the subjects of industry-academic cooperation, can carry out projects and communicate organically through an online matching platform.

연구의 배경 및 목적: 본 연구에서는 노인구강관리에 대한 산업체 수요기반의 교육과정을 개발하여 운영함으로써 노인치위생학 교육의 효과를 확인해 보고자 진행하였다. 연구방법: 산업체 수요기반 현장중심 실무교육에 따른 전공역량달성도, 노인치위생과정 인식, 수업만족도의 전후차이를 검증하기 위하여 비모수 분석으로 윌콕슨 부호순위 검정(Wilcoxon signed rank test)을 수행하였으며, 각 요인간의 연관성을 확인하기 위해 스피어만 상관분석(Spearman's correlation analysis)을 수행하였다(p<0.05). 결과: 전공역량달성도의 경우 산업체 수요기반 현장중심 실무교육을 수행 후 '노인과의 의사소통 역량'이 유의미하게 향상되었다(p=0.031). 고찰: 노인치위생학 교육과정은 산업체 현장에서 활용가능한 실무중심의 교육과정이 학습자에게 제공되었을 때 노인에 대한 실제적인 이해와 노인구강관리에 대한 현장실무전공역량이 더욱 개발될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 국내 스마트제조 공급기업의 지속가능한 성장을 위해, 스마트제조 생태계 현황을 조망하고 스마트제조 공급기업의 지속가능한 인력양성 정책 수립의 객관적인 근거자료로 활용코자 함이 목적이다. 따라서 국내 스마트제조 공급기업 2,200여개사(社), 수요기업 6,000여개사(社)에 설문지를 구성, 배포하여 공급기업 259개사(社), 수요기업 155개사(社)에서 응답을 받았다. 연구 결과, 공급 및 수요기업 모두 종합적 전문성을 보유한 디지털 융합형 인력 및 현장 중심의 디지털 전환 전문 인력이 필요하다고 나타났으며. 양성방법에는 재직자 교육 및 사후관리 교육에 대한 수요가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구결과를 토대로 스마트제조 공급기업의 인력양성 정책적 제언을 제시함으로써 향후 한국의 스마트제조 공급산업의 글로벌 시장경쟁력을 강화하는데 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
