산업간호현장의 보건업무 전산화시스템 활용현황과 산업간호사의 전산화 직무만족도 연구 (A Study of the Health Service Computerization State and the Occupational Nurses's Satisfaction Level on Computerization)

  • This study aims to investigate the use state of the health service computerization system in the occupational nursing field and the occupational nursers' satisfaction level, and provide basic data to promote the development of the health service computerization system for the nursing field. For this study, a questionnaire was provided to 118 occupational nurses who belong to Busan and Gyeongnam branches of KAOHN(Korean Association of Occupational Health Nurses) for 2 months (from Dec. 1, 2002 to Jan. 31, 2003). A tool of Choi Yong-Heui(2000) was used to investigate the satisfaction level of using the health service computerization system. The collected materials were analyzed in real number and percentage, average and standard deviation, t-test and ANOVA by using the SPSS WIN 10.0 program. This study is summarized as follows: 1. The average age was $31.99{\pm}5.58$ old in this study. The married were 54.2%. Participants who graduated from a junior college was 76.9%. The average service period was $4.48{\pm}4.68$ years. In service types, 79.7% of participants served in a health care center. The average service period was $3.22{\pm}2.89$ years. The service place which had 1000 workers or more was 35.6%. 2. Only 20.3% of participants in this study had a computer use education. 3. The field who participants used mostly was communication/internet, $3.29{\pm}.85$ hours in average. 4. 97.1% of occupational fields had computers and peripheral devices: 71.4% in pentium computer, 42.8% in the hard disk capacity of 20-29GB, 60.0% in 15 inch monitors, 86.2% in printers, 18.1% in digital cameras, 12.4% in LAN, and 9.5% in scanners. 80.1% of the occupational fields which were objects of study could use communication. 5. The occupational fields which did not introduced the health service computerization system were 62.8%. The main cause was attributable to entrepreneurs' insufficient recognition 66.6%. 51.5% of the entrepreneurs did not have an introduction plan. 37.2% of participating companies had the health service computerization system. 56.4% of them introduced it since the year 2000. 81.6% of the introduction motivation aimed to the efficiency of health service. The most issue upon introduction was insufficient understanding of a person in charge - 25.6%. The in-house development of the system covered 56.4%. 61.5% of the participants accepted their demands from the first stage of development. The direct effect of computerization showed the increase of 25.9% in the quickness and continuity of service treatment, and 25.9% in the serviceability of statistical treatment. 6. 22.0% of the participants had a computerization system use education. 69.2% of them had a in-house education. An educational method by nurses who used the computerization system was 76.9%. 92.3% of the education was helpful for practical duties. 7. An analysis of the computer use by health service fields showed that the medicine management in a health management field was 15.9%. the work environment measuring management in a work environment filed was 32.9%. the employment. general and special examination management in a heal th management field was 61.1 %. the various reports management in an administrative field was 64%. the health education data preparation management in an educational field was 58.0%. and the medicine and expendables management in an equipment management field was 51.6%. An analysis of the computerization system use showed that the various statistical data manage in a health management field was 13.0%. the work environment measuring management in a health management field was 34.8%. the personal disease management in a health management field was 51.9%. the heal education data preparation management in an educational field was 54.5%. and the equipment management of health care centers in an equipment management field was 52.6%. 8. 31.6% of the participants wanted that health service computerization system would include the generals of health services. 42.4% of the participants thought that first of all. the aggressive interest and investment of employers were required to build the health service computerization system. 9. The participants' satisfaction level on the computerization system use was $3.51{\pm}.57$ points. An analysis by each factor showed $3.62{\pm}.68$ points in a service change factor. $3.15{\pm}.63$ points in a computer program use factor, and $3.45{\pm}.71$ points in a continuous computerization use factor. 10. An analysis of the computerization system use by general characteristics of participants showed that the married (p = .022) had the satisfaction level higher than the unmarried. 11. The satisfaction level of the computerization system use by participants' computer use ability tended to be higher in proportion to the increase of computer use abilities in spreadsheet (F=2.606. p=.048). presentation (F=3.62. p=.012) and communication/internet(F=2.885. p=.0321. Based on the study results mentioned above. I will suggest as follows : The nationwide enlargement and repetition study is required for occupational nurses who serve in occupational nursing fields. The computerization system in a health service field is inferior comparing with other fields. The computerization system standard by business types and characteristics should be prepared through employers's aggressive participation and national support. Therefore various statistical data which occurs in occupational fields will be managed systematically and efficiently. A regular and systematic computer education plan for occupational nurses in charge of health services in the filed is urgently required to efficiently manage and improve the health of on-site workers.

공동주택의 현장관리 인력 산출모형 연구 (A Calculation Model of Site Management Manpower for Apartment Building Construction Project)

  • Construction companies find it increasingly necessary to reduce the cost as the construction market has been suffering from a depression and the industrial environment has been changing fast lately. The cost cut demands the productivity management of the field operations, which can be made feasible by assigning an appropriate number of managers on the construction site. However, previous studies are focused on the labor productivity and construction companies take into account only the revenue per worker in organizing the staff. The purpose of this study is to research the model for calculating the field management manpower in accordance with the characteristic of project and site conditions which are usually considered in the beginning of the construction project. The data about apartment building projects of domestic large constructors and factors related to them were statistically analyzed. The results of this study can be used to calculate the necessary field management manpower in accordance with the characteristic of project.

  • 건설사업관리(Construction Management, CM)제도의 적용확대와 함께 관련 학계 및 연구계에서도 CM의 세부분야별로 활발한 연구들을 진행하고 있으며, 다양한 연구 성과물들이 양산되고 있다. 지속적인 CM연구의 활성화를 위해서는 최근 국내외 연구 주제들의 동향을 파악하는 것이 중요하며, 이로써 국내외의 취약 연구 분야와 관련 기술을 유추할 수 있다. 본 연구는 CM의 주요 기술 분야별 주제분류 코드체계를 구성하여 각 주제별로 최근 5년간 2,000여편의 국내외 관련 논문을 대상으로 세부 분야별 연구동향을 분석하고 있다. 분석결과 국내외 CM연구 분야별 강점 및 취약분야와 최근의 연도별 연구동향 추이를 파악할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로 CM분야의 연구 활성화를 위한 추진방향을 제시하고 있다.

효율적인 산업체 현장실습 운영에 대한 연구 (A Study for the Effective Industry Field Training Management)

  • 현장실습 제도는 대학생들의 실무능력 향상을 위한제도이다. 이러한 현장실습제도는 대학의 정규 교육과정과 산업현장의 일을 연계한 학습경험 및 활동이다. 효율적인 현장실습제도를 실천하기 위해서는 기업과 대학, 학생 그리고 정부의 관심과 도움이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 산업체는 현장실습을 위한 전담직원이나 별도로 확보된 예산이 없는 상태에서 현장실습 인력을 수용하기가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 대학은 현장실습제도를 운영하는데 가장 큰 애로사항으로 실습을 위한 산업체를 확보하는 일이라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 학생들은 보다 선진화된 시설과 장비를 갖추고 있는 산업체에서 정당한 보수를 받고 실습에 참여하고 싶지만 현실적으로는 상당히 어려운 상황이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 효율적인 산업체 현장실습제도를 운영하기 위해서 산업체 현장실습 운영과정을 위한 모델과 방법론을 제시하였다. 제시된 운영과정 모델과 방법론을 기반으로 현장실습제도가 운영된다면 학생들은 산업체의 현장 경험으로 창의력과 순발력을 발휘할 수 있는 기회와 다양한 차원의 교육을 받을 수 있는 현장실습 제도가 운영될 것으로 기대한다.

배경조건에 따른 Visual Field에서의 Stationary Field의 변화

  • Depending upon the eye and head movement, the visual field is often classified into three categories; stationary field, eye field and head field. To investigate the effect of background condition on the size of stationary field, an experiment was conducted, in which the subject was instructed to search a target with distinct orientations. In each trial, a single target was presented on the rear-view screen projected by the two-field tachistoscope, with the visual angle subtended 4.3.deg. vertically and horizontally. Density, meridian and subject showed a significant effect on stationary field at .alpha.=0.01, where density was inversely proportional to the size of stationary field. The size of the stationary field on horizontal axis was larger than that on vertical axis, and that on right and below meridian also larger than on left and lower meridian. The shape was found to be horizontally oriented oval and statistically asymmetric with respect to horizontal and vertical axes. The regression equation to predict stationary field on the given background condition was suggested. These results were expected to be used as a designing guideline when arranging displays and controls on panels such as automobile display panels, cockpits, etc. In addition, it can be inferred from the results that eye field and head field are also subjected to the influence of background condition.

  • 현재 건설공사에서 위험관리의 중요성이 점차 부각되고 있음에도 불구하고 건설현장의 위험관리는 매우 미흡한 수준이다. 이러한 원인중 하나가 위험인지 및 분석에 적용하고 있는 각 기법들에 대한 기준이 정립되어 있지 않아, 위험관리의 현장 적용성이 매우 낮은데 있다. 본 연구는 건설현장의 위험관리를 보다 성공적으로 수행하기 위하여 위험관리 전체 프로세스중 위험인지 및 분석단계에 적용하는 기법들을 프로젝트 상황에 따라 최적화시켜 위험관리 기법 적용의 편의성을 향상시키는데 목적이 있다. 그러기 위하여 프로젝트의 상황을 자료의 충분여부, 전문가의 보유여부, 분석시간의 충분여부로 구분하고, 다양하게 제안된 위험인지 및 분석단계의 기법들을 정리한 후 기법별로 그 특징을 파악하여, 위의 세 가지 상황에 적용함으로써 건설공사 위험관리 기법의 프로젝트 상황별 적용기준을 정립하였다.

  • 최근 한국에서는 기상이변 및 노후화, 지진발생 등에 따른 댐 손상 및 붕괴 사례가 증가하고 있으며, 이와관련된 댐안전 문제는 국가차원의 재난관리 측면에서 중요하게 다루어지고 있다. 지속적인 댐의 안전성 확보를 위해 정부차원의 다각적 관련 법제도 마련뿐 아니라, 각 댐 관리기관들에서도 댐의 안전관리를 위한 다양한 제도적, 기술적 대책을 수립하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 댐 안전관리 업무의 모순점을 개선하고, 지속적이며 효율적인 댐 안전관리 업무수행을 위해 댐안전관리시스템(KDSMS)을 개발하였다. 댐안전관리시스템은 제원정보시스템 및 수문정보시스템, 현장점검시스템, 지진감시 등을 포함한 매설계기계측시스템, 조사진단시스템, 총괄 정보자료시스템 등으로구성되어 있다. 댐안전관리시스템은 현장 및 본사의 안전관리관련의 세부 정보뿐 아니라, 현장 기술자 및 본사, 연구소 등 관련자들의 안전관리 업무내용 및 상호연계를 총괄하고 있는 전사적 시스템으로 개발되었다.

지능형 전문가관리 프레임워크를 위한 주제 분야 계층 자동 생성

  • In this paper, we introduce the methodology for the automatic generation of the subject field hierarchy for Intellgent Expert Management Framework using WordNet. Intelligent Expert Management Framework, which is proposed as an appropriate method to manage valuable tacit knowledge within the organization, defines the expert profile structure and proposes the efficient method to automate the process to collect and update the expert profile information based on the profile structure defined. To increase the satisfaction level of users, additional intelligent search features are defined and users can be given the list of experts in related or similar expert fields when they perform expert searches based on the expert database being built. To enable automatic profiling of the organizational experts as well as intelligent expert searches, the subject field hierarchy, upon which the expert profiles are classified and expert searches for similar fields are performed, should be predefined. In this paper, we propose the WordNet library method that first eliminates the ambiguity of the senses of nominal data values, constructs the subject field hierarchy by overlapping the hypernym of the remaining senses, and lastly adjusts the derived hierarchy to the preference of users. Based on the proposed methodology, we expect to avoid the prohibitive costs in building large subject field hierarchies when manually done as well as maintain the objectivity of the hierarchies.

  • 본 연구는 건설현장 최종 의사결정자인 현장소장의 재해예방에 효과적인 리더쉽 유형과 이의 육성방안을 제안하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 첫째, 문헌연구를 통해 리더쉽의 유형과 특징에 대하여 고찰하고, 가설을 선정하였다. 둘째, 설문조사를 통해 현장소장의 리더쉽 유형, 현장 안전관리활동 수준, 교육프로그램의 실태를 파악하였다. 셋째, 가설을 검정 하여 재해예방에 효과적인 현장소장의 리더쉽 유형과 육성방안을 제안하였다. 재해예방에 효과적인 현장소장 리더쉽의 유 형은 높은 직무 중심형 $\cdot$ 인간 중심형 리더쉽이며, 이는 건설회사의 적극적인 교육 및 인센티브 프로그램을 통해 양성될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

비접촉 근거리 무선통신을 이용한 문서관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Document Management System using Near Field Communication)

  • In spite of the convenience and cost-effectiveness of an electronic document management system the paper-type documents still should be stored for a comparison against the original documents. In this paper, for the efficient management of paper documents, we designed and implemented a document management system using smart devices equipped with NFC(Near Field Communication) technology. To implement the proposed system we designed a database for document management and developed an Android application for smart device using Eclipse 3.0 and Java programming. Whenever we touch the smart phone on the NFC tags which are attached to the paper-type documents and document boxes, it is possible to registering, searching and carrying in and out services for documents and boxes. This study provides smart phone users with systematic, economical and convenient paper-type documents management functions, and thus enhances the business efficiency.
